On Saturday, November 1st, I placed a pickup order that was delayed by over an hour. I asked for a complaint form because they were extremely late and kept stalling... both the manager and the sales assistant were incredibly professional and empathetic... the manager was outstanding. They handled a chaotic situation and stoically endured numerous complaints. In short: I was going to file a complaint, but I ended up congratulating them on the staff's incredible response. I hope the brand congratulates them as well.

Domino's Pizza Lugo es un lugar al que frecuentamos ir en familia, donde nuestros hijos disfrutan de un rato placentero pero en la noche de ayer día 1 de noviembre de 2025 tristemente no fue así, había una demanda excesiva de pedidos para fuera del local donde los que estábamos en el establecimiento esperando atención se nos convirtió en un disgusto penosamente, esperando más de una hora y veinte minutos con el pedido pago sentados en una mesa como muchos jóvenes que también se encontraban allí, recibiendo atención pues tras tanta espera fuimos a preguntar que cuánto más tendríamos que esperar.

Dominos Lugo. Un auténtico horror las pizzas veganas! No pierdan su dinero en esto. Buena atención del personal. Pedimos dos pizzas, una parmesana y una vegana. La vegana deja muchísimo que desear. - La masa: parece una galleta... no entiendo el concepto de poner ese tipo de masa que se resquebraja, está dura, quemada...y fría! no podrían poner una masa normal? O al menos dar la opción de elegir una masa de pizza normal? Me imagino que son pizzas congeladas y precocinadas, sino por qué no puedo elegir cambiar la masa? - El queso: el queso de la pizza vegana estaba igual de duro que la masa, de hecho crujía. Toda la "pizza" estaba cubierta por un queso duro y frío. La experiencia ha sido muy desagradable. Me siento estafada. Es la primera vez en mi vida que me como una "pizza" a mala gana. Se agradece mucho el poner en la carta pizzas veganas, pero por favor, esa masa es un horror, y el queso igual. Denle una vuelta, pruébenla ustedes antes de sacar a la venta este tipo de productos. Gracias.

No me lo creo... Siempee igual que si no hay masas y que si faltan ingredientes. Tres! Mesas y atienden antes a los repartidores de moto que a la gente que está en el local! Me voy muy desilusionado porque a lo demas los cocineros ni saben hacer la pizza, la costura cruda y los ingredientes a media cocción, El jefe infiltrado ya ... Que esto es una vergüenza

I placed the order at 2:30 PM and the delivery driver arrived at 3:20 PM (the website says the wait time is 20 to 22 minutes) after two calls to the store. On the last call, the person who answered said he wasn't that late, only 45 minutes... and the driver couldn't find the street. Strange, everyone else finds it. We're talking about Lugo... 50 minutes? Seriously? Hello and goodbye

UNA HORA Y MEDIA para entregar una pizza FRIA. Llamo para preguntar y quejarme y me mienten la primera vez y me cuelgan la segunda. Servicio y atención deplorables. Y la Pizza si que parecía hecha hace una hora y media.

Ni se os ocurra probar las pizzas VEGANAS, la “masa fina” es un cartón quemado más fino que el propio cartón de la caja, se nota que son pizzas ultracongeladas prefabricadas que calientan un poco y listo. Las pizzas llegaron tarde, frías, y con pocos ingredientes, que cobren 27€ por una pizza mediana(sin promociones) me parece reirse de uno. Pondremos una reclamación formal en el local.

De 3x1 nada, te cobran las pizza mediana a 31,98( te están cobrando las 3 pizzas, creo que es un robo y un engaño)

Para ser mi primera vez que visito lugo me llevo muy mala experiencia de visitar este domino por lo cual eh visitado en diferentes pizzeria en españa y los tratos su personal fue muy amable pero en este dicho pizzeria fue muy mal por dicho personal que lleva vicera.y cabello largo el trato fue de lo peor que al solicitar un come y bebe desde el inicio fue mojarse de burla y cuando solicité mi segundo pedido fue obviado por dicho personal que mi persona tenia que ir a reclamar por la tardanza que al no llegar pues no lo habian tomando y llegando a traer a la mesa en mas de 1.45 de demora

Estamos acostumbrados a comer en Domino's pero está tienda puntual es un poco desesperante. Las mesas están sucias y el pobre chico que atiende no puede ser el mismo que amasa, cobra, reparte y atiende los llamados... Una pena que trabaje solo un sábado.

Came with a company of friends and did not eat (and was not planning to eat anything that night since I already had dinner) meanwhile my friends got menus. A rude female worker came and told I have either to order menu or leave. Later she offered an option to seat on the different service. Horrible experience.

We called to order delivery and they told us no, that they were too busy and couldn't deliver. They didn't ask if we were in a hurry or if we could wait, nothing. They just said no and hung up. I don't think that's professional of the brand they represent; it's the first time this has happened to me with a business that offers delivery. It's a bit surreal. We won't be ordering again.

Bad experience at Domino's I arrived at the restaurant at 2:03 PM. There was no one waiting, and while we were still there, two more people arrived. Despite this, they were served before us. I didn't say anything because they were pickup orders; I even offered my place in line to the person behind me. We were served at 2:32 PM, almost 30 minutes late. I wasn't upset about the wait; I understand that they might be busy, but I only had enough time to eat (I had to finish by 2:55 PM), so when the food arrived, I asked them to make us another pizza, since we always order three medium pizzas from the "eat and drink" section and never leave anything, not even the crusts. The employee replied that, according to company policy, we had to finish the pizzas already on the table before ordering another. This had never happened to me on other visits, where we were always able to order the next pizza when we were halfway through. I tried to explain that if they had taken so long to serve us, the logical thing would be to make an exception, because otherwise we simply wouldn't have time to eat. I got no response: she turned her back on me and left. I decided to file an internal complaint. When I went to the counter, the attitude was even worse. Her colleague came out of the kitchen in a defiant tone, not letting me speak, saying that "that was a lie" and that they could show me the receipt. I insisted that my complaint wasn't about the preparation time, but because if they already take almost 30 minutes to serve you, the least they could do is allow you to order the next pizza before they finish, as they always did. At no point did they show any intention of listening or finding a solution. I felt rude, with zero empathy, and even embarrassed, because the whole restaurant was watching the situation. I had never experienced anything like this at Domino's, and honestly, it was a very unpleasant experience.

I made a home delivery order and only the food arrived, missing the drinks and ice cream... The delivery guy tells me he'll go get it and bring it to me and in the end he went to deliver other deliveries... Where I have to wait to be able to eat what I ordered since I don't have any drinks... I call the store and the only solution they give me is to return my money or take what I'm missing... But the one who has to eat everything cold is me... Honestly very upset with the attention received by the person at the store.

I have not eaten any of pizzas here and don't intend to do so. One would only wonder, why, amongst hundreds of great restaurants and bars near by, people come to eat this scary looking and unhealthy food.
