The original chicken sandwich was hot and juicy. The whopper bun and veggies were hot and the patty was cold.. upon leaving we had to search out the staff because there was no one manning their station. we called out repeatedly "hello" with no one hearing us The cook was out back taking out the trash. The shift manager was outside on a break.. when the cook came back in he found another employee in a alcove.. .2 stars for the original chicken sandwich

Ordered in the drive through and was asked to pull around while 6 vehicles behind me were served afterwards. I walked inside to wait for my meal. Once they decided they were ready to bring my food out (ot was sitting aside) they still forgot dipping sauce. If "The King" reads this, these employees aren't helping your business.

Well it’s sad that I finally chose BK this morning for a not so quick breakfast. It was me and one other in the drive thru. I waited at the menu board to order for a good period of time. Pulled around to wait again, only to get to the window and order again. Then was asked to pull up and wait again. I’m sure the food will suck. Where has the food service industry gone? What a joke literally the only one here waiting for a croissanwich? Sad.

Check your order very carefully You've been warned this place has an affinity for hiring methods and they don't care about their jobs at all. It's been a few years since I ever got an order right here for me

My husband drove all the way from silsbee to get our food . They gave him the wrong bag of food took it back . Gave him the same bag lied about it . He had to turn back again to bring it back because it was cold . Got home and my burger is supposed to be a double meat rodeo burger with extra bacon I paid for and they gave me like one and half strips of bacon with a drop of bbq sauce and no onion rings on it . No seasoning on fries or anything. Everything the last three trips late at night to burger king here is trash . They don't season the fries and they are cold . The night shift people are rude . Service is terrible will not be going back

This place is terrible whether u eat in or take out. The manager is extremely rude and stay on her phone behind the counter and doesnt wash her hands. The staff is rude too!

Lobby completely dirty. Didn't give us the right things we asked for on our burger. Lady who runs the counter started talking about other customers that had a service animal. Not a very nice place.

Ordered two whoppers, one mayo only (lite) no ketchup or mustard .,one mustard only (lite) no mayo or ketchup. The burgers i received were, one was loaded down with mayo, enough for three burgers. The other had nothing on it. No mustard, mayo or ketchup. I guess next time I’ll order them dry, if there is a next time.

We waited in the drive thru line for AT LEAST ten minutes when the people before us only had to wait maybe two, and then when we finally got our order, it was the completely wrong thing. We ordered a double whopper and got a fish sandwich. And it was so bad, we didn’t even eat it. The entire time we were waiting, NO ONE inside looked like they were actually doing anything so I don’t understand how our order came out wrong when they didn’t look concerned AT ALL

There is freaking mold on my toddlers burger. So it is going in the trash. This is ridiculous . They will not answer their phone either .

Against better judgement, we tried this location tonight… I don’t leave bad reviews… I try my hardest to find good things about businesses & most times I do. But this… there’s nothing good from this visit. So many things… Service was awful. There was only one other person in the restaurant before us. We ordered a burger, 2fries, a chicken sandwich & 3 wraps… 28mins… that’s how long it took for us to get cold fries & burger, wraps that were wrong & pitiful & also cold. Pics are of the sad looking wraps. All of the food was cold and not fresh.
