The Cashier Silas was top notch at serving my family today during our visit. I like seeing eager minds working to amplify my visit and others. He did amazing at assisting us in our order process and fixed any possible errors made from the food we had. Which only was small and he jumped into action. I look forward to visiting my local Taco Bell because of this employees customer service.

Most of the staff is excellent. Rarely get my order wrong. We eat there at least once a week and its the only taco bell location around I'll eat at. Clean dining area, orders made in reasonable amount of time and prices are great. Everything is always fresh and tastes how it should, unlike other locations. Dining area is a but small but doesnt seem to be an issue, Wi-Fi always works efficiently and drive thru time is pretty quick most of the time.

Every place has a bad day... This was the day. The drive thru was not working correctly. 6 cars ahead of us and ordering took over half an hour. Two cars drove away after ordering. Chaos, not a fan of drive thru but it was the only option with the dining room closed and under staffing. So disappointed just threw the stuff back in The bag no napkin. No sauce. just sorry! I never base my opinion on one visit so I will update if and when I return.

This taco bell has been trash for YEARS! Idk who the new guy is (new manager I believe), but this guy is ON IT! We actually had meat on our tacos & quesadillas (most of the time it had crumbs of meat & you were just paying for cheesy tortillas), the inside is clean, fast service, and he’s super polite and excited about his job! 10/10 recommendation!

Good tacos. update; hoo-boy. now they won't even talk to you. have to order from a machine. Next step, I might have to make my own tacos. I went in during a slow time. I can imagine what this is like during a noon rush. Needless to say, I don't like it.

Best fast food prices, food hot and quick, always super chill staff, Taco Bell is probably my desert island fast food place and this does a better job than many I’ve been to. It didn’t hurt that. They also gave me some free taco coupons this last visit, sucker for free stuff like that.

Went here on 6 June around 8pm. Can't remember the managers name, but she was fantastic. She helped us greatly on an order that I botched on their kiosk ordering system. Thank you for helping us get things straightened out. Staff there was friendly and outgoing. Food was great also. Everything warm and flavorful for a change, compared to other Taco Bells I've been to. Thank you to the staff running the place that night.

I ordered the Chicken Cantina Bowl and I love it. It’s my favorite healthy option. Raleigh at the Madisonville location provides the type of customer service I expect from my Evolved Nutrition employees. She was friendly when she took my order at the drive-thru and very polite at the window. I told her I was so pleased with her positive attitude and customer service skills. Amazing staff. I have never seen a TB this busy - the drive thru was wrapped around the building, lobby was full of dine-in, take-out & door dashers. Had to wait BUT my order was PERFECT! Complete, hot & fresh & the staff were friendly and hustling. Friday evening crew all need raises.

They're food is awesome. Just just enough of anything other than lettuce on the tacos. They're tacos are already starting to get up there in the pricey side, especially compared to how they used to be not really so long ago, but since there's barely anything on them if you actually want a complete meal, size wise and taste wise, you have to order extra. So extra meat is $.60 and extra cheese is $.30, so now you've immediately already added nearly a dollar extra to each taco, and who only eats one taco? So in that aspect, bad taco bell, bad, shame on you. But still, the food is awesome and it actually usually doesn't take that to get your food there, even if you pull into a long line. So ya know, 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍 and a thumbs up

It's definitely improving under the new management. Lines are moving quicker and orders are being made correctly a higher percentage of the time. Employees are doing a great job learning to integrate with DoorDash since the GM has lots of experience with DoorDash in other locations.

Now this is a place were you can get a lot of food for nothing. The bad thing is there is always a huge line so the wait is real lol. Food is great tho so if you have the time to wait in line stop and garb a bite.

The food was good... It took a little while but I had a really big order. They forgot my sauce & one of my items & tried to say I didn't order it so I ended up paying three times for just two items. But they quickly fixed it & replaced the item they forgot. Kinda greedy with their sauces but over all good food & great customer service.

This is tricky, I ordered at the kiosk inside. The drive through was twelve cars deep. They forgot about me apologized profusely and refused to charge me. Food was good, people had integrity.

Food was tasty and hot. Service was fast and friendly. This link in the Taco Bell chain is pretty good. They understand a taco 🌮 should be evenly distributed with its ingredients and not just dumped in a shell. My quesadilla should have been cut in quarters but was still manageable; the fast delivery of my food still being hot on such a cold day -4°F was well worth this minor detail.

I am not one to overdramatize a situation which is why I rated this two stars instead of one. Here is what happened at this Taco Bell in Madisonville Kentucky on two different occasions... Now, before I start I just want to point out that the customer service was decent in both experiences. Okay now let’s get to it: I really enjoy Taco Bell and have been to several across the US. My wife and I had just moved here from Texas and are living with her nana for a bit. Come to find out her nana has never eaten Taco Bell and so I was thinking that we have to change this so I took her to Taco Bell. Nana and I went and got some tacos because she isn’t very adventurous so I decided we would play it safe. Well, the tacos were cold, not very fresh and not folded well. The next experience was when my wife and I went to Taco Bell before heading to a lake to celebrate Father’s Day. We got our food and it was all warm but not cooked very well. Pieces of chicken and rice were hard and old. They put lettuce in my wife’s chicken quesadilla roll up thing. They even put tomato and lettuce in a cheesy roll up which is one of the simplest items on the menu. I mean it’s just tortilla and cheese lol. Now, I understand covid may cause a lot of inconvenience on fast food employees which I understand. I mean I worked fast food in Dallas until a few months ago. So I definitely appreciate what fast food workers do. Though this covid mess is definitely effecting jobs and creating more stressful situations with customers and coworkers there isn’t an excuse to mess up orders. I just hope this Taco Bell will do better. EDIT: I changed the rating from 2 to 3 stars. It’s been two years since my op and this Taco Bell is finally getting better! They still have a problem unloading their truck and getting everything stocked and problems with customer service and with consistency of orders. BUT they are getting better and this last time we went the customer service wasn’t the best but the order was on point! So that’s growth!

The $5.00 box my wife and I got had a friend chalupa man it was nastyyyyy. I'm pretty sure that the main chefs did not design it the way it was served up. It was so greasy you could wring it out. The churos we're so hard I thought I was going to chip a tooth. The money for the value...BAD I think this one is on the shift manager..

Need to learn how to make sure everything that is ordered is placed in the bag. Took 30 + mins to get my food in the drive-thru then it wasn't right & had to wait longer to get the rest of my order. No wonder I haven't ordered TB in a long time.

I love Taco bell. But they messed up on Everything. Meal comes with chips. No chips. Meal comes with Avocado Salsa packets. No avocado packets. Barley any food inside my Tacos. Like the food was so bad today. My Cantina meal was so bad.. like There was little to no chicken inside my Quesadilla even my family's food was low amount of food. I am super upset about this The Tacos were like smashed. Food gotten around 6:40-7pm

Very slow service. Food order was incorrect, items were put together very sloppy. No fork for the salad, no mild sauce in lobbly. Out of straws. No clean tables. We ate in our car. Took 18 minutes to serve us.

Not very fresh. The chili cheese burrito had no cheese and chili tasted old/ burnt. Nachos were all crumbs. The Burrito supremes were not even close to being wrapped properly. Very disappointed in the quality.

Late night drive-thru service needs work. Drive-thru attendant had issues taking my order despite the new menu board system, gave me an extra chalupa I didn't order, my crunchwrap was made incorrectly (I asked for no beef, receipt said no beef, and there was beef), and the cheese on my quesadilla wasn't even melted. I'll chalk this one up to improper training.

The most impersonal Taco Bell I've ever been to...and won't be back. No one inside will wait on you. You have to use one of their very slow screens to order and pay. One of the things I got wasn't what I intended to order but after going through the whole ordering ordeal and waiting with several others for my food I didn't even bother to say anything. I figured I would have had to ask at one of the order screens and it just wasn't worth it. Why even have the dining room open if you can't order from an actual person? Several that were waiting for food or just coming in to order were less than pleased also. Sorry, Taco Bell...I love your food but I won't do this again. I guess I'll either go through the drive thru and eat in my SUV or just go somewhere else next time.

Stopped in for a quick lunch break. The store was not very busy. When it was my turn in line to order at the counter, instead of greeting us and informing us that her manager had to make change for her drawer, she turned her back to us and started playing on her phone. We walked out and went elsewhere. Poor customer service, but good food.

Staff was very friendly, but the food was not very good. I ordered three soft shell beef tacos with no lettuce. One had lettuce on one end, and another had a big chunk of chicken on it with the beef. Makes me wonder what is going on in the kitchen.

The place was filthy food all over the tables and all over the floors not been swept or cleaned bathrooms were nasty with trash and can The hand thing in the men's bathroom doesn't even work to dry your hands toilet paper set on the back of the toilet not even in the toilet paper holder and the sodas over half of them weren't even working food came out cold and nasty not freshly cooked

Did a mobile order for inside pick up, doors were locked despite opening at 8am. At around 10:20 AM I pulled around to the window, not knowing what to do. Employee both looked and sounded very rude that I hadn't checked in through the drive through speaker. Honest mistake, but her attitude will ensure I don't try and order again.

Kiosk-only ordering is not for me. I like people to talk to about my order as I order. The young lady at the drive-through was awesome to help but it's inconvenient to go through the drive-through and then come in and the order still has issues is a bit frustrating but things happen I understand that. Had I not had issues with the kiosk the workers would not have been confused about the drive-through order being kept for dining and then the order would have been correct I feel like the chaos caused the issue, not the staff. To spend 60$ and have so many issues is not worth it, my kids being happy with getting Taco Bell is the only reason I did not go somewhere else.

Nearly every time we go here it is a hit or miss on if the fried items will be edible. They consistently cook with old/dirty oil making items such as the chips or cinnamon twists taste AWFUL.

I ordered my food online. My money came off my card before I got there. I got to the window and they'd given my food away. They said to go around to the mobile parking and they'd bring it right out. I did. And 30 minutes later- still no food. I went in and they didn't even realize I was still out there. Nobody had made my food. So I waited longer. Then they were out of root beer. Then they forgot my potatoes. I will say that the workers were kind. But unfortunately, kindness doesn't get orders completed and to the customer.

Ordered 1 quesadilla, and 5 soft tacos at 10pm. The quesadilla had barely any filling and was only on one half of it. The other half was just plain tortilla. As for the tacos, 1 had only lettuce and cheese, one had meat on one half and the other had cheese and lettuce, 2 was folded like borritos, and one had been completely filled with all the missing meat from the other tacos and no lettuce or cheese. I am pretty sure the employees were higher than Elon Musk's space rockets.

I'll admit, this review is about 2 months late, but I wanted to write it because I Love Taco bell, I just had 2 bad experiences at this particular one. Floors were slippery and had visible dirt/mud all over, it was like the floors were neglected for weeks. Plus there was an added water-feature (puddle of unknown liquid) at the same place you give your order, but don't worry, they had a caution sign to warn you of the puddle, but no action was taken to remove the puddle. The service was horrendous. Luckily taco bell has the ordering kiosks, but even the screen was layered with some slime. I tried to retrieve the cups I had ordered (as they forgot to provide), and nobody was around. It's like they all took a cesta at the same time. As an added bonus, There was a homeless dude begging for money on the street corner, he came in and used the soda machine, then setup his own living room in the dining area. It was like the people who worked there were friends with him, they had a dialog.. Then the bum went back to the street corner after 15 minutes of drinking and using the bathroom. We saw him the 2nd time we went back too.

I ordered on the app. I wanted a crunchwrap Supreme got to the window they have no lettuce and no tomatoes. Okay so I ask for a chicken quesadilla since I already paid on the app and didn't want the hassle of a refund I asked for a Pepsi to drink and they don't even have Pepsi either. This place has very rude drive through employees... They are always out of stuff including sweet tea really? Food was not good. It was old and instead of saying that they don't serve shredded chicken anymore they just slap 2pieces of chicken on my taco and it was disgusting.

I ordered a Frito But as I always do. Then after I ordered they tell me it's a 45 minute to a hr wait. I asked why? They said we are busy. I said only 2 cars in drive thru. Nobody in lobby it's 836pm. They was extremely rude about this and I eill never go back to this location again I go there almost every day for lunch and sometimes for breakfast. I give it a 1 star.

Worst location i’ve been in my 20 years of life, customer service is trash, they can’t ever get your order right, and half the time they have you pull around to the other side of the building and a wait of aprox. 10/15 minutes for a one meal order. Even worse if your trying to pick up your dash from there, you’ll stand at the counter and get ignored my every employee that walks by! Wish i could give it no stars. 🤣

Placed an online order and waited 30 min. Was asked to pull around and park. Did so and after 20 min walked in. Watched at least 10 people in the drive through get served and 2 people that came inside and ordered after we came in get served. Asks for a refund. Madisonville KY location.

They need new staff. Ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 3 chipotle melts, and 3 soft shell tacos. Only got 2 burritos, no chipotle on the chipotle melts and the chicken was dry. I called 3 different times and nobody would answer the phone. Only thing done right was the soft shell tacos i ordered for my dad. Perhaps get some staff that aren't on drugs and drink on the job.

Drive thru workers are rude. They interrupt to ask "what else" before I have even finished telling the first product. And then constantly asking it every 10 seconds. How about at least witing until I pause and then asking something a little nicer like "can I get you anything else? Or would you like anything else?"

Took them somehow 30 minutes to make 2 chessy roll ups. Employees were yelling and arguing with eachother. I usually stop by here, takes maybe less then 10 minutes, they need more workers and a better work ethic.

I just can't do Taco Bell at the Madisonville, Ky location anymore. I've chanced it multiple times, but they've never failed at getting my order wrong. The best tip I can give to anyone who decides go there is, Do not use the drive through and check your order at the counter.

I ended up calling to district manager to be told there is no manager at this store so the inmates are running the prison. Service is a joke, food supply is lacking as they never have all of what we order because they are out or don't want to prepare it. The DM says they are in the hiring process and should improve in a little while. IF I revisit...as I have a three strikes policy with restaurants and they have surpassed that...I will update my review if needed.

This location is special in that almost everything is wrong. Love me some taco bell and am very forgiving. But I waited 45 minutes (inside), constantly asking for updates on the order only to find out the order hasn't started and was lost. The manager told me to come back the next day to get the order, where we waited another 20 minutes only to have only two things we asked for and weren't even made properly. Guess I will have to make a drive next time I want taco bell. Don't come to this location until they've made serious changes.

Very poor service. No one was available at the register, so we helped ourselves to the self kiosk. Which is okay, but I feel kiosks are taken jobs away from employees. Placed my order, and seriously waited 36 minutes to receive our order. Cold nacho fries. We asked to dine in and got our order in a to go bag. We didn’t go up to complain because the line was out the door and way backed up. We were So ready to leave. No paper towels, no drink lids, and dirty tables. Had a customer beside me ask if it always takes as long as it did to receive orders. A line outside the window to the drive thru was lined up completely too long. Blocking traffic in the parking lot to even get out as we were leaving. I understand and feel terrible for short handed establishments, but I honestly didn’t even see but one employee and not one trying to apologize to customers. I wouldn’t even give one star but have to, to place a review.

It was the worst fast food I've ever had. The girl that took my order was nice but the food was terrible. I only ordered one item, a beef burrito Supreme. I don't believe it had ever been warmed up. It was a big batch of cold dough with cold whatever it was on the inside. I hadn't been there for a long time and I don't know why this place is open.

Really going downhill. Food quality sucks. Everything fried is beyond super greasy. Doing mobile orders, there's now a certain spot you have to park and then go inside. Takes out the convenience of mobile ordering altogether. So disappointing. Everything is always thrown in the bag. You can tell when people truly enjoy their jobs and when they are just there for a paycheck.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell's I have EVER been to. Extremely long wait while the staff was outside smoking, being ignored by several other staff members, I want to walk out however I already paid for my food after waiting 15 minutes to order. Meanwhile watched one employee with a mullet walk out of the kitchen with a huge bag of food, walked out to his truck, sat down and was eating. Finally received food 45 minutes later, Never again. This place needs a corporate audit.

My boyfriend had picked me up some food and dropped it off at work to me. Not only was it wrong and I had to go back to get my order fixed within a hour I was getting sick. This Taco Bell gave me food poisoning. my best guess is the food was old.

I ama a regular there and they messed my order up on May 5th and I called and let them know was told just to come back through the drive thru and let them know and it would be replaced. Then when I do on May 6th I was argued with about how there was no note or anything left. How is that my fault. I was doing as I was told and coming to get my replacement. The girl on the head set was a smart a$$ and acted entitled. I go there at least once a day sometimes two. I understand that they will mess things up and they have forgotten about putting sauce packets and napkins in the bag they have given me the wrong order and I just said whatever and ate it cause I didn't want to go back through the hassle. But when I get home and open up my bag and what is in there is something that my cat won't eat and slopped together and falling apart so I decide to call and say something and the woman offered a replacement I didn't ask. I just wanted it brought to their attention. Who ever was working on May 6th around 3:30 4:00 pm was rude and acted as if I did something wrong. Sad a$$ people in this world .

This taco bell is such a disappointment. We lived in there area for 3 years now and in that time it has never improved. You will un doubtly have to have anything your order remade probally two to three times. You food will always be the tempature of food that has been left sitting out for hours. When mistakes are made they will attempt fix them and will mess the same item up again and then take so long all of your other food is cold. The only thing this place get a star for the guaranteed colon cleanse you will get for giving them you money. Good luck and my the odds for ever be in your favor.

-1,000 stars. The manager and crew was rude and didn't get any of our order right, like they wasn't even busy also the food was cold. Like come on now working in fast food is not that hard. I wish this taco bell would just shut down or get better management and employees in there too run it.

Tried to get the toasted cheddar chalupa box. Was told they were out of time for it even though they advertise it. When pointed out to the extremely rude guy in the window he said corporate does all that even through they had a sold out sign in the Mexican pizza. Bet I call up there tomorrow and order one and get it. They will hear from me. There was no reason for him to be rushing us through our order like he was.

Wrong order had to drive back to the restaurant and told the manager the order was wrong and she said "oh, that's weird?" No apology and then proceeded to say "I will make those for you personally" implying they would be made well. Exaclty the opposite. Couldn't have cared less about making the food properly. Folded the burritos like tacos and made them so sloppy with all the ingredients just thrown into one spot instead evenly dispersed. No wonder I don't go to that place, a bunch of d********s making food never turns out well.

Ate there yesterday. Doritos taco shells were cold and stail like they had been stored open in the refrigerator. My drink had bugs floating in it. When I complained they just handed me a new drink.

Horrible. Ordered through the drive through - not busy at all - power bowl looked like a poorly tossed salad. The lettuce was on top to hide what WASN'T underneath. 3 missing ingredients and it was prepared by the manager! Had to drive 2 miles back to get my $. Inside of kitchen was a wreck - no explanation for the theft. Never going back.

This place sucks. If it wasnt for the people it would be the worst place Ive ever been to. But the people seem to be nice (except the drive thru guy this last visit). I honestly would never go back. But my kids like the food. So I had to take them to get the Doritos tacos.

It's been many years since I've been in a Taco Bell. It is surely not what I expected. Have to order at a Kiosk. Which has the assurance that your order is correct. A positive ✨️. Regrettably that's the only positive in my experience today. I did not order softshell. Should hace Crispy Tacos and Mexican Pizza were not at all crispy; were so soggy as to ruin the experience of eating. Had to use a spoon with the pizza. 🤨

Haven't gotten a correct order the past 6 times we've used the drivethru. When I'm spending 30$ on what's suppose to be 2 boxes??? And I'm given a mix of food missing more than half... phones always off the hook. I even said this time was the last time. Checked the bag got home. Opened the food and was given incorrect food, burnt 5$ tortilla without cheese or anything, missing tacos and main parts of boxes smh. Never again.

Ew, ew, ew. Night shift crew has zero accountability it seems because they can make the most pitiful attempts at “tacos” and get away with it. We ordered a luxe box, it didn’t even come in a box! Tacos were so pitiful and smooshed, with a very thin line of “meat”. Maybe a piece of cheese or lettuce thrown in. No chips and cheese. The hard tacos and soft tacos I ordered were the same consistency of “an attempt was made”. I should have taken my $30 and lit it on fire instead. Idk how the day crew is, but night crew needs a better manager asap. I thought I’d try it after not eating there for years, looks like not much has changed.

Just pulled through here about 7:30 and made a simple order of six Doritos locos tacos, 3 supreme, two only meat, cheese, and sour cream. Had to pull back around a second time bc the almost plain ones had tomatoes and zero meat on them. In pulling in the first time the service person taking my order sounded so high they couldn’t even see straight and had a hard time taking my order to begin with. Ended up having to get serviced by another worker. This is not the way to run a business.

I go here twice a year just in case the quality/management changes just to be disappointed that it's still the same poorly managed establishment. Orders are always wrong. Unusually long wait times. It's a shame because the food is always great... Too bad it's usually what someone else ordered.

You took away the cashier. And now we have the make our orders on the kiosk. That was disgusting and filthy with everyones germs and snot and everything on it. How nasty 🤮. And why. Lady was stationed there making orders anyway. So why take out the cashier I f you still have to have an employee standing there making orders. I will never come back to taco bell again how nasty can you get

You have more kids hanging around not working then you do people working I was there at 8:00 10/19/24 this evening two guys were harassing the only female employee you have while she was just trying to enjoy her break one kid was sitting in the office looked lost the guy in the Pep Boys hoodie was really the only one doing anything and you'll run him so ragged he'll quit business owners like you ruin good employees

I have left 12 reviews, before this one, on google and 10 were 5 star reviews. I mention that so you know my compliment to Karen ratio isn’t all complaining. This place is the worst. The manager wore pajamas. The seemed clueless. The nicest girl in the room was clearly not the boss (but, probably should have been.) They asked us to pull around and after at least 20 minutes we went inside to check on it. I know, why would we wait 20 minutes, but we did. When we went inside they said they were still working on it. A minute or two later someone said ‘isn’t that the online order up there’ and they handed us ice cold food over the counter. With no acknowledgment of what just transpired. Once we confirmed the food was ice cold, we asked for a refund. Get this, they refuse. The man in the pajama pants, AKA the manager, didn’t have the power to refund the order or the ability to handle the complaint himself and get it taken care of later. Instead I’m left trying to get ahold of Taco Bell corporate to get a refund for the food I left on the counter. Anyways.. this place sucks.

Absolute Freak show of stoned teenagers taking 10 mins per order. All food stale, burritos all squished and filled with dried out beans and crunchy rice, no one at the register to tell that they forgot my cheesy Gordita crunch, and after 5 mins when I did get their attention they just said okay and never remade it. Genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life.

100% most pathetic experience I have ever had! Drive through was backed up when I got there, so I went inside. Not only did the car I would have been behind leave before I got my food, so did 6 other cars. THEN THE CHALUPAS WERE EMPTY! AND I WAS TOLD THAT WAS NORMAL PROTION AMOUNT! How are we as consumers okay with paying $12 for literally NOTHING!

the longest wait for food ever. they work on drive thru orders before orders inside. the tables are also messy. we waited over 30 minutes for 5 items. definitely need better more efficient staff.

The past three times I've been here I really felt ripped off, ordered Taco' s and when I got home there wasn't even a full line of meat a crossed the shell, just a couple of small things squirts... Things are expensive enough these days, much less this food place won't even give people what they paid for.. gave them benefit of the doubt and tried again, same thing. Then was just in a hurry once, I am officially done with Madisonville taco bell. This is a taco John taco, maybe taco Bell can learn from this picture.

This Taco Bell looks nice from the outside buts going to crash very quickly. As soon as you walk inside, the place smells like sewer. Upon entering the bathroom I could tell why. The bathrooms were very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in who knows when. Then we tried to place our order and you could only use the touchscreens. We were having trouble swapping out beef for chicken on a taco and the workers would not help. They said “humans aren’t allowed to take orders”. As two of the workers were standing around. So this was plenty of enough signs for us to leave. We told them we were taking our business else where. I’d STRONGLY recommend everyone else do the same. This place needs new leadership and a house cleaning. Literally!

I have traveled a lot and ate at many Taco Bell restaurants. Madisonville KY has the absolute worst service, food was wrong and the customer service is a joke. They made a 5 layer beefy burrito with beans and sour cream. Didn’t get the two beef burritos I ordered. Warning to the public, go to Central City Taco Bell, you won’t have to deal with any of the above. I spoke to the manager and she couldn’t stop talking over me to listen to what I had wrong. Lol she said she made it and knew it was right! Understand people, when you order beef in a burrito, it is kind-of expected to be there lol I give the absolute best ratings to restaurants across the US and this is NO CONTEST, the worst Taco Bell across the country. They already have a 2 star rating which speaks volumes! I hope that corporate sees the mess they have in their establishment in Madisonville KY and corrects it.

While in the drive Through, I ordered the 12 pack of tacos.(all soft shell) then I order a # 6 meal w/ Strawberry lemonade.(Chicken Chalupa’s) When I got to the window she said I obviously don’t have the strawberry lemonade and pointed toward a cup. It was watered down. When she handed me my debit card she did not hand me a receipt. No sauce was in the bag and my order was wrong. 12 soft shells were in the bag but my # 6 meal was not Chicken Chalupa’s they were also soft shell tacos(beef) with tomato & sour cream. What a disappointment this is the second time in 2 months this has happened to me! I probably won’t be going back!
