Un descubrimiento! De estos sitios que te encuentras por el camino y al entrar te sorprende. Fuimos sin reserva y nos agilizaron rápido. Comida muy buena y se respiraba buen ambiente. Puntualmente había mucho ruido (no culpa del local) y calor, pero pienso que fue puntual.

Volvimos a Bambú Box Thai Cuisine después de haberlo descubierto hace dos años, y la experiencia volvió a ser excelente. Es un lugar tranquilo, con ambiente relajado y decoración cuidada. La comida mantiene ese sabor auténtico tailandés que nos encantó la primera vez, y la relación calidad-precio sigue siendo muy buena. Todo lo que probamos estaba sabroso y bien presentado. Se nota que cuidan los ingredientes y respetan la esencia de la cocina tailandesa. El servicio fue amable y eficiente, sin agobios ni prisas. Eso sí, recomiendo reservar siempre, incluso entre semana. Nosotros lo hicimos y fue clave para evitar esperas. Es un sitio que merece repetir, y ya lo hemos hecho.

Vivo en Gijón y hoy visité al rest Bambubox. Esta propuesta gastronómica tailandesa destaca por un equilibrio armónico de sabores fundamentales: picante, ácido, salado y umami, cuidadosamente integrados en cada preparación. Los curris presentan una emulsión sedosa y bien ligada, donde la leche de coco aporta untuosidad y redondea la intensidad de las pastas de curry, elaboradas con especias aromáticas claramente perceptibles como galanga, citronela y chile. Las proteínas se observan tiernas y correctamente cocidas, conservando jugosidad y estructura, lo que evidencia un control preciso del punto de cocción. Las verduras aportan contraste textural, manteniendo una cocción al dente que realza la frescura y el carácter vegetal del conjunto. El salteado muestra una técnica de wok bien ejecutada, con vegetales brillantes y ligeramente caramelizados, lo que intensifica los sabores sin perder definición. El arroz jazmín y basmati, de grano largo ligeramente aglutinado es un acompañamiento neutro y aromático, ideal para equilibrar la potencia especiada de los platos principales. En conjunto, se trata de una experiencia culinaria auténtica, bien estructurada y visualmente atractiva, que refleja con fidelidad la complejidad y sofisticación de la cocina tailandesa tradicional. El tiempo de espera fue medio unos 22 min desde el momento de ordenar, pero entendí que era todo hecho en el momento. Sin lugar a dudas volveré a probar otros de sus platillos. Enhorabuena y suerte.

Tailandés muy agradable. Me ha encantado el Magret de pato pad med. Con arroz de guarnición. Decoración bonita. Un poco despistados los camareros pero muy majos. La mayoría de los platos no pican. El pad Thai estaba muy rico también.

Lugar exquisito tanto por la comida como por la atención y el local. Pedimos un menú degustación y unos tallarines con pollo y langostinos. Los sabores y la calidad de los platos nos sorprendieron. El postre de mango con arroz con leche de coco estaba delicioso. El ambiente mut tranquilo y la atención muy cuidada. Precios moderados.

Maravilloso!! Cada vez que viajamos a Madrid es parada obligatoria para comer. Comida fantástica (la mejor que he probado de su categoría) y trato inmejorable. Shockingly good. I think I can firmly say that the Tom Kha was the best I’ve had ever outside of Thailand. This place took me by surprise. A little more expensive than tour typical Thai restaurant, but honestly, worth every cent.

Excellent Thai restaurant in the heart of Madrid. We had a variety of plates, though all agreed their pad Thai was excellent. Nice wine pairings to select from, and we got a chocolate cake for dessert that was amazing. Prices are a bit higher than your regular Thai, but the quality of the food is considerably better. Also really friendly staff. Highly recommended! It was so good I forgot to take pictures 😅

We’ve been coming to this restaurant almost every month and every time when we want to have Thai foods and have tried nearly every dish on the menu. As a Thai person living here and my personal preference, I’d say the food is very close to authentic Thai flavors, just slightly less spicy to suit foreigners. But don’t worry, you can always request the regular Thai spice level! 😆 Absolutely love the vibes, staff, also reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Excellent Thai food in Madrid. Super skeptical initially nonetheless. But upon tasting the first sip of my Tom yam soup - i was sold. Ordered it extra spicy and the chef delivered. Was thick and has all the extra “herby ingredients” of what a makes a good Tom yam. Fried rice was decent with loads of vegetables and chicken slices. Great service. Lovely warm lighting as interior. A gem of a find. I highly recommend.

We went for dinner. We reserved a table via their website. If you do not reserve most probably you will find seating only on the shared table. It is better to reserve a table before hand the restaurant is very popular. The service was great. The food tasted very good and the portion size was good. We tried different dishes and we liked them all.

What a nice surprise ! Beautiful interior, nice staff and delicious food. I tried the fresh rolls, the chicken flat spicy noodles and the greens curry! Everything was amazing. The flavors tasted so authentic. Oo i also ordered the Thai beer! It was a bit lemony but I enjoyed it. I would love to come back and try more dishes and other drinks!

Always delighted to eat here. As a southern Asian i approve that the dishes here are quite authentic. And they’re very generous with the quantity of food as well. The 3 curry set is a must try. If you can’t take spicy no worries at all, the spicy levels of the curry is mild to zero. My advice is to make a reservation prior because theyre located in the heart of the city and are always full even on weekdays. Do take note that sometimes it might take a while for the food to be served but the services and quality of food make up for it 😉

Unfortunately the curry tasting was a big disappointment. It was quite blend and it felt that something is missing. Also the portion of rice that comes with it, is not sufficient for 2 persons.

Food ingredients were very fresh and all cooked to the exact tenderness. Portion sizes were reasonable and food arrived in a timely fashion. We did not reserve so we were sat at a communal table . Luckily the other people were nice. It would have received five stars but fir the fact that both our dishes had fat too much chili. The menu was marked as a one chili dish but in our opinion they were both far too hot. Disappointed. No pics because of this. Beware

LA COMIDA ES MUY BUENA Pero la experiencia en gral es arruinada por sus camareros. No hay conexión, se nota que no les importa y se sientan a comer los 3 mientras habia todavia 3 mesas y mirando sus teléfonos, nosotros queríamos pedir algo más, pero no queríamos interrumpir su comida asique fuimos a pagar y nos fuimos. Una pena porque la comida es muy buena, pero no volveríamos.
