Had a great experience at this location tonight (but I always do at all Francesca’s locations). Amanda was especially helpful and patient even though my indecisiveness kept here there a bit after closing time. She never made me feel rushed or like a burden. It seems like no matter which one I go to it feels like being in a small town boutique. Thank you for helping me pick out the perfect sweater 🥰❤️

Francesca‘s is a quaint independent store with lots of quaint good quality clothes, dresses , shirts, skirts, It also has lot of thoughtful gifts which you will not see in many other stores, it’s a nice place to browse and snap any items or bargains currently

Really nice place. I wanted to exchange an item and they helped me figure out how much the item was worth and let me know when an item was on clearance. There were two women working and they greeted me and asked if they could help and let me be which i appreciated. And they were having a conversation so the store didn't feel dead quiet which i liked. And when i said no plastic bags or wrapping the girl that checked me out was happy about it and said "save a tree" which makes me feel good that there are eco conscious people working there. The selection of jewelry was really nice, i just wish the packaging let you know the materials used, but that isn't a specific store issue.

I came into this store with my mom and we had a pleasant experience because she found this nice dress UNTIL we got to checkout. The associate began to ask my mom to enter her information on the keypad in the following order: Phone number First name Last name And oddly, social security number, to which my mom found very suspicious. My mom asked if they really needed that, and the associate fimly said “Yes.” My mom then put the dress back, but the associate then told her that she doesn’t “really need it anymore”. This was her first time in a Francesca’s store and it’s probably going to be the last.
