Muy buena experiencia, cafetería especializada en tés aunque también tienen cafés, con mucho espacio en un lugar privilegiado cómo Plaza de España. Tomé una novedad de otoño, el pumpkin latte acompañado de una tartita riquísima de avellana y chocolate. También tienen ofertas para desayunar y merendar y recomiendo seguirles en sus redes sociales porque siempre hay alguna promoción interesante. Las camareras muy, muy amables y simpáticas. Volveré seguro a probar más cositas.

POR FIN los “raros” a los que no nos gusta el café tenemos nuestro templo del té con un montón de variedades y ediciones limitadas según la estación. Es un sitio adictivo y me encanta venir para seguir probando toda su carta. Además, las vistas son espectaculares y, aunque estés en el puro centro de Madrid con caos alrededor, dentro escapas de todo ese barullo y te puedes relajar tomándote tu té o incluso trabajar un poquito! Tienen reglas, sí, pero en mi opinión como cliente son reglas completamente razonables para mejorar la experiencia del cliente que consume y que quiere tener tranquilidad en el local de que no te vayan a robar o que no te encuentres todo sucio porque la gente entre a usar el sitio como un baño público. De verdad, recomendadísimo!

Did not think it was possible,,, a tea celebration in a world were coffe rules! I even lost hope and converted to coffee becoz I ve lost hope in finding delecious tea in Madrid. So after 2 months, here I found this cool place, although I came to Plaza de España countless times, I have never noticed T8. I guess we should thank the bus which I missed and decided to walk around. Bottom line; tried the Limon Jasmin te and wondering what CHAPPUCINIO might be like... hopefully, it is cool, too.

We were in Madrid for 4 days, and once we discovered this place, we came here everyday for the best milk tea ever. It is a shame we could only find it in Spain. We'll miss it when we go back to the UK.

Young and funkey place, I recommend a visit. Coffee tasted quite well, and the tee was interesting and tasty. Everything is fresh and made with a certain attention to the detail.

estuvo todo increíble. Es de esos lugares que se sienten cuidados y donde claramente hay buena calidad en lo que sirven. Pedimos un jazmín oolong, un bubble tea Earl Grey con agave y leche, una nube de lichi (que fue oficialmente mi cosa favorita de todo lo que probamos 🤍) y un mooncake tradicional que estaba espectacular. De verdad se nota la calidad de los ingredientes, todo se siente bien hecho y nada artificial. Si tengo que ser 100% honesta, me pareció un poco caro, y el té estaba un poquito desabrido para mi gusto. Además, algo que normalmente hacen (y esta vez no pasó) es preguntar el nivel de azúcar o la concentración de agave, y siento que eso hace diferencia porque te permite personalizar más la bebida. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy buena. El cajero, Juan Carlos, fue muy amable y nos atendió súper bien. En general salimos contentos, especialmente por la nube de lichi y el mooncake que de verdad fueron lo mejor. Sin duda volvería, pero ya sabiendo que preguntaré por el nivel de dulzor

Excelentes tés con gran variedad de sabores. Fui un viernes por la mañana y se agradece el ambiente de tranquilidad para poder trabajar. Tiene 2 plantas arriba que te permite aislarte del ruido y tener un momento de relax

Hoy he venido a por los cake teas. Supe de este lugar porque unos amigos me llevaron a la de usera, me dijeron que aquí las vistas eran buenísimas. Es verdad que aquí son más estrictos y no niego que al principio me molestó un poco, pero después de consumir para subir lo entendí todo. La vista era tan hermosa y el ambiente era tan bueno que había alta demanda y según me informé, recientemente están intentando regular a los clientes para que no se queden por mucho tiempo y ocupando el espacio para que otros también puedan disfrutarlo. Aunque esa regla también me aplica a mí, igual me sentí bien porque sé que podré sentarme en algún momento y que no habrán gente que se queden todo el día y robar esa experiencia de otros 😊😊. Aparte de que gracias a esas reglas, tienen el centro bastante limpio y ordenado. Ha sido magnífico, definitivamente volveré, ya sé dónde gastar mi dinero. Pd: luego volví y me tomé un nube de lichi, mi favorito jejeje

He ido en varias ocasiones en hora punta y siempre tienen cola o está a tope dentro que no tienen espacio para sentarse. La calidad precio no está mal , aparte de té frío que es su especialidad, también tiene postre que hacen aún más especial ese momento. Sin duda alguna un lugar para disfrutar con calma, de las buenas vistas y del sabor. Sin duda alguna siempre vuelvo.

He ido bastantes veces a lo largo de los años. Recientemente el trato del personal a cargo de tomar pedidos ha empeorado, llegando a ser a veces condescendiente. Las sillas de la segunda planta, se tambaleab mucho y se hacen incomodas. Se echan de menos las butacas. La calidad del producto me sigue pareciendo excelente y por ello seguiré yendo. Otro punto a destacar es el tiempo limite de 2 horas. Aunque entiendo el cambio, ya que aporta flexibilidad al negocio en momentos de mucha afluencia de clientes. No obstante, punto a mejorar. Atención del encargado de tomar pedido.

El té está rico y es refrescante, pero me parece extremadamente caro (5.5€ por un té...es excesivo), 4€ por un mochi mediano ... Pagar casi 10€ por un té y un único mochi... El personal debería ser más amable y menos frío con los clientes. Además, no sé por qué motivo me dijeron, después de hablar pagado, que no se podía subir a las plantas superiores, que sólo se podía consumir en la planta baja.

Pedimos 3 bebidas, 2 bien -sin más, pero el Matcha Latte era básicamente leche solo, apenas se apreciaba sabor a matcha. menudo precio por un vaso de leche. Así bastante mala la experiencia.

I'm a regular costumer. I've been coming here for long now but today I had a bad experience. I tripped and my order fell entirely to the floor, I fell so embarrassed and went to ask the staff how to clean my stuff. They told me they'll do it and everything was fine until that. Then I went to the waitress to order again asking them if I could get the same order while showing them the ticket. The look I received from her was way too cold and definitely judgemental. I felt already embarrassed enough to had dropped all my order that having the staff giving me this look was terrible and heartbreaking. The way she took my order wasn't precisely kind either so yeah I felt really bad and my overall experience went down. I had to be specific and tell them I was willing to repay my order because I think she thought I was CLAIMING free reordering. Only then her face changed. Sincerely I won't come here anymore, at least not during weekends or until I check whether she's hese on weekdays too. I felt embarrassed and not fairly treated. I did not trip and spill my order on purpose to get anything refilled or for free, I didn't even had a chance to taste anything at all and I was poorly treated as if I was trying to get reorder for free.

My recent visit to T8 Tea Bar left much to be desired. I ordered a tea with oat milk, specifically asking for it to be hot. To my dismay, what I received was a cold tea with regular milk. This mix-up led to a waste of resources as they had to discard the incorrect tea and make a new one. Additionally, despite requesting it without sugar, it seems this instruction was overlooked. The staff at the cash counter appeared confused, with a guy and a girl struggling to get the order right. This lack of clarity added to the frustration of the situation. While T8 Tea Bar seems to be popular among some, particularly those from the fast east, I found nothing extraordinary about their offerings. They do have a corner shop, which seems to attract a crowd. Considering my experience, I cannot recommend T8 Tea Bar. There are better options available, whether it's a well-known chain like Starbucks or a local cafe. I hope others have a more positive experience, but I won't be returning.

We (two people) went in after some friends recommended it to us. We felt like ordering just one cookie because one of us had an upset stomach after lunch, with the plan of getting more later. Some dude in his 60s, presumably the manager, came up to us after 30 minutes and acted extremely rude, telling us that “one cookie is not enough to stay.” It’s obviously a reasonable request from them, and we would have definitely gotten more if he hadn’t acted so rude towards his own customers, since he also sent a person to gently kick us out and clean up the table, without giving us the chance to order a drink (after we asked if it was possible to speak English and were told that the cashier downstairs speaks it). And it’s not like we were occupying the last table: many of them were free, clearly showing how many people like staying in such a place. Reading the reviews and the owner’s responses I can’t help but notice how they never seem to acknowledge the rudeness of the staff, and how it’s always the customer’s fault. It’s clearly something they don’t really care about, and it’s such a pity because they are losing customers left and right simply because they can’t be a bit kinder. EDIT: reading the owner’s response feels like arguing with a toxic ex with the amount of gaslighting going on. Since you said that we came in at 1 PM, here is the proof of the purchase at 2.54 PM. Also, a picture from my gallery of the amazing meal I was having at 2.11 PM. And, since you are definitely going to edit your response to save face, here’s the original response you gave as well. Instead of being rude and gaslighting reviewers to save face, try and become better people. As a customer, I’m very disappointed that you’d rather make up facts rather than just being decent people.

I came in to surprise my boyfriend, who was reading on the upper floor and the staff DIDN’T let me go through unless I bought a drink. They were incredibly rude even when I explained that I am here for a minute. Disgraceful to have this level of service, regardless if the tea is any good. Have some self respect and pick another place for a beverage.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this tea bar. The female cashier not only had no idea what an Americano is (Americano has NO SUGAR) but also displayed a very rude attitude. It’s obvious that the shop has not properly trained its staff—this lack of professionalism left me in an unusually bad mood. I will never visit this place again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

If I could put zero stars, I so would. The service was really bad. The waitress was rude when I was asking questions about the menu. Laughed at me when I didn't understand. She seemed really pissed too, I'm not sure why. There were no other customers there either. Waste of money. Don't go there, the service is terrible. This review is about the very unprofessional SERVICE. The girl at the counter was responding to me in a very condescending way. Not the menu. Thanks for the owner's reply that didn't understand my review at all.
