This place does the best it can for its location. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Our food order was ready when I arrived and I was greeted as soon as I walked inside. My only concern honestly was the lady who was arguing with the people walking on the sidewalk outside who was walking through the lobby constantly... the drug issues of this part of town were on full display. I can't imagine what these employees have to deal with on a daily basis here. They honestly go above and beyond in customer service to make up for fact most customers are probably in fight or flight mode as soon as enter the parking lot. Great staff... scrappy location

Went By there today and apparently they are closed but they are letting other people in the door to get pizza but wouldn't let me in to order a pizza, dont know why they are doing this , im still outside and they are opening the door for some people. But still telling me they are closed, so off 3 more miles to the next little caesars.

Customer service here is pretty much nonexistent. You can hear staff talking in the back, but they rarely come up front to greet or acknowledge customers. Orders are also almost never ready when promised, and waits of 5–10 extra minutes (or more) are common. The lobby seating is uncomfortable, which makes the extended wait less pleasant. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking and the lot is easy to navigate. Overall, the location is convenient to get in and out of, but poor customer service and consistent order delays make this a frustrating experience.

Terrible service. Pizza was cold. Ordered on app. Said it would be ready by 7:40pm. At 8:01pm, I received a text that its was ready. Had to wait in line at drive thru. Received my pizza at 8:54pm.

Food terrible and falling apart and undercooked. Tired of this place not cooking my food right, tired of yall not having anything to drink but like 2 choices even though you carry pepsi products.

This has to be literally the slowest restaurant I have ever ordered from. I have never been able to pick up a “hot and ready” without waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Save your time and go to a pizza place where management has a handle on their employees.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered from here and was told we had to cancel it because they didn't have ham, which in and of itself it's ridiculous. We reordered only to wait over an hour for it to be sent to another one where yet again we had to cancel it again because yep you guessed it no ham. Dealing with all that for mediocre pizza is just stupid. Their service along with their pizza isn't worth all the trouble. Absolutely will not order here or any other restaurant again.

Terrible customer service! I will not order from this place again and I would suggest that no one else does either! Like all restaurants, they don't give you the whole order that you paid for. That's how restaurants make money of course. I called the only number I can find to try to get a refund and I was put on hold and then hung up on. This happened 8 times! The last time I was put on hold while I was still talking!

After waiting on this pizza for 45 minutes it was cold and not cut correctly and undercooked and burnt at the same time and they didn’t have crazy sauce

I had to wait in line for 45 minutes and pizza was cold I ordered ahead of time. It was also missing black olives. I was not happy with the service at all and I will never go back to this location which is sad because I use to work there in my teen years.

Don't order from here they left my garlic sauce out and my pizza was not done. They had almost an hour to cook it and when i called they hung up on me. We could get sick. Me and my 4 year old ate some of it.

I have come here during busy times, and during slow times. They never have any pizzas prepared. I don’t understand how that’s a critical part of your business, and you can’t have pizzas “hot and ready”. This location does have a drive through, but what good is it when you don’t have pizzas prepared for when customers drive up?
