La comida increíble. Todo en su punto. La atención 10/10. Delicioso Todo. Las copas de vino un tanto costosas. Pero tomamos una copa increíble. Riquisima. Tienen vinos Quitapenas? Porque no estoy segura si estaban o no en la carta. Pero deberían. De lo mejor de Malaga.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia, hemos probado varios vinos y algunas tapas. Sin duda nos ha dejado con ganas de volver a probar más. La atención de Elías ha sido insuperable, nos ha explicado todos los vinos que hemos probado y realmente atento

Espectacular, simple y sencillamente espectacular. Cada plato mas rico que el anterior, con una carta de vinos muy amplia y un precio completamente ajustado a una calidad excelente, tanto en comida como en el servicio al cliente. Un 10! Volveremos siempre que podamos.

Sitio con mucho encanto con una atención exquisita que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Especial mención a Elías que nos atendió y en todo momento nos explicó los distintos vinos que tomamos en la cata que hicimos. Sin duda volveremos.

Fantástica experiencia en este hallazgo. Sin duda en mi top 3 de restaurantes en Málaga. Gaspar nos ha acompañado durante toda la cena, recomendándonos vinos y tapas con muchísimo acierto y un trato espectacular. En la cocina os encontraréis a Mari, la estrella del restaurante… qué mano. Hemos acabado encantados, de verdad. Un detalle que nos ha gustado mucho en si carta de vinos de Málaga por copas (muchísimas) y que en el tapeo hay medias tapas, por lo que hemos podido probar varios vinos y cocina. ¡¡Necesitaríamos ponerles más de un 5!!

Nuestra experiencia en Descorche fue excelente de principio a fin. El ambiente es acogedor y muy tranquilo, la comida deliciosa y el trato inmejorable. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Gaspar, cuya atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos.

Buscábamos un sitio donde beber un buen vino y comer algo rico también, y lo hemos encontrado! Tienen una enorme variedad de vinos y una carta muy buena con muchas opciones muy ricas y tentadoras. La atención ha sido muy buena también por parte de todo el equipo! Repetiremos sin dudarlo..

A hidden gem, the restaurant is tucked behind the wine bar at the front. Great menu with some classics and items with a modern twist. It goes without saying the wine menu is amazing.

Were not suppose to go there but what a beautiful discovery. The food, the ambiance were excellent. The wine list is impressive and for all prices…. About the service, it was exceptional. Our waitress provided us with guidance in the selection of our tapas (the tuna tataki is sublime), our wine and of the culture of the area (there was a procession in the street). Above all, we had an issue with our hotel and she took the Time to help us resolve the probleme. Thank you.

Wow!!! Gaspare was the perfect host! Having eaten at plenty of fancy restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the food here. All the flavours and the local wine that you can’t find elsewhere except in Malaga. Fab local wine bar, serving smashing food. Staff are very helpful, pushing the local wine, which is very good. Theres a vast wine collection to suit all tastes. It’s a great peaceful relaxing place, great for a bite to eat and glass of wine or a drink on the way home. The food is super tasty, lots of it and a great selection. Some of the fish dishes looked amazing - we’re going back for that It does get busy so booking would be recommended, we managed to walk in, but it was early evening before 8.

We had the best time here! Gaspare really knows how to recommend wines that fit your taste and go way beyond what you’d expect. The food was amazing, the wine was excellent, and you’ve gotta save some room for dessert—the fig flan was so good we finished it before we could even take a picture!

Recommended by the friendly lady at our hotel’s front desk, this restaurant truly lived up to the praise. The food was delicious, and our waiter, Gaspare, offered exceptionally attentive service. On the menu, I saw a dish called “Homemade croquettes according to chef’s imagination.” The chef must be someone who truly loves life. I’d love to return here on my next visit.

A memorable evening -casual and chill atmosphere, sitting at the high table by the street, having good food like padron peppers and iberico. Este lugar tiene la mayor carta de vinos malagueños de la provincia aunque a mi opinión con precios algo elevados. Una pena ya que de no ser así sería un sitio recurrente para degustar vinos malagueños. Al estar situado en un sitio ultra turístico por desgracia es algo habitual en los precios en los establecimientos de la zona. En cuanto a la comida pues decir que no me pareció en este caso el alta en precio pero es simplemente correcta y que cumple la función de acompañar al vino, pero poco más. Probé la Gilda con salmorejo, mucho mejor el salmorejo que la Gilda que era bastante mediocre, los quesos, que sirvieron muy fríos por lo que perdían gran parte de su aroma y sabor y una carne argentina que estaba sabrosa y correcta . De postre el pastel de manzana, sin más . Me encantaría que otros establecimientos de Málaga apostaran algo más por lo vinos locales como el descorche pero sin que el precio haga que sea una barrera de entrada alta para muchas personas que quieran volver .
