So good. Love their seasonal creative lattes like the latest saffron vanilla latte. Given that the coffee is so good the only thing I wish for was more latte options like they have in their Tokyo locations :)

Phenomal coffee. I made the drive up here from Long Beach while on a business trip to visit this place and Malibu Kitchen and I was not disappointed by either. I had a cold brew (Three Africas beans) and it was without a doubt the best I've ever had. Such complex and delicious flavors. The interior is small but with a great minimalist design. If you're in the area and trying to decide, just stop looking and come here.

After a Howdy’s burrito, this is the greatest desert, a warm Blue Bottle latte. Handling Malibu Real Estate, Holly & I frequent Blue Bottle as a moment to collect our thoughts, and today, the perfect place to meet our clients. We love Blue Bottle!

Excellent coffee shop. Love the iced vanilla latte. The scone was very tasty as well. The inside was small but they had plenty of tables outside.

Ok not only am I a new fan here but as well of the Tahini chocolate chip cookie!! Our cashier was the friendliest of service we had. Went back for even a second cookie & Moscavado Latte of course!

Great coffee. Enjoyed a specialist ice coffee which was tasty, not too overpowering with Espresso. Small store but quick to serve. Cakes available and Free water on site too.

I had heard Blue Bottle had really good coffee so I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed. The drip coffee was really smooth. I had them add some half and half. It was a great drink to have at the coast.

It’s convenient, consistent, and perfectly located in the heart of Malibu. The coffee is always excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the space is clean and easy to access. A great spot for Malibu locals, agents, and anyone heading to meetings or showings nearby.

Seriously delicious coffee ☕️. My latte was perfect. Cute outdoor seating. Very friendly staff who honestly made a DELICIOUS cup of coffee, and I take my coffee seriously 😋 My daughter had a vegan latte with oat milk, and hers was perfect too. Pricey but worth it. Never go to Starbucks again.

11/3/24. There cash register was broken. But I am so impressed that they stayed so calm under the stress. Amazing staff and amazing coffee. We also tried the Chai Latte. It was really good 11/6/23 it does taste better if you get a oat latte every day. Many new staff. They all are very nice 7/2/22 Greg is amazing with his design on my latte 6/11/22 wow. The matcha oat latte is so good. I would like it stronger, but it is really nice. Should try it 3/15/22. Many new staff. Coffee is still good. Would like more avocado on my toast. The toasts are excellent 1/11/22 perfect coffee 12/21/2021. Still good coffee. It gets better if you go every day😂 9/11/2021. Coffee is so consistently good 9/6/21 - cafe latte was prepared by Gretchen today. Amazing 8/24/21 got an oat meal latte w/o sugar. Perfect. Prices have been increased in the last 12 months. It is on the pricey side for coffee $$$$ 8/7/21 - have the ham and cheese sandwich today. So yummy. 8/6/21. Come here almost everyday. The coffee are so good and the staff are so sweet. They are the best 4/10/2021 stopped here twice. Perfect day 3/23/2021 Trying a new latte for the last 2 days, Muscavado latte. Amazing 3/13/2021 another sweet surprise under my oatmeal latte. The baristas at this location are so sweet 3/6/2021 another suprise under the cap of my oatmeal latte. Love it 1/30/2021 We always appreciated the extra care the staff put into our coffe cup. Beautiful decorations beneath the coffee caps 1/24/2021 got a heart on our coffee today. Sweet!💜 12/9/2020 Macha Latte w milk. It is so much better than Starbucks, sorry Starbucks. I found a surprise under the cover. It was beautiful before I messed it up. Thank you for the surprise 12/5/2020 we finally got our surprise under the cover of our coffee cups this time. However, our Batistas are out of practice. Their art works were better before. Must be the pandemic. The latte is still really good. Should always order extra hot 10/4/2020 It was so nice to find the beautiful decorations under the caps of our coffees. Thank you❤ 8/25/2020 services for this location is hit and missed. When it is good, it is so good. When it is bad..wow. 11am Tuesday and bad services! The day just started! I think she is new. I don't remember seeing her here before. Completely rude. Ordered coffee w foods and liquid sugar on the side. When the order came out without it, I asked for it nicely. She told me that I should ask for it when I ordered. I told her I did and she repeatedly told me I should order the sugar in advance. We are here 4 times per week since it was opened, this the 2nd times the new ee was so rude. It is how she said it. Dont like to give bad review, but really have to do this one. Coffee and foods are still good Open your coffee shop already. We are going thru withdraw and it has nothing to do with coronavirus. They have excellent oatmeal lattee here. Lately, we are to Starbucks and Deluxe. But would love it if they would open. Most businesses are opened.

In walks Blue Bottle, and let me tell you I had some fond memories from that cappuccino I had from them a week before near LAX. So I felt like rolling the dice. On the menu was a coffee word I never encountered before: SHAKERATO. So so so good. Like a iced vanilla latte that’s smoother, frothy and a little less sweet. You’ve done it again, Blue Bottle. Take my money.

Good coffee with some sort of bakery I need for breakfast. Chilling on a sunny day. The atmosphere is quiet plus plenty of chairs. Best for chilling and relax

I loved there store too. Lots of seating outside and the glass windows made everything bright and sunny inside. Really nice place!

Standard blue coffee. 1 star off because it is usually packed. The crowd is the typical "Malibu" crowd. If you don't fit the image, then maybe you will stick out The parking lot is busy! Would only come if your are already in the area. Don't go out if your way to come here.

The coffee was excellent & the location is prime. The flavor was excellent & I ordered a “Flat white” with almond milk. It was the right temperature and it tasted great. The foam art was on point too. A great pick me up in a bright and sunny day in Malibu. I’ve been a Starbucks guy most of the years but this was a refreshing change.

Coffee was okay, chocolate croissant was delicious though. Service and atmosphere was stale and less than welcoming.

I stopped for a coffee and restroom at this plaza while driving from Oxnard. Both took me to wait about 10-15 mins. Understood it’s a holiday but service was way too slow. Coffee was great.

every time i go here i get attitude from the baristas?? i believe it is because i am a person of color. if you are POC i really don’t recommend unless you want weird stares and attitude for no reason.

All of a sudden the staff changed service is sooo slow it looks dirty

Wow, very limited offerings and might have given 2 stars if counter person would have gotten our order right and they would have been a little faster. Please consider adding better selection of pastries and maybe a savory option too. $28 for 3 people and having to settle for things you wouldn't eat at grandma's house. (Visited Sat at 10am if that makes a difference.)

Went there for the brand name coffee which frankly wasn't as good as many of the newer boutique coffee shops but the real disappointment was the bad management at this establishment in spite of having 5 people working behind the counter and mobile app service enabled it took nearly 30 minutes to get one Americano with the line tripling in size while I waited from 5 people in front of me when I arrived to about 10 after me by time I got my underwhelming coffee. Definitely not worth the wait go somewhere else

The proper way should be what the drink is and who it is for in an audible tone, maybe said twice if it just sits there. When a customer comment was made about lack of audible order notification, there was no response given by the baristas, just a look of attitude. The only two really working were the order taker and the food preparer. Service is expected at the prices being charged. So disappointing.

Employees are really rude. I went Feb 8th Sunday noon time. There were two women and one man working. Both two women were harshly rude. Extremely nasty and couldnt order my coffee in comfort.
