I ordered a bowl and was out of the sweet fire chicken breast so I order the green been chicken they gave two pieces of meat half rice and half vegetables. I did not order this. This is so unacceptable. I hardly ever leave review but this location always gets it wrong and I keep going back like an idiot.. my last time

This panda clearly judged me by size. The man before me got multiple scoops and did not ask for extra the when I asked for the same meal my portion was significantly less and I ordered 5 meals. He only ordered 1 yet they gave me horrible customer service allowing him to get multiple portions because I assume he is a man and then when I see my food made its in significantly smaller portions than the person before

I know Panda can do better. They got a lot things to improve, as someone who has been enjoying Panda Express in different cities over a decade. This location got huge potential to improve their jobs. There are 5-6 tables stay dirty everytime I come here. Few of employees they don’t know how to talk nice. The chickens often undercooked. Chewmein always tastes a bit weird and yet they put large portion of veggies for chewmein comparing to all other locations I have visited. Weirdly a lot. The other comments down the below tells you all. Management team needs to work on. You can’t tell me this is fast food when you don’t make the performance as much as the hq set up with the guide book and poor performance than other locations.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Panda Express. I placed an order and waited far longer than expected, only to have it canceled without explanation. There was no communication or attempt to resolve the issue. If you’re hungry and looking for reliable service, this isn’t the place. Poor customer service and a complete waste of time.

This was a horrible experience. Also these two tiny things and the egg roll were $13. Not to mention you order from an Ai that will cut you off and not get clarification on what you’re ordering. The guy at the window had no clue what to say about the ai and the complaint I had.

Purchased a meal via the drive through, however, a portion of what I ordered was not in the bag. I called shortly after, gave an employee my name and was instructed to keep the receipt. When I returned to receive the meal replacement the manager on duty, who refused to give her name, informed me my name was not in the "credit log" and that there was nothing she could do, even with my receipt in hand. When I asked the other team members what her name was all of them practically in unison said "we don't know her name." If this disgusting behavior is a representation of Panda Expresses philosophy on Customer Service then I'm perfectly fine never returning.

Not a single person on night crew wearing gloves. Staff would through the utensils all the way in the food bowls to where they would have to touch the food to get the utensil. Not a single person washed their hands including the drive through person sticking their hands in the food containers to get the utensils not to mention serving undercooked chicken

Panda Express in Manor, TX - 11/1/2024 We ordered on the app around 6:40 pm and it said it should be ready by 7:20. We went inside and purchased drinks to wait At 7:30, we were told they were waiting on sides. My son eventually asked about the order a few minutes later and the young lady told him she would get it. He was finally given the order in a Family Meal box and we left. When we got home, I started to remove the little serving boxes from the family box only to reveal that 2 orders of spring rolls and an order of apple pie rolls WAS NOT IN THE BOX!!! I told him to call and report the missing items. My son attempted to call but the phone was set to "No one is available to take your call" and immediately hang up. You couldn't leave a message, it didn't ring anymore....NOTHING!! There was no way to report the missing items except by driving back to the restaurant....20 minutes away in traffic.🙄🤯😲 How do you not allow people to call and speak with someone??? Especially when you are a service provider. If your service/food is good, I am willing to say that. But this visit was not good at all and it was made even worse by not being able to get a resolution to the issue. Panda Express-Manor, you MUST do better!!!

The price is no relationship, too small, more embarrassing, spend $ 9, still don't eat, rising price, please increase the price, I understand, but reduce the amount of speculative metals, it should not.I can't recommend it to a friend, I have to go to the Chinese city to eat.The bigger the hope, the greater the disappointment!There is no experience in management, the surface camouflage is good, the service quality, the food is not attracting customers, and it is equal to zero.

Horrible customer service and under poor poor management. Not only did they tell me to wait for my order but they also couldn't "find my car". I had to go into the resturant myself after 20 minutes to pick up my food that was already done. To top that off, the manager had no interest in helping me or correcting the issue. To top that off, the food was poorly constructed and thrown together in the food containers. So much for "Chinese finest". There's never any white rice available every time I go there too. There's always a wait for something. Please avoid
