Clean and Great customer service!Love the 10.00 deal Day definitely had to take advantage of such a great deal.
I went in to pick up my order and was greeted immediately. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the air conditioning felt good (in this Texas heat), and my food was hot and fresh. They even took the extra steps to cut my cheese free pizza with a different pizza cutter (due to a dairy allergy).
The Pizza Hut in Manor is almost that girl... I can't quit give them 5 stars because they never have two things at one time. If the food is good the customer service is meh... If the customer service is good, they burned my baby's cheese pizza. Now I'm a carry out girl, so my rating reflects my interactions with the people face to face. Now one thing I will say is they don't play about that 15 minute pick up time. Only one time have I waited longer than 15 minutes and that was because they remade my order. I go there TOO much to give them a lower star rating, UNLESS they piss me off which they haven't... Yet. So yeah, I recommend, until I don't.
I ordered two cheese pizzas from this location. While the pizza was perfect, and I have no issues with timing and service, I don't want a perfect pizza. Whomever made the pizza is wonderful and obviously takes pride in their work, but it's a pizza. I wanted the pizza to be messy and have burnt cheese on the crust. 😅 Kudos to the maker, though. Both were beautiful.
I stood in front of the register for 5min. intill I was seen and told to wait. I waited another 5min. untill I went to the back and saw 3 people on phones and 1 jusy staring at me. I just ask them if I could grab my own pizza from the rack and I left. Pizza is great, service is trash.
My wife just went to get a couple of pizzas at this location and the employee, a very impolite woman (the name in the receipt is Zephra), did not honor the promotion posted on the Pizza Hut website at the very time my wife was ordering the food, so she charged the one topping pizza for 11.99. I sent the screenshots and not even that was good enough for her to do the right thing. I selected the store before looking into their "deals" precisely to make sure we would not get some lame excuse to not honor the promotion and still, that is exactly what happened. Never had this issues with other pizza places in Manor, so of course we are not buying from this guys ever again.
I was really looking forward to trying the new Cheesy bites pizza but as you can see the pizza is very dry and the crust is missing the butter crust as advertised. The only thing that saved this is the ranch flight. The place was clean and ambience was nice. The service was fast and easy. Not sure where they’re dropping the ball but this pizza was not it. I might consider giving this location another try.
My partner order pizza from this location and when I check the pizza it was cheese and burger meat, so I went back in to correct it to be told and almost shouted at that my mate did it wrong and they don’t wish to accept that they mess up. The black hair lady was being too snotty and rude tone in her voice as I did my best to maintain a good manner and acceptable. Later my mate came in and he was explaining to her that he selected pepperoni but she was sticking to her guns and sticking with the know it all tone to end it with “it is what it is.” With that attitude and professionalism I’m surprise this place still runs. It’s saddening and very rude of her to do that, especially with that deaf tone attitude and never accepting fault either but they remade the pizza and didn’t remake the other items being cold. #there never time to do it right but always time to get it right.
Dreadful, I haven't eaten at the hut since 1985 (been in Europe) and I won't ever again. I went around 6pm so the oven should have been fully heated but pizza was undercooked. The dough was bready and tasted as though it was frozen and thawed but I have no idea. I can't get my head around why one would open a pizza restaurant and serve something worse than a frozen pizza. Pure greed runs this place, very disappointed. Employees were very nice, probably getting min wage.
Ordered at 5:43 for delivery. Delivery time was estimated to be 6:15. I called to inquire on the status at 6:35 and was told the order was ready, but the drivers were backed up and that my food was still at the store. I informed them that I could come pick it up, but oh, a driver just came in to grab my orders and I asked are you sure? Was told oh no, it was on the way. 25 minutes later, I called and asked for management. She told me my food was still at the store. I told her I would come and get it but would like that fresh. Once at the store, I asked to be refunded the delivery fee and driver’s tip after the manager handed me my food. This wasn’t initiated by her and it should have been. After 2 hours, I had my order in hand. I have ordered before on several occasions and although service can be slow, I have an issue of this magnitude. In my opinion, a team member should have contacted anyone with a delivery order, and informed them of the driver situation, and inquired on whether or not they wanted to switch to pick up. It shouldn’t have to take me calling the store to see what’s going on and having to go to this extent to get what I ordered.
Bad experience with the staff and the cashier; she refused to sell me a pizza at the same price I always order on weekends. From now on, I'm switching to Domino's.
I ordered a pizza for delivery for my son who would be home 2 hours later. They had it delivered immediately instead and the order was incorrect AND cold when he came home. I called and messaged with corporate. Nothing was done. No refund. No credit. Nothing. I have deleted the app and will no longer do business with Pizza Hut. There are so many other places to go and Uber Eats makes it so much easier to get any pizza any Austin. Bye Pizza Hut. You weren't that good anyway.
Ordered a pizza at 8pm and it was expected to be delivered by 8:29p.. by 9:35p the pizza still wasn’t delivered. Called and requested a refund because it should never take over an hour to deliver 1 large pizza. Will not be ordering from this location again
I placed a order from here, and I must admit pure garbage I will never I mean never order from here again, the whole order didn't arrive then the driver had to come back with the other half of the food cold as hell. The food came cold and uncooked best believe they won't receive my money again.
I echo the review of Andrea. Although the edge-to-toppings is bad, I haven't gotten one that bad before. The deep dish at this location is hand tossed thick at best. Otherwise their food and flavor is very good, and service is decent. I worked at a hut many years ago. Other locations do it right, but they keep missing at manor. I try again every 6 months or so but has yet to improve. So I'll have to resort to their competitor across the street or drive to another location. Tried again recently and this place still fails. I keep hoping that my order will be better the next time I order from here but it seems to just get worse. This is one of the pan pizzas I received tonight. The last time I ordered, every single piece was cut unevenly. One piece was smaller than the palm of my hand. Clearly there is absolutely no quality control or care for the product sent out to customers. I would be absolutely embarrassed if this was my pizza sent to someone’s home. Aside from the friendly delivery drivers, it seems like nobody at this location takes any pride in their job. Your work is a reflection of your work ethic and if you’re okay with consistently sending out poorly made food then get a new job.
