Subway Manor Reviews
I came by and ordered 5 subs! Trish was so sweet I love her!
Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Diana and Andreyana! They were super friendly and made my sandwich perfectly. The place was clean, and they worked quickly. Definitely coming back because of their awesome service. Thanks, Diana and Andreyana!
I've visited this subway on several occasions and every time I've been there an employee named Josh is there greeting everyone with a beautiful smile and is always humorous! The only issue I could say there is, is they are frequently out of bread and other things but I know it happens exp nowadays. I'll keep visiting as long as Josh stays an employee!!
Stopped to grab some sandwiches for my brother who had a baby. My four-year-old was crying for a juice and the worker there tonight. Let her grab one and said it was on them. Thank you for being kind. You have no idea how much that means to parents when kids are going crazy really great service.

Went in to subway today and Josh fixed my sub.. Although he just opened up and wasn’t able to count his register. He was still patient enough to make the sandwich. Josh was very polite and friendly. I barely make reviews but the customer service I received from him was AMAZING. Thank you Josh !
My sister ordered my sandwich off the menu and added two extra things. On the sandwich is supposed to be ham ( they didn’t have any), lettuce, tomato, cheese and onions ( I didn’t get the onions) and I added bacon and avocado. They added my two things but they didn’t put lettuce and tomato, so it’s just meat, avocado and cheese and they put my sandwich under the pizza boxes

Not so great experience, the lady kept complaining about not liking to make the sandwich I ordered and taking her time. Once I got to my place to eat and tried the chips, they tasted past. And yes it was, when I went back to the store and communicated it to the lady she said “just take another bag” but they were all expired. My order was large. This just makes me wonder if other ingredients in my food were expired. I would like someone to contact me.
They made my order wrong the first time and I called and nicely asked if they could remake it. When i went back to pick up my new one the lady wouldn’t even look at me but i still told her thank you so much. She definitely made it like this out of spite when it was her mistake in the first place.
The worst sub I ever had!! They need to train their servers on how to make subs..or atleast properly listen on what the customer needs..they didn’t even had time to cut my sub and I had to do it at home..really bad! And also they don’t keep Veggie patty.

I don’t often write reviews, but never in my life have I felt so disappointed by customer service. We were told the toaster was down. The manager came back from a break and saw the employee putting buffalo chicken (apparently raw, and a health code violation) onto my sandwich. To which he said “I didn’t see anything,” as opposed to stopping the employee from serving us. Since the toaster was down, we asked if they could put our toppings on the side because we were going to just toast the sandwich at home. The employee looked baffled at this request. They were “out of” salad bowls to put them in, so I suggested they put the toppings in cups. Josh, the manager, laughed at our request, and asked if we were going to pay for the cups. At this point, I was baffled. Then, Josh proceeds to tell me “he shouldn’t even be selling me the buffalo chicken because it’s a health code violation.” Yet, the employee continued to pack it up and Josh offered to wrap our toppings in NAPKINS. As opposed to just giving us a subway soda cup for them. I have never seen customer service this bad, and at that point, we left and chose to go somewhere else. If I could offer advice it would be to have some management and customer service education for the employees so they can grow the reputation and brand of subways excellent customer service here in Manor.
Made an online order for pickup from the subway app (Order# : 1355745C-0C). It notified me that the order is ready for pickup, but the only person working at the restaurant said that they never received my order and couldn't help me. He would not even cancel the order, so I could get a refund. I can't find any customer service number anywhere, either. Opened a ticket at the sSubway website but never heard back from them either. I guess I will have to do a charge back on my credit card. It's probably the last time I will get anything from Subway.
How hard is it to make a sandwich? I ordered online went to pick up my sandwiches, checked the ticket to make sure it was correct ( kinda hard to unwrap and check to make sure it's correctly made) nor should I have to! Got home and guess what....they were wrong! This place is horrible...I have gave them one to many chances, never again!
I would give 0 if I could. I frequently come here, about 2-3 times a week because there’s not many options in manor. Plus I’ve always loved a good subway sandwich. I would love to talk to the owner of this store, it’s the worst subway I’ve been to. Even beating out a subway in a gas station in the middle of nowhere on a road trip that had flies landing on meat. I digress. Consistently out of meats, tuna, and veggies. Or bread. One time the oven was broken and they had no bread. One guy who has always worked here is amazing, a young Hispanic dude knows what he’s doing and has the best attitude and customer service. Today, they were out of tuna. No Italian subs could be made. No provolone cheese or spinach. I was very clear on ordering and the sandwiches were still mixed up. They were mashed down and rolled up in the paper. I know y’all can do better. I know pay probably isn’t good and it sucks dealing with people. Not all customers are rude. I genuinely love subway and I always talk to the employees and ask how it’s going. Please consider that. Also, whoever owns this store should be required to be on the line and make sandwiches during the lunch rush on a weekday. Then maybe they would appreciate the urgent need for better management and inventory control, and staff morale.
First of all the guy didnt look up even 1 time for 1 sec while he was making some sandwich for some to go order or something (no other customers in store) 2nd of all, dude turned around and i got a full view of his butt crack, he wasnt even wearing boxers. Pull ur shorts up. Disgusting. Edit: also its been 24 mins, sandwich still not done lol wow
If 0 stars was possible I would give 0. I've basically lived on Subway for about 20 years. I've eaten in many Subways in 6 states. Always always had good experiences. This Subway in Manor is staffed by people who absolutely will not smile, won't even attempt to be friendly, won't speak to you even to ask questions about your sandwich as they're building it. They stare past you and act like you are inconveniencing them by keeping them in their job. If the bothersome customers weren't in front of them, they wouldn't have their job. Apparently these folks don't get that basic concept. After ordering in the Subway app, I've gotten our sandwiches home only to open them and find that they are nearly just bread with a few onions and some mayonnaise or mustard. Completely lacking ham or turkey that was paid for and selected (paid extra for the double protein). We also get ingredients we didn't ask for, or don't get ingredients that we did ask for. If ordering in person, the employees won't even make eye contact or speak to start the process of making your sandwich. They make customers repeat what they asked for over and over. If someone is this miserable in their job, they really do need to either try to resolve the source of their unhappiness, or seek a different career. We absolutely will not visit this location again. We now go 10 miles out of our way in heavy traffic to go to the Parmer location. That location delivers the great Subway experience that we're used to.
This is the worst subway EVERRRR!!!! Almost every time I come they never have anything that you want. They run out of everything and never try to restock. I've seen them be out of everything from beverages, both fountain and bottled, to the bowls that they need to make your salad. I've only had a good customer service experience from a few people there, but to the one lady that's always hiding in the back on her cell phone, I don't know how you even still have a job, your attitude is nasty and if you don't like your job...please quit. We could ALL do without your attitude, especially after the 20 minute wait.🙄
Worst Subway ever. Rude staff. The food wasn’t what I ordered, the food served wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Will not be returning and will advise people to avoid this location.
Dude working there Friday afternoon needs an attitude adjustment. 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and whole time he's sighing and complaining and being rude. Lady was nice. Didn't even get my online order right, Ordered turkey and they gave me tuna. Get new employees and more.
Female employee acts like she works on comission, or ingredients come out of her own paycheck. On at 2 occasions now I've been denied simple things like extra black olives. Lady sprinkles a tiny bit and says "yeah that's extra". Also for some reason, things have to be in an exact order now, never seen that at any subway before. I really didn't want soggy bread from sauce. I wanted sauce on top (which is why I ask for it last). Not difficult. Missing the old male manager with the glasses. I forget his name but he was all smiles even on bad days, and wasn't rude like the current staff. I have never taken out my hate for my job on my customers, its insane to me. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
How many one-star reviews before someone in charge cares? The lady working at 3:20 on 2/21/26 was one of the least professional employees of any business I have ever encountered. After i stood waiting at the counter for several minutes, she finally came out from the back. She saw me in front of the register, made eye contact with me as she was putting on gloves, and then she walked to the opposite end of the counter to try to take care of someone else first. When I asked "are you skipping me?" She said "i didn't know." You didn't know that the first person in line was there first?? I told her I was picking up & she handed me a full bag. I got halfway to the car when I realized the drink was missing (because she handed me the bag and said nothing about the drink, i initially assumed it was a bottled drink included in the bag). When I came back, she said "there was supposed to be a drink with that." I asked her for the drink. She told me to grab a cup & get it myself. I asked which cup (there were 3 choices)? She said "the first cup." I asked what she meant, and she just looked at me and said again "the first cup." So I grabbed THE FIRST CUP CLOSEST TO ME and as I was filling it, she yelled at me that I had gotten the wrong size. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY
My husband placed an order. I went to pick it up after an hour, they told me that my husband had already picked it up . The manager said when my husband came to pick up the order, they asked him for his ID to confirm that it was his order. Which is a lie, we have never been asked to show our ID when picking up food. My husband was at home with the kids, thats why I had to go pick up the food. The manager argued with me for 45 minutes. She Yelled at me and refused to replace my order. She even tried to give me someone's order. I told her that I wanted the food that my husband paid for. She was extremely rude and a pure narcissist. Worst manager ever.
