Panda Express Mansfield Reviews
Fast service , smiling servers , and good fresh, tender, Beijing beef. This is the one panda Express i can say that about. Their friend rice was all fresh and no stale rice pieces. Quality at it's best
Can't go wrong with panda express !
I love the honey walnut shrimp. Very good portions. Always nice and polite. I currently miss this one though because I moved so far away and wish the one in Tyler had what I wanted but I will never forget you Mansfield
We drive 11 miles to this Mansfield location despite living right around the corner from the one on Little Rd which rarely serves full menu after 8:30pm because they run out out of items like steamed white rice, Kung pao chicken, egg rolls, etc. The location in mansfield is a totally different experience. Friendly staff, and even though they're usually very pretty busy, the drive thru line moves fast. This is one of my favs. 😁
They always make sure that they are serving you fresh, hot, tasty food at this location. They are also not skimpy with the portions, you get a lot of great oriental food for the money here. My favorites are the Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken!
Love LoVe LOVE it!!! One of the best locations, right off 287! Super friendly staff💋 So.... real quick, they were out of the super greens (she asked me would I mind waiting for them to prepare it fresh!😊 Instead of saying "they were out" and thats it or making me wait for 12mins, without giving me the option to change my mind IF I wanted to!!) Awesome customer service🤔 I wish I knew her name, I would shout her out!! I could tell she was smiling behind the mask😷👍🏾👍🏾 All in all, great visit!! ALL of my food was hot and delicious!!
Panda Express is one of my favorites , the food is always hot and delicious. The drive through is super busy starting at 5pm until 7pm. But no matter it's worth the wait.
I love going into the Waxahachie Panda now that Andrea is the manager, because she is always smiling and very helpful. How many managers do you see working long side there crew? Great job and I will definitely come back.
Always good food and pleasant environment. The staff was amazing. There was a young lady that had the most charming smile. I mention this for the reason she was exhausted and must've had a long day working, but non the less, she greeted with energy and as warm of a smile as could be given. Bravo to this location for keeping efficent during a busy time with great customer service!!!
I love coming to this place and always get superior customer service by Mrs Lydia . She such a kind soul . Sometimes we drive pass the other panda express on Debbie lane ( that is closer to us ) just because the customer service from Mrs Lydia is worth it . I hope upper management appreciate the gem they have
One of the best Panda Expresses I have had the privilege of dining at. Wonderful staff that greet you when you enter, not a long wait to place my order, and my meal was hot and tasted great. I had a plate with two entrées, black pepper and teriyaki chicken, rhe portions were large and it was all I could do to eat it all. I left there full, with my hunger satisfied and a smile on my face from the overall joyful experience I had. Highly recommended
Great location. But all credit goes to Laura or Lauren. She was fantastic at the window. Great sense of humor, perfect order taking, and exactly who Panda would want as the first contact a customer gets when visiting. Huge credit to her. This location over all gets it right each time. Good food for the price.
Food was good I was a little upset that they don't actually serve Panda there so that might be a little bit of false advertising but the shrimp was good and I like rice
The manager Anthony is absolutely deserving of his position. We had an issue with the order and he went well beyond what was necessary in order to make sure we were taken care. Our favorite Panda Express easily
I have always enjoyed going to this location. The food is always freshly cooked and hot. My compliments to the cooks for keeping their menu consistent and delicious. The "entire" staff is always very polite, work hard to make your visit enjoyable and positive, with a greeting as you enter and leave. The ladies at the the counter always have smiles, very courteous, quick to get you served, and are very knowledgeable of their product. The building, inside and out, is always clean and well kept. Thank you to all for making this Panda my favorite.
Updating my review. Husband & I LOVE Panda. But recently the last few months they were either not ready, had very few foods available or the dining was closed and has to go thru drive thru... Or if we got in only half or less of the food ready. So we stopped BUT today..... We got in😁🙌 the food was ready and we saw all new crew it was SO MUCH BETTER. The food was even better. It was AWESOME service and Food Is Awesome today. 🙌💙 Thank you we LOVE eating here no one compares when the food is ready And the service is awesome.😁🙌💞
We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The food was fresh and delicious and the environment was nice and clean. I was served by a polite young lady named Vanessa, she was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely come again!
A few weeks ago my husband went to order a plate for me, I was very pregnant at home due any day and they were out of the only thing I really wanted which was the honey walnut shrimp. They offered to make a fresh batch if my husband waited for a few minutes which he did, I was very happy and thankful when I heard about this! So thank you staff!
We were helped by Miss Lidia!! She was the sweetest, nicest, and most helpful person I've ever come across at Panda. I live in Chicago. Visiting my 13 year old daughter here in DFW and staying at a hotel just down the street from this Panda location. What a great way to end our first night here in Texas. Lidia just kept a smile on our faces and gave our first day a great ending! Thank you Lidia!! And Panda... Give her a freaking raise! Seriously... You don't know what you have right now in that restaurant!
Ms.Anna and her crew tonight are phenomenal. Even though they were swamped with many online orders, walk ins and drive thru. Ms. Anna and her whole team were still very kind and informative. Thank you so much you guys!
It was pretty busy when we visited and they food was fast and fresh. The manager Anna was the one who rang us up and she was very friendly. Her customer service is stellar!
Just had a perfect meal. When I go to Panda, I don't have high expectations. Either too small of portions, all veggies and hardly meat on the options that have both, and sometimes a weird greasy taste on the noodles. First time trying this location, didn't experience any of this. Good sized portions, freshest noodles I've ever had, and the proportion of meat/veg was just right. The woman working the drive thru was very polite. I'll be coming back.
I eat at this panda express all the time. Much better than one the debbie and matlock. The food always tastes great, i always recieve big portions and if you have to wait for food to cook they offer you a drink 👍. Iv only had to go back a few times for wrong orders but they have no problem fixing it. Overall one of my favorite places to go
Place was crazy busy but surprisingly they had plenty of help behind the counter. This was nice to see a full staff. Drive-thru and in-house both were busy on this Saturday night around 6:30pm. The food was good and the staff were great!
They were very busy on a Sunday evening, but still handled the rush really well. The food was fresh, and they were making more as we passed through the line. The place could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom, but overall it was a good experience.
No matter what day I come here or what time, they're always out of string bean chicken. Not sure whether this is their most popular entree or if it's their least popular, I just know it's my favorite and they never have it. If not for that, I'd be completely happy with my visit. The food I did get was good, it just wasn't what I went there to get.
Its panda, you should have a favorite dish there by now. This was my first time inside a panda express in over year, which was a pleasant feeling of things getting back(ish) to normal. There was a little wait at 12:30 but that is to be expected during the lunch rush.
Friendly staff. They have cut back on portions a lot! Not as much noodles as before, nor as much on main course. Understand portion control, but charge the same price as before is noticeable to customers that aren't happy and may not come back. Change portions= change lower price.
UPDATED REVIEW: I've been back several times and my initial experience appears to be an exception rather than the norm. Service has always been lightning fast and the food has been decent. Once in a while, the orange chicken isn't fresh/crispy. Portions are large when dining and it's a fair value. How does a Chinese restaurant run out of rice during lunch? Small portions. Not fresh. Almost entirely unappetizing vegetables. $11.50 and I left hungry.
I used to go to Panda Express often when I lived in Arlington. I stopped going because there were other ethnic food restaurants to explore nearby. Now I’m in Mansfield. There aren’t as many ethnic food restaurants nearby. But the local Panda Express is much closer. So, I thought I should check them out. I worked as a contractor at Frito Lays for a few months. I did the same at Pizza Hut. So, I’m familiar with how fast-food franchises operate. Panda Express is a rare bird in the sense that it's independent. Its owners and co-founders are husband Andrew Cheng, wife Peggy Cheng, and Andrew’s father, Chef Ming Tsai Cheng. Peggy was a software engineer, working for defense contractors. She brought a systems analysis perspective to logistics and standardization necessary to scale up operations. Back to the review. My career before retirement was in software. I was born in Southeast Asia. The first thing I noticed was the tables were all occupied by customers who were not Asian. In a true Asian restaurant, this would be a red flag for me. But Panda Express is Americanized Asian. The recipes have been adjusted to American tastes. Real Chinese food is full of thick sauces. Panda Express food is lighter. Most likely healthier too. I also noticed that the kitchen staff were not Asian. It doesn’t matter. The recipes are simplified. Remember that Peggy Cheng turned it into a systems approach. I ordered their most popular dish: Orange Chicken. Since I had a coupon, the other dish I ordered was their new Spicy Orange Chicken. Both dishes had a lot of fresh chopped vegetables. Unlike real Chinese food, Panda Express always had fresh vegetables that were not overcooked. Yeah! Both Orange Chicken versions were delicious. And the service was fast. I think I’ll be ordering from Panda Express more often. I recommend them.
Stingy on the selection requests.. All I asked for was a few little zucchinis I don't need the chicken and everything else lol
Serving sizes are shrinking (again) while prices remain the same or increase. This store is often out of many menu choices sometimes even within 2 hours of closing. Smaller portion sizes are a common customer complaint across the chain.
The first time I came here, I walked in and an employee was pulling trash at the front door, one was at the drive through and one was behind the counter. I stood at the counter for a while and just got looked at. Not one person said anything to me at all. Not one we will be right with you or one word at all. I gave it a couple of weeks and tried again. The food looked good for the most part. I walked in and held the door for a couple of people. They got in line and asked for their food and received it. Then a guy came in much later after me and started ordering. I almost walked out again but the other lady who seemed like a manager asked to help me. I ordered my food and then the cashier was done woth the other people asked a bunch of questions and was bubbly. Fried rice was good but the grilled chicken was dry. I had to put a bunch of sauce on it and drink a ton of tea. The chicken was also salty and so was the spicy mustard. I would enjoy the food if it wasn't so salty and got an opportunity to get it when it came off of the grill. I had a couple of pieces of rice that were a crunch and not edible. Most of it was great though. I would like to try it again and something different but most is fried and I don't do fried. We shall see. Maybe in a few months.
I love Panda, but several times recently I've come to this location and there were several items that were unavailable at that time so I would have to wait well over 10 minutes to receive the order that I wanted at the time. I'd still come back for sure, but it is a little frustrating when the items you want are not available after several different visits.
usually when we order, we get a lot of sauce and it’s 5 packs of chili & soy sauce .. but this time i went in drive thru and asked her for all the sauces she said she would put them in the bag then at the window i re asked to make sure that everything was there and she quickly responded with yes. when i arrived home there was 2 packets of sauce of soy & chili sauce for 2 plates..
2:30 and they are still fairly busy. Fresh food. A+ customer service. And yummy!!! Addendum - came here for late lunch today and they are out of about half their menu!!! Not cool÷ She literally told me they did not have 5-6of their entrees and no spring rolls. Not Happy this time. Changing from 5 stars to 3 for an average.
We've eaten from here alot before & loved it. This particular night it seemed like they were rushing to get the food cooked & get it out. The noodles were not cooked all the way. The broccoli beef had very little beef. I was disappointed as we love panda express. I hope it's better when we go back.
I went during closing and the fried rice was like stones. Dried up and fully fried. Reasonable price chicken is mostly good but sometimes it’s very dry.
We ordered the cream cheese ragoon, which would come with 3 pieces, but they only had two left, so the guy was kind enough to include an eggroll to make up the difference. The ragoon was decent, not that crunchy and was on the soggy side. Then we got the orange chicken, which was pretty good and the walnut shrimp was yummy! The lo mein was good too, but was on the dry side. The fried rice was decent. Overall, it was an ok meal.
Service was terrible. Ordered food through the app got a confirmation. When I showed up to pick up my order no food. I was told they never recieved it or I ordered at the wrong location. When I showed them my order was correct and at the right location they took my order and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get it. No apology no discount nothing.
Better drive through if you're thinking of eating here. Inside customers ignored and made to wait while two of three employees on duty serve the drive thru. I took the time to come inside and visit your restaurant yet i would be better off driving through and then coming in with the food. Must be an Asian thing.
When did Panda Express stop giving any sauce with the meals? I ordered a pick up order from this store someone picked it up for me . I requested extra soy sauce since I had order 3 items. And was told the could do that. And not one package of soy sauce or chili sauce came with this dry meal. I have never been to a Panda express that wouldn't give sauces especially since I order the day before and at least received 1 pack. Real poor customer service.
Take forever. Plan to be here for 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. Made me wait 7 minutes to order then 10 minutes to pay and receive
I've been to this location three times in the past month and had problems all three times. The first two times they had no mixed vegetables 15 minutes into the lunch run. This last time the cashier at the window forgot to give me my drink and didn't notice I was still there for a full minute. Then once I got back to work and opened the bag they had left out the egg roll I paid for too.
The food was great but the drive through service was horrible. I don't usually go through the any drive thru unless I have to. Pulled up to the speaker 🔊 and the guy said something that was unintelligible and I asked what he said and got the same unintelligible response. I ordered a 2 entree and told him what side. He asked what other side and I was confused because it said only one side. I started to order my other meal and he said "will you hurry up I'm in a hurry!" If I had been able to get out of line I would have left. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want him to spit in my food! Not a good visit
Service and atmosphere good, food not good.
Rice caused quite a delay. Then it was not cooked enough. The Noodles were like rubber, under cooked as well. The Beef and Broccoli dish had no broth, and what meat was there was all tiny tidbits and no bigger than a pea. I am very disappointed about paying over $50.00 for 3 people and then not being able to chew or enjoy it... I won't be back there.
Drive thru team told me I would need to wait 8 minutes on Teriyaki Chicken. Wait has been much longer. Young lady was very indifferent when I came inside to ask what was taking so long and its a full crew. SMH. Added note: no soy sauce after I requested it before my long wait. :\ Additonal note: Older lady at front counter was very friendly though and she should be commended. Didnt get her name.
Ordered mushroom chicken yesterday, and was told they were out but was asked if I'd wait. Fresh, I thought, until I was woken lastnight with projectile vomiting and diarrhea. It's been a rough 12hours. Thanks Panda Express. Oh, and they didn't have me pull to the side to wait for it. Just let a line of cars pile up behind me in the driveway. Never going there again.
Made an order thru ubereats. Ordered a build your own plate and cream cheese rangoons. Food was delivered and there was NO RANGOONS. Had to have my food delivered because I am at work and cannot leave. I will never order delivery from this Panda Express again. Cannot be trusted to get an order right without having to double check it in person.
Drive thru customer service is MUCH more important than front counter service. Waited 10 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me being tended by one employee but 4 employees filling orders for DT! We are all customers with an appetite not just DRIVE THRU, front counter customers do get hangry :(
They suck and they don't answer the phone. Avoid.
They need to hire more people who know basic math. I gave this little girl with glasses $20.25 my total was $8.23 she gave me $11 and some change. In my head I’m thinking okay this female obviously don’t know basic math. I walk in and she tried to tell me I gave it to her after she rung me out. (Like seriously?? I gave you the .25 so I wouldn’t have to carry change. Your job is suppose to give me the exact change that I’m supposed to get back) I told her I’m not leaving till I get my dollar that you owe me. Then she asked for my receipt and she had to pull out her phone because she couldn’t do the math in her head. Once she realized she messed up and gave me the wrong change, Instead of taking the change she gave me and giving me a dollar she just gave me the rest of the change and .5 in pennies instead of a nickel. That girl needs to go back in school to study math again. Now i have to carry change. Some people don’t like to carry change you know ?? Anyways I won’t be coming back and if I do I hope they’ve hired people who know how to count change and give change out properly. Just to find out my food is cold when I got home. What a disappointment I don’t like my food cold so I ended up giving the food to my dogs Long story short// YOU SHOULDNT BE A CASHER IF YOU CANNOT COUNT CHANGE AND GIVE OUT CHANGE PROPERLY
A lot of Panda Expresses are not ran well but this one hands down has to be the worst ran one I've ever came across. Out of over half the menu items. Just close for the day. Why would you stay open?
If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD. The worst experience I have ever had. The staff are so gossipy (I know about any and everything possible about there personal lives). You guys should really take this staff out & have them train with the staff at the Benbrook 377 location (that is the best panda ive ever gone too). I cant believe how the staff act here at the Mansfield location- absolutely HORRIBLE. Will never return. EVER!!!!!
Worst panda I’ve ever had on my life . Very limited options because of the lockdown. I got teriyaki chicken and sweet fire chicken breast . I get home and it’s no teriyaki sauce so i just got plain chicken . The sweet fire breast had no sauce it’s just dry breaded nuggets . Highly disappointed
Ordered the five flavorful shrimp and believe me it is not worth the money. The restaurant should let people know that when you order "The Five Flavorful Shrimp" that is just exactly what you get "five pieces" of overly priced shrimp with very few veggies.
They serve food that is not fully cooked!! My Rice was veryy hard and my boyfriends chow meño was extremely salty!! I think they should try their food before serving it. I love Panda Express but today I left highly disappointed.
Easily the slowest drive thru on the planet. Not to mention your order will be wrong 99% of the time or missing items. I swear it must be a challenge to be this slow and bad
Idk what’s more annoying from this store; either always getting my order wrong, never having everything on the menu, and now, apparently the whole store closes so that all the employees can take a “break” at 3:45. So I went inside at 4:15 and they had the doors closed! From my understanding, everyone takes turns taking their breaks instead of closing an entire store. This store will literally stop cooking items around 8ish. Out of all the PE this one never seems to satisfy! WORST STORE IN DFW!!!
I’ve been going to this Store for as long as it has been open. Just recently we started noticing that they never had ready what we always wanted. They always telll us it will be at least a 10 minute wait. So after this consistently happening I asked why food was never ready any more. Because the owner doesn’t want food waste so in slower times we only make it when ordered or it gets busy again. They suggested that I call in . So that’s what I have been ding till today. Order wasn’t taken because they get to many prank phone calls, and food way being wasted again!! Sad to say we will NOT be coming back to this store again!
There is nothing like working all day, running errands after work and stop at a place for a quick bite. Of course COVID means not all places allow dine in. Go through the drive through and can barely understand the person through the speaker. Got lucky with getting the correct order. Finally get home to enjoy the food......not as lucky as we thought. Rice was severely under cooked. What happened to this place. It had gone downhill. Very disappointing.
Panda is a great place but this location never has what I want. They are always out of items on the menu for the day when I show up. Sometimes I have to drive to a different location just to get what I want. I should not have to do that. Probably won’t be returning anymore.
I love this place in the food is always fresh however whenever I come a little late they close at 10:30 I come at 10 they tell me this is what we have available. I just don't understand I can't get all of it on the menu because they close in 30 minutes if I go to a restaurant where you sit down you can order whatever you want that's just good business. Came back after 3 months, same problem. It's 9 pm and they close at 1030. They run out and wait to see if they should make more. Isn't this supposed to be fast food. You guys suck!! I never have this problem in Arlington.
Worst panda in dfw. They are always out of something. I went thru last week and no chicken. Went tonight and the girl at the drive thru told me they didnt have anything on the menu. Then after i questioned her she told me they only had beef broccoli because the fryer was broken. It seems like cell phones to them are more important.. Smh..
Went to the drive thru at 9:30, last I checked they close at 10pm and waited for 10 minutes until finally asking multiple times if someone was there they finally answered (nobody was infront of me and lobby was closed) finally do get a girl to answer so I tell her what she wants, she then tells me that they only have one order of the item so I said I would wait. Her response was that they won't make anymore so I asked her if they closed at 9:30 then since they are refusing to make anything on the menu and she said no they close at 10 so I asked what's the problem, she then proceeds with another lie that their cook won't make anything then she lies again and says that they shutdown their kitchen, she then lies again and says they are short handed (all if this with an entitled attitude) so I told her that they need to put somewhere that panda shuts down at 9:30 since they are refusing to do their job or serve anything on the menu. After she tells me that she's done with me I pull off to drive away and she proceeds to open the drive thru window and yell what my problem is, I told her that you close at 10 so do your job and stop feeding customers bs excuses because you want to leave early. I've had several issues with this particular panda along with the entitled attitude and bad quality like cold food and forgotten items. Management sucks here and so do some of the employees. If I'm paying for something then I expect to get what I pay for not bs attitude after a 16 hour work day from an entitled brat that's puts in minimum work and complains over doing a job that they willfully signed up for.
Waited at the drive thru speaker for about 15 minutes ALONE, after she snapped and said one second. Finally ordered, she was snappy and rushed. Got to the window and she was so rude. When I asked for you sauce she snapped in the bag and closed to window on me. She never even apologized either as as ok as every other panda, so at least she didn't mess that up.
Don’t waste your time, terrible service and subpar compared to other locations. Asked for 5 packs of hot sauce and was told they can only do 2 per plate. I’ve never had this happen to me in any other Panda Express.
Very much a bad experience every time. Waste of time and money to be open but not have 95% of the menu available. I shouldn’t be told what’s available when the store is open for another hour everything should be available if you’re open.
Just went through drive through, ordered a Beeff & Brocoli bowl with fried rice, paid $9. What i got..a bowl with 5 TINY pieces of beef, 6 sprigs of broccoli and about a pound of fried rice. 5 TINY PIECES OF BEEF! Done with Panda Express.
New manager, food isn't as good and they stopped doing 10% discount for military. I used to love coming here. Won't come back anytime soon
Hard to call it rating an experience when there wasn't one. I pulled in the drive thru at 9pm, 1hr before drive thru closes, and asked for a family meal. That's 3 large portion entrees and 2 large sides. They told me they did not have enough food to fill my order. HOW?! How are you open for another hour and you do not have enough food to feed a family of 4(serving size for the family meal)? What a joke.
We ordered 3 plates and an 2 egg rolls we asked the lady for our cookies because honestly that’s my favorite part about this place but the lady starred at us and didn’t speak a word and she just walked away she could of just told us they didn’t have any customer service here is rude.. Portions are skimmed… They didn’t give us sauce either
Horrible customer service! Food wasn’t warm and my rice tasted dry and over cooked. I have reviewed this same location 3 times now, this will be my final review and I will no longer support this location. I spend way too much money to receive such poor service. I have also reached out to the store manager in the past, but I noticed the same employees who I witnessed arguing with each other in the past, still employed there. I wouldn’t expect them to do anything or say anything to their employees about their behavior, they will just apologize to you and offer you a free plate, and obviously never fix the problem.
Arrived at 11 am, the place was not open yet. Have had this experience a lot at this location. Food is not good. Went to the location on Debbie Lane, it was much better and open. Food was great there. Will not be going to this location anymore.
Paid for food that I didn't get, found that out when I got home. Saw them take back an order from the window. When I received mine, the orange chicken was covered in rice and I didn't order rice, pretty sure they just dumped it back in from the plate that wasn't picked up at the window. And the orange chicken was like warm at best. Never going here again.
Went thru the drive-thru at 6:30 and their kitchen already had closed. Only had 2 or 3 entree items available. AT 6:30!! This has happened MULTIPLE times and we’re fed up. Absolutely will not be returning to this location to waste my time. Absolutely ridiculous. And the drive thru employee sounded delighted when I said I would not be ordering.
Went there Sunday evening and hit rude service and small portions
This place was so cold inside that several people actually walked in, stood behind me and walked out complaining about how cold it was inside! Two servers behind the counter simply laughed it off and shrugged their shoulders! Every member of the staff, ALL FIVE OF THEM, we're wearing jackets! I asked if they realized how cold it was inside and that's why several people were leaving. That's when they shrugged their shoulders and laughed again. That's when I left and walked next door, literally 50 feet away, to In-N-Out Burger, where I sat down comfortably for an hour and enjoyed my meal. As a bonus, I even saved an additional $10 on what I would have spent if I stayed at Panda. Not only did Panda lose my initial order, they also lost several other customers that night. What's even worse than what they lost on a single night from me and others, due to their poorly trained front-line staff and horrible customer relations, Panda will now experience what is known as the cost of "future lost opportunities" as a result of this review. It was too cold to eat inside, but their lack of customer service was even colder! OUCH! I've been to the original Panda Express, and my wife and I have been customers for more than 20 years! DOUBLE OUCH! Hopefully someone reading this is higher up with management at Panda Express and cares more about losing revenue from poor reviews than the public-facing frontline derelicts losing them money and costing them life-long customers!
Went inside with plans of ordering a two meat entree. As I was looking at the meat selection I watched an employee boxing up a to-go order of white rice and orange chicken. Apparently she put too much chicken on the rice, so she held the box over the chicken server and scraped the extra chicken back into the server. Of course rice also went into the server leaving rice scattered and mixed with the chicken for other customers. Did not leave a appetizing picture for the next customer. If you make a mistake send out the extra with the customer, makes me wonder about any other food conditions in the restaurant. Did not order walked out!
I ordered Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken with fried rice. Food was BARELY luke warm and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fried rice was cold and mushy. This place has consistently gone downhill in the past 2 years. I’ll never be back again. Do not waste your money. EDIT-less than 2 hours after eating this food, I had severe stomach cramps and spent a good part of the rest of my evening in the bathroom. I repeat-I will NEVER go to this horrible place again.
This store scammed me out of my money. Literally took it and said that they were not going to give me a refund right to my face. I ordered food and asked for delivery and when I didn't recive my food they choose to tell me right to my face that it's my fault I didn't receive it then hung up on me as I was trying to ask for them to give my money back. They're a bunch of thieves and I don't think anyone should trust this establishment with their money. They also refused to answer the phone after I tried calling back. I hope this place gets run down to the ground and goes bankrupt. They have no business being a place where they steal people's money for good
I ordered two boxes from the drive-through. I didn't realize how small the portion was for both boxes until I got home. It's about 70% of the portion I usually get from other Panda Express locations. The food also looks bad. Not sure if this restaurant has a manager. If yes, this guy should train the employees to give the customer what they had paid for.Very disappointed, i won't come back to this store!
I have ordered online orders for pickup several times and I am going to stop because every time I go it is the same bad experience everytime. I ordered it at 5:30 and it said it would be ready at 5:55. I went through the drive thru to pick it up and they said it would just another 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes in a parking spot and then went inside. They told me they hadn't even started but they will get right on it. 15 minutes after they said they'd start they said they were just waiting on teriyaki chicken which was the main in most of my meals. I finally got my food at 6:30! I am annoyed and upset because this was one example but it is the same story every time I go. I don't think it should take over an hour for 3 meals.
These girls in here have horrible and I mean horrible customer service. I came in one day when I got off work at 9pm. Let me remind you they don’t close until 9:30p. All the food was pretty much gone and they really didn’t want to make anymore because they were trying to clean early. Once customers started to show up, they closed the front door at 9:10p while customers continued to come to the door. Business is still supposed to be open. Meanwhile they asked me what I wanted and I told them. They told me it would be 8 minutes for Orange Chicken. After 8 minutes they made a batch and it was completely gone after making other orders. An employee said they would make more. Which caused me to wait 10 more minutes. After being there 20 minutes a girl asked me what I wanted only to tell me there’s no steam rice after 20 minutes of standing and waiting. I really was anticipating that meal. With that information I had no choice but to leave. But the girl’s attitudes about the situation was horrible. Also I got a whole bunch of mean stares and whispering and laughing through their headsets. Never will I go back to this Panda Express due to poor service.
The restaurant was out of a LOT of items. They have also changed the drive thru box to a smaller box to try to hide the fact that the portion sizes are WAY SMALLER than they used to serve. But, of course, the prices have gone up. I don't believe this take out picture shows enough protein to justify $14.50, it's mainly rice!
I had food poisoning from this place but this is the 2nd time I’ve had it from panda. Not going back again.
After getting home and letting my father take my truck to work I realized that they completely screwed up my order and now I have to door dash because my girlfriend is allergic to shrimp and my vehicle is gone and panda will not answer the phone so I have to eat the cost of everything! 10/10 would recommend checking your order
Ordered on line for delivery. Ordered items were filled incorrectly. Called store, requested manager. Was informed she was the manager as I was speaking. Was told i could come in for the correct item, or be handed over to a support team at a number I could call. I asked for the incorrect items filled to be refunded. They would not take accounatbility for the incorrect items as the ticket was listed as to items delivered. I kmow what I ordered and dis not get it. Last time i will do business witb Panda Express online. I will send my business to Pei Wei
Did an order ahead and it took them 9 minutes to actually ask me how they could take my order at the speaker box and then another 10 minutes at the window waiting for my order. I was there at 11:25am, no one else was in the drive thru, and no customers were in the building yet.
Food Poisoning Experience I ordered an orange chicken bowl with fried rice during lunch on July 26, 2025. After eating less than half, I noticed something seemed off with the food, so I stopped eating. Unfortunately, a short time later, I began experiencing severe stomach pain, followed by vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve never had an issue like this before, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience.
This Chinese woman treated me badly, very rude, she came to eat here and I wanted to use the soda fountain and she told me it was already closed, I asked her what time you close and she told me at 10:30 but that the machine closes at 10. And that she had already cleaned the machine, and if I wanted something to drink I had to come another day earlier and that I wasn't late. I got up very disappointed, left the food I had paid for and left the place, people like this woman shouldn't work there.
This place is garbage, stay away! $10 for a cold tasteless 2 meat plate that’s barely half a spoon full. Beef and broccoli was just 2 pieces of broccoli and one piece of beef! You can pay $2 more and go to the all you can eat chinese buffet next to the roadhouse in Mansfield! Don’t waste your money on this place! The employees are rude too, asked for a condiment and they roll their eyes.
I WAS JUST THERE, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, I PAID A 1.50 EXTRA FOR SHRIMP I HAD TO SPIT OUT BC IT TASTED LIKE IT WAS BAD. THE EGGROLL I ATE SAME THING, AN THE NOODLES WERE VERY DRY, I TRIED CALLING THEM SINCE I TOOK MY LUNCH BREAK AN GOT NO ANSWER. EVEN THE FORTUNE COOKIE LOOKS BAD, NEVER SEEN A WHITE ONE BEFORE.LOL.
