I don’t like to leave reviews but this location has gone above and beyond. The staff is incredibly responsive. The manager in the kitchen jumped up to take the register when I was next in line. They have a great team and work together. Wait times are always low and one of the first things you notice when you walk in is how clean the whole restaurant is. Five Stars in all categories.

I’ve been to many Pei Wei and I have to say the one in Mansfield on broad street is the best one I’ve been too. Aldo and his team was great.. the food was good and the customer service was superb..

Every time I come here this place is always clean, the staff is very polite and considerate of others. My food is always hot and fresh, I usually come here twice a month, but I will definitely be back here more often!!! Thank you Pei Wei!

Feeling hungry again, stopped at this spot pei wei thought it was more of a dining restaurant. It reminded me of panda express. What I did like is the food is made fresh. And I was sitting there waiting for you to order. Many dishes to choose from and the dishes are tasteful.

Food Amazing! Above average fast casual dining. Service was great. Staff asked if food was good and overall checked up on us a few times. The atmosphere was also great including the bathrooms, which I would say looked very well kept.

Our first time at a Pei Wei and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great. The service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back since it's super close to our home and the Stars Center.

The place is super clean. Workers were real nice. All good except Pei Wei always tastes like dirty calcium scum water All of them do. I usually can get past it with the awesome sauces they have but this last time it was too much. I don’t think I’ll be going back to any of them for a while. Bottom line: IMO They need to use filtered water or a water softener so the food tastes better.

Casual dining. Service was great. Was not impressed with the food at all. The orange sauce on the chicken was more sour than expected, as was the sesame chicken sauce. The fried rice was blah....think boxed frozen from the grocery store. The egg rolls were the same. Not going to return. I'd rather spend my money at one of the places actually run by people who know what real authentic Chinese food should taste like.

Ordered the chopped chicken salad on doordash with extra wonton strips... I did not get any wonton strips. The salad was not chopped at all, I went to go cut it up when I noticed that there wasn't even any chicken in the salad! The only thing was lettuce not cut up, huge pieces of red bell peppers, and a few carrot shreds. Very disappointing.

Normally good service was not there on Christmas eve. Stood in line for 19 min while one employee was working with one customer, and another employee stood at the open register, but on her phone. All I needed was to pick up my order. When we got the food home, my wife's order was with white rice instead of the fried rice she ordered.

Their Mongolian steak is extremely salty. A bite of it irritated my throat because it felt like they put half a cup of salt in the food!

Placed an online order and they were out of sesame sauce. First off, how can you be out of the sauce. Second, had to choose another dish and wait. The purpose of online ordering is to have to ready to go. They should’ve immediately called and let us know they were out of the sauce.

I went to Pei Wei for the first time recently. A coworker told me it was better than Panda Express and I like Panda Express a lot. I ordered ahead and when I got there, another customer was being helped at the counter. After I arrived, a man came in behind me and walked up a little past me like he was trying to cut line. I moved up a bit to keep my place in line. When the customer ahead of me was done, I stepped towards the counter but so did the guy behind me. It was clear that I was ahead of him but the employee helped him first. I spoke up and said "I was here first" and the guy said he was just there for a pick up. I said "same here, man". The employee handed the guy his order and then began to help me. She didn't say anything about skipping me. No apologies or anything. That was mildly annoying but whatever. I get my food and go home. I ordered orange chicken. What I got was 75% bland white rice. The disappointing amount of chicken was also bland and unremarkable. Poor customer service and unappealing food. I've read several of the poor reviews for this location. The owner has responded to many of them by saying the reviewer should contact them via the website so they can make things right. I already did that a few weeks ago and no one has contacted me. It makes me think the owner is responding on Google so they look like they care without actually following up or doing anything.
