Consistently good/fresh but the service and atmosphere is mid. Don't take all the coupons.

They are open here until 9:00 every night, including Sundays, which is nice when other Subways close earlier. Service was so-so, as my family of 6 came after 8 pm on a Sunday. Food was made quick, but workers seemed annoyed and responses to us were short-no smiles either. Store was modern, clean, and stocked.

Typical subway, good tasting sub. Roll could have been a little fresher, but wasn't horrible. Guacamole was fresh and tasted good, not too much cilantro or spice in it. Convenient location for stopping on the way to Xfiniti Center in Mansfield to grab a sub to eat in the lot before heading into a concert.

I had a coupon and they said owner does not honor that coupon. The employee said I could use other one and that was helpful. It's a national fast food food chain and corporate will reimburse franchise. Just a bad look

I work in the area and have been ordering the same thing repeatedly from this location through the mobile app. Because I have it saved, every time I come to this location, it's somewhat normal for the employees to have nasty attitudes, but they've never taken it out on my food. This particular day, I picked up my order, which was made sloppily. I know I asked for extra sauce, but "extra" is one or two lines, not the entire bottle squeezed onto my sandwich. It is a nice and clean restaurant but I refuse to sit down and eat my food there because of the atmosphere that the employees provide.

I tried this location again 2 days ago and again just like last time it was disgusting. The food is nasty here. When I go to the south Attleboro location my sandwich is so good. Every time i come here the meat and veggies look kinda gray or like not ripe yet. The meat and veggies seem okay but they just aren’t and the breads undercooked because every time I come here, I legit can’t eat the rest, it’s genuinely inedible. No idea why but just no. No taste. Just bad. I don’t get it.

Why are they so stingy with the toppings like come on its not coming out of your own pocket?? "More cheese" how about no and we don't give u pickles on half ur sandwich instead!!! Like ??? What???

The man doing food prep was not wearing a full mask. When I asked him to put it on correctly he agreed and did it properly. As soon as he got done with me he pulled his mask down again. Questionable sanitation at this place.

I said they should have a sign to that effect and was directed to a tiny notice - that nobody would notice!!What a ripoff. I will never go to that Subway again.

The man making my sandwich didn’t wear a mask the whole time. We are in a pandemic that is not only disgusting but unsafe. Don’t work in a public place if you can’t put a mask over your mouth.

I know prices of everything have gone up, but if you order a roast beef sub, I would expect more than literally one slice of meat on the sandwich. I hardly ever leave reviews, but it is doubtful I'll be back to Subway

They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the food was already made and when I asked why the flatbread wasn’t toasted they said I had to request it. There is no option to toast it on the app I told them and they wanted to argue with me. And then when I said I wasn’t coming back they just laughed and said okay doesn’t bother us!
