Taco Bell Mansfield Reviews
Taco Bell hasn’t been a great experience for me in the past decade. However, their recent improvements in service, promptness, and quality have made a positive difference. I commend this location and hope they maintain this high standard.
Came in today with my daughter just to grab a bite to eat. I normally don’t come at certain times because of the lack of service that you receive. Every time I come you can count on Hectors friendly customer service. If something is wrong he will try his best to get the order correct even when the mistake was not on him. When you see him he is always smiling and laughing but when it’s time to work he actually works. Not saying that work should be serious all the time or not fun at all just know how and when to turn it off. Kenneth kept the lobby clean and ensured it stay presentable when he had a break. While sitting there Peyton was working the drive thru and had a very rude customer come through the line she kept her composure the entire time l and didn’t argue back. We as customers have to remember we are all human and these are young adults making an honest living so we have to learn to not be so eager to snap. I wish these kids the best and I will be back for sure.
Smelled awful. Food wasn't the best. Not terrible but like something was off. Soda machine and carbonation was definitely not right on the pepsi and diet Pepsi. They could do better at this TB.
Like every other fast food restaurant, prices go up and portions get smaller. You ask for unsweetened tea because your diabetic and they give you sweet tea.
I've ordered online for pickup and each time I've had more than two items missing. Customer service is awful and barely says a word. Picked up an online order tonight and waited almost 30 minutes in line even though I was the only car in the drive thru. When I got home I noticed I was missing a quesarito and 2 sides of spicy ranch which totals to around $7. Unacceptable!
I drive for Uber. There about 15 cars in line they make you go through the drive-through. They will not hand you the food through the door nor let you in to pick up the food so there’s people food that is just sitting there waiting to be picked up getting cold and they don’t have a care about it. The food is already paid for all they have to do is give it to us, but they make us wait in the long drive-through line so I will say avoid this Taco Bell after hours. It is 229. I’ve been in this line for almost an hour waiting on someone else’s food is sitting on a rack, getting cold and the best thing that this manager can tell me is that I should come in and help them make tacos that will help them move faster. That’s not the problem. The problem is we are waiting for people food that is sitting on a rack that’s getting cold and all they have to do is hand it to us. They have a really bad attitude. They’re not professional and have no customer service skills. I will be calling to place this complaint with the higher up tomorrow.
They never hardly ever put meat in anything always a letdown if u go to any other Taco Bell it’s at least decent portion but Mansfield just doesn’t care! I won’t be going to Mansfield Taco Bell any more!
Apparently when you order on the kiosk and need to pay cash, you have to flag one of the workers down to pay. If you don’t you won’t get your food. I waited for 20-30 minutes. Never been to a place where they made you retell your order and that you want to pay. You’d think they call my name and number from the order itself. Then the girl has nerve to get offended haha. Bathroom dirty, floors dirty, employees slow, sauce packets opened in the cubbies. POS Place I know it’s Taco Bell but cmon
I called the store and asked for a Manager or shift lead because my food was made incorrectly. So I asked for a refund or remake if possible, then the manager or shift lead told me to bring the receipt and we can fix that for you. Finally, I came through the drive thru the following night and I was met with a combative, irritated manager or shift lead that wanted to continue to say because I couldn’t remember the exact time I called and who I talked to that there was nothing they could do about my remake or refund. He then continuously repeated there’s nothing they can do. I went ahead asked if I have to call back a second time and keep all that stuff noted (time, name, and receipt) in order to get my food remade or a refund. I left there not wanting to go back again due to the rude atmosphere I experienced.
Never thought I’d be leaving a bad review on Christmas Eve but here we are. I placed an online order around 4pm and my entire order was pretty much messed up. I guess I’ve learned my lesson not to get fast food during the holidays but I was in a rush and thought I’d grab a quick dinner. I guess I chose the wrong timing. I don’t know if they were having a lettuce shortage or what but all my food items had barely any lettuce or cheese. Ordered a cherry Pepsi and it was just straight carbonation, no syrup or flavor. Asked to replace it and they gave me another cup of the same thing, despite telling them it had no flavor. Finally just asked for regular Pepsi and it was better. Asked for no pico on the avocado chicken burrito and you guessed it - still had pico anyway. The Gordita crunch was just thrown together haphazardly and was dry. Hardly any lettuce or cheese. Same with the spicy potato taco. The nacho fries always have an inconsistent cook on them where half will be crispy and the other half soft. The chips that came with the luxe box were all broken and crumbled and it seems like they just gave me what was left on the bottom of the bin. Are the new cantina chicken dippers supposed to be crispy because mine were soggy and limp. Overall it was just disappointing and felt like a waste of money. $23 of food that’s just bland and thrown in the bag without care. The employees working the window are always nice but whoever is putting the food together is always a hit or miss on what you’re gonna get. All that to say, I’m sorry they had to work on Christmas Eve but customers deserve better. Tired of corporations treating their staff like crap and leaving them understaffed and underpaid. Do better Taco Bell .
I was traveling on my way home rather late on December 16th 2025. I knew I needed to eat something, but I didn't have anything at the house to fix. So I pulled off the highway looking for someplace to grab something to go. I happen to pawn the Taco Bell at 11:01 highway 287 North in Mansfield Texas. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a menu item that contained steak. I was told that they had no steak. So I looked and saw nothing else that looked appetizing, and settled for chicken strips. Four chicken strips were listed at $7.29. I was handed my drink and my sack of food and I drove away. When I got home I opened the bag and what I found was not chicken strips. It was pieces of crumbled chicken and a chunk of fried batter. The largest piece was no more than two and a half inches by 2 in. The total amount of chicken in that bag would not have made one regular chicken strip. What they did was give me the crumbles at the bottom of their pan perhaps because they would be closing soon. I don't know. What I do know is that I will not ever again stop at this particular Taco Bell, and I will be hesitant to stop at any Taco Bell anywhere. The photo represents the piece of fried batter that was considered in the count of four chicken strips. The size is representative of all four pieces.
This is 3rd time I’ve had a horrible and unprofessional experience. The person working the drive thru right now is extremely rude. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
This is the first time in a very long time I’ve visited a Taco Bell & this location is the reason I won’t return. 8 items on my order & only 2 of them were correct. My drinks weren’t given to me, & when I asked for them I was looked at as if I was in the wrong. When the correct food was given, it wasn’t hot nor did it look appetizing. And to rectify the situation, a coupon for a single free taco was provided. Never again…
If you like your order being consistently wrong & being smarted-off to by unprofessional staff who shouldn’t be 3rd key staff, this is the place for you. Generally most staff here are okay. The person who took our order at our visit was fine, genuinely tried to help correct the order. 3rd key got snippy, insisted on interrupting & screwed the order up even more. We left & won’t be back. This last visit was our last straw. We’ve had issues in the past & tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves. It’s evident there’s definite management issues & staffing changes. They also like to play window games where their window times are through the roof & they’d rather make the next customer wait so their shift time goes down. They get rewarded when their times are below a certain amount. The part of making you wait to take your order (can clearly hear them cutting up in the background on the speaker) where the time starts and they delay to prompt you to pull forward to the window to pay. Sadly this location is closer for us, but we now we go to another location an extra 10 minutes away so we don’t have to deal with particular location anymore.
We got here about 9:30 Saturday evening. The quality of food and service her here is just in continuous decline. We stood at the register waiting to order while watching 4 people standing in back just chit chatting and laughing. Finally ordered and I couldn't believe what we received. The burrito I ordered is below. A bit of sauce and some cheese and nothing but tortilla. This is the 2nd time in a few weeks. I don't think I'll be coming back.
I got the grilled cheese burrito box and it was not eatable the burrito was dripping in grease and was flat. The taco I got had two small pieces of meat in it and that's it. The employee were being very rude and ignoring customer. A lady for uber eats came in and she kept asking the employee for the uber order and they just looked at her and walked away not saying anything. I will not return.
