Twice now their website has quoted a 1.5 hour wait for delivery. Both times I waited until the pizza was late to call the store... only to find that it's been cancelled. Seriously? They don't even offer any accommodations for the issue, just a "Sorry we'd be happy to place your order over the phone and deliver in an hour." I like Pizza Hut pizza but will no longer be placing orders with them online ever again.

I ordered a meal deal and added a 2 litter of Root beer. When the girl delivered my order she told us that there was no more Root beer. She said we were credited the cost of the 2 liter. But the receipt did not reflect the credit. When I called Pizza Hut the lady on the phone knew nothing about the credit back. She offered to have the girl bring the 2 liter or credit me back. I opted for the drink. They have not yet brought me my 2 liter. They don’t answer my calls and haven’t yet been credited for the missing 2 liter. I suggest you hold off on the digital TIP. I tipped $5.63 . So far I’m down about $11.. And the Pizza is about as good as the Service.

Pizza Hut, 920 N. Main Street Manteca,CA. I called to place an order on 3/16/21. An Indian guy answered the phone, I have had very bad experiences at this location, but I figured what the heck I will try again. He sounded frustrated, and really couldn’t understand his English nor could he take the correct order. When I asked him to confirm my order he hanged up the phone. It was the special dinner meal I ordered nothing special. When I have gone in person at least twice, I was treated different “ discriminated against“ and every one who eat the Pizza Hut food ended up sick and with diarrhea. I’m not going back to this location. Sorry guys but ya need to make some positive changes.

The pizza i ordered onion and bell pepper was burned. When i called the lady incharged said it was not! If customer said. Was burned and unsatisfied i think they could treat the customer different saying at least they are sorry for what happened that the missed to check quality control... but not lady instead started saying for her was not.... anyways i called not to ask for free or money refund.... i called to makesure they knew, so they can pay attention on it for next customer.... another thing cheese did not feel like regular pizza cheese it was something else... but not pizza cheese.

$85 for a large pizza and a medium pizza. Way to expensive and not that good of pizza

They told me they are gonna make the pizza and it’s gonna be ready for me to pick up but clearly it wasn’t. They waited for me to get there and I heard the girls talking to start making the pizza. They lied to me to my face that it’s gonna be ready in a couple of minutes. And when I asked them about it the cashier just ignored me and left!!! They are soo racist too. There was a white delivery guy waiting too and they offered him a free drink. And me despite of getting wrong pizza don’t even get an apology for that wow!!!!

I placed my oder at 11am for pick up at 130pm told I had to wait for 20 for minutes I placed my oder before I had to go in to work and u only have 2 employees up front working on a busy day I know its only $2 but come on get your stuff together and to top it off what a waste of time and a big let down

Showed up to pick up my pizza and they had given it to another customer intentionally because I showed up in 30 minutes instead of 25 minutes. I've been here plenty of times even later and never had this problem. This place has definitely gone down, including the magager(ment). Zero stars across the board!!

My husband drove there from Stockton last night to pick up an order. He asked for the order under my name because he thought that's what I put it in the staff gave him an order for Melissa. Without checking the phone number or last name. My husband got home and we discovered that the order was wrong He then drove all the way back from Stockton to return the order. At first the staff was apologetic and offered a free dessert . But then once we all realized that it was an order mix up they told my husband it was his fault and then gave him our old food that had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I'm just disappointed in the way that they treated my husband. It definitely was a mistake but because there are a lot of people with the same name I just feel like they should have checked. My husband still wasted a lot of gas to come back and return that order and If they gave that order to the other person that's terrible too because all of that food had just been sitting around 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Mistakes were made But the staff could have made it better and I am going to be reaching out to corporate.

They need to get better customer service, every time I call in my order I can barley understand what the person is saying on the on the other end. They are SLOW in processing my order as if they don’t know what they are doing. I was told there is no lunch special when clearly there is one M-F from 11-2. Maybe you should have your customer service aware of the items and specials you have. Other then that when I go into the store the service there is great, but you need to fix your customer service!

No extra sauce. No sauce. Ordered extra sauce extra cheese. No extra cheese on pizza if anything was lacking cheese. The 3 bucks for extra cheese. Sauce was so thin when cheese was pulled away from dough had no red color except for the very edges. Wound up eating all the crust cuz the rest of the pizza was so dry.

The pepperoni smells and looks old. Gas station pizza is better than this. Seriously.

They gave raw pizza, it was only heated little bit, crust, sauce, veggies and chicken was raw.

When they finally gave me my order they didn't even tell me that it was the wrong crust and it wasn't the one I paid for. I only go to this location because it's the closest but I might just have to drive further to get better service. I also called but no one picked up

When I said that, I said you can pay me 45 to 50 dollars an hour. Then she became silent. They have no idea how to work or talk to customers. I don't recommend anyone to go here and take orders for so much money.

Pizza was cold and dry when it got here. I asked for extra sauce on all pizzas and it barely had any sauce. On top of that it was cold and door dash driver took forever to deliver. As much as a single pizza costs they need to make sure they’re serving and giving you what you pay for and asked for.
