My girlfriend left her purse here, and they were able to find her via Instagram, contacted her, and kept it safe until we got back! Very above and beyond, not to mention clean and good food!
Super clean every time I have eaten here. Very pleasant and happy staff. Food is always on time and amazing. I am always satisfied and they exceed my expectations every visit. Great restaurant. Salads fresh crisp and they never forget to put my dressing in the bag on to go orders. This staff is outstanding and the food amazing. I haven't been back in years and it was fantastic! Chicken was fresh and hot, sides were perfect! Slightly pricey but, overall worth it.
The food, good as always, everything was clean and in good shape, I loved the guacamole burrito, the street corn bowl was very average. For me is the healthiest food chain in CA
Everything excellent. Young guy who took our order was extremely polite and very helpful. The one thing I will say is they gotta come up with a better way of chopping the chicken. It was so loud it was annoying. That may keep me from coming back.
I enjoyed the wide variety of the menu they have available. I tried the chicken 🌮 🌮 for the first time and was pleasantly surprised!! My family ordered completely different meals, and everyone was happy with what they ordered!!! This location is very hard to drive out of, but it's worth the stop!!!

Tacos El Carbon are the go-to here. Been eating them for years. Such a simple, yet delicious meal. And...its only about $11 for 3 of them with a drink.
A nice restaurant with several options from tacos al carbon, to bowls, burritos and whole pieces. Dine in is available but I chose carry put. No wait time when I went at 630p. Nice place to give a try.
This location was good, although I got a pretty simple order which was the 3 street tacos, a drink and chips with guacamole. It made my day and satisfied my craving for tacos. The service was simple, can't say it was fast as the drive thru was pretty busy but nonetheless I only waited about 6 minutes.
I feel like the customer service is hit and miss with this location. The food is usually good though. We just went today and based off today's service I would give it five stars. Seamless ordering. Food was done very fast and it was all fresh, hot, and delicious. Most of our issues have come when we go late at night and when we are trying to use a coupon on the app. That being said the app is really good. I highly suggest everyone to use their app because the rewards add up pretty quickly. They also have a coupon a day on the app. Sometimes you can get chicken tostada bowl for $5 verses $11.

Paid $47 for 3 burritos. Asked for 6 salsas (2 per burrito) and they only gave me 4. This happens all the time at this store. I SPECIFICALLY asked for extra salsa. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WORST location by far. I’ve been to plenty of El Pollo Locos, and this one has the rudest employees (especially the manager). STOP SKIMPING ON THE SALSAS. Lousy chicken avocado burrito missing rice missing the cheese ,I would have returned it but I was already home when I opened the bag .the raspberry tea is very flavorful.and there was burnt chicken in the burrito.
