A very pleasant surprise. We arrived here today for lunch by chance and were welcomed by a very kind manager who presented us with the menu and made us sit inside the restaurant, unique and very welcoming. The service and the waiters were very kind, very friendly and helpful, even though we arrived a little late. Quality food, varied and excellent quality/price ratio. Very clean restaurant.

Cibo sfizioso , servizio veloce e gentile , ambiente esterno troppo bello nel cuore di Mantova ! Anche l'interno e carino . ✌️

Oggi 07 Luglio... Accogliente Location ho chiesto un informazione.... Del resto chi è ha gestire la clientela ....lo fa' con ottima bravura.

Aperitivo buono ed economico, con una vasta scelta di drink. Stuzzichini pochi ma compensavano i drink ben fatti. Unica nota dolente è che fino alle 18 (suono del campanile) non era possibile sedersi ai tavoli. La situazione che si è creata è che ci siamo trovati tutti intorno ai tavoli in piedi vicino alla sedie ad attendere il “permesso” di sederci. Addirittura una cliente che si era seduta 17:57 è stata fatta alzare perché ancora non era scoccata l’ora.

This restaurant is located right in the city center, yet in a wonderful, quiet spot behind the Rotonda di San Lorenzo. Seating is mostly outside, with tables quite close together. We only stopped for an aperitif. Service was very quick, and the aperitif was accompanied by chips and breadsticks. Paying inside was a bit awkward, given the many trays being brought out. However, it's worth a stop for its magnificent location, both during the day and in the evening light.

Non male il pranzo. Prezzi adeguati alla quantità. La tartare era abbondante e ben condita. Crostini con il caprino buoni ma poco pane in accompagnamento. Nota negativa : poca quantità nel calice di vino. Servizio ok!

Attese troppo lunghe e inspiegabili data l'assenza di folla e personale di numero adeguato. Cibo di qualità media e menù antichi. Spritz troppo dolce e scadente. Li salva la location che è fiabesca.

posto molto carino con personale simpatico anche se il servizio è stato un po lento e si sono dimenticati di portarci le bevande. I crostoni buoni ma ad un prezzo esoso

Atmosphere and tapas choices are great, however the music is too loud to be able to enjoy conversation. It's a nice clean bar so more mellow ambient music at a lower volume would be great inkeeping with the calm surroundings.

Great choice of cocktails, and you get crisps and peanuts with them. The location is fantastic, bang in the centre but gently tucked away. Perfect for a summer evening, where you can catch the breeze…

O SEI CHIARO O CAMBI LAVORO Girellando per Mantova siamo stati attirati dall'esterno del locale ed abbiamo subito chiesto informazioni per il pranzo. Ci viene detto dal personale che non è possibile prenotare e la parte ristorazione avrebbe aperto alle ore 12.00. Siamo tornati alle ore 12.00 incuriositi dai cartelli di degustazione esposti all'esterno del locale ma ci viene detto che la ristorazione sarebbe partita alle 12.30. Abbiamo scelto di attendere approfittando di degustare un xalice di vino. Precisiamo che metto in dubbio che il vino richiesto sia quello portato al tavolo. Alle ore 12.30 abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile ordinare qualcosa ma ci veniva detto che ancora non erano pronti e quasi sicuramente sarebbero partiti verso le 13.30. Ascoltando i tavoli vicini a noi veniva detto la solita cosa, prima 12.30, a chi 12.45 ed a chi le 13.00 consigliando di bere qualcosa nell'attesa. Questa la chiamerei truffa, non chiamarti osteria, non offrire cibarie ma limitati a offrire bevande ed aperitivi tanto per la posizione che hai lavori uguale. Soprattutto cambia nome perché Libenter significa volentieri, con piacere e da voi non si riscontra nulla di questo.

Bel posto, ma fanno andare a manetta musica terribile. Ho chiesto se sarebbero andati avanti per molto e mi hanno risposto CERTO! FRA POCO ANCHE DI PIÙ . Ammazza che burini! Direbbero a Roma… non hanno provato nemmeno a scusarsi o giustificare… della serie chissenefrega.. Ordinato uno Hugo e non mi ha convinto molto. Secondo me si sono dimenticati lo sciroppo di sambuco. Insomma…mi spiace, ma non ci torno più..

The ambiance was pleasant and the sbagliato was fine. However, we were surprised to learn that espresso is only served with food. If you’re looking to stop by just for a drink and a coffee, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Due calici di vino rosato €14. Non aggiungo altro. Non ci è stato fornito nessun listino prezzi, non ci è stato detto che vino fosse.. curiosità una bottiglia quanto verrebbe? 7€ a calice non li ho spesi neanche a Milano in Duomo. Detto ciò Adios 👋🏻

Due addette al servizio ai tavoli esterne, giovanissime, intente a chiacchierare fitto fitto e io rimasto in piedi ad aspettare come un ciù.... i 5 minuti più lunghi della mia vita. No, grazie, nemmeno foste l'unico locale aperto in tutta Mantova...

Delusa, Sedute ci danno un menu e dietro di noi c era una lavagna con scritto tutti i dolci... Chiediamo il dolce e due drink ma ci dicono che il dolce si può prendere sono se si prende il menu, erano le 22 avevamo già cenato e a questo punto abbiamo chiesto due caffè, e il discorso era lo stesso niente cena niente dolce niente caffè... Ma da che mondo è mondo... L acqua c'è la avete o è solo per il menu?.. Ma daiiii

Visited just after Christmas. I see Negroni and Americano aperitives on the menu, my wife and I love them, so I ordered them. They were just 6 euros each, which was a nice touch. Welll... Both drinks tasted very very light. It's almost impossible to get a Negroni wrong, so I went to ask how they make it. I asked the bartender what liquors he uses and I added that the drink seemed watered down. "Well, yes..." he said PROUDLY "... I add a lot of water so it's not so sour in the mouth.". So... I paid 6 euros for water and some liquor. Never again. (Clearly, the same goes for the Americano)

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience at the place the day we went there. First of all none of the staff seemed very welcoming and it took them a while to actually serve us. It was in the afternoon and we just wanted a little break and something to drink. A coke, a sparkling water and a cup of coffee. The waiter informed us that they don't make coffee, but 5 minutes later they served another table coffee? What was that about? We decided to just finish our two beverages and when we went to the bar to pay we were charged 6€ for one small coke and 0,5 l sparkling water?! I'm sorry, but that seems awfully expensive compared to the rest of Italy alongside other places in the same area that are classified as more expensive places. Maybe the food, wine and cocktail prices are fair, we wouldn't know since we didn't get any of that. But when a softdrink and water costs the same as fine wine or a cocktail, something is wrong in my opinion. Also, it doesn't make sense that some guests are denied coffee while some others aren't. That might be the waiter's fault though, but again, we wouldn't know.
