Earlier today, I had the most amazing experience at Chipotle, all thanks to Aliza! From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with the sweetest smile and such a warm, friendly attitude. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to decide on my order, but Aliza was so patient and helpful, walking me through all the options and making thoughtful suggestions based on what I told her I liked. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never rushed me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed! It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but Aliza truly went above and beyond. She’s a gem and a wonderful representative of the Chipotle team. If you’re ever at this location, I hope you get the chance to meet her—she’ll make your day as she did mine!

Holy cow. I never seen a quesadilla before. This presentation is unique and amazing! Wow! So cool! I looked at it and I almost collapsed because of how cool it looks! The quesadilla went BOOM!

I stopped by Chipotle during a really busy time and Ashley, the manager, stood out right away. Even with a long line and a lot going on, she stayed calm, friendly, and made sure everyone was taken care of. There was a small issue with my order and she handled it immediately without making it a big deal. She apologized, fixed it, and even checked back in to make sure everything was right. What impressed me most was how she treated both customers and her team. She was helping the staff, keeping things organized, and still taking the time to talk to customers with a genuine attitude. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and making sure people leave happy. Managers like Ashley make a big difference in places like this. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she helped create.

The portions got smaller like everyone says, but at least it has way better flavor than the one closer to me. Service was fine, but I don't do weird orders and come in at 8.

The worker kept rushing me to the next item and when I got to the salsa, I said corn and they put one of the other salsas on, realized it, and then put corn on top of it. When I moved to pay, they rushed the end of wrapping the burrito because when I opened it up and took a bite, most of the contents slid out. I had to try and rewrap the burrito after most of my bites. Not a great experience to be honest.

I'd give 3.5 stars if it was an option... Reason for reduced stars is there was slow service and no napkins. Even when I asked for napkins nobody moved to solve the problem. I ended up having to go to the bathroom to get paper towels. Improve that and it's as great as any other Chipotle experience. Food is always top notch quality and the food was great at this location too.

We have 5 in our family and we ordered take out last Sunday around noon. The server seemed in a rush although no one else was in line. When we got home, we only had 4 of the 5 bowls we ordered. We called the store but no one picked up the phone and there was no option to leave a voice mail. The 4 bowls we got were tasty but we had to share a little...;) I will not be going back to this location.

I’ve been to this place multiple times and pray each experience it will be better. They never put any food in your bowl. When I went today they had put half a scoop of rice. It didn’t even fill the whole bottom of the bowl. So I kindly asked for more rice. And they charged me for more rice, they have never done that before. And keep in mind with the extra rice it still barely filled the bottom of the bowl. Also almost every time I go they are always out of almost everything. I’m very disappointed in this location and will never go back till they learn to fill the bowls the correct way.

This was the second store that I went to not have Pico. It’s only 9:30 PM and you still got a line of folks. This is the final straw for this location as they either skimpy with portions which wasn’t the case today. But instead not being prepared or having things for their customers. I’ll stick my location near home!

Low rating based on the attitudes and service of the young ladies working there. I asked the person making my bowl why she only gave me a half so of the protein and without answering, she added a hap of meat and charged me for it. I was only ASKING WHY I wasn't getting a full scoop. I asked for the white cheese, she added queso and of course charged me for it. My one bowl was almost $24 which was what is paid for my other 2 bowls. Food was decent but they really need to work on the customer service!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location earned every bit of this 2-star rating. Here, it was the exact opposite. The staff seemed completely unprepared for the dinner rush. Some workers were standing around while others scrambled, and no one seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing. The whole operation was painfully slow, and I spent way too long waiting for something that should have been fast and simple. By the time I finally got to order, I was already irritated, and the food made things worse. The ingredients looked tired, like they had been sitting out for hours. The rice was dry and clumpy, the chicken was barely warm and had no flavor, and the beans were mushy. Nothing tasted fresh, and the whole bowl was bland and unappetizing. For a place that’s supposed to deliver bold, flavorful meals, this was a complete letdown. On top of that, the portions were stingy. I watched as they barely put any protein in my bowl, and when I asked for extra toppings, it was like pulling teeth just to get a little more. For the price Chipotle charges, skimping on portions is insulting. It honestly felt like they were doing customers a favor by giving them scraps. The staff’s attitude didn’t help either. Most of them looked miserable, moving slowly, and rushing through orders without paying attention. I had to repeat myself more than once, and even then, they still managed to miss parts of my order. No one smiled, no one tried to be friendly, and the whole experience felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The only person who showed a shred of professionalism was the cashier, but by then, the damage was already done. Overall, this location is a disaster during dinner time. The wait is long, the food is subpar, the portions are tiny, and the service is careless. I honestly don’t know how this place stays so busy, other than the fact that Chipotle is a recognizable name. The Manvel location does not live up to what the brand promises, and it feels like they’ve given up on even trying. I’m giving it 2 stars only because I know Chipotle as a whole can be better than this. But this specific location? Not worth the time, money, or frustration

I JUST WROTE AN ESSAY ON WHY THIS CHIPOTLE SUCKS This chipotle was supposed to our saving grace as the one on broadway street also sucks, but it is quite the opposite. it's actually worse. i really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after countless unsatisfactory visits i have to give up. i placed my order on doordash for pickup and not 5 not 4 but 1 MINUTE passes and my food is already ready. normally this is an exciting feeling as you don't have to wait for your food, but i knew to be scared. i pull through the drive thru and grabbed my bag. the girl at the drive thru window was very nice shoutout to her. after i received my bag i drive home anxious to see what chipotle could have possibly done to me this time. like usual, the bag starts leaking brown liquid everywhere. i haven't checked my car yet im too scared to see the damage to my seats. from front door to back door there is a trail of brown. (NO i didn't tilt the bag i know better). i wasn't prepared. normally it's just the bag. but when i took the bowl out and set it on my antique baby blue german table cloth that my grandmother passed down to me... it started pissing the brown at unprecedented rates. my mistake i should've expected less of chipotle. and to top it off there was a big fat serving of tomato's in my bowl. i hate tomato's. it was all mixed into my sour cream and cheese so i had to sacrifice a lot of that to get the tomato's out. all in vein. i just took a bite and a tomato exploded in my mouth so i won't be finishing the bowl. thanks for nothing....again, chipotle. i included a picture of my doordash notifications for evidence and my victory royale from earlier

When I went in, I got a veggie bowl. The bowl is really good but every single time I order their chips they are extremely stale. at today’s visit, I asked the staff to be sure that the chips were fresh and not stale. They both looked at each other and laughed. Then when she rang me up, she said just the veggie bowl and I said do you have fresh chips and she said yes, and handed me the bag, with a smirk. I left and went to eat my food and the chips are the worst stale chips. I’ve eaten. They’re almost rubbery. Good luck with the chips here.

Spent $13 for a burrito that they made HALF the size of what it’s supposed to be. What a rip off. I got it to go, if I would have seen the size before I got home, I would have asked for a refund. It didn’t even taste like a normal chipotle burrito. Barely any chicken

Walked in and saw a long line of customers waiting for service so I began to notice a lot of employees standing around talking. One of the employees started to either record a video or FaceTime with someone so I took out my phone and took the pictures attached. One of the other reps saw me and immediately kicked me out. I was denied service. A manager came to speak to me and I informed him what I saw and showed him the pictures. Still was told that I was denied service.

Terrible. Did they dump the entire box of salt in my bowl? I gave up after three bites. Then I waited, removed the chicken from my bowl, and forced myself to eat another four bites. Couldn’t eat any more that’s how awful it was.

I frequent this location and every time I visit, I am disappointed with the staff, the inconsistency, and with how dirty the restaurant is. I order the same exact bowl every time I visit, and it's a new price every single day. On top of that, you often have to deal with the servers cussing amongst each other (no matter how busy), playing on their phones, or showing you attitude for no reason at all. There is one server in particular who got offended for me saying "yes sir" when he is in fact a male. I went today and the manager (i think he was the manager) was horsing around with the two servers and delayed 3 people in front of me from getting in & out. I never eat inside of the restaurant because more often than not the tables are filthy, the floors are covered in food, and I dont wish to hear the disgusting language that the employees use. If there were more options in the area for a quick lunch, I would NEVER visit this location again.

Ordered a burrito 🌯. Took a bite and it was cold. Had guacamole so figured hey it's going to be cold at one point. So bit the under side where rice beans chicken 🐔 is supposed to be hot. Unfortunately it was cold as well. Come on Chipotle.

How hard is it to place orders on the pickup shelves when you complete them? Piling the orders up is not only frustrating for the customer but also makes restaurant staff members’ jobs ten times harder with customers standing around the register asking “is my order ready?” a million times. Just place the order on the shelves when it’s finished and the whole operation runs perfectly. You have to walk to the other end of the counter to start the next order any way so why not bring the one you just completed with you and put it on the shelves 🤣🤦‍♂️ 1 star since this has happened every time I’ve visited this location. Last order was so bad (didn’t follow Chipotle recipes) I probably will never come back.

Every time I visit this location I end up highly disappointed by the customer service and/or lack of operational structure. Usually there is one employee serving food while I see other employees doing other duties. The line usually backs up and you’d think that would prompt for another employee to assist, but I have yet to see this happen. During my visit this evening around 7:30 pm, the employee in the serving line was complaining about being at work and asked another employee if she could go home for the evening. She continued complaining and even offered another customer $20 to go outside and tell other customers that they are closed for the evening. My hope for writing this post is that the manager can get this place in better order with better service

I came in from out of state for the weekend, stopped by before heading to the beach. My daughter ordered a bowl. There was a piece of plastic in her bowl that had to be mixed in with the cheese or something. We noticed it about 10 min after ordering, when she began eating I tried to call the number that was on the receipt and on this webpage. You have to go through an automated system which is time consuming and no one ever answered after multiple attempts. Definitely not a good experience.

If you do chipotlane from the app, be careful and make sure to check your food since they can’t even add the meat. Talking about “they did” add meat and it seems like they didn’t because I didn’t order extra meat. Like what? Do yall get to pick and choose when to give good customer service and proper servings? Burrito with no steak at all. Wife’s bowl barely had steak and to the point you can’t even notice it. “This bowl is half full” yeah I know because that’s when we noticed there was BARELY ANY MEAT. Why am I gonna drive all the way there. All the way home. All the way back and try to scam you for more meat? Come on now it ain’t that serious. I just want what I paid for. Couldn’t remake my food per “policy”, and if I wanted a refund I’d have to look into their website. Why even bother working if you not gonna give it your 100%!!!

Food was cold, order was wrong. Asked for extra cheese and there was barely any. Sour cream was warm and runny. Portion of everything was small. Beans were crunchy. Got a large guac and it was turning brown. No quality control at all. This was my worst experience there. It's too bad because this location is close but not worth it.

(except for the cashier she was super nice), I don’t want to deal with a sassy grown man acting like a kid who just got grounded when I’m getting salsa and sour cream! a woman behind me in line snapped on him for his rudeness where’s the management? I recently visited this location and was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff, particularly the young woman working at the drive-thru pick-up window, were not welcoming or courteous. The dining area was messy and unclean, and the food preparation area was poorly maintained. I observed flies landing on the food, and when customers requested that their meals be remade, the employees appeared inconvenienced by the request. One employee even remarked, “I don’t know about the flies, I just work here.” Overall, the team lacked professionalism and friendliness. It is clear that Chipotle should consider making significant investments in training and talent development to improve both service and food safety standards.

Keep this short and sweet. All the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. From cold food, slower than a snail service, half cooked rice and dirty restaurant it’s all true. This place needs all new management and restructure which is sad being so new. Do better Chipotle for the price you charge should be 5star dining experience.

Food was cold on both the burrito and the burrito bowl Burrito: cold, meat was uncooked Burrito bowl: forgot the meat and it was cold sour cream was sour and pinto beans half were hard to eat We ordered this food because I a pregnant woman was craving Mexican food specifically fajita beef and y'all were the only Mexican place open for people who worked late that was open. You guys are lucky we did Uber because we honestly would have asked for our money back or for you guys to remake it

I eat at Chipotle several times a week.. this specific location.. the chicken is burnt 75% of the time.. some of the workers here also are not very respectful.. attitude issues.. Update 3 months later.. chicken is still burnt and overcooked probably 85% of the time. I will NOT be returning

Fist time going to Chipotle im Manvel. Picked up my food in the mobil app pick up line. When I asked if I could add something to my order and I quote " you cannot add to your order . The pick up line it is not a drive through, then I was asked if I understood her? But she would do it this one time, just wanted chips and limes, again she asked if I understood, im an adult. I was told Chipotle does not have limes in thier restraunts, then when I got home and saw what I paid 23.00 dollars for, could not find the steak, I knew I would never go back, definitely poory run and managed.

Despite always having an issue with my order when ordering from here, I continue to give them another chance. Pulled into the drive up window and they were blasting explicit music. Music was so loud the young lady had to yell over it so I can only imagine how loud it was in the restaurant. Then I received my food that was not only cold but a catastrophe. And I believe it was retaliation due to my last survey completion. I hate to say it but I will not be back. I will await for the new location to open in hopes that that one does not jump ship like this one does.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve gone to by far. They don’t clean a thing. The place is FILTHY. Trash on the floor, food left on the table, condiment station not restocked and soda spilled everywhere. Even the forks they offered had sticky spots on them. The foil and containers our food were in had old rice and guacamole on them before they even started our order. One of the employees didn’t even look our way when we went to ask them a question. Just poor service and dirty as hell.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I keep trying to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt that someway somehow I’ll have a better experience the time I go in but it never fails! When I ask for double it never fails that I’m only given two extra pieces and charged for the full price. Absolutely done with this location!! If I could I’d give it zero stars.

Worst Chipotle in Houston . I've come multiple times and everytime the food quality is horrible the portions are super small and the staff is uninformed and not friendly. I was just served by Ashley (I ordered half chicken and half steak) and requested a double portion of protein after I saw my original littleraly included only 5 small pieces of steak(literally could not see the steak that she put on the bowl) , when I requested a double portion of protein/steak I was told that I could not get just steak for my double portion of protein and I was was told I can only get half chicken and half steak for my additional protein. That makes absolutely no sense that if I'm paying for an extra protein that I can't pick the protein I want (I was willing to pay whatever they charged as money is not of a factor here) . The food line is always dirty and the food always looks old even when they just open. I will never return to this Chipotle. Though this is the closest Chipotle to my house I will never come to it again because of their repeated terrible service and food quality.

Fist time going to Chipotle im Manvel. Picked up my food in the mobil app pick up line. When I asked if I could add something to my order and I quote " you cannot add to your order . The pick up line it is not a drive through, then I was asked if I understood her? But she would do it this one time, just wanted chips and limes, again she asked if I understood, im an adult. I was told Chipotle does not have limes in thier restraunts, then when I got home and saw what I paid 23.00 dollars for, could not find the steak, I knew I would never go back, definitely poory run and managed.

Despite always having an issue with my order when ordering from here, I continue to give them another chance. Pulled into the drive up window and they were blasting explicit music. Music was so loud the young lady had to yell over it so I can only imagine how loud it was in the restaurant. Then I received my food that was not only cold but a catastrophe. And I believe it was retaliation due to my last survey completion. I hate to say it but I will not be back. I will await for the new location to open in hopes that that one does not jump ship like this one does.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve gone to by far. They don’t clean a thing. The place is FILTHY. Trash on the floor, food left on the table, condiment station not restocked and soda spilled everywhere. Even the forks they offered had sticky spots on them. The foil and containers our food were in had old rice and guacamole on them before they even started our order. One of the employees didn’t even look our way when we went to ask them a question. Just poor service and dirty as hell.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I keep trying to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt that someway somehow I’ll have a better experience the time I go in but it never fails! When I ask for double it never fails that I’m only given two extra pieces and charged for the full price. Absolutely done with this location!! If I could I’d give it zero stars.

Terrible experience, the same bowl order that I get every time I got to a Chipotle cost me 12 dollars. All of a sudden the cashier tells me, “the steak is our most expensive meat” and that supposedly changed the price to 19 dollars overnight. Insane, I’m never going to this location again.

By far the slowest moving chipotle, I’ve ever been to. Even the management does not move with a sense of urgency. Corporate please take over and start fresh, cause damn! I’ve gone to Taco Bell and Wendy’s who are faster, better and nicer…

This place is always messy and dirty looking, always out of ingredients before 9pm in which they’re not out they’re just too LAZY to make more. It’s always young adults playing behind the counter while fixing your food instead of offering good service!! I wish there was another one in Manvel or Rosharon for the residents to go to. They shouldn’t have even opened this location if the service was going to be this horrible!!! This is nothing like any other Chipotle I’ve ever gone to whether it’s here or in another city/state. This one is the absolute worst!!

This was my first time visiting this location and will now be my last. I placed a mobile order for pick up, I arrived to pick up my order and was told the server was down and they could do nothing and to call customer for a refund. I offered to show my order that had already been paid for so they could prepare it but they would not even do that. The kicker was watching the burrito being made for I assume an employee as they were turning all customers away. Horrible customer service and I can see why this location has such horrible reviews.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but the service at this location was unbelievably unprofessional. The staff behind the line were aggressive and slamming bowls around as if they couldn’t care less about the customers standing right in front of them. Every interaction came with a condescending, dismissive tone—like we were somehow inconveniencing them just by ordering. The whole experience felt rushed, rude, and downright uncomfortable. If management cares at all, they need to seriously address the attitude and behavior of their team. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I just left the Chipotle in Manvel and it was AWFUL customer service that I just received. The girl that was working the mobile orders line deserves a 0 on this rating. As a person who works in a customer service driven industry and noticing that you have a 2.8 star rating, the manager may want to do some deep diving with the staff on their customer service. I walked in about 9:40pm and ordered a bowl, the guacamole was out and the young lady said she may have some on the drive-thru line. I watched her walk over to the drive thru line and proceed to give me guacamole when Carolina(I believe is her name) stopped her and told her she couldn't give me the guacamole. Carolina then came to the register where I was and gave me my total. I asked her for the guacamole and she looked me in the eye and LIED and said, "oh we don't have any." I told her what about the guacamole that the young lady was attempting to add to my bowl and you stopped her? She said it wasn't enough and only for mobile orders. I then told her, I would not pay for the bowl and just order on the mobile app to get the guacamole. She gave pure attitude and said, "fine." She went and added the guacamole. Your ratings are horrible due to people like Carolina. I won’t be returning. I’ve also never seen such a STUPID logic. The customer in front of you matters!

Horrible service please train your employees! (except for the cashier she was super nice), I don’t want to deal with a sassy grown man acting like a kid who just got grounded when I’m getting salsa and sour cream! a woman behind me in line snapped on him for his rudeness where’s the management? If you do chipotlane from the app, be careful and make sure to check your food since they can’t even add the meat. Talking about “they did” add meat and it seems like they didn’t because I didn’t order extra meat. Like what? Do yall get to pick and choose when to give good customer service and proper servings? Burrito with no steak at all. Wife’s bowl barely had steak and to the point you can’t even notice it. “This bowl is half full” yeah I know because that’s when we noticed there was BARELY ANY MEAT. Why am I gonna drive all the way there. All the way home. All the way back and try to scam you for more meat? Come on now it ain’t that serious. I just want what I paid for. Couldn’t remake my food per “policy”, and if I wanted a refund I’d have to look into their website. Why even bother working if you not gonna give it your 100%!!!

Food was cold, order was wrong. Asked for extra cheese and there was barely any. Sour cream was warm and runny. Portion of everything was small. Beans were crunchy. Got a large guac and it was turning brown. No quality control at all. This was my worst experience there. It's too bad because this location is close but not worth it.
