Doña Tota Manzanillo Reviews
Everything was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.
Their service has improved a lot.
The gorditas are very good. I haven't tried all the fillings, but the ones I always order are pastor with cheese, beans with cheese, chilorio, cochinita pibil, and crispy chicharrón.
The stews are very good. I like that the plates are cardboard. By the way, their prices are very reasonable; you can eat well for less than 50 pesos.
They maintain sanitary requirements such as providing gel, wearing face masks, and avoiding physical contact. Great flavor. Some gorditas are very spicy for those who like it that way.
A little pricey, but the gorditas are delicious.
They give priority to orders when there are people waiting to eat, but the packaging is very good and the flavor is delicious, especially the cochinita.
The problem is that they prioritize app orders, and people who take the time to come to their restaurant to eat are relegated to second place... the food is the same as in all their locations, fine... but the service... well...
I've been buying food there for several years. When I go to Soriana and get a craving, I eat there. I find it convenient. The only downside is that if you're in a hurry, forget it; they have an average wait time of 20-25 minutes or more. They need to improve their service speed. The upside is that the tortilla or whatever they serve you comes fresh off the griddle.
Very very slow, the stews are good, the gorditas are mini, the problem is the delivery time, it is NOT fast food, it is quite slow, on average 20 minutes
Some of the stews have changed their original flavor... And the carnitas one is too dry... however, they are an excellent option for a quick meal with a great taste.
I ordered two chicharrón gorditas and one with mole, but I don't think they make them fresh, they just reheat them, so they don't taste very fresh, but they do satisfy your hunger, "they are very popular here."
Good location, but they've lost their charm. When they first opened, their "gorditas" (small, thick-cut steaks) were plump and well-priced; now they're very small, the stew is very thin, and they're more expensive...
Poor seasoning, very dense, and the corn tasted artificial. Well-organized delivery and good service... too bad, I didn't like it; they look better in the photos.
They have a good flavor and are a great alternative to eat, but I recommend not arriving hungry, it takes half an hour or more to deliver the food, they just have your order there already made and they let it get cold forgetting about it, and if you tell them that is your order, at first they argue telling you that it is not true, until they go to check and they give you the food all cold
The worst service ever. In less than a month, I've been there four times. I place an order for two or three items, and they tell me they have a lot of orders and it will take hours to prepare them. I end up just saying, "Okay, goodbye." It happened again today; they had a lot of orders, and I left as I arrived. The service is terrible. I'm never going back there.
Very expensive for the size, the rice was horrible, all soggy, as if it had been made several days ago, and the service was slow. Overall, everything was bad. I don't recommend it. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars.
They're slow, and during rush hour, they're abominable. The order-taker gets distracted and keeps customers waiting. They make mistakes and get angry, and they're incapable of solving the problems they make, and they give you looks that make you annoying. They're terrible; they used to be very friendly.
If there were an option to leave a review without giving stars, I would, because the service is slow, the refillable water bottle is so bad you won't want to refill it—TERRIBLE!! It tastes like it's from a packet with lots of sugar and water... Not to mention the gorditas were raw...
