I've been buying food there for several years. When I go to Soriana and get a craving, I eat there. I find it convenient. The only downside is that if you're in a hurry, forget it; they have an average wait time of 20-25 minutes or more. They need to improve their service speed. The upside is that the tortilla or whatever they serve you comes fresh off the griddle.

The worst service ever. In less than a month, I've been there four times. I place an order for two or three items, and they tell me they have a lot of orders and it will take hours to prepare them.
