You know I loved KFC when I was a kid growing up maybe about 2-3 years ago I stopped in and got some chicken they changed the recipe they say they didn't but are taste buds say they did I guess that Secret Safe they had the recipe in got lost or they forgot the combination who knows??

I have been by this location twice as a Door Dash driver, only to find that they have closed their fryers early for the night. If they are open until 9:30, then customers should be able to order what they want until 9:30. If the employees want to get out early and not serve food until 9:30, then they should change the closing time to 8:30. Not only are paying customers not getting the food they want, but the store is taking money away from Door Dashers as well.

Went there for some food it took about 8-10 minutes and it was also cold when I mentioned it one of the workers just say in a snarky voice you can just heat it up in the microwave at home. And closed the door in my face.. worst experience iv ever had.. save your money go to lanes

The absolute worst service ever. I was told to drive around to the front and waited 20 minutes for my food. The staff kept roaming around the parking lot aimlessly asking customers what they had ordered and bringing them the wrong orders including myself.

On the restaurant window there is a sign to text 25899 for deals. Sounds great until you try to redeem a deal. You then get harassed by the lady taking your order. She states they do not take those deals. The manager is very nice when she allows you to speak with him. I finally got fed up today. Threw my lunch in the trash and I will never enter That KFC AGAIN.

No drive thru bc they making everyone pull to the front even for my tiny bowl and drink poor older lady had to run food in and out while younger ladies were being rude to her... so stupid you have a drive through for a reason

Where’s The Beef!!?? 8 piece chicken nugget?? More like popcorn chicken. I understand inflation / shrinkflation has put more than a dent in our economy, but please don’t mislead people into thinking they’re getting something they’re not.

The food is good but i have a couple of problems. About a year or so ago it was around $6.50 for KFC bowl and it came with a big drink. Now it is $7.60 and there is no cookie, the drink is smaller, and the portion of the bowl is smaller. Lose food and charge more for it.

Ordered 3, 2pc combos, tender combo, was told to wait in front cause the tenders needed to be made. 2 cars behind us were told to wait up front they got their food before us. We waited 30min, Come to find out our order was given to someone else.. we get home and our tenders and chicken is soggy and cold, we only live 6min away. Our drinks were watered down from waiting so long. Didn't even get an apology for their mistake. Our bill was 42.26. When you wait 30min the food should be fresh and hot.

Ordered a 16 piece family meal and asked for barbecue and ranch. Gave us ONE ranch and ONE barbecue sauce. FOR SIXTEEN PIECES OF CHICKEN. Never again. Don’t recommend.

Ordered fish and shrimp but got chicken instead of fish. Guy taking the order got it wrong on the fish. Got fries instead of mashed potatoes. I can live with fries but when you are expecting fish, chicken isn't even close. Really ruins your meal. Thanks KFC/LJS
