Me gustan los chilaquiles, pero normalmente me hacen daño; fue muy agradable salir de aquí satisfecho y no inflamado Creo que no iba desde que estaban por el mercado en madero, pero volveré más frecuentemente porque los chilaquiles y las enchiladas estaban deliciosas! Y el ambiente era muy acogedor

Es un lugar espectacular donde no solo los 5 sentidos se deleitan, tambien se respira un ambiente de paz, te invita a redescubrir dentro de ti los valores que a través de cada bocado te transporta a lo natural, a lo sano a lo auténtico. El Chef no solo es amante de lo natural, tuve el.privilegio de charlar con Él, y es un ser humano espiritual. 100% recomendable.

Una opción para los vegetarianos. Los sabores son deliciosos y cuentan con menú armado para las comidas. Muy recomendable.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, me gustó desde que entramos, la comida deliciosa, café, pan, enchiladas, pan francés y mole, todo servido con buenas porciones, delicioso y todo es vegano! 10/10

Acabo de mudarme a las afueras de Querétaro y Suwa estaba entre los primeros lugares que quería conocer. Me encantó el ambiente sereno, sin música estridente ni intrusivas pantallas, el servicio excelente y la comida muy rica. Vine a desayunar y todo me gustó, especialmente los sopesitos con chorizo y la leche dorada (me hubiera gustado una taza un poquitito más grande por el precio, es deliciosa y nutritiva), excepto los roles de canela que, me parece, no eran frescos del día y su consistencia me quedó a deber. Volveré otro día para el menú de comida. Gracias por ofrecer un lugar bello y de alta cocina para quienes no consumimos cadáveres 🌼

Este hermoso y delicioso restaurante. Se lleva 5 estrellas; Por la agradable atención, comida muy única, excelente presentación y sobretodo deliciosa. Esta ocasión pedí unos sopecitos riquísimos, una fresca Kombucha y una deliciosa ensalada. Se los recomiendo ampliamente!!

La comida súper variada, es una excelente opción para consumir inclusive si no se es vegano, porque la forma de presentación y condimentación de la comida es súper semejante a la convencional. El ambiente increíble, nos recibieron con música de Cerati, la mejor de las bienvenidas. 🥺🖤 El personal siempre estuvo muy atento y la comida no tardó nada en llegar.

Suwa es un restaurante que trasciende a la cocina vegana. Sus sabores, dedicación, atención y amor en general por lo que hacen, convierten esta visita en una experiencia gastronómica.

Fuimos en día domingo, tienen buen Menú de 4 tiempos con 2 opciones a elegir. El sabor es realmente bueno, las ensaladas, el agua de sabor, los caldos y postres muy ricos. Lo único que me gustaría es que la porción de postre fuera un poco más grande (soy fan de los postres). El cafe Espresso super 👍🏽 El lugar muy limpio, buena música y te atienden súper bien.

Hay comida vegetariana, bebidas sin azúcar, un ambiente excepcional en una casona del centro. Vayan, es una excelente opción sí te gusta comer plantitas y com delicioso sabor. No le tomé foto a la comida, pero la presentación es fantástica.

Absolutely outstanding plant-based restaurant. This is real food no vegan junk food here. Everything is freshly prepared in-house, and you can taste the care and quality in every dish. The service is consistently warm and attentive, and the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. You truly get more than what you pay for. They even offered a special holiday meal in December 2025, and it was just as impressive as their regular menu thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully done. Five stars every single time we visit. If you’re looking for authentic, wholesome plant-based food in Querétaro’s historic district, Sawa is a must.

Wish we had time to go for lunch too! We had breakfast tamales and the hotcakes, which were both fantastic. The mole sauce was the best! The pancakes were served hot, loaded with fruit and delicious. They make their own almond milk for cappuccinos. The tiramisu was also the best we’ve had. Service was fantastic too. Super friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking for fresh, delicious, and masterfully made Mexican food (vegan or otherwise) don’t miss a stop at Suwa. This cozy restaurant set in the shady patio of a colonial era manor offers some of the most delicious and original flavors in Queretaro. And unlike most plant-based restaurants in the area which rely on faux meats and soy, here everything is made in-house from the best seasonal ingredients. A visit to Suwa is a sensory delight starting from their unique drink menu, to their delicious dishes representing regions all over Mexico (as well as some Asian-inspired options), to their fun selection of desserts (if they are making cinnamon rolls on the day you visit, they are a must-try! They’re made with local cinnamon, which has a unique flavor). Everything I tried was very tasty but I do think their afternoon menu beats the breakfast one. Service is friendly, portions are generous, and you can't go wrong with anything you order. Highly worth a stop!

This restaurant's interior decor was fantastic, complemented by ample natural light streaming in from the open rooftop. Bathrooms were clean. The sensational food presentation highlighted the spectacular quality of ingredients used. We were so impressed that we visited twice during our short stay. The gluten-free and seed-free pancakes were delightful, accompanied by a wide selection of excellent hot beverages. The fresh seasonal fruit beverages were exquisite, and the diverse tea options pleased our palates. The standout dish for us was the mushroom tamales with mole - truly amazing. With expert culinary skills on display, my husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable restaurant.

Not the usual vegan junk food! This restaurant serves healthy, flavourful, interesting and satisfying food. Also has nice coffee, smoothies and juices. What a lovely place! The vegan food is super delicious and affordable. You can feel that the owners do their job with so much love. There are just a few tables, it's a really tiny and cute little restaurant. And every day they offer another dish, so you always just have one option to order. That makes the decision easy :) I highly recommend this place, also for non vegans, it could change their mind ;)

Los chilaquiles me gustaron mucho, probé los tamales y sentí que les faltó un poquito de sal pero también muy ricos! El trato fue super amable.

Muy grata experiencia! Es un pequeño lugar con mucha personalidad, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Busca un estacionamiento público, hay varios cerca. La comida es todo lo que esperaba cuando conocí su concepto. Probé prácticamente todo el menú, ambas opciones de entradas, segundo y plato fuerte, todo me gusto! No tienes que ser vegano para comer comida vegana! 😁

El lugar es muy bonito, la comida y bebidas exquisito y el servicio buenísimo! Lo único que agregaría es ventiladores en tiempo de calor, de ahí en más, te estas perdiendo de mucho si no has ido.

Had the 4-course lunch menu for 170 mxn that included a soup or salad,a starter, a main dish and a tiny dessert. Drinks cost extra. The guava water was more than a flavoured water, less than a juice, we requested for and added sugar. Small portions but was adequate overall. Super healthy freshly prepared food with quality ingredients, not soy based meat substitutes. Whether the food can be considered tasty, it would depend on individual palates. I would have preferred it spicier and warmer. Seating is limited, rather uncomfortable wooden chairs, service was alright. Street parking possible nearby, else paid parking lots a few minutes walk away.

Tienen pocas opciones para comida, y la comida principal no es sobresaliente y siento que es poquito lo que dan, pero sigue estando muy rico. Aún así, lo recomiendo mucho si está por la zona por sus bebidas riquísimas y la broschetta de ajo. ESA BROSCHETTA ESTÁ INCREÍBLEEEEEEE. Pedimos la bebida reír (muy fresca y deliciosa), una malteada de coco y cacao (MUY RICA), y de comida un tamal y una comida de puré de papa (ñeh) igual pedimos un chocolate frío y un café frío y ambos estaban ñeh pero pedimos dos galletitas de mantequilla de maní y estaban mmmmmmmm, el lugar estaba muuuuuyyyy bonito y nos atendieron muy bien, en total diría que está COOOOL aunque está un DEMASIADO caro jiji

Tengo muchos comentarios para este lugar, para comenzar el lugar es agradable a la vista , limpio , muy céntrico , buena atención por parte del personal, un menú variado. Me agrada que mencionen que sus productos son orgánicos, limpios , y que involucran o invitan al comercio justo. ¡Pero ! (Y esto solo es mi perspectiva) NO creo que vaya muy de la mano precio - calidad , me explico mejor . Las porciones son demasiado "pequeñas" y sencillas para el precio en el que lo ofrecen , y el sabor mmmm , falta algo, si bien son verduras limpias , y orgánicas , directamente de productores locales , el sabor y la porción no valen el precio que se paga. Tal vez un poco más de creatividad en la imagen a la hora de servir el platillo, o un poco más de sabor , pero siento que no, el precio no se justifica. Los alimentos no tienen un mal sabor, no se ven mal a la vista, pero es muy sencillo.

No favorece nada el precio calidsd, alimentos insípidos, bebidas demasiado pequeñas, entiendo su letrero de servicio lento, pero es exagerado. Servicio nada agradable. Los alimentos nos hicieron daño, no volveríamos. Una lástima buen concepto, buena ubicación, bonito lugar, pero sin duda servicio y calidad son los que eliminan todo lo bueno.
