Well, this will be the last meal I eat with chicken express. The food is just mediocre. Most of the time they forget something. The fries are soggy. The biscuit is kind of stale. And the prices are outrageous for the garbage food that we get. You lost my business.

I spent 86.00 on the family express meal. Why are the family sides so small? And not even filled all the way? I’m so disappointed in the sizes and then to not even fill up the containers…. What a joke.

Food was nasty. Spider webs in every corner of the building. Window seal looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Just over all disgusting.

If I could give lower than 0 stars I absolutely would. This place and the employee and STANK as hell! Don't know how to do their jobs and have nasty attitudes. Food took over 20 minutes in the drive through because they wanted to argue with us about a TAX EXEMPT card. Disgusting.

1st off Chicken Express is normally great. This location however is horrible. I've tried it twice and both times it was terrible. Wrong drink, strips tasted old, runny gravy, dry mashed potatoes. I love chicken express but this location is garbage.

I went through the drive thru for a quick pick-up. We we asked to pull over to the side, they would bring our food fresh. We waited 30 minutes. We got someone else's order. Our order was $25, the food they was trying to serve us was below $20, about $18. They gave us half our order. So I waited an additional 12 minutes for them to bring out my spicy chicken stripe. They gave me old stale chicken and a burnt roll, not fresh, as promised. So I got out of the truck and walked in. I asked for the manager. IVY came to the counter, like she was doing me a favor by gracing me with her Presence. Abusing her authority......she looked at me with a nasty attitude and said, " So you want your food fresh?" I answered her. I was perplexed ...."yes". She repeated herself 3 times. So I answered, "I thought that's how food was supposed to be served, absolutely 💯, 🤔. Is there any other way". Initially we went through the drive thru because of medical mobility issues. I stood there 7 minutes for them to re cook me 2 fresh chicken stripe, and a fresh roll. My experience was horrible. The manager was desensitized to the customers needs. Serving food, should be a pleasant experience when people eat out and choose a restaurant to dine at. She ....IVY, have no compassion, she don't smile, she is rude, and frankly don't care. My question is why is she over a restaurant who deal with real people. I patronize this restaurant because I like the sweet tea. The food is served cold and stale sometimes. It's like fully teeth to get fresh food. There is a sense of entitlement from IVY, the manager. She dont deserve a position in management with her poor service skills. I hate i had to experience that. My previous experiences was canceled out because she is terrible. I apologize she understands that the universe gives us back, what we project out. I give this location a rating of one 🌟. FOR EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVY IS RIDICULOUS

Worst visit ever. I ordered UNSWEETENED tea, got sweet. Went inside for unsweetened and the inside one was sweet. Then I am handed a half full jug from the refrigerator, cap off. I didn't think to much about it. Went back outside to wait in my fish. The tea tasted like frost bitten ice and whatever else was in there. The fries were literally old and DRIPPING in oil, actually dripping. GAG. The fish was descent. I'm done!

This was the poorest service I've ever had. Had to constantly repeat myself because the girl on cash register had no ability to listen. They let me sit around waiting on an order only to tell me they were waiting on tenders, which I didn't order. I ordered a breast and wing and they put what was left of the breasts into a family order while I was sitting there waiting. Manager and staff were all standing around chattering and screwing around and wanted me to wait longer because they weren't working. Golden Chick was less than 5 minutes. Manager wasn't even managing. This set of employees need firing.

My husband and I placed our dine in order at 2:41 pm on 9/7/24. Another family placed their order after us. 30 minutes later, we don’t have our food but the family that placed their order after us eating. We took our receipt and told the manger on site we wanted a refund and we will not be back - instead of her being apologetic, she said ok. Like really, you just lost our business. This is Chicken Express 205 N End Blvd Marshall Tx District Manger is Savanna Miles. Poor customer service .

Went ten minutes before closing and didn't get my whole order. Took a picture and going back in the morning......soooooooo to add to it, I called in the evening because I had a lot going on. I told the lady about last night and she said she would remake the order. Once again I felt played and just should have gotten my money back. The whole order should have been replaced. I got a role this time but not my hush puppies are a drink. To add to it. The GIRL at the window had stank face like I did something to her. No greeting just ugly looks. I felt unwelcome. I live here and will not be returning. Smh this is why they want to use ROBOTS!

Food was very good. No seasoned salt anymore 😢 No bone-in wings anymore. This store is filthy. From the front door to the bathrooms, dining room, kitchen. Food pieces in the kitchen floor, nasty trash areas, Drink station, WET, bathrooms filthy. 4pm they should be clean & ready for Dinner service.

Came here with my family, as well as my mother and her husband. I have never seen service this slow. They don't seem to appreciate their customers and as we eat, I am seeing people leave because of not wanting to wait in line. They are incredibly slow and I will not be returning here with my family again.
