Escape 360 Cafe Mckinney Reviews
The vibe of the place is really good — cozy, aesthetic, and a great spot to hang out or catch up with friends. The staff were amazing and the service was honestly one of the best parts of the visit. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was decent, but I did feel like it was a little on the pricier side for what you get. Still, it’s a nice place to check out at least once for the atmosphere and great service.
Best café experience I’ve had! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the pesto pasta, and the other two pasta dishes we tried were just as good. The Crème Roulette coffee was hands down the highlight. I was already full, so I couldn’t try the soufflé this time—but that just gives me a reason to come back! Definitely returning soon. Highly recommend!
First time at Escape 360 Café and I’m honestly blown away! 😍✨ This place is such a vibe from the moment you walk in. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It truly feels like a little escape from the everyday stress 🌿💭 The aesthetic is chef’s kiss 😌🎨 So beautiful, cozy, and creative. Every corner is Instagram-worthy 📸✨ You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and atmosphere. The service was also amazing! 🙌🏽 Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. That alone makes such a big difference and really elevated the experience 💛 If you’re looking for something unique, relaxing, and just all-around good vibes, this is the spot! I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone 🔁🔥💯 10/10 experience. Escape 360 Café did not disappoint! 🫶🏽✨☕️
The fluffy souffle pancakes were jiggly and perfectly light, airy, and worth the wait. Paired it with the spicy Korean shrimp pasta which had bold heat and tender shrimp in every bite. Cozy vibes, stunning presentation, and great music!
I had a wonderful experience at this café! people were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was just as impressive—beautifully plated and full of flavor. A perfect spot for a relaxing and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!
Escape 360 is the perfect place to visit if you are looking for a comfortable spot to have coffee, brunch, or lunch, either solo or with a friend. The interior, with its modern organic decor, is warm and inviting and makes you want to slow down, relax, and enjoy a nice meal. The staff are just as welcoming as the environment. Each time I visit, I am warmly greeted by a staff member who assists me in finding the right seating arrangement for my group. If anyone has questions, the staff promptly answers and offers menu suggestions. Orders can be placed directly from the table using a QR code, and once items are ready, they are delivered directly to the table. On to the drinks: every drink I have ordered has been elegantly served in a well-chosen glass. A few of my favorites are the strawberry matcha latte, mango matcha, blue passion, yuzu lemon soda, and the ube milk tea. The strawberry matcha is gentle and slightly tart, blending into creaminess rather than bitterness. The matcha has a mild earthiness that keeps it from tasting like a milkshake. My only complaint is that, served as is, it is still a bit too sweet. I usually opt for the less-sweet version, which I find more balanced. The mango matcha is like the sweeter, less tart cousin of the strawberry matcha. It is bright and layered, with the mango coming through first as a juicy, tropical sweetness, followed by the slightly bitter depth of matcha. The finish is clean, with the matcha lingering longer than the fruit. It tastes balanced rather than dessert-like. The blue passion is a crisp, fizzy drink that works especially well in the summer. The yuzu lemon soda is equally refreshing, with the yuzu adding a level of complexity not found in a standard lemonade. The ube milk tea is smooth, creamy, and subtly nutty. The ube brings a gentle, vanilla-like sweetness with an earthy undertone, while the tea adds depth without a strong, tannin-heavy bite. It is comforting and rich, making it an ideal drink after a good meal. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to try many of their savory dishes, aside from the Southern-style roti curry, which I found a bit watery and underwhelming. The desserts, however, were very good. My husband loves soufflés and especially enjoyed the Biscoff and crème soufflé. It is rich and indulgent, with the sweetness of Biscoff and crème layered between soft, pillowy soufflés. I chose different cakes on different visits, and each had its own flair. They are served on plates and wrapped in plastic for easy separation. The Dubai chocolate cake is my favorite of the bunch. It is dense, dark, and unapologetically rich. The chocolate flavor is mild—not overly deep or bitter, but more bittersweet. The crumb is moist with a luxurious mouthfeel, which made me want to savor it slowly. The carrot cake and red velvet cake are also solid choices; both are moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Overall, my experience with Escape 360 has been a positive one. I look forward to returning and trying some of their new and seasonal drinks.
The best brunch place/cafe I have ever been. I got the chicken curry plate, an ube latte, and an ube soufflé. All slap so hard! They taste amazing, and the presentation is top tier. It feels like a high quality restaurant. The food is unique and tasty. The decoration is phenomenal! Overall 100000/5 stars!
Let me tell you—Escape 360 Café was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was great. Around 12:30, the wait time for a table was only about 10 minutes. Once seated, we scanned the QR code and ordered directly from our phones. Within minutes, our drinks arrived—starting with the pistachio latte, which was absolutely delicious. When our food came out, we were completely blown away. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was even more mind-blowing. Everything was prepared to perfection. The service was outstanding; every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We also feel like we got lucky with what might be the best table in the entire place! We will definitely be coming back.
My bestie and I visited here yesterday for the first time and I was very impressed. It is so cute inside! It feels so cozy! We waited for about 5 mins to be seated. You have to scan the QR code on the table to view their menu and you can order/pay straight from your phone. Everything in their menu looks so amazing! I ordered the Pistachio iced coffee and the Tiramasu souffle and OMG it was amazing! My bestie ordered the Biscoff souffle, they came in a tower and it was fun to see them jiggle haha. It is pricey ($19 for the pancakes) but it's worth it in my opinion. I will definitely be back!
This place has the best Souffle pancakes I've ever had. You can tell a lot of quality and craft went into them. We had the crembrule one and the custard and brule was impeccable. The lattes are also very nice. A little more unconventional and could be a little more unique, but the quality and craft is there as well I only wish it had more of a laid back Cafe vibe, but the tables are so close together and you get served inside like a restaurant.
Been wanting to try this so was so excited when I could! The menu has a pretty good selection of different brunch items including pastas, sandwiches, and pancakes. The food was pretty good, I really liked my croissant sandwich. The soufflé pancakes were amazing though! The texture was soft and spongy. We tried 3 different flavors and they were all delicious. The corn was the most unique and was my fave! Highly recommend ordering a bunch with friends and family style it so you can try a little of everything. They took longer than the food, so make sure to order it early! Omg the DRINKS. I’m a bit of a matcha snob because I like to make my own matcha at home, but holy — the earl grey matcha was sooooo delicious. I don’t like when other teas are mixed with matcha because it tends to hide the matcha but here, you can taste both - best of both worlds. The drinks are DEFINITELY PRICEY but it’s a nice treat-yourself. We went on a weekday, at lunch time, and it was PACKED. I’m assuming it’s probably always packed, but they are opening another location in Carrollton soon!!
Our favorite place in the area! The coffee is divine. My favorite is the orange chocolate latte. Every dish is full of flavor and tastes amazing and also makes you feel good. The interior is beautiful. And the staff is so kind and welcoming. We love this place so much! Highly recommend it!
In our community, finding the right spot for fellowship is about more than just caffeine—it is about finding a safe harbor where we can talk openly, relax, and feel genuinely welcome. I recently visited Escape 360 Coffee House, and I am thrilled to report that it checks every single box for a perfect meeting spot. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the ambiance. It is difficult to find a place that balances energy with serenity, but Escape 360 has mastered it. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and incredibly conducive to honest conversation, whether you are meeting a sponsee, catching up with a friend, or just looking for a quiet corner to read and reflect. It truly feels like a safe space away from the noise of the outside world. Beyond the atmosphere, the product itself is top-tier. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious, served with care and attention to detail. It is clear they take pride in what they do. However, the real highlight of my visit was the staff. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, the team here was wonderful. I was treated very nicely, with a level of kindness and respect that made me feel right at home. It makes a huge difference to walk into a place and feel seen and appreciated. If you are looking for a new local spot to support—one that offers great vibes, fantastic coffee, and a genuinely kind team—Escape 360 Coffee House is the place to go. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
We were immediately greeted by a staff member, who seated us at a table and informed us the kitchen would be closing soon. He told us he could help us put in the order if we wanted the soufflé pancakes (what I came for). The biscoff and cream soufflé pancakes were delicious! So soft, pillowy, the cream--delightful and we cleared it out with the pancakes and fruit. My partner loved the Ube matcha drink, particularly the ube aspect. I saw this cafe researching places to go on vacation (from Kansas) and I'm so happy we did not miss this experience. Great last stop for our first day! 🥰
Escape360 Café is one of my favorite spots. Their soufflé is incredible, their coffees are consistently amazing, and honestly I’ve never ordered anything I didn’t enjoy. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and the seating is really comfortable. I’ve even taken my son in his stroller and we had plenty of space — it’s a very welcoming environment. The only thing I wish were different is the ordering system. Everything is done through scanning a QR code and ordering on your phone, which is convenient, but it takes away from the personal touch. Sometimes you want to ask someone, “What’s your favorite coffee?” or get a recommendation, and that interaction isn’t really possible with the current setup. It’s still a great café with fantastic food and drinks, but adding a bit more opportunity for customer interaction would make the experience even better.
We love the Soufflé Pancakes here. So good. Ube & Biscoff Soufflé pancake are must try flavors. So yumm light & fluffy and high on flavor. I remember waiting for our order for quiet sometime. We also tried spicy basil spaghetti that was good too. Visited twice so far and have been impressed by the food both times.
I visited this place with my hubby because I really wanted to try a soufflé pancake. When we get there, we could see lots of people in the restaurant. We had to wait for 30mins but that was okay (again, I really wanted to try). The place looks very cute and pretty. Loved their interior design. We also could see the cute girls who had a bachelorette party in the private room(which is surrounded by glass). The server was very kind. I ordered the soufflé pancake and yuzu Americano. My hubby ordered southern curry coconut noodles and Es Thai 360 coffee. The food both looked very very good. Mine came with lots of fruits and it all was really good :) Especially the texture! it was exactly what I expected. My husband noodle also was really good. I tasted the soup and it was very nice. I kind of wanted to eat his noodles too :P (it doesn't mean mine was bad) Coffee was good, too. It was kind of interesting in the good way. The atmosphere and all detail they provided were pretty satisfied. Overall, it was pretty good but a bit pricy. I knew the price before visiting this place so it was okay but the coffee price is quite surprising. We had to pay through the phone and it showed the service charge. What is it? They charged tip and service charge separately? Nobody explain about it (we didn't ask though) It was pretty annoying. Except that, it was nice :)
We went there for the first time today and so glad we did. Such an amazing place with great service, ambience but most importantly food. We ordered spinach crepe which was okayish, but their Malay curry and banana Nutella souffle was absolutely mind blowing. Their beverages menu is amazing too and we need to come back a lot of times to try all of it. I would recommend all my friends and family this place.
The place is a great spot for weekend Brunch/lunch but if you are going with a big group, getting appropriate table might be an issue. The drinks and food are a little expensive but worthy as I have Tiramisu latte every time I visit them. The menu is really great and they have all sorts of options with food/drinks. The only thing is because of being not so big, it gets super crowded on weekends and the order gets delayed usually because if you plan to add anything on top of your order, it has to go again through the qr process. The staff/manager were really courteous and we often go to this place. Highly recommend!
great atmosphere and at this point in time this is the best aesthetic cafe I have been too. Really modern vibe and nice open concept to see the people preparing drinks and food. we got the chicken sandwich, I believe coffee jelly brown sugar latte, and a tiramisu souffle. souffle was nice and jiggly, the brown sugar latte was balanced and the chicken sandwich was great. prices are a tad bit expensive. great for people to wind and chill here.
We ordered the Thai Siam Soufflé Pancakes, Ube Milk Tea, and Sakura Lychee Soda. So the pancakes and milk tea tasted great but the lychee soda was not good at all. The cafe had a service charge and also prompted for tip so I was expecting some service thus I tipped. Next thing I know I was told that water was self-service. I guess the only service is the food delivery and seating as order is via QR code. Well I know better next time.
We stopped by Escape 360 and there was a bit of a wait, but the staff handled it well and still managed to get us seated without too much delay. The menu has a ton of options drinks, breakfast dishes, desserts and everything we ordered tasted great. Presentation was impressive too. The only downside is that it’s definitely on the pricier side. For 3 people, our total was a little over $100, which felt a bit high for what we got. Still, the food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and overall it was a solid experience. Would go again, but just be prepared for higher prices.
The new lively cafe near Craig Ranch has an awesome atmosphere with vibrant fall vibes that make it a great spot to hang out casually. While we went for lunch by mistake—not realizing it shines as a brunch and coffee bakery destination—the experience was still enjoyable. Being vegetarian, our food choices were somewhat limited, but the staff was attentive and did a good job making substitutions and following our instructions. My wife loved the place more than I did, appreciating the distinctly feminine and girlish vibe that gives it a charming character. Overall, it's a perfect casual hangout spot with great energy and a warm, inviting feel for a coffee date or brunch outing. If you're into lively places with great ambiance and friendly service, this cafe is definitely worth checking out.
Great team here. I had a salad and my sister had a pasta shrimp meal (forgot its name) as well as some crème brûlée pancakes. Overall the food was a 7.8/10. I would love to go back and try more things on the menu. It’s Very busy on the weekends, we had to wait for a bit and the place was packed, sat us on the terrace which wasn’t bad at all. I would recommend this place for brunch
Loved the food!! This was our first visit to this establishment. We were greeted promptly but there was a short wait of 10-15minutes. The restaurant is clean and beautifully adorned. The food and drinks are made fresh to order so there is a considerable wait time; however I believe the fresh food is well worth the wait as it was delicious. The only downside we had was it was our first time there and we were not informed that the menu is online via QR code on the table, that the servers do not come to your table unless they are bringing you your items, or that the wait times would long due to the food and drinks being made fresh to order. On that note we did find out later during our visit that everything is made fresh to order and that is why the wait times are long. The manager was a very nice gentleman who helped us take our photos and even helped us get the perfect photo in front of the flower display!! So he was awesome!! In summary: be prepared to wait for your drinks and food, and that it is a little more pricey than a regular cafe and coffee shop but it is worth the wait and price because it is all being made fresh to order!
Jarring, confusing & over-priced. This is more of a cafe that serves meals and not a casual coffeehouse like Starbucks. Middle Eastern in style it seems. They have a huge menu of full-on meals. Thier drinks & desserts are exotic. The hosts(?) had to seat us, since we're not ordering to-go. Then, we're told to scan the QR code on our table to view & order from the menu. It was awkward to have to tell the host(?) that we wanted to physically look at their baked goods. We wanted to order from their self-order kiosk. But since we have a table, we had to order with an employee. Again, awkward & confusing. The menu is very varied from coffee & tea to meals to desserts & snacks. Most coffee & tea items were $9 on up. Meals & desserts were even more. The matcha tea we ordered was good though but not worth $9. Ambience is mixed. Busy with people chatting or individual guests on their phone. Not a good place to work on our laptops. The tables are spaced close together like a standard coffeehouse. But the people next you could be eating lunch/dinner and another, having dessert. It was an experience for sure. But once is enough.
DO NOT go here for breakfast or brunch. This is more of a coffee shop. They have plenty of options for coffee drinks but very minimal options for a breakfast style meal. There were very few items on the menu with eggs. My order was supposed to come out poached but came out over cooked. Drinks were good, could be better. Ambience was probably the highlight of the place. Staff was not very helpful either.
