Well, this is the first Wingstop in the one I need to complain. We ordered and went to sit down, husband went to check why it was taking forever in a super small/easy order, they have not even started!!!... people did not grab the ticket, did not bother to check if it was something pending... What we expect is for the employees to at least give us the fries to start or something, wingstop is a consistent place, always fast, quality and flavor. Really disappointed to know the one close to our home is the first with awful service.

Basically, you show up at the service desk and see your order is ready. Well, you still have to wait another 10 minutes.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received tonight. The young woman taking my carryout order was shockingly disrespectful, openly rude, and completely unprofessional in front of her manager and multiple other patrons. Her behavior was so unacceptable and demeaning that even her manager stated she would be speaking with her about it. I have never experienced this level of blatant disrespect in any establishment in my life and will be escalating this matter to the corporate level tomorrow morning. Here are the facts: She informed me that I had two free sauce options with the 70-cent boneless deal. I asked for Cajun and Hot — the exact same order I have placed every time I’ve visited this location. She told me I could not mix the two. I then asked if I could simply get the dry rub on the side instead, and she agreed. When she rang up my order, she charged me for one of the sauces she had already stated was free. I politely asked why I was being charged extra. She said “I’m sorry” and called the manager to fix it. While doing so, she made a rude remark under her breath to the manager in front of me. I chose not to respond at that moment. The manager was professional and assured me the order would be handled. After receiving my order, I went to my car and checked the bag, only to find the dry rub I requested on the side was missing. When I went back inside, the employee said to her manager — directly in front of me — “Just get him the damn sauce” and walks over to grabbed it herself. That comment was completely unacceptable. At that point, I asked her why she was being so blatantly rude. The situation had escalated to the point that the manager could do nothing but apologize on her behalf. I am beyond disappointed. As a regular customer, I have never felt so disrespected. This was not a misunderstanding — it was repeated, intentional hostility. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will absolutely be escalating this matter to corporate. I will also be sharing this experience with my sales team, who frequently visits this location. This level of behavior should not be tolerated in any professional environment.

Idk if they have changed vendors for their chicken, but the quality is garbage! Wing Stop used to be a great place to get wings! It seems they care more about profits than quality! Night and day difference in the quality!!!! I will NEVER order Wing Stop again! It was literally that bad!

Manager is very nasty Spanish manager to be exact. I’ll come back and edit her name on here. I literally ask her to give me a lemonade since I didn’t want the two drinks which equal to about the same price and she gave me a hard time. very nasty lady. Shame on you.

I came to dinner with my family and the restaurant is extremely cold, I asked them to please raise the temperature so that my whole family could be happy. There were also other people who also asked to raise the temperature, but a woman who was the manager said that she couldn't do that and they looked at us angrily.

They have very bad service, the air conditioning is terrible, it is freezing and you cannot eat comfortably, the food is disgusting and it bothers me because I told the afternoon manager if she could please turn down the air conditioning and she said no, that it was not possible and that she did not want it.

Trash! Why should it ever take me 36 minutes to get a regular order of fries with a side of ranch on a Sunday evening? There was no apology or anything. The manager Mirian came to refund me after sat for 36 minutes and didn’t bother apologizing for the wait or give an explanation. Customer service absolutely sucks.

New people. Food poisoning. Diarrhea and puke your brains out. Had wings and fries. We all got sick. 🤢🤮🤢 Great location! Awesome customer service, quick service, great deal on fries, super yummy food. Tenders were good but sizing is inconsistent not a good deal when they're as small as wings but a good deal when a proper tender size. They are usually half wings and half tender sized. Quite frustrating. Ranch is as much as wings also. Voodoo fries come out right half the time. We request for light Cajun seasoning and extra ranch for them. Way too hot and can only eat a few bites normally. Just want the fries to be fully cooked constantly seem to get just potatoes last couple times.

I visited this location for lunch in hopes of having some good fried chicken! I was highly disappointed! The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were tasteless! It was definitely a waste of money. The best part of my meal was the ranch dressing. 😕

This is the second time I’ve tried calling Wing Stop to place an order, only to be sent to voicemail, which was full both times. I initially thought it was an error on my end, but when I walked in to place my order, I realized the phone had been deliberately taken off the base so no calls could come through. This is a clear lack of customer service and very frustrating.

Fries and partial of my boneless wings were not even room temperature. The other part of my order was hot and fresh. It they took the fries from yesterday and gave it us. Horrible. Called and the guy argued back with us staying everything was fresh and he bagged the order himself. We showed up as he was bagging the order. No one can answer how more than half the order was cold and the other part hot. Not only that but the ranch dressing was spilled at the bottom of bag.
