Exceptional service. Food was amazing and our waiter was an amazing person. Went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can honestly say that I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the best waiter in all my restaurant experiences. My only complaint was when my party was waiting to be seated, and the man who was calling for us stood 30 feet away in a loud restaurant to have us seated.

I had Victoria for my waitress and she was amazing! My food was amazing as well! I stopped in for brunch with a friend. We stayed for a while and she even gave us more water after we finished our meal as we were still chatting! I highly recommend Earls!

Earls was simply amazing especially as a first time goer. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time with aesthetically pleasing food, great atmosphere to watch Alabama play and there was little to no wait at all. Amir took great care of us especially with his recommendations. We’re def going to spin the block on Amir and Earl’s. 15/10 experience! 😌

My overall experience was amazing. Everyone from the Mel our server to Josh the chef was exceptional. Both the floor mgr (on the night of Jan. 2) were great as well, they gave me a bday card with the staff signing it and then we were treated to shots (melon shot and watermelon shot with tajin?) every one was so gracious and just overall welcoming and caring for our needs. Josh one of the chef came out personally and talked to us to cater to my sister in law dietary restrictions. He made the experience for us because he was caring wanting to give her something that wasn’t “boring” lol our meal was amazing so much we didn’t even take any pictures lol We got the espresso martini tower (picture) and the peach mojito (picture) both were great! Everything we ordered was exceptional! Starters we got Vegan crispy chili tofu - fried to perfection and the sauce was so umami! Charred corn + avo dip - was so refreshing and delicious! Entree wise- My sister in law got the surf and turf (with all her allergies being cared for) My brother got the shrimp + scallop spaghettini- best pesto past I’ve tasted in a while! My sister got the Cajun blacked chicken- so delicious! Both Her boyfriend and my husband got the spicy Calabrian pasta- I thought the pasta was perfect my husband like his cooked a bit more but the spice and sauce was amazing! Lastly I got Tomahawk Maple glazed pork- I was so impressed the pork was juicy and meaty the BACON JAM was chef kiss! All it all it was such an amazing birthday dinner! We want to say thank you the staff of the night everyone was so accommodating and caring towards us.

I came here for brunch for my homegirls birthday. We were an hour late but had no wait for the table. Our waitress, Nicole was absolutely amazing. She immediately came up to us and made our experience memorable. Definitely enjoyed my visit and will be back. The food was absolutely amazing, I had the breakfast burger, and their new berry pancake everything was a 10/10 recommend!!

From the moment we walked in, Earls Kitchen + Bar set the tone for an amazing evening. We were warmly greeted by the hostess with a complimentary bubbly drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our waitress, Amna, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the night. The food was outstanding. We started with the Wagyu sushi and fried calamari, both packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For our main course, we had the steak and sushi platter, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. To finish off, the cheesecake crème brûlée was the perfect balance of rich, creamy, and indulgent. The drinks were just as impressive—my Old Fashioned was expertly crafted and one of the best I’ve had. The manager, was great as well, he came couple times and shared a laugh and great service. Overall, Earls exceeded our expectations in every way—fantastic service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Everything was amazing from start to finish, but Nicole truly made the experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make my best friend’s 18th birthday feel special. The alcohol-free shots were such a fun touch, and the vibes were perfect all night. Nicole’s energy, attentiveness, and positivity really set the tone and made us feel welcomed and celebrated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Jess was our bartender tonight at Earl’s Kitchen and she absolutely crushed it! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her dirty martini was hands-down one of the best I’ve had — perfectly chilled, beautifully balanced, and just the right amount of briny goodness. You can tell she really knows her craft. Drinks were made with confidence and care, and her positive energy made the whole experience even better. If you’re heading to Earl’s, definitely hope you get Jess behind the bar — she’s amazing! 🍸

Earl’s is always a great time! William and Imadae Went out of their way to ensure that every single course of the meal, aspect of the service in general was up to an above and beyond - they’re so friendly, nice, and considerate! I could not recommend Earl’s enough for a great time, It just got good vibes, good food, and good peeps!!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. William was a great server and had amazing recommendations. The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly. Blackened chicken…who knew chicken could taste that good. Great drinks. Don’t skip the truffle fries.

I had a great time at Earls Tyson’s corner this evening. Our server William was amazing. He made great recommendations, helped us through our wine selections, and made the night more enjoyable! I got chicken tortellini - it was awesome! The manager, Imadea was super sweet and did a great job at making us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back! The service, food and atmosphere are outstanding!!!

We were a party of three and although we only got an appetizer and drinks, it was the best service we’ve ever gotten. The moment sat down our server William greater with amazing enthusiasm and energy. We bonded over our experience living in Maryland and several other things. William went above and beyond our expectations as well as the rest of the staff( specifically the manager.) I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and I will definitely be coming back.

Alice was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, super bubbly, and made the entire experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar feel special from start to finish. Victoria was my waitress during my first ever visit to Earl’s and she was A- MA-ZING!!! Her knowledge of the menu was impeccable, food recommendations phenomenal, and good energy to the table! 10/10 would recommend! Next time you come here ask for her and you’ll for sure have an amazing time!

Excellent spot! Daniel was a wonderful server, and I’m not just saying that because we have the same first name 😂 Food and drinks were delicious, vibe and decor were suave, service was fantastic. Daniel and the team took care of us as we celebrated our friend’s graduation with a festive dinner. Last time I was here several years ago it was also a lovely experience. This was my best-friend and I’s first time at Earls. We each had an extremely difficult week and needed to get out and Earls has been on my list for quite some time. Listen here. Our waitress, Farah, and our chef, Josh, don’t owe us a damn thing! Everything was absolutely amazing. We are two women that never finish our plates and hunny… EVERY PLATE WAS CLEARED. Farah’s energy was absolutely beautiful. Josh’s hospitality was so warm. It was truly the perfect way to end such a terrible week. Earls has a friend in me and my best-friend. We will be back regularly.

Food was amazing, and our server, Aaron was amazing! It was our first time here and he walked us through the menu, and answered any questions we had. We got steak & eggs and Nashville chicken & waffles, everything was delicious…we will definitely be back! 10/10

The drinks were good and the atmosphere was nice too. I def recommend this place. Parking thoooo… use garage E across the street and use the skywalk to come over.

My group had a reservation at 7PM on a Friday. At that time, the place was hopping but Earl's had our special seating arranged in time. The ambience, complimented by the venue's decorative livery was relaxing and organic. Chelsea our server was fantastic - she was attentive as could be, gave recommendations, and displayed knowledge of the menu. Although working she had a great outgoing personality, as if she wanted to be a part of our group! Food, drinks, presentation, taste, expertise - everything for us!

3rd time at Earls and the energy and food never disappoints! Had a slight hiccup in the beginning before being served and the manager Michael came to great my table with empathy and even provided accommodations for my friend and I! Not to mention Wendy! (My server for the 3rd time coming) was amazing per usual. I will continue to be a returning and regular customer. Beautiful yet casual dining experience.

Bella and Wes were wonderful hosts, making sure we had a great time! Amir, was an amazing server who kept everything moving, brought food/drinks perfectly, made sure we were taken care of and the meal was perfect. Best experience and will be back often- Get the old fashioned, the dumplings and the pork chop.

Perfect Galentines night!! Our server Jhoselin was amazing as always, suuuper sweet and down to earth- and manager Mike + another server Will were super accommodating and friendly as well which made the experience even better🥰💞 i also met the newer manager Mike and he was kind and funny!

I had an amazing birthday experience! William was our server for the night and he was extremely attentive, changed out our drinks as soon as we asked, and communicated with us if our food was going to come later than anticipated! The steak was delicious and cooked to perfection as well. I had such a memorable night and will definitely come back in the near future!

Had a birthday dinner for my son and Earl’s didn’t disappoint. We had brought outside dessert and they set it up nicely on a board and brought it out for us after dinner. Amazing service and fantastic food! Our server was the best. He was courteous, prompt in checking on us, super helpful in getting us the 8000 things my family needed. He made our dinner even better than anticipated. Such a lovely experience, all because of him!

She has that rare ability to read the table perfectly knowing exactly when to step in with a recommendation and when to allow us our privacy. Her knowledge of the menu was encyclopedic; she didn’t just list the specials, she described the flavor profiles and textures in a way that made our mouths water before the bread even hit the table. Her wine pairing suggestions were spot-on, complementing the richness of the seafood without overpowering it. Throughout the night, our glasses were never empty, and the pacing of the courses was timed to perfection. It’s rare to find a server who is this attentive without being overbearing, but Chelsea balances it effortlessly. If you are planning a visit to Earls, I cannot recommend requesting Chelsea’s section highly enough. She is clearly passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about the guest experience. It is the staff like Chelsea who keep us coming back to Earls time and time again. A massive thank you to her for making our night so seamless and special!"

I’ve been to Earl’s for dinner, but this was my first happy hour. The vibes are the bar are great. Alec recommended cocktails and was able to modify drinks on the menu to my preference. Aaron made my friend an amazing margarita. Attentive, but not to the point that they ever interfered with my friends and our convo. Also, the apps were good. We’ll be back.

Amazing e patience as always. Just when I thought the service couldn’t get better, it does! Aaron was our server for lunch today and all of the recommendations for appetizers were spot on. The sticky Korean ribs fell right off the bone, the Burris tacos dipped in the beef broth…outstanding! And the dumplings were amazing! We never had to call Aaron over for any assistance, it was like he knew when to stop by and check in on us. His attention to detail was nothing short of amazing! After appetizers we tried pepper corn steak…..DELICIOUS! Once we were stuffed Isabel offered us a new dessert they just received….I forgot the name of it but it was a graham cracker, chocolate ganache, whipped cream with bananas inside….amazing to say the least. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Customer service remains top notch and I can guarantee you outstanding service for sure! 5 stars! I’ll be back again!

We had an amazing experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar! Mel was our waitress and she was truly perfect; attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel effortless. She recommended the Cajun salmon, and wow… it did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best dishes I’ve had there. The service overall was excellent—timely, professional, and warm without feeling rushed. Great food, great atmosphere, and top-tier service thanks to Mel. We’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience here with a friend of mine. We decided to dine here for brunch and overall had a great time with an amazing server, Alice! She took such good care of us and was very attentive our entire visit! I definitely love the ambiance there and the music really sets the mood. The food was pretty good as I had the steak and eggs brunch over artisan bread I believe. The potatoes that came with it was good but the portion size for that was a bit small. I'd recommend adding that a little more. Prices are also reasonable here for brunch. If recommend dining here and look forward to returning!

Earl’s was excellent from start to finish. The food was amazing and the service matched it. Patrick did a great job and was attentive without being overbearing. Parking can be a little annoying, but I parked at the mall and walked over, which wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything we ordered was delicious, and this is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Poor service ! Bad service by the people greeting or attending at front desk. She said we need to wait to get a table. Then another family came 5 minutes later and she told them the same thing, although the restaurant had more than 12 tables which were available. She sat the group of people who got there after us before the two of us. This is the second time this has happened with the same person at the reception of the restaurant. Once she got us to our table, she sat us at the smallest table, and when we asked to be moved she said it was the only one available because they didn’t have enough personnel at the restaurant. Another 10 minutes passed by and no one came to greet us or offer us water or attend us at all. The menus were dirty, we felt uncomfortable. The manager noticed and asked us if we had been attended yet. We said no, the menus are dirty and we don’t want to be here. But the person who sat us here told us you didn’t have enough personnel. He moved us to a big round table (a nice table) next to the group of people who this lady at the reception had sat before us although they got there last. The had been waiting there for a while too. Had no drinks or food on the table. Not even water. Then when we order the drinks, the waiter brought me the wrong drink. Later on when she was supposed to bring me the right one, it took her around 20-25 minutes to realize that she had forgotten or her teammates had forgotten. She apologized for the second time. I believe this restaurant has a lot of potential, but the impression I got from it today and from my experience is that they lack proper training, leadership and personnel. I will not be back because I’ve given this place 3 opportunities and it always disappoints me somehow. 1 appetizer, 2 plates and 2 drinks.. 1 hour. The only thing that wasn’t late was my wife’s drink and the appetizer 😔😒 we ended up not ordering dessert although we wanted to have dessert as well.

I come to town maybe once every two or three months. Just last night I came with my sister because this is one of the meet up spots that we normally Eat at it’s not our first visit. We’re common customers when we are in town. My waitress is the waitress that’s closest to me in the picture. I would say genuinely. She seems like a nice girl, but when I was asked for my card, I felt discriminated because I never was asked to present my card before dining . Remind you I came the night before with my sister as said before. As the evening progressed, another gentleman (white male ) proceeds to be seated at the bar , She began to take his order, but then I’m not sure if she witnessed Me side eye her to see if she was going to card him as well, Mid order she asked for his card. Noted. Then proceeded to say we’ve been having a lot of dine in dashes. Now I am a grown woman on a business trip although I know she wasn’t talking about me ( well as I thought ) It made me feel at an ease and made me want to pay for my meal faster than I normally would wait until I am done eating my meal. I’m not sure exactly how to feel about the situation but during my whole entire meal, these three bartenders continuously stared at me throughout my meal. I’m so disappointed .
