This is the best Burger King in the greater capital district hands down! My order is almost always correct and food is always fresh.
Usually, it has good food. However, it is not very consistent. Inside is hut or miss on the cleanliness, but they do get you in and out pretty fast.
I am a simple man, of simple tastes. The staff here have always been fast and courteous, and the fact that when it walk through the door all I have to do is wave and they start to immediately work on my order the way I like it shows that they are aware of their customers wants/needs.

Surprisingly good. Look fast food is fast food, but what really impressed me was everybody was wearing a mask (the employees and the patrons) and keeping social distancing due to the obvious present circumstances. This is what is needed right now and of all the places I frequent, I'd have to say wow and thank you. It was nice not to feel crowded or or walk into an overtly lax atmosphere as if 30,000 new Yorkers just didn't die. So again, thanks for taking this situation seriously and professionally.

Burger King has become my favorite fast food restaurant. First, the quality of the food is superior to the other places. Second, BK has the best discounts via both the mobile app and the coupons that come in the mail. Finally, the Impossible Whopper is a unique and healthy meatless option that tastes just like the Whopper without the guilt of eating an animal-based product.
BK has stepped up their game. The Impossible Whopper is most excellent. I'm not vegan but have often been left feeling yucky after eating big beefy greasy burgers from other places. The Impossible Whopper leaves me feeling good and ready to work. My wife is vegan for the past 20 years and is very pleased that she can actually eat a tasty Whopper now(minus mayo). The chicken sandwiches are one of our son's favorites (other then the Imp.Whop). Chicken breast, battered and fried to order. Not "fast". Takes about 6-8 mins. Fresh, tender, crispy and yummy. Good job BK. As far as this particular location; all employees were personable and helpful.

On this day at Burger King I must give them 5 stars! It was at the start of lunch and the restaurant was clean and tidy. My grandson and I ordered for dine-in. The cashier was sweet. As I have been trying to teach my grandson how to order and pay for his food by himself. He had a disability but we're teaching him to do his best to NOT lean on it. The cashier was very patient and understanding. Our food was served fresh and HOT 🔥. We took a booth by a window to enjoy our food as we watched people come in and out and cars begin to keep a flow through the drive-thru, servers continued to be courteous as they served customers.
This is by far the best burger king in the area. The staff are always friendly and they get the job done the right way .My daughter is super fussy and will only eat burgers with just the bun. I never have to worry that they will make it wrong here. Good job guys
Not all the Burger Kings look alike but the bathroom was very clean I used the bathroom and basically I did at the Burger King in menands. But the people at the desk and give me a hard time I just went in and use the bathroom. My mother ordered one of the new raps the chicken wraps those are to they're so 😋

I'll have to say it depends on who is on at the time. There are certain managers. Strive for quality control. And certain managers don't care. It has gotten better. I will say I stopped going for a little while because I was in there. Watching my meal be prepared and not one person had a hair net. On long hair, and then proceeded to wipe their sweat away on their forehead and continue to make the meal with that glove. Needless to say, I did not eat Burger King that night. My ratings have to do with my new visit with the gentleman manager who was on at the time.

For some reason they only take cash in the drive thru and then when you go inside to place your order it takes forever to get your food. I realize a lot of places are understaffed since covid but there has to be a better way than this.

Quick service. It's Burger King so you get what you would expect. Overall clean place to stop and eat. Staff is easy to deal with and make it easy to get in and out without any issues.

The girl who served me didn't even know what's on the menu when I asked her. Which I had to ask her 3 times as the first 2 times she dismissed my question. Amazing! I was in the drive-thru, half the screen was busted so half the menu was already missing, and the side that was working was very limited. She's probably the reason why it was busted in the first place but she still wants to play games 🙄
Go to McDonald's. When McDonald's tells you do the survey they give you and a free quarter pounder - they DO. At Burger King they tell you the same thing, except you. HAVE TO order fries & soda = you might as well have paid full price for the whopper. The food & service - good. I just pissed off when people lie to me. That's a me thing.
The atmosphere of the store is really clean and spacious, and the food tastes great, but I have one issue with service. So I ordered a two chicken sandwich and 2 medium fry meal with a coupon and asked for “no lettuce” but I asked for the mayo. One sandwich had mayo, but the other sandwich had almost exclusively lettuce, WHICH I DIDN’T WANT ON MY SANDWICH.
Food is pretty good but if you go there at night, they always turn all the outside lights off and pretend they're closed. Until you drive up to the window to place an order.

I am almost 70 and I experienced a first here today. I ordered two cheeseburgers with ketchup and onion only. I specifically asked for onions. The burgers came out to me with no onions. When I brought them up to the counter the girl told me that they had no onions because not enough had been sliced up for that day apparently. That is a new one for me. It got worse though because when I asked her why she didn't tell me that there were no onions available she looked puzzled as if that would never even occur to her or her manager apparently. I enjoy BK but I can see why business is dwindling unfortunately.
Tried to be nice to call ahead for a bigger order. KNOWING what its like to be hit with big orders during dinner rush. I got told "we don't do that" you just come in and we can do it or you can do it in the drive thru. Which is stupid when a customer is being considerate to your staff and you. Soon will just loose our business.
I was here Saturday 10/8/22 around 5:40pm went thru the drive thru. Was in the drive thru for around 45 mins. The gentleman that was working the drive thru was nice and polite. However my issue was with the the girls that were behind the counter giggling and laughing taking photos and NOT DOING A DAM THING. 45 mins ALL THEY WERE DOING WAS LAUGHING GIGGLING WHILE THE GUY WAS RUNNING AROUND GETTING THE ORDERS TOGETHER. I will be calling the store Monday and calling the corporate office as well. THE GENTLEMEN DESIRVES A RAISE.
I just went there and it was a horrible experience. I got halfway home before realizing I was missing half my order. Had to drive back, and wait in line, their restaurant is currently closed to customers (not complaining about that safety tactic). Waited another 10 minutes for them to get us the rest of our food. Drove home to taste my drink and their soda was out of syrup.
We just got home from this Burger King in Menands. We ordered and paid for a Double Whopper, fries, Dr. Pepper, onion rings, and a cheeseburger. The person who took our order was polite and friendly. The service was speedy. Fries were piping hot. We got a single whopper instead of the double whopper, we paid for. The onion rings were day-old-cold, and hard; and at the bottom of the onion ring cup, was 1 inch of hard, cold bits of fries and who-knows-whatever-else from the bottom of the fryer. The cheeseburger was a normal cheeseburger, but cold. Even the single whopper that we were given was cold. I guess picking up food from Burger King at 8:20 PM in the evening is not a good idea. Seems all you get are leftovers. Disappointed.
Food is fine. Attitude, not so much. I went through the drive thru and paid. I got my food & waited patiently for my receipt & change. The girl said you're all set. And I said, I didn't get my receipt or change. And she said "you really want your penny?" like I was a bum for expecting my change. I told her I wasn't worried about that, I wanted the receipt. The food and service could have been better if they have gotten my order correct 🤬 I noticed a lot of staff talking and joking around and less focus on giving customers their order in a timely manner if correct. I picked up my food in the drive thru and had to bring it inside since it was made incorrectly. I had to remind them that I was waiting for my food since they helped 3-4 other customers and it seemed they forgot about me. The Manager reminded the staff to fix my order and remake my Whopper. I watched the worker take a bottom bum and put it directly on a counter (not at the topping station) that was filthy and start to make the burger. I asked the manager if that was my burger being made and that I thought it was disgusting to make directly on the counter and no paper under it. He proceeded to tell me that it was a board and not a counter. Not really sure why that was said besides being difficult. And then told me it's no problem because it is sanitized. I said it was not ok because I could see stuff all over the counter showing it wasn't cleaned recently. I then asked for my money back and the manager made it seem like I was being a jerk and he only gave me back about half the money. Since I was on a lunch break I had no more time to argue and just took the money and went and got lunch somewhere else.
Every time I come here they get my order wrong. Just waited 20 mins in the drive thru (10 before even being acknowledged) just for them to completely disregard what was ordered. Had to go in and get it fixed which added another 10 mins to being at the worlds worst Burger King.
Couldn't be bothered to make my online order and when I arrived to pick it up I was told breakfast was over.
11/16/2021 3PM. Worst service I have actually ever witnessed. Literally sat at the speaker for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged before I got angry enough to leave. Could have said anything at all and I would've been fine. This is a normal occurrence and I visit a few time a month being so close.
Went through drive thru and did not receive all of my food.
You place an order on their app 40 minutes ahead of time still get left at drive thru window for 20 minutes then they only come to window to tell you to move to the front of store why are these people worried about drive thru times when the service is absolutely horrible needs an overhaul of management to many people standing around
I ordered a mobile order, I ordered a whopper Jr meal didn't get the fries, 2 orders of chicken fries and 8 piece nuggets and ordered 2 more large fries didn't get them. I'm so tired of this happening, why don't they learn how to read!!!
usually get chicken club salad - was good up till the past 4 encounters.... tried giving them extra chances mainly as they are convenient to my work 1- raw bacon strips- raw. 2- no chicken- but cooked bacon at least 3- brown wilted lettuce - no tomatoes 4- only italian dressing - no bacon - half the chicken
Usually slow, but tonight I waited a half hour for a salad and some french fries that still weren't ready. The manager was in such a bad mood that one of her workers walked out on her.
The employee's don't seem to want to be there. Every time I order food its always mashed up or sloppy. Also last time i ordered food from here, there were 2 bugs in my drink which im sure came from the soda machine. Thank never has ice in it "Hire people whom want to work and do their job".
I showed up 15 minutes before they closed to order a lucky charms shake that I had been craving and they informed me they had already cleaned their shake machine because they close in 15 minutes so they couldn't make one for me. I work in a service industry and understand annoying customers coming in right before we close but we still offer full service until we close. No where on their menu did it say they clean the shake machine 15 minutes before they close. Maybe they should schedule the employees to stay later so they can clean the shake machine after they close
I never write a review for places especially bad ones, I just stop going there, but since I've moved to Menands this past December this place has messed up my order at least 4 times. First time I ordered the Big King and got a normal Hamburger no sauce, second I ordered Spicy nuggets, got normal nuggets, the third I ordered Sausage eggs and cheese on croissant received sausage on croissant and today an Impossible Whopper and Nuggets received two Spicy chicken sandwiches. I'm done giving this BK chances. I guess I need to learn to check if the orders right before I leave which I shouldn't have to do and maybe I should have gone back and said something which again I shouldn't have to do in the first place and I won't cause I won't be going there again. If this has happened to me 4 times in less then a year I wonder how often this happens.
If I could rate it a NO star I would.. was asked several times if my order was complete while the manager and woman at the drive thru had a major attitude problem didn’t give me a receipt and mushed my bags in my hands then didn’t hand me my drinks that I ordered so I had to go inside .. the lady was lucky I didn’t hop over that counter ! Tried to order a 2 for $10 meal just for the lady to try and add everything else to my order that I didn't want. When I explained a second time what I wanted she proceeded to talk over me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, I just walked out and didn't even bother.

I waited in line with 2 cars in front of me for 40 minutes. Made my order finally. Now they only except cash, at drive thru. I get to the window, 2 - 20 dollar bills, rejected both. So I pay with 10's. Then waited again, watching them redo order 3 times, and they still messed it up. I get home my whopper, has onion. I ordered bacon dble cheese burger and 2 hamburgers, I get a cheese burger and 2 hamburgers. I will never go there again. This place is a total mess up. Yet I was charged for what I ordered. Just the worst I have seen. And they get 15.00 dollar an hour. Really!!!!!
Driver waited 35 minutes in the dining for my order. When I noticed he was there for so long I called the store to see if there was a problem. The lady who answered never said her name but said she was the manager, she was rude and nasty and when I asked if she could at least tell me if my food was started she said no and told me they were busy. My food was ice cold and old when I finally got it.. terrible customer service and that manager is a joke!
Bit into sandwich and found some tag. Could have killed myself. When I called the building the told me they don't have tags like this. The sandwich was sealed tight when I received. Called manager it want us she said. Told me to call corporate and hung up. Called back to ask for name and number and she rattled of the number said I don't need her name and hung up. She only offered me exchange but took no responsibility or offered any apologies with the exception of I'm sorry you feel that way.
I usually get the crispy chicken club salad. Twice now it's supposed to come with bacon and they forgot the bacon again. It's hit or miss with them. I let it go the first time giving benefit of the doubt. I also asked for no tomato and I get tomatoes.. how hard is it to make a salad?! They need to shut this location down!! I asked for extra chicken and they charged me 3.09 for extra chicken.. was dry AF. Never again!!!!

My burgers are often missing some of the toppings. I saw a few employees that were joking and laughing about a disabled customer. She must have felt embarrassed. It was really sad to watch. I'll never go back to that rotten place with those terrible people that work there.
We wont be eating at this place again something was just not right about the after taste on the burger i ended up puking on the side of the road i dont know what it was but i can only imagine what it mite have been. I do not recommend. An if the owner cares enough about his business he would review the past 24 hours of video from todays date. Then update me and everyone else on what was the end result.
HORRIBLE! Ordered Big Fish that came broken n lokked picked apart on my roll. Waited 15min just to place food order n staff were rude. They don't even deserve $5/ hr let along $15 !! RETRAIN ALL STAFF including Managers. THIS IS WORSE STORE IN AREA
Very quick with orders, but orders are wrong at least half of the time. Always have to check before I pull away. Also be careful when placing mobile orders. I ordered a 4 dollar milk shake on mobile order, they didn't have it, and refused to refund money saying they had no control over mobile orders. BK support would only give me credit towards another order and refused to give me my money back. I'm sorry but if you go somewhere and order something and they don't have it and they don't replace it with anything similar then you should get your money back not a credit towards the store.
You can say it isn't Cohoes. Stopped in here on 10/10 staff was disorganized and gave our food to someone else in the dining room who began to eat it and then complained but still kept eating our food. We waited 20mins they didn't start to remake my food until 15mins after I had asked and the manager rudely asked what I was still waiting for. I ended up being late to an event I was on my way to. Also the food wasn't great and made me sick.
This place has the worst food. Their food is always stale and old. They make a batch of fries that stay at the bottom of a light for hours and when finally someone comes in and puts an order they give them stale, cold fries that’s been sitting for over an hour.
Please stay away when going here the staff is absolutely miserable. They don't greet you with a smile when you ask them to Please clean the tables they. Don't they put extremely too much salt in the fries? They throw your sandwich together. An older woman walked in with a chihuahua in her arms that was clearly NOT a service dog. I was standing in line waiting for my food and was openly shocked. She should have been asked to leave as this was obviously a health violation. Cashier didn't seem to care. I don't want to eat where a disgusting dog has been.

Ugh, what a nightmare. Not at all accommodating and manager was not nice. Ordered special Impossible Whopper through the app. Went to get it, it was a regular Whopper. I don't eat meat, so I asked for a swap. Was told I had to go through app and that they don't participate in that special because Impossible Whoppers are too expensive. I've gotten this special at this location before. Ended up eating a Whopper without any protein. Won't go back.

Been here 3 times in the last month not once has my order while driving home been right, twice i threw my Food out because it wasn't mine, today I waited over 18 min for a whopper combo? Waited and waited and waited, decided to go inside and see where My food was, was told they gave it to the guy at the window I said I'm the guy at the window and I didn't get my food $12.48 down the drain I walked out they never offered to make anything right...
Pulled into drive thru with just 1 car in line. Ordered 3 items for $7.00. Paid my full total due to get home and find only v2 items in the bag. My bad for trusting the order would be correct.

I came in to order food and it took 7 minutes for my food all I ordered was a whopper but instead of getting my food in a timely manner I had to deal with an attitude from this young girl with long hair and long nails and another girl with glasses they rather talk and be on there phones then to make sure I get my food in a timely fashion something’s have to change with there attitude. -5 stars

The man at the window was absolutely ridiculous talked in a ridiculous voice. Got the order wrong twice because he was being absolutely childish.
They stole my order and told me, 'You're not getting the order.' I recorded this interaction, and they said I wouldn't receive my order despite my recording. I explained my frustration, but they didn't care. I considered calling the police but didn't have time previously. I'll ensure the general manager takes action against them; this behavior is rude, unprofessional, and illegal. As you can see from the attached picture of the delivery time and my store pickup time, I waited in the store for over 20 minutes. Even after my delay, they showed a bad attitude. I recorded the incident for the general manager. Please address this with the manager, staff, or whoever is responsible – I don't care who – but they waste customers' time and don't care about service. I've appealed to your general manager to resolve this issue of wasting people's time and poor attitude. They're paid to serve, not mistreat customers. If you don't take action, I'll call the police and sue them next time, though I lack time currently. I'm warning everyone: do not visit this store; they waste time, show bad attitudes, employ bad managers, and treat customers poorly. Please, for your time and family's sake, avoid this store.
Came here on 8/25 for lunch and got back to work just to open my burger and find mold on the bun. Took 3 days for someone to get back to me on the app and was offered a 16 cent refund. Every time I try to contact about the issue the app just dismisses me and says the case is closed
I just left burger king in menands ny after sitting in the drive thru for 30min the line still not moving i had to leave in frustration after all the waiting still have no food

Always a line, sometimes I get what I ordered. No joke have got stuck in the drive thru for 50 mins multiple times. Can’t visit this location again, I recommend you do the same.
Service was all good. Brought food home, took one bite of my burger. Looked at the bottom bun. Mold. A nice little patch. Thankfully my bite was right next to it but I mean cmon.
