Such a cool, refreshing outdoor garden dining space. And the pizza is SO so good- nice thin, crunchy crust. The ingredients tasted super fresh. Loved the fresh evoo and basil on the margherita di buffala, chefs kiss. Also like that they offered some soups and salads as well as a large selection of beverages.

Good pizza, great outdoor seating. there’s a bar up above that also serves coffee and a trattoria next door if you’d like to sit down for a big meal. It feels like a must for a pit stop in Mendocino.

The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was super cute with all the gardens and trees surrounding the tables outside!!

A bit difficult to find, but trust the map and walk into the garden. Fabulous pizza. I can't on the recommendation of my granddaughter and was not disappointed. Deliciously different!

I loved the pizza here. Very tasty and affordable. I wouldn’t expect such a good pizzeria in this secluded location. It’s even better than most places I had in the Bay Area.

Hidden Gem. Where else can you sit in a beautiful garden with local fresh home made pizzas. The mushroom is out of this world .

Second visit and I found all aspects to be just as wonderful as I remembered. The vegan pie was a marvel - so many flavors and textures. Service was 👍.

Probably the best pizza in the county. Fresh ingredients, nice char and crispy. Still doesn't break into my top 10, but it definitely hits the spot when you've been deprived of a good pie. The garden was gorgeous and had it not been wet, we would've had our meal there. Overall, worth a stop if you're gonna be in Mendocino

Delicious pizza, unusual topping combinations. Beautiful garden to sit and enjoy your food. Moderately high priced. But worth it. Beer and wine available. Recommended!

A great place to be on a warm summer day! Obviously the pizza is great, the garden seating makes it a whole lot better 😀

Amazing pizza. Great char, tasty sauce and toppings. Can’t ask for it to get any better than this. Cool garden to sit in as well and have a relaxing lunch. Burger was pretty good but very messy

Had the spicy salami, it was the perfect pizza after a long hike. Good prices and enough for two people.

You can't beat the atmosphere. It was amazing to eat in a garden. We had trouble finding the place cuz in a house. The pizza crust was a little burned.

A 35 min wait after ordering (for which we had to wait 15 mins in the line for) on Labor Day weekend Sunday, but we were in too deep to not give this place a chance. After all, the 5pm closing means there’s no way we’d come back for dinner, and who knows if they would be open on Labor Day. Thankfully, we weren’t super hungry. If someone is, there’s an appropriately named “waiting room” right beside for coffee and beer. Our pizza came out fresh and just right. We were pleasantly blown away by the crust and flavors, and the ambience of sitting in a garden in Mendocino and eating is just something else. The quantity was also just right for two people. The Brickery isn’t just pizza, it’s an experience.

Pizza was great. Brick fired pizza. My only complaint would be that it's not very handicap friendly, the wheelchair can't roll well on gravel. Would have been a little nicer with a cement path. But food was great

Unique pizza combinations and seasonal specials in a cute spot in Mendocino. Lot of outdoor seating in their garden with beautiful succulents. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing soup since it comes in a to-go plastic container. A must visit place with reasonable prices and generous portion sizes. We ordered 2 pizzas for 2 people and ended up eating it for dinner too, so order judicially.

The pizza was fresh and a nice thin crust. They have a great canned beverage selection to pair with your pizza. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful in the garden.

Girls Gotta Eat

Cute spot in Mendocino. The pizza was decent, but what really made it worth it was everything else: the garden is bursting with flowers, the wine list is surprisingly good, and Nala was clearly convinced she was at her own outdoor pizza party. It’s the kind of spot where you don’t mind waiting a little because the vibe feels like Mendocino magic.

Excellent pizzas. Their pesto pizza was our favorite, and the dough was fresh and wood fire cooked to perfection. Salad was just ok. The garden atmosphere was fine but there wasn't a lot of space to eat. Which is fine, it's a to go spot. Definitely the most rude customers I've seen to staff in a long time (not the restraunt or staffs fault, they were angels)

Albeit my review is based on only one pizza and one experience, the pesto was hard to eat: burnt, bitter, overpowered by lemon rind, overly sour and overly salty. The service wasn't great either: not friendly, not efficient, made mistakes, did not elelaborate when questioned, and the table wasn't even clean. What am I tipping you for? Hope this is not reflective of Cafe Beaujolais.

Beautiful setting – but deeply disappointing pizza We visited The Brickery in Mendocino and shared a Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella. Sadly, it was one of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had. The crust and dough were fine – perhaps the best part – but the topping was a major letdown. The mozzarella was barely visible, and the tomato sauce tasted more like plain canned tomatoes than a real sauce. For $22, this was simply unacceptable. What saves the experience a bit is the lovely setting – the garden is lush and the overall atmosphere cozy. It’s like a hidden gem. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend it for the food, but perhaps worth a stop for a cup of coffee or a beer on tap in the beautiful outdoor space.

This place had good pizza at one time. Not so much anymore. Heres the Margarita pizza I got today. Since a Margarita pizza is simply crust sauce motzerella and fresh basil. I paid 20 dollars for a pizza with basically no motzerella. Sad. Will never go back again.
