It took forever to get our food to go, but it was worth it... we will come back, I loved the lemon pepper chiken.
Honestly.. i usto love it here... they were cheap wings that had amazing flavor... then for about 3 or 4 years i hated it... they were never seasoned right with the luisiana rub... they were doubled in price over the 4 or so years... and i was upset that i hated one of my previous favorite places. Then recently they started selling their chicken tenders and i have fallen in love with this place again. They are good size, seasoned right. They seem to have switched things up with new deals and i appreciate where the recent changes have been going. I have enjoyed my last 3 orders and hopefully they keep this up!
Love this location!! Its around a nice area and they always make my food with urgency but correct. Thank you!
Like some I was skeptical about the low reviews but I decided to give it a chance. I was amazed by the kind service as well as the delicious wings. Will definitely come back whenever my wife and I get cravings.
Idk why they got so many bad reviews figured I’d leave a real (non Karen) review. These people work all day making our food, and serving us. Sometimes the service ain’t gonna be the best we’re all human get over it. As for the cooks in the back, wings were excellent, cheese fries were bomb. I had my order saying it was ready at 10:21 and it was done when I walked in. The service is chill so idk what all the fuss is about.

We were served right after the lunch rush and it seemed to be the right time to go because there was no one there. We were served promptly and the food was cooked right when we ordered it. We had no problems with the staff or with waiting for our food. All in all we had a great experience.
When it’s time for some wings you can’t go wrong with wingstop! Wing are one of those things that everyone either gets right or way wrong, no two ways between it. We were in the mood for some wings and variety, and the choices were phenomenal. Wingstop has numerous wing types and variety order sets so you can get 6 of some and 6 of the others. We decided to try the teriyaki, the garlic Parmesan, and the lemon pepper wings. They even gave us a couple extra wings in our orders, and each was delicious. The lemon pepper wings were not dry like some wing places can be. The service here was great and attentive, the time it took for the food was rather quick too. And the great veggies and breadstick side helps too! Overall reasonable prices as well. Definitely worth a revisit!

Came to get a 10 piece and drink for my lunch break food was definitely fresh workers were very friendly the food is made fresh all the time definitely coming back next time I have a hunkering for wings 10 piece all flats per request
This place is very good. Better than the murrieta and Perris ones I got my food ON TIME. Thank you to Jason for making my order it was actually hot and fresh and seemed like made to order

Don't get me wrong, the wings are top quality. However, the reviews are true. I've gone there about 5 or 6 times, and every time, my order of wings takes at least 45 minutes. I can do the wait, but I would rather go somewhere else.
You know, I love the food here, it is always on par with my expectations, and I haven't ever been disappointed with the quality. Always fresh tasting and flavorful. But, I have to say the staffing and customer treatment is atrocious, an insanely long wait for food, that should be ready in a pretty calculated time. I have had multiple instances where my food was "done" and I was lied to by the app. I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes one time. Please fix how this restaurant is worked, the employees have no energy at all, and aren't usually nice.
The staff doesn't seem to really care, they barely answer phones and let lines build up. I stood in line for a long time after ordering my food ahead of time, paid for it, but was told that it would take 5 more minutes as it was being sauced. I waited 30 minutes in the store while other wings were coming out and being handed to customers. Eventually I get in line again and get someone's attention, to find out that my wings were sitting on a bag behind the counter the whole time. The wings were warm enough and still tasty so I am giving them 2 stars.
I don’t mind a slow service when people are nice, but food isn’t great, staff seemed like they don’t want to help you, and fries are way too salty. Not going back there

Despite calling customer service, there has been no resolution or real assistance. It’s extremely frustrating that the issue has persisted for so long without any fix. Other businesses don’t seem to have this problem, so unless Wingstop can address it, I’m left with no option but to take my business elsewhere. I genuinely hope they get this resolved
The food is always good, but the wait time, order correctness is hit and miss. I've ordered a lot of food and had most of the order wrong on multiple occasions. I receive a well, sorry, come back and get what we missed. This shouldn't be an issue for how long the location has been open... yet we somehow find ourselves ordering yet again a couple of times a year knowing it'll be wrong.

I could not have been more disappointed. I placed an order online and it indicated a 25 minute wait time. I arrived on time and spent 35 minutes past the 25 waiting in store for my food. I asked nicely about my order and was told that they were just waiting for my fries. 20 minutes later my fries were ready. Meanwhile my food sat on a counter getting cold and I had to listen to two staff members talking about personal relationships. They totally ignored the 6-8 customers continually waiting. I have never seen anything so rude. My fries were severely over cooked and there were only 21 wings in the 24pk I ordered. I will never order from them again and I highly recommend that the staff be given more supervision and some customer service training.
Don't go to this specific Wingstop if you want to save your money and time. I've eaten at this Wingstop many times and let me tell you, they almost always mess up my order. Whether it's forgetting fries, or a drink, they never put utensils in the bag either. I've been to this Wingstop in person and let me tell you, most of them are the laziest of lazy people I have seen. Only put in work when they end up getting behind in orders. Last night was the last time I'll ever order from there. I ordered from Doordash as I always do and the app said 40-50 minutes. Pretty normal time, nothing wrong so far. My dasher gets there for pickup and they tell him 20 minutes. After that, they tell him another 20 minutes. He gets fed up with waiting and says he's gonna have to cancel the order because he can't wait any longer. I talk to customer support, I ask if I can switch drivers since I don't want to reorder food. They switch, and then they tell my new driver 20 minutes. They end up canceling my order all together. What kind of garbage is this? You're gonna have me wait a whole 2 hours, then cancel my order in the end? In conclusion, if you want to have you want your orders to be complete and on time, order from somewhere else. Or maybe from another Wingstop, because this place needs to get their stuff together if they want to stay open.
I recently visited this Wingstop, and I was disappointed by the long wait I experienced. Expect to add 30 minutes to whatever estimated time they give. Despite being a fan of their wings, the extended wait time made the overall experience less enjoyable and unbearable. I hope they can work on improving their service speed in the future.
Horrible service come in and took almost 10 minutes for someone to come up. Phone ran and a very tound lady comes from the kitchen picks up the phone take the phone order and doesn't even bother to ask if I need to be help and goes right back to the kitchen. At this point there is already 3 people waiting beside me. Than some very young guys comes out from the kitchen and said none are orders. Goes back to the kitchen. A line starts to form almost out the door before some comes to the front. Order ahead on the app and still had to wait over 30 minutes for my food that said 22 minutes to be ready I understand there busy but the lack of urgency and professionalism is what brings business down like this. Would drive a little further more to get my wings from another location and get better service and professionalism.
Ordered delivery through WingStops site. I was at work. Delivered via Doordash who did wonderful. This store, which continues to disappoint forgot to include ANY dressings including the ones I paid extra for. One of the boneless wings appeared to be a chicken patty someone had taken a bite of and threw back in. It was certainly not a boneless wing. Tried calling the store and was on hold nearly 17 minutes before I hung up. Tried back and was on hold another 6 minutes before hanging. This store needs to get it together! Lose the attitudes and concentrate on doing your job correctly. Yes, this will be the last time. I always have faith it will get better...it doesnt!
Horrible service, the cashier continued to lie about the completion time of order. I ordered my food on December 10, 2021 at 745 pm the time I walked out, with cold wings and wrong 5 piece add on order was 905pm. I don't understand why you need to lie to the customers and then blame the customers for ordering online and that if you want a refund, you can only get one through the corporate survey and that it'll take 7 to 10 days. Then you expect the customers not to get upset about losing a $90 order. This store stamped my food competition at 818pm. What a huge lie. This place is a joke and to make matters worse than the cashier not being completely concerned with what going on. The team members in the back, were cussing and blaming the customers for ordering food. If you don't want to work, quit and go somewhere else. You work with customers, all your customers should feel like they can walk into your restaurant and feel like the environment is safe, clean and friendly. When you walk into this place, it feels like your bothering them.
Chicken was ok too salty. Cheese fries were also ok. Service was great. Cleanliness was horrible aka the huge leak right above the drink counter that you had to stand by if you wanted a fountain drink or tea. Also the leak was coming off the tv into 3 giant buckets. 100% sure thats some kind of health code violation. Both bathrooms almost slipped but they did have wet floor signs 😆
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I paid $59 for food (ordered online), waited for 2 hours after they said it would take 15 minutes, was told several times y the manager my order was almost done (hence why I kept waiting), and at the end was told they never had my order, even though they took my money out of my bank account and I left with no food and no return, as I was advised they do not process refunds at the register - which is absolutely ridiculous. Now, it has been almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a refund. They basically stole from me, and if it was the other way around, the police would have been called on me if I received food and did not pay. This place will NEVER get another dime from me, and I will be taking further action, if my money is not returned. Do not order from here, the incompetence is outrageous. ***UPDATE*** My money was finally returned, still will never order from here again.
This is the worst wing stop location ever. They are so slow. Ordered confirmation at 819 pm said 16-21 min. Got there at 843 pm, they told me it will take another 15 min. People walked in and ordered and got their food before I did. Finally got my food at 905 pm. I cleared out the restaurant. My son's sanwich was chewy, and the wings were super greasy. I talked with them at the counter and they said they are aware of the online ordering issue but nothing has been done to fix it. Very disappointed since this is the only wing stop to have this issue. They also said they are aware that they are the only store to have this issue. Not a very satisfying response. I have done their stupid surveys in the past but they don't care. I think I will drive further to the Murrieta location from now on.
I had gave them two 20 dollar bills and they haggled me for over 20 minutes and counted the register and realized they gave me the wrong change and then after recieveing my food they rushed me out of the store, would not recommend coming to this location
We placed an online order for pickup and it said 15 minutes, we got there and they told us that are chicken was still being cooked, we waited another hour and still no food, every time we asked for an update they said it was almost done. Another 20 minutes go by and we ask again and they’re looking through the bags and it turned out our order had been sitting on the shelf for the entire time we were waiting there. Our food wasn’t hot anymore and some of the chicken hadn’t even been tossed correctly. This is not even the first time we’ve had a bad experience here. I really like the food but honestly will probably stop coming here since the service sucks. The worst part is that there were about 8 other people also waiting a long time for their food as well.
Absolutely the most disrespectful and incredulous staff. They refused to acknowledge anyone waiting to pick up their order. The manager asked me if I was there to pick up, I gave them my name and order. I could see the bag with my name on it. I don’t think the manager could read. They just looked at the writing on the bag and said it was not mine even though it clearly said my name on it. They proceeded to asked me to wait and almost 30 minutes later. After asking the staff 2 more times if the food on the shelf was my order the manager came back and handed me the bag that I asked for originally. The food was cold and the fries were soggy.
Worst experience ever. My husband ordered online and stated 16-21 minute wait. I left my house after 15 minutes and headed down which took 11 minutes to get there. After getting there I waited another 50 minutes to receive our order. While standing there waiting, I could clearly see the staff working on the food. One guy (skinny guy with dark hair) Marcus looked "high" and lost, he could barely speak and the other guy (Blonde hair) had a runny nose and kept wiping it and touching food with no gloves. I was disgusted! I finally got our order and drove home. I told my husband what happened and he started to look through the bags. Everything was wrong and cold! We ended up throwing the food back in the bags and my husband went down there to speak with someone. I'm not sure if this is just the night crew that has issues because we've been there before and never had as issue during lunchtime.

I couldn’t believe my eyes the chicken was overcooked they left the tips on the wings and it doesn’t look like they even bothered to clean the wings very well because I can see feathers on them. They must have had feeding animals in mind because this is not fit for human consumption people I will not be going there again. $18 worth of hot wings went into the garbage.

Waited two hours in store for an online order I placed just to be messed up and got so much attitude from the crew I don’t care if there’s young people running it there I’m young and am fully capable of getting long orders and pretentious customers out of the way efficiently and with a good attitude seriously need to retrain your staff they are no where close to good at their job 😭 how hard is it to make and produce orders for the only thing you guys serve on the menu ? I’ve dealt with bigger lines and gotten all orders out within a 15 minute time span so for me waiting 2 hours just for my order to have no sauce on the wings and then to literally be bone dry and cold is crazy and I even talked to a manger for a refund and he said I would get it within a week and it never went through and I tried reaching back out to the manger at appropriate times but they made it so difficult asking me to call another time so just going to know this location sucks from now on I guess
horrible service and food! They did not cook the wings all the way, and the wait time is horrible. I waited over 30 minutes and they wanted to over charge us. everytime i come here they don’t know how to do there jobs.
Usually order through for dash but that's really expensive and takes forever. Ordered online carryout at 726pm email said 11 to 16 minutes. I get the restaurant isn't setting that time. Get there wait until 8 pm before asking about my order as they were busy. Guy said 10 to 15 min. 20 min later I ask again guy said they'll look into it. 830i asked for money back. They said 3 more minutes took 5 to 6. No one can tell time there or they have no problem lying to your face when they don't know. Just annoyed. If rather hear it will be 45 minutes to an hour so I know what to expect.
The floors were dirty. I was ignored and another customer was served before me. When I stated I was there first the employee denied seeing me standing there. I’m almost 6’ tall and 200 pounds, I don’t blend in. Her response then was “what do you want me to do”! I advised her to behave as trained. Ask who’s next, apologize for the mistake, etc. I’ve worked in food service many years and their behavior was unacceptable. I had to tell them to clean the floors and the counter for beverage service was covered in soda, etc. It would appear that there are a lot of things lacking in the training here. Anyone who’s too busy to clean the dining room is not managing their time well.
Placed an order at 3:25 pm. Confirmation shows 9-14 minutes. We arrived at 3:39 pm. The screens they have that show order status does not have our name. We asked about our order and we were told it will take 8 more minutes. We asked again at 3:52 pm and were told 2 more minutes. We received our food at 3:57 pm. There's literally 5 employees. Do they know we see the entire food prep area and see all of them standing around chit chatting? Awful

The wait time was excessive, even though several staff members were just standing around talking while only one person seemed to be doing any actual cooking while he was talking and not about wings. When I walked up to the counter, they acted like I wasn’t even there no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. On top of that, the kitchen floor looked dirty, which definitely didn’t help the overall impression. Staff members just stepped over the gloves and paper on the floor. This location seriously needs better management and basic customer service training.
Ordered dinner last night and asked for light seasoning on fries. Fries were completely saturated with seasoning to a point of being inedible. Boneless wings were tossed into container not even sauced. Complete waste of money and terrible service. I guess buffalo wild wings around the corner just won my business from now on.

They couldn’t even give an extra free ranch for the inconvenience saying they were short on everything. I sympathized because I know the job isn’t easy, I know people can be rude and difficult but at the end of the day, they are in a people business. Customer needs should be top priority. They need to be retrained . Unfortunate because the wings are pretty good

They also said they are aware that they are the only store to have this issue. Not a very satisfying response. I have done their stupid surveys in the past but they don't care. I think I will drive further to the Murrieta location from now on.
