Always loved the service I get from this place. The overall sanitation could be improved in terms of having a better presentation when making the food. I see a lot of cheese on the kitchen floor but they never just leave it. They are right on top of it and clean on the spot. In conclusion if you order here, understand that they are on the clock every time an order pops up so expect the place to be s bit messy.

ok...that was so much FUN! I loved ordering online then watching the progression of my order. I giggled when Helen put my pizza in the oven and then checked my order for quality. When Troy left to deliver my pizza I cheered!! I was able to meet him at the desk and greet him by first name. And the order is perfect & tasty! Absolutely the best pizza in the city of Merced! Whenever my wife and I feel like ordering a pizza, this is our go-to location. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious--made with fresh ingredients and always baked to perfection! The team members at this location always.work hard to guarantee complete customer satisfaction with every order. Thank you, super Domino's people! :)

When I called to place my order the employee greeted me warmly and was very helpful in my decision making. She even asked how many slices I would like for her to cut. Which was the 1st for me. When I walked into the resturant everyone greeted me warmly as well. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I love the remodel they have done to the store. They now have tables so you can dine-in. Even a a mini stair for children to climb up and see them work their magic. Thank you for a wonderful experience and tasty pizza. Kudos!!

Has the best made pizza I've had in some years, how they have their crust is the best. Their deep dish pasta pie is fabulous!! I'm not a vegetarian but if I was, Domino's veggie pizza would be my top choice. I advise you to stop by it's a variety of delicious food there, and a very nice setting with excellent customer service. I recommend everyone to just try it you won't be disappointed!

The last two times I have been here the pizzas have been good and tasty. We get the hand tossed pizzas. Plus the price of the pizza has changed and I don't have to drive to Atwater anymore to. The price is close enough for me to buy here at home. 2/17/2024 update - upset because my son did an on line order, pizzas were supposed to be ready at 6:45, son got a text order ready. I walk in, young lady says no order under your son's name. I call him he says yes and gives me the order number. I talk to someone else, they said oh yes, your number 6. Order will be another 25 minutes. And, as I'm waiting for my order, two other people came in that same thing happened to them. No order for them, advised they put it in with the other store . Well, lady was coming back in with phone in hand. Told her same thing happened to me. I left so don't know how her ordeal ended or got resolved. Bad experience. No I'm sorry, no offer of a discount or free bread. Be awhile before I go back to Domino's for pizza.

Great service and hot fresh pizza are why I rate 5 stars. I’m not usually a fan of chain pizzas but I highly recommend trying the white garlic sauce instead of the robust red. Delivery is always fast and the drivers are polite. Kudos to Melanie, my delivery driver working on this very hot day! Not easy to wear face masks in triple digit temperatures.

Definitely my favorite pizza place in town. I order online mostly and there's almost always a decent coupon available. All the staff and delivery drivers have been pretty awesome too. Almost always a good experience, and the one time a mistake happened - it was quickly corrected. Keep up the good work!

I walked in today with my family of six and I was greeted immediately! The dining area was so clean not even a crum. It's very small but enough tables for 1 big family and other customers. I saw on the door that they take EBT Cash and I asked the guy at the register ( Josh ) about it. He was very friendly and polite..he was new so he was unsure on how to do it properly.. He asked his Supervisor ( Thomas ) he was very friendly and patient and excused himself while he showed Josh how to process the payment. Cindy came in from break or into work and she came back out to the dining area with a huge beautiful smile and offered my kids Halloween stickers while we waited for our Large 2 topping pizza $7.49! It fed each of us with 2 slices left over. There's a tiny two step area for kids to watch them make dough..it was very entertaining for my kids. There is a soda machine for drinks and a T.V that shows upcoming orders. Only 2 downfalls was there are no high chairs or restroom for customers..other than that service was impeccable! I got to meet the owner ( Bruno ) and he greeted me was very friendly!

The park ave store is truly the friendliest Dominos in merced and the manager is perfect always greets customers with a happy hello if she had no mask on I know her smile would be there as well.. they make the pizzas with gloves and everyone is moving together as a team. My daughter says deliciously great pizza her favorite.

I usually order pizza online or using the app and a lot of the coupons don't work. However, ordered a pizza and received it within 5 minutes after the pizza tracker said it out for delivery. Very smooth ordering process and the driver, Julian, was polite and personable! Thanks!

Good pizza, the spices on the crust makes it one of my favorites. Though if you like extra sauce and extra cheese like i do, they still charge for extra sauce, but only give the cheese. Also they're one of the only places that ask for tips when you pick up a pizza, which is weird.

Went to pick up an online order with my friend, we're here on a work trip. Anyway, we pull into the parking lot and its DARK. We didnt even see Domino's right away. None of the store signs over there were lit up at 7PM.. not sure if they forgot to turn on the lights, but it was very off putting. Thought ya'll should know in cause the manager is putting off buying new lights. The guy behind the counter was awesome! Made a silly joke about my name, that turned into a compliment, and it ended up not being the last name he thought.. lmao got a Phili cheese steak, was pretty goooood, thanks again!

We generally like Dominoes, with a few exceptions in the past. Everyone has a bad day, right? Tonight we decided to try the breadsticks and salad. If you like to head to your kitchen, pour the salt shaker into your mouth, this is the place for you! The breadsticks are as salty, and greasy, as they could possibly be, the cheese sauce adds insult to injury. And the salad dressing? Wow, a whopping 400MG of salt!! Salad is healthy, I LOVE SALADS, but counteracted by all that sodium?? And you would do well to sort through the lettuce for the browned edges that say someone did not check the salad well. $8 towards a salad will definitely be better spent at the market for lettuce with far more ingredients than iceberg, four plum tomatoes, flour covered cheese and a small slice of purple onion. A lesson learned.

Takes forever. Quality check done and it’s still been 30 minutes and still not out for delivery. Happens all the time. I’ve received barely lukewarm warm pizza before. Save your taste buds and money and just order pick up.

So order all the time..no fuss just decent pizza and prices are fair...however today I ordered a medium pizza with white sauce bacon pineapple chicken pepperoni and what did I get ? a plain pepperoni pizza . The older driver was leaving and I called her she had the best customer service. The host denied the order and the mgr were the worse at customer care and to add insult to injury they had the pizza teturned and stoll xharged me extra.. Disappointment when you are a good customer and get treated wrongly. That is why folks shop elsewhere

Update: sorry, this just doesn't do it for us anymore. Too cheesy and I love cheese, not enough sauce and still not enough toppings. I may revisit next year but we're turned off for now. The pics are from a previous visit. ------ Update: decided to try additional toppings again :/ it's still just not what they used to add years ago. I guess they're trying to save money too. Pizza still tastes great but dang, our toppings! ------- Update :Very minimal toppings yet again :( probably won't be ordering with anything other than a single topping because it's not worth it with the little amount sprinkled on. Pizza still good but not what I want. ----------- Original: We usually order the pan pizzas, they typically make them so good here but sometimes they skim on toppings. Like tonight we had maybe one small slice of a mushroom per slice. The pizzas were still delicious but we paid for 3 topping pizzas and basically got two toppings.

The pizzas are always cut wrong. It was originally 40$ but the delivery guy said he doesn't have change and said just give me 20?.....I'm confused,I felt bad for doing that cause I would've tipped him. What's going on at this dominos? Bring back the wheel shaped cutter man!

Never had a problem with the food itself just people who hate working there being extremely rude and unprofessional th girl in there last night was constantly cussing and complaining about being busy when we were the only people in there not one phone was ringing or anything this girl had extremely rude attitude and my pizza had already been out for 5 min so I stood up and waited near the register to see maybe they forgot I was there to pick it up but instead she looks at us in a rude way and says do you need something as if she isn’t behind the counter standing next to my finished pizza

I just picked up my order at this location. There were 2 ladies working. Neither of them said a word. It is possible the younger of the two didn't notice me come in, as she was facing a slightly different direction.The older lady was facing me, saw me walk in, and I was not ACKNOWLEDGED for nearly 2 whole minutes. Not a "Hello!", or a "Be right with you!", NOTHING. She made me repeat my name 3 times, twice before she approached me, and once while she was walking up. Even if I wasn't speaking loud enough, I shouldn't need to yell across a kitchen. Please step up your customer service!

I ordered a pizza with contactless delivery selected. Now they are making you sign a receipt for someone purchased online. Not a bid deal, but it annoys me since they will leave with your food if you do not come out to sign. Asked for my money back... and they just charged me a 2nd time. Not going back.

It’s too bad the manager is one of the most rudest people you can encounter. They took my order thru the phone, charged my card and then decided to call back and say they can't deliver to my address, even though I am less than a mile away, and that my card would be refunded in 3-4 business days. If this isn't poor business practice, I don't know what it is. Wouldn't let me talk to the owner who apparently declined my order and the manager Liliana hung up on me.

I will never purchase from dominoes! ever again! I used the pay online feature (as i always do) and got to the location asked for my order and they told me I needed and ID with the persons card that was purchasing the pizza. I have been buying from dominoes for years and Have never had to do this. The lady refused to give me my pizza knowing this was very inconvenient and this was a new rule they are instating. When i left the girl gave me the most condescending look that I have ever seen! Like she was happy i was upset I had to drive home to get my family member who was paying for the pizza. When I brought him back to Dominoes the he asked for the manager and told him to cancel the order because of the rudeness of his employee. The manager Fred refused and said I will leave your order open! Again with the most condescending look like that look is a must when applying for a job here! Next time I will go across the street to pizza hut! The manager Fred should be fired! regardless of the circumstance no customer should ever be treated like that!

Online ordering wouldn't go through. Stuck with it for like 5 mins trying to get it to work but I could get to the check out process. I think it was trying to force me to sign into an account I had a while back but anytime I did that it always lagged out. So I give up.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizzas and watched the tracker for it to be ready. Two hours pass and the status is not updated at all. I call the store to see why my order was taking so long and they tell me my order has been ready about twenty minutes after I placed my order. They literally changed the status of my order on the tracker right after I called to ask! They wanted to charge me a delivery fee afterwards and tried to raise the price because they wanted to deliver it to me when I asked for carry out in the first place.

I ordered two pizzas, and they were both made wrong. I got home and realized it was wrong. I tried to call their phone but it was down. I called a total of six times on two different phones. The next day I called and explained what happened to the manager. She told me very rudely, You should've brought the pizzas back, but I'd have to drive an hour back.

The management at this particular location is super unprofessional and downright rude. Their deliver driver messed up my pizza I’m assuming by the way he was driving. My pizza was completely tossed around in the box and when I called to report this issue the manager wanted me to come to the store to get a replacement after I already paid for delivery. On top of that they offered nothing to make it right and took the destroyed pizza when I got my replacement. Their times online are never right and I end up waiting about double the actual estimated times. This has to be the worse dominos location I’ve ever been to.

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. The level of incompetence and ignorance displayed by the manager and staff is shocking. Beyond their poor customer service, they also have extremely unsafe food handling practices. I witnessed employees touching brooms and dustpans, then immediately preparing food without washing their hands, using gloves, or wearing hairnets. Watching the staff at the counter, it was hard not to feel nauseous, especially given the manager’s lack of professionalism and basic hygiene standards. If you decide to eat here, I can only hope you don’t end up regretting it. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to dine. The manager was so defensive about her rude behavior and poor service that she refused to even provide her name.

Do NOT waste your time with this store. I've worked with pizza most of my life and I know that excellent quality and excellent customer service go hand in hand to keep your guests' returning. Well this store has neither one of those. Tonight the driver forgot my pizza and only brought my bread twists so he had to go back to the store. When he finally brought the pizza I opened it and knew right away the pizza had been sitting for quite some time since I know how pizzas look under heat lamps. Do not give this owner your money, he needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

I know they want you to do everything online but I went in and there are no prices anywhere. I asked and was told they are full price but was still nor told a price. I refuse to order something without knowing how much. Is that even legal?

I would honestly like to know to owns this place and how I can report a horrible manager! All I asked for was no cheese for my pizza and she argued with me over it, apparently when asking for no cheese we have to say no cheese and name the cheese, so they don’t put cheese on it! Makes no sense. The manager was rude and really unprofessional when all we wanted was a new pizza instead of being an adult and accepting responsibility for the mistake she argued with me. That is not good business. And we spent $88 on our order for delivery and had to drive to the store just to get argued with.

I placed an online Carry out order, which I paid for with a credit card online with my government name. On arrival to pick up the order, front door to Domino's was locked. I knocked gently, waved and waited patiently for Thomas to acknowledge me. After 10min of being ignored I went back to my vehicle to call Domino's restaurant phone. Before calling I had a voice-mail from Thomas claiming he couldn't give me my order due to the fact I was using a different alias to pick up order. I've used my alias name to pick up orders at this specific Domino's before as well as other restaurants all over Merced CA and never had a problem until now. Frustrated about the power trip message from Thomas and Frustrated I haven't eaten all day. Frustrated that I left my Security post to pick up food quickly. I immediately called restaurant. After phone rang through the entire cycle of rings and no answer it disconnected. I called the second time same results. Now this transaction is taking completely longer than expected. I go back to the Domino's front door to call again and hope to get some kind of service. Standing outside the Domino's restaurant looking in through the front entrance windows. While on my cell phone and hear Domino's phone ringing from outside the door and still no customer service from Thomas. I began to bang on door to get his attention. It was a common bang of 5 harder than usual knocks to get Thomas attention. I tried knocking politely. I tried waving and standing patiently for 10min. I called store 3 times. I felt I was being ignored because there was a clear line of site to the front entrance door and Thomas. I was in my security attire so opposed no treat and obviously could tell from my badges and patches I was a Private Security Officer. After the failed attempts to get Thomas attention He heard the louder knocking. Thomas saw I had my cell phone to ear and finally picked up Domino's store phone. I asked did you cancel my order from giving a different allies? Is my order ready? Thomas replied in a power trip kind of tone "I'm not letting in for banging on my door" and began to lecture me about a different allies. I replied I've paid for the order already so allies or not is irrelevant. I also stated I've never had a problem before so why now is Thomas making it difficult? He continues to over talk me and say I was banging on "his" door to loud and because i banged on "his door" to loud he was refusing to give me my order. I than asked for his name. I than asked for his supervisor name. He gave me his name but refused to give me his supervisor name. He replied to go to Domino's website if I had a problem. I've never been treated like Thomas treated me. I'm originally from San Francisco I've been ordering take out for 15 years now all throughout California over hundreds of times and never had a issue with picking up a order. This was a first and a unpleasant first experience. So basically I got No food. I got the worst customer service from Thomas. I also got charged for the food. Most importantly I put my job at risk to leave my post which is not allowed unless it's emergency or cleared by a supervisor officer. I took that risk to obtain food because I worked 12 hours and was feeling low energy. With 4 hours remaining of my 16 shift I desperately needed nutrients. I'm completely upset at Thomas power trip behavior I'll never go to this Domino's restaurant ever again. In fact, I'll go completely across town and out of my way to the other Domino's located on the completely other side of Merced. Just so I won't ever encounter Thomas power trip behavior and poor customer service again. To be honest I'm so upset I'll probably never use Domino's again. I'm most likely to delete the app and never recommend or use Domino's again. I had just started to eat Domino's regularly spending over $100 in the last 2 weeks. It's unfortunate how one bad transaction of a Domino's employee could completely give Domino's a bad reputation and lost a customer for life.

My son tried to place an order using coupons online, having an issue he called in to ask if there was a way to apply the coupons we wanted to use. The girl taking the order was having an issue and getting frustrated told my son it was impossible. My son asked to speak to a manager, when the manager came to the phone he accused my son of trying to get free food!! Our order was over $100.00 and they treated my son like he was trying to get free food! My son had them deliver it and promptly returned it for a refund. Who knows what they did to it! The manager was rude and cooky when my son returned the food saying I knew you would. Very unprofessional!! We ordered Pizza Guys which gave us exactly what we wanted for much less and better customer service! Never going to Dominoes again!! 0 stars

I went to Domino's today for lunch order a chicken haberno sandwich said it would take about 15 minutes I went back in 15 minutes cashier handed me a box went to my car check the box it was not what I ordered returned said this is not my order she said yes it is chicken parmesan no I order chicken haberno she said I repeated order to you and your said yes I replied you didn't understand me and I didn't understand you I would like a chicken haberno she asked me how I would like to pay for it I all ready did she said no I paid for chicken parmesan asked to talk to a Manger she said she is the manager and if I wanted chicken haberno I would have to pay for it I left my wrong order that was paid for on the counter and said I will never shop their again I recommend others do the same if this is how they do business

I ordered the cheese bread and it came looking like it had been tossed around, it was essentially folded and melded together and had burnt cheese on the edges. I ordered a medium cheese pizza with onions on the whole, pineapple on half, and sausage on half. The pizza came also looking like the driver had tossed it around. The side with the pineapple had no cheese and it looked as though they had tried to cover this up by covering the whole thing with pineapple. Overall the pizza was pretty nasty bc it had no cheese and was just sauce and pineapple. Cmon dominos…. I’ve normally had amazing experiences with dominos in my hometown but this was literally trash, a total waste of $25. The food looks disgusting which sucks because normally it’s amazing.

Overall the pizza was pretty nasty bc it had no cheese and was just sauce and pineapple. Cmon dominos…. I’ve normally had amazing experiences with dominos in my hometown but this was literally trash, a total waste of $25. The food looks disgusting which sucks because normally it’s amazing.

Terrible experience I ordered my pizza gave them address and gate code then for some reason the driver didn’t get the gate code from the person who took order turned artound and took the pizza back without delivering it I called got put on hold several times finally I just called mountain mikes pizza they delivered in 35 minutes just like they said.for now on it’s mountan mikes pizza

I order the exact same pizza from the Park st store and my LA store in Westwood . The LA pizza has a generous and visual pleasing amount of sausage, onions and green pepper. I got the same pizza at the Merced/Park store and it was essentially a cheese pizza and someone whispered sausage, green pepper and onions above it. Maybe 6 to 7 pieces of sausage; onions and green pepper essentially invisible nor tasted. A cheese pizza!!!!

Bought 2 large 1 topping pizzas and 1 large combo and an 8 piece of hot wings. Total came to just under $60 and I did carry out. Pizza was made on time but when we got home and opened the boxes, they were not even cut through. My combination had one indent from where they "tried" to cut but gave up. If I'm dropping almost $60 I expect my pizza to be cut just like the instructions state when ordering on the app. Parked outside with hazards on because that's apparently the carryout delivery now and no one came out. Sent my son in to get the food. Not returning to this location again.

I order my pizza the same way every time double pepperoni well done no garlic crust and most of the time they put the garlic seasoning on the crust and it's never well done well today I'm not having it I just sent it back one time let's see how many times I have to send it back before they can make it well done. And the driver told me well you can just throw it in the oven and I asked her if you go to a restaurant order a steak well done and they bring it out rare are you just going to take it home and throw it in the oven no you're going to send it back because that's not what you paid for

My order was placed 2 hours before being delivered! The manager did not call me to let me know that my order was going to be extremely late and when I called, the supposed manager of that store stated that there is nothing she could do because her driver needed to take a lunch! When asked multiple times and told that the manager of the store would need to “make things right by the customer” for a delivery being 2 hours late and bringing up their own company’s quote of “guarantee” and that it is not the customers fault, she repeated again that “no” she could not make things right or offer the customer anything because her driver needed to take a lunch! I am a nurse and a supervisor and I have NEVER heard of a manager being that poor at doing their job let alone that bad of customer service! Worst service experience I have ever had with ANY company. She did not even say SORRY or apologize for my order being 2 hours late. You guys clearly do NOT hold up to your statement online and all over advertisements stating that if an experience or order is messed up by all things on your end that you’d “make it right”. “Contact the manager of the store you ordered from and they will make it right” is completely a lie with the Park Ave location in Merced, Ca.

Got delivery and it was covered in ants cause it was left on the floor. I contacted them and they were super nice and understanding over the phone and remade them. I even went to go pick up (even though I payed for delivery) the remade ones. Once I got there and showed them evidence the guys attitude changed and said the delivery person noticed our doorbell didn’t work(they only decided to inform me once I was there) and said next time they wouldn’t honor it, even tho I didn’t receive a text or email or knock at the door that it had been delivered. I asked for 2 ranches because I had ordered and payed for them originally the guy goes “there wasn’t ants in the ranches were there” I said yes they were placed on top of the boxes and covered. He gives them to me with attitude doesn’t tell me anything. And as I walk out some lady with blue scary eyes and old lady glasses says sarcastically “I didn’t know the ranches could get ants in them”. Like they wanted me to shake of the ants from the outside and still use them? Sarcasm wasn’t necessary and if they were gonna refund my order they should honor EVERYTHING in that said order especially if it was handled improperly.

Today 1/18/25 around 5:15 maybe I went in to grab my order this girl was helping me and when the lady in the back cutting pizzas looked at me and wanted the girl helping me to drop everything to take the delivery out I paid and she was grabbing my pizzas and she yelled at her again for the delivery to be taken out I get home opened my pizza and it wasn’t even fully cut she needs to worry about cutting pizzas right than yelling at other employees there was no need to yell at her while she was helping a customer

Horrible customer service. Did not pick up any of the five times we called them last night or this morning. They scammed us and didn’t even try to contact us at all. Avoid this scam as much as possible.

Have been a regular at this location for quite some time now and I realized the girl that always made the food amazing and had the BEST customer service I think her name was Andrea but every time I came in she always knew what I wanted off the back. Quick and easy with the PERFECT food quality. Can notice she is not there anymore with their poor quality food and crappy customer service. Bring the old owner Bruno back this place is going to crap ever since he retired.

Wouldn’t recommend this place gave me food poisoning and the manager tried to tell me it could have been something else I ate and was being completely rude to me. overall quality of service is horrible and food quality is horrible. a customer gets sick off your food and in return ur rude to them.

The management at this particular location is super unprofessional and downright rude. Their deliver driver messed up my pizza I’m assuming by the way he was driving. My pizza was completely tossed around in the box and when I called to report this issue the manager wanted me to come to the store to get a replacement after I already paid for delivery. On top of that they offered nothing to make it right and took the destroyed pizza when I got my replacement. Their times online are never right and I end up waiting about double the actual estimated times. This has to be the worse dominos location I’ve ever been to.

I ordered two pizzas, and they were both made wrong. I got home and realized it was wrong. I tried to call their phone but it was down. I called a total of six times on two different phones. The next day I called and explained what happened to the manager. She told me very rudely, You should've brought the pizzas back, but I'd have to drive an hour back.
