Let me tell you about my experience here in Merced with the pizza factory with Ms jade !!!! This woman is a game changer for my kids and wonderful at always taking our orders this is our pizza spot .. and it will never change I love when I come in and jade is working because she always helps us and always with a smile and a joke for my kids !!! I would highly recommend her for employee of the month . My kids know her voice when we call in an order lol 😂 we love her at pizza factory and we love the WHOLE TEAM AT PIZZA FACTORY IN MERCED !!! Shout out to you workers best pizza I’ve had even my mom says so and she don’t ever eat pizza cause it gives her heart burn and this pizza doesn’t !!!! You guys have made pizza factory our home !!!🏠 😎♥️♥️

We recently moved to Merced from Colorado we at at Pzza factory last night and I have to say IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD!! it literally was incredible!! And the girl that was working had the sweetest most sunny bright personality! For sure found out new ONLY pizza place!! Thanks for the great food and wonderful service!!

You can tell the owners really care about their customers and employees. What a great home town feel with their whole family coming together to provide a great experience during a crazy busy packed restaurant. Pizza was delicious and delivered to the table piping hot.

This place probably has the best salad bar I've seen in Merced, fully stocked and organized. Their jalapeno pepperoni pizza is delicious. The place is also very well cleaned, even in the bathrooms.

I come in on my lunch break to have the pizza buffet & im never disappointed. happy to have my lunch with coworkers at a fast, family operated spot with reasonably priced menu. Great team is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to get anything guests need! Will keep coming again & again

Having experienced most every pizza restaurant in the Merced County area, I have not found a place that's more enjoyable than this. In comparison to others, the quality and freshness of the ingredients are better than you'll get anywhere else. Their daily lunch buffet is the best value I've seen. I've visited multiple times, and have only had good experiences with staff. They're always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Visiting with family or friends is especially enjoyable. Their arcade room is the most fun I've seen anywhere nearby, and their army of big screens always have a good game on. To sum up, I have not found a better pizza place in regards to value for the quality and overall experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and a good time!

Pizza was great! Owners are very attentive. Friendly staff. My daughter loves their Paint Nights. She painted a beautiful painting for me for Mother's Day while I enjoyed a lovely glass of wine. I would highly recommend this place. They have an arcade and 2 extra party rooms.

I decided to host a birthday for my niece, but hadn't reserved a room rather I walked in and just wanted a few tables for my guests. Upon walking in I was informed of the rooms as an option in the future. The owner was very helpful, pleasant, and all the employees were courteous. The restaurant was very clean and following health dept regs (which is always great to see). There are several mounted flat screens throughout for a good view from all sitting areas. Most importantly the food was delicious and there were several adult drinks to choose from. There is a designated entertainment area for the kids to play games, and all the games were in good condition and working. I would highly recommend coming in for a bite and/or hosting an event in one of their rooms. The prices are great and the owners and staff will make your visit a good one! Merced is lucky to finally have a spot that everyone (age-wise) can enjoy.

Friendly staff the dining area was spacious and clean. A little over priced in my opinion and I didn't care for their pizza sauce to much it wasn't terrible through. That's just personal preference though.

Ordered online, walked it at pick up time it wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 ish minutes got to my car to check the food they gave me someone’s old pizza in the back that’s was partially eaten. The breadsticks weren’t cooked fully and still doughy. I hate giving bad reviews but this was just nasty and extremely unsanitary… Would have had a little bit of consideration for them had they been busy but they were not. Money was refunded and they remade my order correctly. Last time going here. Update got home to eat pizza it wasn’t remade they just reheated the origional order I was supposed to recieve.

Food that’s barely being put out at 12:30. The quality is just not worth eating there, do not recommend.
