I never have a problem with my orders. However, I went today aT night (8:20 ish) and there was one person working. She definitely needed the help, but she was super chill, and the customers saw she was busy, so they didn’t complain. You definitely need to have at least 3 people. One cashier (making smoothies if needed) and two making the orders. I only gave the service and atmosphere 3 stars, because this isn’t the first time this has happened and you can clearly see that they get stressed. There have been other times were the previous workers were super rude/uninterested. But this girl in particular that was working tonight was awesome! I think her name was Jatziri A. She had blonde hair and wears glasses.

They don’t care about the customer service. I come like almost every day here and the customer service is terrible. She didn’t say hi or give me a secund and I’ll be with you. Or anything

I go to this smoothie kind a lot, probably once a week, I enjoy coming here 🤷‍♀️ they aren't slow they're just busy trying to get the orders done so come in patient and know it might take a minute. The people working here a nice and with online orders they're stressed some days. I've only ever had 1 smoothie that wasn't blended well and they fixed it but it was a busy day with a whole line.

Everything was great. Had to wait a couple of extra minutes while I watched the 2 guys eating in the back before they noticed there was an order waiting. But the drinks are fabulous as always

I’m sorry to the girl who worked the day after Christmas. I walked in lunch hours. There was no customers. The female behind the counter seems bothered by my presence. She was walking into the back room and almost slip. I said “oh be careful” she never looked at me. She asked how can I help you. Like she’s forced to say those words to me. I order a smoothie. And paid for it. She made it and said there you go ma’am and walked away. She never even looked my direction. I felt so unwelcome here.

I saw the reviews and how bad they are, and I was reluctant, but I went for it. I get Smoothie King twice a day most days, and I travel all over, so I have tried so many different locations. This location made a good smoothie today, but the employees need some customer service training, but it wasn't too horrible. I hope the bad employees in the reviews have been replaced, but it looks like this location might be getting a little better. Thank you for following directions and making a good smoothie today.

The lady was not to friendly at all nor sanitary. The Black lady was extremely, courteous and professional but the other lady in the pic was the opposite. She acted as if she was annoyed that you asked what drinks were which because they were not marked and also for a carrier because none was given.

On this very hot day of August it seems like this would have been a good idea however the staff moved entirely too slowly and the lack of effort to assist customers as three workers huddled up. It seems as if the cashier could barely understand English. I normally would be ok with the wait but it seems like it was due to lack of training. Hopefully it gets better!

THE absolute worst as far as customer service. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been here where I didn’t have to wait 5+ minutes to actually order “I was the only one in line” or on my drinks to be made. The staff acts like they don’t care, extremely rude and have attitudes like they don’t even want to be working there. I’ll drive out of my way to Rowlett for better and faster service. This location absolutely sucks. On this occasion I walked to the counter. The store was empty. One person cleaning dishes said someone would be with me after 3 minutes of me just standing there. After 5 more minutes I just left. I heard people in the back behind the doors talking and laughing, guess they were too busy to take someone’s order.

I visited this location today, meet with a poor experience. While waiting in line, I was skipped when an employee served someone she clearly knew personally, ringing them up ahead of me. Not only did this delay my order, but the employee continued chatting instead of helping other customers. After waiting a couple of minutes, I left without ordering. It’s disappointing to see favoritism and lack of professionalism. Just out of the awful service, wouldn’t even consider going this location. It’s seems like it’s completely worth the drive to just go to a more established and professional location. At least you wouldn’t be waiting for an employee to finish her conversation to have your order taken.

Service was horrible, they don't even deserve a 1 star. The workers took so long to get order ready because they were paying more attention to the friends sitting there, and one worker had her phone in her hand ALL the time while making orders. All three will stop working to talk about te messages she was getting.

Me and my family just left there and we had terrible service! The young kids working there were too worried about their friends orders and talking to them. They skipped me and prepared other customers orders before mine. Then when I said something about it I was given additude like they didn't want to make it. Me and my family come to this location all the time and I've never experienced this lack of customer service before. Please do better!

Me and my friend ordered a fruit bowl and all the employees kept goofing around. We waited over 30min for our fruit bowl and just to get a water down bowl as soon as we opened it everything was spilling. Worst customer service and when we asked about our bowl all they had to say “y’all don’t see us struggling to make them with very rude Attitude” and they all huddled up and started laughing about it. 5/7/23 @ 2:31pm till 3pm

2 black teenage girls working at a time lied to me that their system ain’t working I gotta order online so I went back to my car and ordered it online. When I walked in again there are 3 customers in line and their system is working completely fine. When I confronted them they got angry and refused to serve. Regardless because of my online order I got my drink. Owners pay attention to what your employees are doing, this is very disappointing and dishonesty in business.
