The lady was not to friendly at all nor sanitary. The Black lady was extremely, courteous and professional but the other lady in the pic was the opposite. She acted as if she was annoyed that you asked what drinks were which because they were not marked and also for a carrier because none was given.

On this very hot day of August it seems like this would have been a good idea however the staff moved entirely too slowly and the lack of effort to assist customers as three workers huddled up. It seems as if the cashier could barely understand English. I normally would be ok with the wait but it seems like it was due to lack of training. Hopefully it gets better!

Not friendly at all, the store was very dirty and the lady was very rude. I went there today, 03/03/26, at 1:20 pm. I will definitely not be going back.

I have ordered from this place multiple times and yet they seem to always forget items that I ordered. I called they said they couldn’t do anything not a refund or redelivery ANYTHING!!!!

THE absolute worst as far as customer service. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been here where I didn’t have to wait 5+ minutes to actually order “I was the only one in line” or on my drinks to be made. The staff acts like they don’t care, extremely rude and have attitudes like they don’t even want to be working there. I’ll drive out of my way to Rowlett for better and faster service. This location absolutely sucks. On this occasion I walked to the counter. The store was empty. One person cleaning dishes said someone would be with me after 3 minutes of me just standing there. After 5 more minutes I just left. I heard people in the back behind the doors talking and laughing, guess they were too busy to take someone’s order.

I visited this location today, meet with a poor experience. While waiting in line, I was skipped when an employee served someone she clearly knew personally, ringing them up ahead of me. Not only did this delay my order, but the employee continued chatting instead of helping other customers. After waiting a couple of minutes, I left without ordering. It’s disappointing to see favoritism and lack of professionalism. Just out of the awful service, wouldn’t even consider going this location. It’s seems like it’s completely worth the drive to just go to a more established and professional location. At least you wouldn’t be waiting for an employee to finish her conversation to have your order taken.

Service was horrible, they don't even deserve a 1 star. The workers took so long to get order ready because they were paying more attention to the friends sitting there, and one worker had her phone in her hand ALL the time while making orders. All three will stop working to talk about te messages she was getting.

Me and my family just left there and we had terrible service! The young kids working there were too worried about their friends orders and talking to them. They skipped me and prepared other customers orders before mine. Then when I said something about it I was given additude like they didn't want to make it. Me and my family come to this location all the time and I've never experienced this lack of customer service before. Please do better!

Me and my friend ordered a fruit bowl and all the employees kept goofing around. We waited over 30min for our fruit bowl and just to get a water down bowl as soon as we opened it everything was spilling. Worst customer service and when we asked about our bowl all they had to say “y’all don’t see us struggling to make them with very rude Attitude” and they all huddled up and started laughing about it. 5/7/23 @ 2:31pm till 3pm

2 black teenage girls working at a time lied to me that their system ain’t working I gotta order online so I went back to my car and ordered it online. When I walked in again there are 3 customers in line and their system is working completely fine. When I confronted them they got angry and refused to serve. Regardless because of my online order I got my drink. Owners pay attention to what your employees are doing, this is very disappointing and dishonesty in business.
