The food was pretty good and served hot and fresh. I think its the worst when you get cold greasy hashbrowns so I was happy that these were hot and crispy. The service was fast, whichbis usual with a chick fil a. We did drive through so I don't know how clean the inside is. The location was pretty easy to get to from the interstate, but the parking lot was a little confusing trying to figure out how to get to the drive through. And if you take a wrong turn you're pretty much stuck. I got the spicy chicken biscuit and it was good. The biscuit was soft and flaky. Over all this was a pretty good fast food location, especially if you're on a road trip and need to stop quick for a meal/break.

Last night was the first time I've ever been disappointed at Chick-fil-A. My original sandwich was double or triple fried.. It was so dry I couldn't even finish it. I just called and there was no surprise whatsoever from the manager I spoke with (Andrea) - she simply asked if I wanted to come get another. I even heard cursing before she hung up. I expect better than this from Chick-fil-A.

Today we went to eat. It's one of my children's favorite places. A cockroach was coming out at the cash register. We told the cashier and she proceeded to throw it away with a napkin after the second time I told her. I didn't make a big deal about it because I'm not that kind of person, and I know that sometimes there's a chance something like this can happen. I just suggest you be more careful with cleaning. If it's like that, where people see it. I don't want to imagine what the kitchen is like.

I scanned my mobile order QR code before others and yet somehow almost everyone behind me got their orders before I did. Also, I was all the way at the stop sign waiting for my food to be given to me, and an idiot behind me begins blowing their horn at me and they have more than enough room to get out the lane which was very upsetting. Someone needs to be out there directing the traffic for the lanes because other people’s stupidity and impatience. I miss when we didn’t even have to get in the regular line and the mobile orders were brought out on the side of the building.

My first bad experience at Chick, I asked for a market salad then got home and realized my salad had no strawberries like it was supposed to. Not only that but it looked like it was just thrown together with no care , chicken all crumbled up into shreds. Go back up there tell them about this and they take it back (the same salad) and add 6 strawberries on it. Wth! I am so disappointed.

Ordered a tortilla soup cup and the app only allows you for 2 maximum so upon arrival I kindly asked for a couple more because 2 simply isn’t enough, come to find out they tried to charge me for me for more. Ate here on Saturday 3/7/26 and found a label in my food. I was already chewing on it before i noticed it was in there and started gagging when i found it. I called the store as well as customer service multiple times and not once did anyone answer the phone.

Few weeks ago I ordered breakfast and they forgot to add my sauces. Today I went and they didn’t add my salad dressing and I didn’t even have the cookie I ordered. I placed a mobile order and checked in at the drive-thru. While waiting in line, several cars who ordered at the speaker received their food before me. When I asked the drive-thru associate why my order was taking so long, she said it was still being made, even though it was clearly already sitting there. No one greeted us or provided any updates, and as I was talking to her, she walked away. The associate showed a lack of customer service skills

Every location should have the same standards. Unfortunately I made an order that cost almost $55 for my entire family. We got home and the food is cold. It wasn’t edible unfortunately we ordered pizza because we were not able to eat it. I called the restaurant To tell them situation they said bring back your food and we’ll replace everything that was cold but tell me who’s gonna go ahead and hold onto food for four days when I’m back in this neighborhood. I passed by today to see if they will replace my food. He saw the notes that they left behind and said that they had to bring back the food and I told him who’s gonna hold onto food for four days in their car until I’m back in this neighborhood honestly I thought the standards for Chick-fil-A were a lot higher than this. You definitely have lost a customer.

Asked for a 8pc nugget with a large fry. They gave cold soggy tenders and forgot my fries. I had to go back for my fries but didn’t realize they gave me tenders until I got home. Service has definitely gone downhill these past several months. Probably won’t be back for awhile.
