I love coming to this restaurant. I enjoy the patrons especially the veterans. Most of all I love my waitress Annie. She is kind, patient and phenomenal. She serves me and my Special Needs son with the utmost respect and compassion. For this I am grateful.

We were greeted upon arrival and seated within a few minutes. Meeka, our server, was a delight!Helpful and informed about the menu items, and she followed up throughout our meal. An associate that should get a special notice! Our food was good, it arrived in a timely manner, the portion size was good, and it was well prepared and presented.

Very good service. The waitress at the entrance and the waiter who took our order treated me very well. The food was excellent, everything was very fast and delicious.

Jan was great! So friendly and personable! Evelyn our host was also very nice.

My server, Vanessa, was fabulous!! She seemed to anticipate my wants!! Will definitely return. And the food was delicious!!

Our server Dylan was great. Food was absolutely perfect. Ribs are the best in town and we love ribs. The Cajun chicken and shrimp, fabulous. Flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Prices are so reasonable. One of our favorite regular places. And BTW… I’m a gourmet chef! Bon Appetite!

By this young lady. She was so patient sweet joking attentive. You can definitely tell that. She probably was a manager before or something in that field. When I tell you she was very attentive, she was very attentive. I actually was watching her as she was serving a table in front of us. There were some children, and she was just so kind and caring and motherly . Applebee's should be very. Happy that they have this young lady working for them.

Annie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm smile and positive energy. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks stayed full, our food was hot and fresh, and she checked on us at just the right times without being overbearing. What really stood out was her attitude even when it got busy, Annie stayed calm, professional, and kind. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

Annie and Gracie are the best!!! Listen and help you if you’re food isn’t cooked to the correct temp (I asked for medium rare and got rare BUT they fixed right away) thank you so much for being so great. I really appreciate you both as bar tenders and servers. You both are the reason I come back to Applebees habitually.

I don’t usually go out to eat but it was a special occasion and definitely enjoyed the food. The server could have been more attentive considering it was during a slow lunch period, but overall would eat there again. I had one of their specials.

This is a family favorite, but they were off their game tonight. Slow drink service. A soup option was unavailable. No paper towels in the bathroom. Server was very friendly.

Our server Kristian was great given the condition the restaurant put him in. About 10 minutes after we sat down, a party of 20 comes in as a walk-in. The manager didn’t even bother to help the poor server with the difficult table (they wanted their party of 20 separated between 6 different checks). When we left the restaurant at 11:45, the party of 20 was still ordering and was on check 3 out of 6 (they close at 12AM). Why do I bring up this party of 20? The stress of the situation led to my order being put in wrong and I waited for about 20 minutes while the rest of my party finished their meal to get my correct order. I DO NOT blame our server for this. Morale of the story, get a manager who can be a team player and maybe the staff won’t struggle with an unexpected workload.

A couple of years ago this Applebee's used to be good. They had the 2 for $20 deal, the food was of good quality, and you left satisfied. However, that is not the case anymore. Last night we ordered the Endless Boneless Chicken Wings which started out as 10 wings, but then were offered in 5 wing increments. This isn't a deal breaker, but the problem is the quality of the food. It is abysmal. The Sweet Asian sauce tasted like maple syrup. And the determining factor between regular buffalo sauce and "hot" buffalo sauce ,is a sprinkling, of Italian seasoning. The wings were very soaked in thick oil which made them beyond greasy and gag-inducing. To make matters worse, they no longer have Thursday night football - a solid siren for an evening out. I hope they turn things around, but they need to remediate things as they are.

I am not sure if the server was new or just didn’t care but here’s what happened: we waited 35 minutes just to order our drinks, she brought the wrong drinks (not once but twice) and spilled them all over the table, didn’t input one persons meal all together (and tried to cover herself with her notebook which clearly didn’t have the 4th meal written down), didn’t offer refills when we clearly needed them, and didn’t bother to follow up once the food was finally delivered. We arrived just after 10pm and were the last patrons in the restaurant while the other workers were cleaning and flipping chairs for end of the night departure. There wasn’t a manager in site to ask what was going on so we all just sat there twiddling our thumbs. The food was fine, nothing spectacular, but the service was below par. What should’ve been a 30 minute quick meal was over 2 hrs with no apparent reason as they weren’t busy at all.

This Applebee's provided an exceptionally subpar experience. The service was terrible, (they may have been understaffed, as even the manager was running around frantically to help all the customers, which I can appreciate) the food we ordered was nothing like we were expecting. For context, we ordered the new OMCheese burgers, but we were left waiting for a good while, and by the time we got the plate, the pool of cheese that the burgers were meant to be sitting on had dried up on the plate (a hot plate), so we were left with a pair of bland cheese burgers on a hot plate. Maybe we'll try it another time at a different location, but not visiting this location again.

Absolutely horrible service and food was cold. Took 25 minutes to get a glass of water. Heard other complaints from other tables so sounded like big problems for this restaurant. Manager comped our cold food. Very disappointed.

Is not the first time, last night I try to give this restaurant ine more chance but yesterday was the worst, monzarella stick was fire, my chicken quesadillas was burn, then my main plate the Chicken parmesan with pasta was so nasty, the pasta was cold and the cheese in the chicken was old with a whole bottle of seasoning on top, look like my food was in the fridge and they just put it in the micro, Nastyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Ordered 2 crispy chicken salads , picked them up they were terrible, no tomatoes, no cheddar cheese the croutons soggy, and bread sticks hard as a rock.

The people there were rude and not helpful at all I asked for an take out order they said it would take 30 to 45 minutes and insisted that all restaurants were like that which was a flat out lie they just was lazy and didn't want to work a Hispanic dude and black dude with reddish dreads I left and went to the Applebee's all the way on Margate and my take out order was only 15 mins or less top they were nice and polite and very very helpful something the other store needs to learn from them

Came in around 3:00 p.m. 1-10-26 don't know the young woman's name who was the bartender at the bar but , she had a problem with me and my wife sitting at the high table right across from the bar. I'm assuming she didn't feel like walking from around the bar to accommodate us so she had the hostess move us to another table. We felt it was very disgusting and selfish to have us moved because she didn't want to serve us. Restaurants need start making employees check their attitudes before coming to work because their mood affects the customers visit to the establishment.

I asked for the manager, which took over 20 minutes for him to appear. I asked why there were no drink prices for any drinks on the menu, and his reply was prices change, so we don't list them. We ordered the Brew Pub Loaded Waffle Fries, and while they tasted good, they were not loaded. There were more plain fries on the plate, the fries covered in cheese, so I asked for cheese and was told oh I have to ring that up. Again, I had to ask for the manager. Our check came withh full price appetizer which should have been 50% off. The bar itself was extremely sticky. Fruit flies flying all over the place. Not sure how this place is still in business.

This used to be one of my favorite go-to spots, but ever since they remodeled, the service sucks! The bartender is running around taking food orders. Today at 3pm there were only 2 servers, and the bartender was one of them!! Come on, you guys need to do better! Flyers are being sent to the Neighborhood inviting folks to come on and take a look at the new Applebee’s. Well I’m not impressed. Bring back the old Applebees, and all the people who used to work there!!

Absolutely disgusting! When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all for a Sunday evening but we were told the wait was 20 minutes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was dead ... No music. It took about 15 minutes for our server to appear and take our drink and entree order. I ordered a mango iced tea that tasted awful. After waiting for about 45 minutes, our entrees finally arrived. My daughter had no issues with her bacon burger. My son ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger so we sent it back to be corrected. My husband ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and greenbeans. He did not finish eating it cause he was concerned it would mess up his stomach. I ordered beef nachos but could barely eat it cause there was some type of mystery meat on it. Wish I took a pic to share. I did inform the server that the white cubes on the nachos was definitely not beef. The servers and host complained and aired their work grievances loud enough for us to hear the whole time we were there. Never again!

This visit which I go to applebees all the time with my family… I was with my father we walked into restaurant just to find out they are busy with tables him and I decide we were going to sit at the bar because it will be quicker easier. Anyways He ordered his drink I ordered mine it’s fine. We ordered a skillet and OMcheese Burger. All we did was eat our appetizer and the spinach dip we got. We had been sitting for over 45 minutes and I had to get up out of my seat multiple times from the bar just to ask where my order was. As soon as I got up a 2nd Time the second person I spoke with told me it will be out in a couple moments. Comes out 5 minutes later. My father’s skillet was fine. My omcheeseburger came out with all the cheeses on the plate in stead of it being on the burger, was either sitting out for 2 long or was undercooked the manager could tell it didn’t look right at all. 3rd time finally asked for a check and left. They left us with only paying for the drinks because of courtesy. Which is fine but it’s 9 pm on a saturday and I just wanted to sit down and have a nice dinner with my father since this specific one of the places we enjoy to eat. I ended up leaving only eating a small appetizer of chips that came in when we had first sat down. I didn’t get to enjoy or eat my dinner. I have eating issues, and social anxiety. I expect more coming from the chef and the employees. Soon to come.

Very disappointing service. When we arrived, the host told us we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table even though there were several tables available. While we were waiting, we sat at the bar for a few minutes since there was no bartender there. When the waitress finally noticed us, she brought us menus but didn’t offer us a table. Instead, she told us that because we had sat at the bar, she canceled our spot on the waitlist. We continued waiting, and after about 10 more minutes, new customers arrived and were seated before us even though we had been waiting longer. The whole situation felt very disorganized and unfair. Unfortunately, it was such a bad experience that we decided to leave. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

Don’t know what kind of night my waitress was having things I asked for she instantly forgot down to a cup of water. She took my order off the top of head and must I say everything was messed up. Sides that I didn’t even order. The ribs were burnt only thing good was the perfect margarita. This was a horrible experience and yet I still give her an 11.00 tip.

Absolutely horrible service and food was cold. Took 25 minutes to get a glass of water. Heard other complaints from other tables so sounded like big problems for this restaurant. Manager comped our cold food. Very disappointed.

This visit which I go to applebees all the time with my family… I was with my father we walked into restaurant just to find out they are busy with tables him and I decide we were going to sit at the bar because it will be quicker easier. Anyways He ordered his drink I ordered mine it’s fine. We ordered a skillet and OMcheese Burger. All we did was eat our appetizer and the spinach dip we got. We had been sitting for over 45 minutes and I had to get up out of my seat multiple times from the bar just to ask where my order was. As soon as I got up a 2nd Time the second person I spoke with told me it will be out in a couple moments. Comes out 5 minutes later. My father’s skillet was fine. My omcheeseburger came out with all the cheeses on the plate in stead of it being on the burger, was either sitting out for 2 long or was undercooked the manager could tell it didn’t look right at all. 3rd time finally asked for a check and left. They left us with only paying for the drinks because of courtesy. Which is fine but it’s 9 pm on a saturday and I just wanted to sit down and have a nice dinner with my father since this specific one of the places we enjoy to eat. I ended up leaving only eating a small appetizer of chips that came in when we had first sat down. I didn’t get to enjoy or eat my dinner. I have eating issues, and social anxiety. I expect more coming from the chef and the employees. Soon to come.

Came in around 3:00 p.m. 1-10-26 don't know the young woman's name who was the bartender at the bar but , she had a problem with me and my wife sitting at the high table right across from the bar. I'm assuming she didn't feel like walking from around the bar to accommodate us so she had the hostess move us to another table. We felt it was very disgusting and selfish to have us moved because she didn't want to serve us. Restaurants need start making employees check their attitudes before coming to work because their mood affects the customers visit to the establishment.

Absolutely disgusting! When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all for a Sunday evening but we were told the wait was 20 minutes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was dead ... No music. It took about 15 minutes for our server to appear and take our drink and entree order. I ordered a mango iced tea that tasted awful. After waiting for about 45 minutes, our entrees finally arrived. My daughter had no issues with her bacon burger. My son ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger so we sent it back to be corrected. My husband ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and greenbeans. He did not finish eating it cause he was concerned it would mess up his stomach. I ordered beef nachos but could barely eat it cause there was some type of mystery meat on it. Wish I took a pic to share. I did inform the server that the white cubes on the nachos was definitely not beef. The servers and host complained and aired their work grievances loud enough for us to hear the whole time we were there. Never again!
