No restaurant is perfect, but you can tell when they make the effort to serve you as best as possible, even when there are some mistakes. I visited this lovely café alone, located in the center of Metepec, right next to the former convent of San Juan Bautista. I ordered the breakfast package, which includes green chilaquiles with chicken. The sauce wasn't spicy, but they brought me a macha sauce to complement it, and I discovered a new flavor! I accompanied the chilaquiles with three small, tasty bolillos. The package includes refills of coffee, a pot or Americano, fruit and juice, and sweet bread. In my case, they brought delicious churros and a jam and cheese empanada! I saw groups of people of different sizes, which makes it easy to come as a family or to celebrate something.

Delicious breakfasts! They have a set breakfast that includes fruit, bread, juice, coffee/tea, and a choice of breakfast items. The restaurant is very nice, and the presentation of the food and the restaurant itself is excellent. The service from the staff is very friendly and attentive. And the food is highly recommended.

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff. My Swiss enchiladas were amazing; they included salsa, chili peppers, Mexican-style coffee (either regular or tea), orange, carrot, or tangerine juice, a sweet roll, savory bread, and a fruit cocktail. I highly recommend this place if you're in Metepec for breakfast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good service and tasty food, we just didn't like the meat (arrachera) that much; it was a bit stringy and somewhat raw in places.

A comfortable, pretty, and pleasant place to have a coffee while the rain falls. It's a shame about the receptionist who was rude with an awkward question. But I recommend it if you visit downtown Metepec. The waiter was excellent, much nicer and more understanding.

This restaurant and café is located at 148 Calle 5 de Mayo, Metepec, Mexico. It's a small but charming place that offers Mexican food. The portions aren't huge, but they're enough to leave you satisfied. From there you can see the Calvario Church. I would definitely return.

The place is nice. The staff tries hard. There are a few things that could be improved: They use too much salt. The American coffee is practically tasteless. One of the waitresses is very forgetful. The omelet is a little undercooked. The chilaquiles have very few beans.
