The service is fast and the staff is friendly. It gets crowded at times, but the flow is generally smooth. It's not ideal for eating in, as it's small and uncomfortable to stand up. The concept of fries with boneless chicken is great; the flavor is good, and the cones are quite filling. The place is small and has few tables for eating in, so I opted for takeout, and the staff made sure to cover my food well so it wouldn't fall out or get cold.

Very accessible location. It's two blocks from Parque Delta. The service is good and prompt. Capacity varies depending on the day and time you go. The food is spicy... if you think it might affect you, I recommend having your Omeprazole handy. The flavored waters are delicious... especially the passion fruit.

The food is good, fast, and hot. If you eat there, you can come back for more dressing, and there's no limit. I wish they advertised daily specials more often, like on Tuesday, when cheese sticks were included with the cone. The triple cone is a good size to share if you're not very hungry. El lugar es bueno, la comida y el ambiente también, lo único malo es que las chavas que trabajan ahí te atienden con una carota, te hablan super feo cuando uno ni siquiera les dijo nada malo. Llegué al establecimiento y saludé, la chava apenas y respondió al saludo, cuando nos dijo que llevaba uno de sus paquetes nos hizo cara y apenas nos respondió, nos habló entre dientes y no sé le entendió nada. Cuando íbamos llegando había un chavo que venía a recoger un pedido e igual le estaba haciendo caras y lo ignoraba, realmente el mal trato es lo que le quita puntos al lugar, ojalá pronto puedan cambiar eso, si la chava no quiere trabajar mejor que no vaya, si es una mala experiencia.

At first everything was fine, the guys were friendly, they hadn't given us bases to put the cones on, when other people who were consuming left they gave us theirs, at the end when we were leaving, the employee who was with her colleagues laughing and talking, asks my companion if she could pass her the bases, honestly there were 4 people there who could clean the table, my companion kindly put the base with the trash on the bar and this same employee said if she could throw it in the trash, when she was just sitting with nothing to do, there were no customers, I thought the service was terrible.

There aren't many places to sit, the tables are very basic and the seats move a lot. The place is very small, and you can't go with friends. The amount of fries is limited, and the boneless fries have a lot of skin. They're small, and the only good thing about them are the toppings. Without them, I feel like they'd be a loser. The service is poor. The second time we ordered, they messed up our orders. They didn't deliver our hot food, and we had to stop several times to ask if it was ready. They laughed and indicated they weren't yet. While they started chatting, they became more assertive and indicated they didn't know whose orders it was, causing displeasure and a terrible experience. The atmosphere was lacking in music, with the employees laughing at people, everything became uncomfortable, and the staff was rude.

I understand what they're saying about the terrible service. The thin girl with curly hair serves customers so reluctantly that you feel like asking for your money back. I suggest they fire her and hire someone who has at least a basic understanding of customer service. I find it ridiculous that they demand a tip when they don't provide good service, because tips are for service, not for serving my food; that's what they get paid for. And to the girl: if you're going to do something, do it your best. Your mediocrity won't get you anywhere. I ordered through Uber Eats and the boneless wings arrived completely burnt to a crisp, dry, and rancid. The idea of ​​a box of fries and boneless wings sounded great, but the food quality was awful.
