The Birria Pizza is absolutely fantastic! My friend also got tacos and said they were delicious. I will definitely be adding this taco truck to my regular rotation of places to eat. Great food, excellent customer service and good prices.

This place has the best birria tacos I’ve ever tasted!!They melt in your mouth. It’s an easy place to find they are located right off the highway!!! They are so nice and took great care of me. They even asked if I needed anything else when I was eating my yummy tacos. Great service for a food truck!!

Guy at window was Very friendly and nice. We got a Pizza Birria and it was soooooo good. Wait time was less then 5 minutes but it was a cold day so that could vary. Pizza was freshly made and hot. Will definitely try other things from here soon.

Some of the best tacos I've ever had!!! We got the birria asada pizza that had cheese, onions and cilantro! We also got 3 tacos with Rice and beans. The customer service is amazing it was a long line but it was definitely worth the wait!! Can't wait to go back and try the nachos!

Wow super friendly Staff and even better food. The Pizza Birria is so so good . I got it with steak and the crispy edges from the cheese are like food nirvana. If your in the mood for authentic Mexican 🌮🌯🌮 I'd definitely recommend you stop by and give it a try you won't regret it I promise.

The tacos were OK, nothing to write home about. I got two Asada and 2 pastor, both were really dry, very skimpy on the onions and cilantro, green sauce was decent with a really minor kick. Meat was plentiful but seems overcooked or old. Grilled onions with the meat would help this a lot.

I’ve been going to Taco el Gordo For some time now, but recently, I feel like the food has been inconsistent. The last Time I went I got a pizza birria I felt like the meat was tough on it and the salsa I usually like but this time I wasn’t a fan of it .

The chicken tastes like salt. Truly shocked at the high reviews. Tacos El Caballo across the street is SO MUCH better! Go there instead, you won’t regret it!!! I had both in the same night to compare them. Same prices, but Tacos El Gordo totally skimps on the toppings in comparison, the meat doesn’t taste too good, and the workers are not friendly. Tacos El Caballo is the best, with tons of toppings, delicious chicken, kind workers and an understated theme. Go next door and save yourself the time. Tacos El Caballo is the best. Will never return to Tacos El Gordo
