I love to go here for early happy hour! It is rarely busy at this time but does get packed and loud around 8pm. I don't do loud places, so try to get in and out by 6:30pm. My go-to is the Moscow mule and tostones with ropa vieja. Amazing... Some other good dishes are the fish tacos, the ceviche and my toddler loves the yuca sticks. Speaking of toddlers, if you go when it isn't busy it is very kid friendly. Since it is located inside of Mary Brickell Village rather than on the street-side, they can run around and there's not much they can get into that would cause trouble. They don't have a changing table in the bathroom, but we have always rallied without trouble.

Music and atmosphere is amazing. Drinks are great. This Dj is amazing, you will not stop dancing. Highly recommended.

Candela Gastrobar is a gem in Brickell. Everything from the food, drinks, to the service was amazing. This place has everything you need in one location. Come for lunch or dinner and stay to have late night drinks. Highly recommend their ceviche as well as the arroz Chaufa de pollo. (Peruvian Fried Rice) They were delicious! Also, you Must try their pisco sours. My personal favorite passion fruit pisco sour! If you want to dance and listen to some great music this place has that too.

Great place for dancing! Best piece of Latin kind of music with some regular North Americans in the between. Don't expect it to get up until 1am, but arrive before midnight so u won't need to pay fee for entrance

My friends took me to this bar because we saw that it was not that much expensive, and the quality was here, we danced, we play beer pong with unlimited alcohol, and we met a lot of people. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life!

Good fun place to club at. Doesn't really get going till after midnight but once it does, it's crazy. Lol. Music is good, vibe is good. Very crowded once it gets going. Open till the wee hours. 😊

I went to the grand opening today, and yes it was heavily crowded, and had a loud atmosphere. Seating was very surprisingly very easy, and the waitresses were attentive. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa(a very traditional Colombian dish), and it arrived in less than 15 minutes. It was highly Impressive, and I will be definitely coming back with a guest. If you want cozy, comfortable, personal service this is the place. This is a small place but it's staff is very courteous and make your night very enjoyable. The music is great playing anything from the latest is Regueaton to classic Salsa. A great place to spend any weekend night.

I’ll tell you what, Candela and my guy Isaac behind the bar brought fun and good vibes to every minute we were in the bar. I came looking for good times, I found fun, revelry and the highlight of my trip. This place is great.

Isaac was our bartender this evening. Let me tell you, we had an absolute blast. Not only was this gentleman a saint behind the bar, he was a master mixologist, he was the host of hosts, he was a gentleman amongst scholars.

Been here a few times and it's always a good time. Prices are just Miami prices. 1 night it was $10 a beer and $14 a shot. It's just Spanish music and sometimes does get pretty packed.

We were visiting Miami for my friends Bachelorette party, decided to visit tu candela to dance and have fun but when we arrived and the security gentleman was checking our id's a lady in the back said we couldn't get in because we were wearing flats, which we were all dressed up and I was wearing a small high heel sandal which she thought was "flats," I Do NOT recommend this place

Worst place I've ever been. They charge you to make you wait outside until "they open", they tell you one time and it's actually another. Then the staff is very rude and they discriminate against people that don't fit "their look". Will never go back and will take this to the media because they discriminated against me which is illegal!

They charge cover selectively so if you are melanated bring your cash. The employees are rude and literally shove you out of the way if you dont move aside.

As a nightlife experience, absolutely horrendous. Bought bottle service with the understanding that we were to be moved to a different table if they required the availability. Approached the bar staff for additional drinks as the bar service waitress was nowhere to be found and was penalized with bad customer service and immediately being asked to depart the table for asking for beverages at the bar. If you’re a person who’s attempting to battle between different options of bottle service in Brickell, do not approach this locale as it is clear that management has communicated differing protocols to its staff and you will receive terrible treatment even with purchase of bottle service. For someone who does not mind paying for excellent service, this place does not only disappoint, but completely is below the bar of any standard of customer service. I emphasize: absolutely terrible.

I visited this bar recently and noticed a concerning number of young teenagers present. It's essential for establishments to adhere to age restrictions for legal and safety reasons. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure a more responsible environment. I will not be coming back here.

The worst place i have ever been. The staff was very rude to me and the people who were there. A staff girl threatened to throw a bottle service at me if I didn't get off, when I didn't even know she needed room to walk, she just wanted to push me. The security guy pushed us several times. In conclusion, a super rude staff with their customers and that is exactly the reason why I will not come back, I hope they improve that behavior.

My friends and I wasted 30 dollars to be told that the event was 21+ with nothing indicating that. We got mislead and couldn't even get a refund.

Terrible customer service. We had 3 tables for a group of ten. We were never told the tables were exclusively for bottles. We had purchased at least 2 drinks per person and two hookahs. The drinks are $16 each. When a bottle request came in even though we had been there since 11 they moved us from our table to sell the bottle. Mathematically made no sense since we had consumed more than the price of a bottle. We left and preferred to pay our money to a more amicable and welcomed atmosphere.

After spending over $3000 in bottle service and giving champagne to almos everyone in the club the security kit us out For no reason. Worst place I've been to. They have no respect for people and service it's horrible. I rather spend my money somewhere else. They don't deserve 1 stars.

I used to come a lot to this place but now I could say is terrible, the bouncer was treating me and my friends( at least 8 ladies) as we were b**** on a Wednesday which is suppose to be ladies night until 2:00am. They were charging us 20$ to get into the place when it was suppose to be free and the bouncer was asking for additional money “tip” for him to let us in into the club. He did not deserve our cover charge and not even a tip because he wasn’t a gentleman. In this place they treat you as trash and even to women. Worst place in brickell. Additionally there is only one bathroom that is disgusting. They only care about money and steal you. DONT COME

We are witnesses of how rude they treat a couple they were spending very good, while we were there. You need to keep on eye on your waitresses, they are ruining your business.

Great place but watch out for your cards, my card was duplicated this last weekend here, luckily I was able to regain what was charged!! And I’m 100 percent sure of it because the only place I went that evening and also a card I haven’t used in a while.

Be beware of this bar !!!!! My wife and I came to this bar to have a good night out but we were in for a treat ! The guy tried to convince us to come in to the club since he was charging 30 for men and 10 for Women . That’s 40 dollars just to enter the bar ! A worker found my phone and hid it. I called my phone and she answered that she would put it away. I came in to pick it up and now they say no one turned in a phone. GPS says it was there until it died at 9 am , 4 hrs after they leave.. they misplaced it and have not called me back, it’s in a cabinet without doors is what the worker told me over the phone

They are very unoroffesional. They shouls get their stories together. Before we went there, we called and asked if they had free drinks before a certain time and they said that before 10:00pm. We get there and they say no free drinks so okay we went to the place and they said that no, just happy hour so 1/2 price drinks. We get told to come back that the place is gonna get lit so we ask the bartender if we will have to pay to get in and they said NO. So we leave and come back after and the place is dead so we went to the car for like 30 mins and we when we come back, they said it was $15 after we had been told that we wouldn't get charged at the door.

This is a club full of Colombians and Venezuelans. and also full of 19 year olds underage drinking. Unbelievable how they let kids in don’t care about their ids. I hate the fact I get bottle service and they charge afterwards with no idea how much the bottles are only after the bill

Horrible experience!!! Don’t waist your money in this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The manager was rude and wanted to take chairs from our table for other customers when the place was completely empty. I didn’t complain until she asked if she could take the chair that I was using for my bags. So ridiculous!! I ordered Lomo saltado and the waitress asked me to order something more simple because the kitchen was too busy. Again, the place was EMPTY . Incredible how many business owners let the management run a place like this.

THEY SELL ADULTERATED ALCOHOL. Beware, we bought 2 bottles of what was supposed to be Don Julio Tequila on 03/26/2021. A couple of hours later, everyone in our group was sick. Very sick. Currently writing this from an emergency room, will reach out for legal counsel once I’m out of here. Also not sure how they get away with being open after 12am with county wide restrictions. Something else I’ll ask my lawyer.

They charge $20 per person for entrance and if you pay with card they will over charge it for $26 per person without telling you. I’m not the first one that they do this to. Don’t go to this place if you are on vacation. There’s much better options around and won’t rip you off, apart from the the drinks that are also $20 for a little plastic cup music sucked and is super uncomfortable inside. Awful experience won’t recommend any one to hang out here. To go here you’re better of going to the strip club you’ll spent less and have better time and won’t get over charged on you cards…

How disappointing to have had a beautiful night in Miami Art Basel only to have come to this place and been attended by a con artist bouncer. We had a group of 6 inside waiting for us when a bouncer with a beard and Jordan 3s demanded we pay $80 pp for entry to the bar. They also let in seemingly young women with short dresses, free of charge. They are very unprofessional and only care about publicity and money. At that point, we knew the rest place wasn’t worth it. Thank you for allowing me to take my money elsewhere!!

Everything about this place is sleazy from top to bottom. The bouncer will tell you that you need to spend a minimum per person (alcohol spend) to get in, or buy a bottle. Bottles start at over $400. After some discussion, we decide to take the alcohol spend option. When we get inside, the dance floor is so crowded and steamy that isn't even enjoyable to be inside. It's 100% a fire hazard and they don't seem to take into account any occupancy rules. We ended up sitting outside, where there were obviously a bunch of highschoolers smoking and drinking. Not even sure how they got through the line. My friends and I order 2 rounds of shots and a beer on the side. Since we couldn't enjoy the dance floor, we decide to leave after about an hour and pick up the bill. $440 for four of us, less than 10 drinks total! They charge you per person to get in (not stated to us), charge an absurd amount per drink once you get inside, and screw you on the way out with the mandatory service charge. There is no menu or prices listed anywhere, and if you ask the bartender, she says there is no menu. Worst spot we visited all week. Avoid.

Me and my friends came last night for “Playboy night”. We were coming for a friends birthday, so we were the first ones in there. After paying over 60 bucks for two shots and a drink, We began dancing thinking since we were the only ones there are would be safe on the counter behind us. Either the staff or the bouncers decided to throw away our drink that was full to the top that we had just paid for. I had to speak to multiple staff members before they decided to make us another drink with attitude. As a night went on they definitely packed that place past capacity as the staff pushed shoved customers the entire night. If you were buying a table with bottle service, they treated you horrible, even though we spent over $100 five drinks that night. They charge a service fee and gratuity. The dance floor is also extremely small and crowded. Bad Experience overall, would not go back.

They will charge you 60$ for shisha, and if you ask them to change the coal, they will answer that they can’t do that, but a re-fill is possible for 30$. 90$ for Shisha it was the most expensive I ever had, and for the place it doesn’t worth that price. Don’t recommend that

NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I purchased $25 entrance tickets in advance for their Friday, January 16 event when I arrived with my friends, they proceeded to tell me that my ID was fake and the only way to get in was to pay an additional $40 to the guy at the door ridiculous. What a scam. It’s 18+ for girls and I’m 21. There’s too many other places with better atmosphere better music and better staff to waste your time coming here. Don’t bother run away.

I visited Candela with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with one of the security staff members. While my boyfriend went to the restroom, I waited nearby. A security guard approached me and said I couldn’t be in that area. I explained that I was just waiting for my partner, but he insisted that I move. As I started walking away, he began pushing me. When I turned and tell him not to touch me like that since I was walking. He continued to push and then grabbed me by the neck in front of everyone, dragging me toward the exit. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and humiliating. For the record, I was completely sober at the time of this incident — I had not been drinking and was calm throughout the situation. This experience made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I sincerely hope that management takes this matter seriously and ensures better training and oversight for their security staff so that no other guest has to go through a similar experience. It happened around 2:00 AM October 31

This place is horrible. The bouncers and service is horrible and the Oliver bouncer is RUDEEEE. He pushes people and screams at them. Asked me if I even have 100 dollars to get in? Like…. weird. Why was cover 100 dollars for no reason. Rip off.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency from this restaurant. I arrived for an event that was supposed to be hosted at their location—an event I paid for—and there was absolutely nothing happening. No setup, no signage, no staff that knew anything about it. When I asked for information about the organizer, the restaurant refused to provide any answers or assistance. This raises serious concerns. It almost feels like the restaurant is complicit in a scam, allowing fake events to be promoted at their location, collecting parking or food sales, and then pretending they have nothing to do with it when people show up confused and frustrated. Whether they’re directly involved or just turning a blind eye, this is unacceptable. Businesses have a responsibility to protect their patrons from fraud and deception—not stay silent while people are losing time and money. I will not be coming back, and I strongly warn others to stay away from any event or business practices linked to this place.

Absolutely crazy work. We were a group of four women who were entirely ignored for at least 10-15 minutes while the bouncer argued with one of the bartenders. We’re told it’s $20 minimum to consume. One of the girl’s boyfriend came with the card and wanted to charge him $100 before realizing he was with us and then said its $50 each of us. Shady and unprofessional behavior at this establishment.

I was about to go in there for the first time tonight and was told at the door that the cover is $20 cash only. I said i don’t have any cash just card and he pointed out an ATM. He also said that if i decide to pay with card I would be charged 4 drinks at $80. What!!??? So cover is either $20 cash or $80 card?? What!!?? I turned around and walked away.
