Cybr Caffe is a hidden gem. Marcelino stored our luggage for 6 days and helped us out with a great price. The service is safe, reliable, and dependable. He is incredibly humble and professional. Highly recommend if you need luggage storage or just a great experience. Five stars!

WHEN YOU LEFT CRYING AT KLUTCH, RON WAS HOLDING HANDS AND DANCING WITH A FEMALE AND TOOK DOWN HER NUMBER. MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE KNOW, THEREFORE YOU SHOULD KNOW THE TRUTH.

Stopped here today to get some sugarcane juice. I’ve never had it before. Definitely a great place to have it for the first time. It’s so good. Taste absolutely delicious and nutritious. Everyone was wonderful and polite. I will be back.

Had to visit Cyber Cafe for an urgent official task. Excellent spot, humble staff, and very reasonably priced. They’re offering multiple services including luggage storage. They certainly made my life easy therefore, highly recommended.

We stored our bags here so we could walk around south beach after a cruise. Great service!!

Excellent service!! We just moved and hadn't settled in.. Needed some document services and the guy on duty was exceptionally helpful!! Any issue I had in using their computer, he'd rush right over show me where to go and finished one task after another!! I was in a rush and got everything accomplished and was quickly on my way!! Thank you!!

If you need a quiet and relaxing place to go and get some work done, this is definitely the place to be! What better place than Miami Beach itself to get away from any loud noise you might be dealing with at home or in your office? Friendly staff. Was able to drop my luggage off here for a few hours of safe keeping after my 11am hotel check out. Cost me $5. Unbeatable!

The funniest part is that i'm posting it from the cafe , as i passed by to print something from my email, and they made me pay for 30 minutes, (so not to waste money and time i decided to type it here) even though i told them that i only need 2 minutes to get into my account Instead of saying hi at the door for the very few customers that they have the gentleman said right the way that i should pay up front for 30 min and he offered me a solution- to go to some other place.Me as i have printed from this place for very many times got really disappointed, and as i have a lot of experience in the customer industry will say that its not just inappropriate but also very unprofessional

Guy was inside. Closed early. Arrived 10 minutes before closing. He did not even raise his eyes to look at me. Edit after response from owner: Not sure where the Absolutely false statement comes from? The place was closed before their posted hours of operation. Their google page states they are open until 8 pm Monday. I was there at 7:50 pm and the place was closed and a person was inside the business. I've added a picture of the time stamp on my picture.

Cierran a las 19 no a las 20 porque “ellos no se guían por Google” DESASTRE

The man in the desk was shouting and being very rude, I wouldn't enter this place ever again.

Too much money for wasting your time waiting for computers with (only!) 2G memory to respond... The guy there tells me the computer is slow because of the rain (???) - well since I'm not using the network heavily it can't really be, can it...? And we'll it's not the network that is slow it's the computer. What can be is that when you open the task manager you clearly see that 2g memory is consumed pretty much instantly with a normal use of few browser's tabs. IMHO, In US you should get good service for your money - in Miami South Beach I got the feeling that almost everybody is making up new creative ways to take more of your money. Installing very little memory on computers for which you pay by the hour seems to be one of them. Please improve your service and don't say stupid things to customers.

I came here at 1030 and doors were locked. The man inside mocked me while I was trying to tell him it's not 11pm. Today's date 8.22.2018 he also seemed not to care that the door was locked. Poor customer service not to mention lazy. What ibwantes done would have taken me 5 mins online.

Bad cashier, he wants to steel my money. When I came today to use one of the store's computer, he said that I came earlier today and used the computer and did not pay!!! I came from Tampa and arrived at 8 pm, how this is even possible. The worst person I have ever met. He is a Latino guy work as a cashier. This guy is the worst person ever.

Poor customer service, poor print quality, overpriced. I was charged 4.50$ per 4 B/W letter sizes that came out white and gray. Also no receipt, unless u ask for it.
