We went Friday of spring break to Ghee, we had heard amazing things about it, so we decided to take the tasting menu and experience the variety of flavours they offer. And the experience exceeded all of our expectations!!! The service was amazing, the combination of flavours in each dish were so unique and complemented each other in a lovely way, making each dish stand out and elevated from the traditional flavours. Our waiters, Oswaldo and Ivan, were impeccable in their service, both very friendly and attentive to us throughout the night, explaining the dishes and answering our questions all night. Truly recommend this place if you want good quality food that feels like home while living a new experience. **The crispy broccoli is an absolute must!!!

Customer service was top notch! Erika H was our waitress and she did a tremendous job! She gave us the best service possible and we had a great experience here at ghee. We came to enjoy their hospitality during the happy hour and we were very impressed! Lots and lots of food and drinks that we were very pleased with our choices. Highly recommended to come here for their happy hour! If you are not familiar with Indian cuisine then their happy hour is for you because you can taste a different type of dishes without breaking your wallet. Decoration is very good, this restaurant is well designed, spacious and the lighting is great! Noise is great for conversation.

We came here for lunch and tried several different vegetarian options - all were delicious! The service was great: our server Eli was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ordered way too much food but likely won’t have the opportunity to be back any time soon so wanted to try everything. The decor and ambiance were beautiful, intricate. If you find yourself in the area I would highly recommend to stop here to eat.

I finally made it to Ghee in Miami and ordered a little bit of everything so I could really get the full experience. I’m glad I did. Papaya Salad (6/10) This one wasn’t my favorite, but that’s mostly on me. I was expecting something closer to a Thai-style papaya salad, so the taste and texture weren’t what I had in mind. It was still refreshing and well prepared, just not exactly what I was looking for. Potato Samosas (9/10) These were so good. Perfectly crisp, clearly handmade, and very well seasoned. Honestly, almost too seasoned, which is hard for me to say because I love bold flavor. There were a couple bites where I thought it could be dialed back slightly. I wasn’t crazy about the cilantro dipping sauce paired with how seasoned they already were, but the sweet chutney balanced everything beautifully. That combo really worked. Lamb Kerala (Day 1: 7.5–8/10 | Day 2: 12/10) My server suggested the lamb neck instead, but I went with the karala. On day one, the lamb itself was good, but the sauce felt like it was missing just a little something. I asked for more heat and was brought a small bottle of what I was told was Iranian hot sauce. It was very hot, but it elevated the dish immediately. I took most of it home and tried it again the next day. Completely different experience. The flavors had soaked into the meat and rice, and the spice level was perfect. Not a full 180, but close. I almost licked the plate. Leftover lamb kerala is elite. Brie & Truffle Naan (10/10) I ordered this because it was newer and highly recommended. I love brie and truffle, so it was an easy yes. It’s rich, very rich, so I could only manage a few bites. But paired with the fruit chutney, it was chef’s kiss. Sweet, savory, earthy. Really well done. Service was excellent. I believe my server’s name started with a J….maybe Jordan or Justin. He was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without hovering, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. The ambiance, music, and presentation were all on point. This is some of the better Indian food I’ve had in a long time, and I’ll definitely be back to try more. Highly recommend. Especially if you’re willing to take leftovers home — apparently that’s where the magic happens.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to and it’s right here in Wynwood! The Happy Hour is fantastic, with half off select drinks, wines, and appetizers. The atmosphere is vibrant, with authentic decor and amazing art that make the space feel unique and fun. There’s plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, plus a great bar area. The food was truly among the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. If there’s one thing that could make the experience even better, it would be adding a few more vegan options to the menu. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Hands down the best Indian food in Miami! We came to their Dadeland location three years ago, but couldn’t try their tasting menu. This time, we made sure not to miss it at their Wynwood location. The food was excellent and flavorful. Jordan, our server was great. Do not skimp, go for the tasting menu, you will not regret it. They also have some cool cocktails and mocktails and I tried the Pandan Sour. It is tasty. Highly recommend Ghee for the food, service, and the ambience!

Absolutely incredible experience at Ghee Wynwood. From start to finish, the service and food were outstanding. Eli, our server, truly went above and beyond to make us feel special and taken care of. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality completely elevated the night. Mike, the GM, personally came by our table to greet us and wish us a wonderful meal, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for the evening. The cocktails from Victor were delicious. Each of us had two, and every drink was perfectly balanced and expertly made. We did the 13-plate sampler, and everything was portioned beautifully. Every dish was incredible, full of flavor, and thoughtfully presented. We left feeling completely satisfied and impressed. While the food and drinks were amazing, the real star of the night was definitely Eli. An unforgettable dining experience all around. Highly recommend.

My new favorite Indian restaurant in Miami, by a wide margin! The food is all high quality and delicious. There are many creative dishes that you wouldn't normally expect in an Indian menu (the tacos? They're amazing!). And there are dishes that you usually want, but that are hard to find (dosa!). The service was also extremely good, and the setting is very nice. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had dinner here during Miami Spice and we all thought it was absolutely incredible! The restaurant is gorgeous and so vibrant and the food was delicious! The cocktails were very original (and tasted great) and the happy hour prices cannot be beat! I had the passion rum. Foodwise, I ended up trying the vegetable hakka noodles, samosa chaat, chicken tikka masala, mango tart, and sticky date cake. Everything was appropriately spiced (for this white girl at least) and immensely flavorful. I am looking forward to coming back to try some of the dishes on the main menu!

Here's a reworded review: We had a fantastic time enjoying the delicious food, lovely ambiance, and creative menu! visit during happy hour (5-7 pm) to sample their diverse range of dishes and craft cocktails. It's a must-try experience! The chef's attention to detail and commitment to authentic flavors truly shine through in every bite. Kudos to the team

We had an amazing Indian dinner at Ghee Wynwood — the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. After dinner, we spent some time at the bar, and Victor made our cocktails. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate about what he does. You can really tell that he takes pride in his work and wants guests to have a great experience. His cocktails were perfectly crafted, and his warm personality made the evening even better. Great food, great drinks, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! Simon and Katarina

Great tasting menu! We will definitely be back. The food was so good and part of the service was decent, but they do have a bit of room for improvement on the service. The ambience is great, very well decorated and they now have a patio. Next time I will take more food pictures, we were too busy eating.

We are visiting Miami from Toronto, and this restaurant came up on the Michelin list. It offered an amazing selection of food with several unique dishes. We ordered green papaya salad, pani puri, chicken tikka, and chaat corn, followed by lamb curry and malai kofta. What truly stood out for me was the stuffed bread with ghost pepper and cheddar cheese. Having tried ghost pepper in northeastern India, I can say this was exceptionally well done - especially in the heart of Miami. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again.

The service and the food here was top amazing from the second we walked in! Me and my boyfriend did the tasting menu for $65 per person and it was perfect for the price and amount of food for us. With 1 cocktail each it came out to about $80 per person. Stephanie and Ivan were are hosts and they were both so lovely and provided an amazing service to us. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Probably the best Indian food I ever tasted? And certainly the best in Miami. Incredibly delicious, great atmosphere and great service. I recommend the Chicken Masala, beef korma, and crispy broccolini. We’ll definitely be back.

After my brother went to Ghee for lunch he was blown away by Armando’s service and hospitality. So much so he decided to take us there for dinner here a day after his wedding. Not only was the food excellent but Armando went above and beyond for us. He truly is one of kind server. Attentive, knowledgeable, personal able just a server with a warm kind soul. I’ve been telling my friends about Ghee excited to head back there once I’m in Miami. Ask for Armando when you visit Ghee and i highly recommend the smoked lamb neck!

We had such a great experience at Ghee Wynwood last night! We came in for Miami Spice and it was absolutely worth it. Every course was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into each dish. What made the evening even better was our server Erika. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. She made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. The vibe of the restaurant was lively but still comfortable, and it felt like the perfect night out. We’ll definitely be back soon—highly recommend Ghee Wynwood for anyone looking for amazing Indian food in Miami

Most amazing restaurant my wife and I have ever been to! We tried the 13 item tasting menu for my wife’s birthday. It was so much food that I was full half way through the 3 course menu. Food was delicious & innovative and service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to come with an empty stomach!

Incredible! I am lucky enough to have gotten a table so soon after opening. The restaurant itself is ornate, vibrant with an elegant flair. The food is show stopping. We tried most of everything but the crowds absolute favorites were the lamb Hakka noodles, mushroom momo, the corn and the fried cauliflower. For mains, the chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala and the beef korma were the best. Cocktails are great and unique. For my taste I like tequila so the rancho Rickey was the first one I tried and was great but my absolute favorite was the golden thread. All in all, 11/10 I can’t wait to be back.

Ghee is one is the last additions to the dining scene in Wynwood. It was one of those nights that I worked until late and when I realized it was too late to cook something for dinner, so I went the easy/fast way, Uber Eats. To my surprise, I found Ghee and they had a BOGO offer for chicken tika masala. The chicken was so soft. I like they seared/browed the chicken before adding it to the sauce. This makes a difference for sure in taste. The sauce was balanced and the level of spiciness was as requested, medium. Often times the level of spiciness is a hit or miss at Indian restaurants, but at Ghee they got it right and I loved it. The restaurant is beautiful and I’m looking forward to try other dishes but this time I would do the formal dinning setting as opposed to takeout.

This Indian food here is so good. I've had the garlic nan, ghost pepper non, Somosa, and the tikka misala and not a single disappointing flavor. It's was a definite order again angle. Our waitress Erika was so welcoming and inviting. Loved her. Definitely made my meal even more satisfying with great customer service. Definitely ask for her!

This is a hidden gem, if you do not know. I just so happen to be walking passed and stop to dine, if was an experience I'll never forget. Jordan lead me on a culinary expedition that ended with my party and I being full, informed, and WELL taken care of. The atmosphere was Subtle and Cozy, while still having the Hustle & Bustle of the Miami night-life. 11/10

We experienced THE BEST FOOD, and service ! Indian food with an elegant fusion of herbs and spices… Sofia is simply the best waitress who explained all the dishes in a way we couldn’t resist to order it! Hope we come back on Monday for the 5 course menu for $50!! Great foodand ambience!!

Ghee is pure perfection. We went for lunch on a quiet weekday, with only a couple of other tables occupied, making for an intimate and relaxed experience. Our waiter, Pedro, was beyond hospitable in every way, making us feel truly welcome. We started with the chutney platter, which was beautifully traditional and packed with flavor. Each of us ordered a lunch stack, served in a tiffin—a perfect touch that elevated the experience, especially in Miami. The chai tea was rich with fresh ginger and served on British-Indian tableware, adding another layer of authenticity. The ambiance was heavenly. The decor blended warmth and tradition effortlessly, while the playlist, though not traditionally Indian, meshed modern Wynwood energy with the classic flavors on the plate. The food itself was beyond incredible—saag paneer, kheer, Kerala lamb, and the most unexpected delight: pepitas in naan, which was a new and exciting experience. There’s nothing I would change about Ghee. Every detail, from the service to the food to the atmosphere, was perfectly curated.

I can be quite picky when it comes to food. I've tried many of the best restaurants in Miami, but sometimes I just crave good quality, home-cooked meals. That's how I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Everything is incredibly delicious, from the rich, colorful appetizers to the flavorful curries. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get. I usually buy all organic whole foods, but many expensive restaurants use seed oils that upset my stomach. However, this place has none of that! It truly is a hidden gem.

Let’s start by saying , I’m glad I found this Indian gem in wynwood !! From the food to the service , decor, atmosphere, vibes, music just overall everything in general was outstanding! I walked in with a friend tonight and soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted they don’t have a host but are very attentive ! Let’s just say the aroma that’s in the air is hard to ignore we were eager and excited just by the aromatics of masala in the air . We decided to try out the tasting menu , given that is was just to hard for us to choose from . Tasting menu u is set at $75 per person and included around 13 dishes those having their signature curries and chats . We started off with a mo’garita (amazing) and blue truth (also amazing) we added a beef korma to our tasting which is a short rib with creamy cashew sauce ! WOW definition of foodgasm. Ther service was also up to par considering good service is really limited in miami are server was Armando he was great . Attentive caring overall he was very pleasant . Will be coming back definitely bring my family ! Also they have tasting on Monday’s for $50 great addition to wynwood !

Absolutely A++++ experience at Ghee in Wynwood! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch — the food, the service, the ambiance — all exceeded our expectations. Our waitress was incredible. She not only provided amazing service but also understood our cultural cuisine and answered all our questions with ease and care. It made the entire experience feel so warm, welcoming, and authentic. The flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and every dish tasted like it was made with love. Ghee truly celebrates Indian cuisine in a way that feels both modern and deeply rooted in tradition. Highly, highly recommend. This is a must-visit if you’re in Wynwood!

We can’t wait to come back!

Dined here with a party of 3 last night. The food was spectacular. The highlights were the lamb neck, which was so incredibly tender, the spinach paneer, and the crispy broccoli! They've also debuted a new cocktail menu, and there are so many great options. The mango lassi was also some of the freshest I've ever had. If I recall correctly, the chef sources a lot of his produce from his farm in Homestead, and you can definitely tell. All of our servers were also so kind, professional, and attentive. I would come back here again for high-quality Indian food in the future.

I went to happy hour with my brother recently had a great time! We ordered several items - veggie pakora, cucumber shake, veggie hakka noodles, chicken tandoori kebab, and saag paneer - all of which were delicious. My personal favorite was the saag paneer, but I would order any of these again 😊 Also, I was extremely impressed by the service here. I was a little hesitant to try this place at first since I don’t like the taste of cilantro (I really wish I did!), so I called ahead to ask about the happy hour menu. The employee who answered the phone was so kind and went through each of the items to tell me which ones did not have cilantro, or had cilantro as a garnish only/that could be easily removed. He also came over later to check on whether I was enjoying the meal. Additionally, our waitress made sure that the kitchen knew about the no cilantro rule, and when she brought out the veggie pakora, she explained which sauce had cilantro in it (my brother likes cilantro, so he still enjoyed it). Even though it was just a food preference, all the employees were so thoughtful and careful about it that I would feel comfortable bringing a friend/family member with a food allergy here! Throughout our meal, our waters were quickly refilled. With tip and all, it ended up being a little over $60. I’d definitely come here again, I’d love to try the regular menu out too!

I’m not experienced in Indian food, but I do have a good palate. We ordered a hunch of different plates for a tasting. Everything was great. The lemon rice was not my fav but then again, it’s a personal taste thing. All the curry’s were awesome and the naan… try the avocado one for sure, ok, also have the Ghee naan. Service was very friendly and the place very nice.

Ghee indian Kitchens in Wynwood offers an outstanding Indian dining experience for anyone looking for authentic indian cusine. We loved our Golden Thread and Flower Language cocktails. The Samosa Chaat was fantastic, as were the Dosa and Avocado Bhatura. Our main courses, the Bell & Evans Chicken Tikka Masala and Duck Biryani, were both excellent. My absolute favorites were the incredibly tender Smoked Lamb Neck; definitely a must try. The divine Warm Sticky Date Cake was absolutely delicious. Ghee truly delivers elevated Indian cuisine with great service. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're around.

We had tickets to a Miami Heat game later that evening, so we made early dinner reservations at Ghee for 5:30, right when they opened. From the ambiance and décor to the friendly, knowledgeable staff and outstanding cuisine, this MICHELIN BIB Gourmand restaurant delivered an exceptional experience. We took advantage of happy hour, which offers 50% off wine by the glass and cocktails, and chose the three-course tasting menu. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. We will definitely be returning.

Ghee is absolutely delicious. I went once and have since ordered 3 more times via Uber Eats. I am obsessed with their Beef Korma. 10/10 I have tried many of their other dishes and appetizers. I enjoy their broccoli appetizer, garlic naan, and others. Everything is very tasty. The sauces are amazing. Service is good 7/10. There should be no reason why I have to wait to see where my waiter is when the restaurant is EMPTY. The atmosphere is very pretty but the restaurant always seems to be empty when I walk by.... Do people not like indian food? Beef Korma will convert anyone!!!! TRY IT! Thank me later.

Had an incredible dinner at Gee Restaurant last night, everything was outstanding. The food was authentic, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The beef korma and chicken masala were both exceptional, and even the broccoli and mushroom appetizers were memorable. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Special thanks to manager Michael, who made the experience seamless and welcoming. An absolute gem in Wynwood. Highly recommend!!

Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in Miami. Tried a lot of dishes - barring one, all tasted quite delicious. Pani Puri - paani was quite tasty, could’ve done with a bit more spice. Also, more paani would have been better with the 5 puris Samosa Chaat - very flavourful plate Hakka Noodles - soft noodles with good amount of veggies - very decent for restaurant not specializing in this kind of food Veg Kofta - one of the better koftas I have had in a restaurant. Good quantity with a heavy thick gravy Dal Makhni - extremely creamy with the right amount of butter and good proportion of dals being used Chai Ice Cream - had to order another round as this was just too too good to not have again. Gulab Jamun - had to save the best for the last. Exceeded my expectations by a large margin - will go back here just to have this dessert. Highly recommended.

First off shout to Ivan P, our server he was so kind and attentive the entire time and gave great recommendations. Ghee is hands down the best restaurant in Wynwood. Their food is always consistently delicious. Their decor and ambience is gorgeous and the service is always impeccable. We came for happy hour and it’s honestly the best deal around. Huge portions even for happy hour. They never disappoint. My go tos are the papaya salad, short rib dosas and lamb Hakka noodles. I also highly recommend the tasting menu which is a great deal. You can’t go wrong here, it’s a great spot for groups dinners, bdays, dates.

Had an amazing experience at Ghee! The ambiance and decor was a warm welcome. The service was exceptional, special shoutout to Ivan and Erika for going above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience! The tasting menu was the perfect choice. Each of the 13 dishes were unique in its own way and flavor profile. Would definitely recommend, and we will be back!

We felt underdressed for such a lovely place- but they made us feel welcome in even in our board shorts. The service was extraordinary, best we've had since visiting Miami. The happy hour food had much larger portions than we expected, for SO cheap. $5,$10 and $15 menu for nearly full sized portions. And 50% off drinks! I highly recommend the Palak Paneer, delicious!

Last night, two of my friends and I had an amazing dinner here! From the moment we walked in, Genesis greeted us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. Our server, Erika, was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. We tried a variety of appetizers and every single one was delicious: the charred corn, mushroom momo, crispy broccoli (a surprisingly addictive standout), bhel yellowfin tuna, and samosa chaat. For entrées, we loved the turmeric‑marinated fish curry, and the star of the night was the short rib dosa — tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. A big thank‑you as well to Michael, the manager, for his hospitality and the wonderful team he leads. Overall, everything — the food, the service, and the atmosphere — made this an exceptional dining experience for all three of us, that we can't wait to repeat!. Highly recommended!

Spectacular experience from the service to the unique mocktails with delicious spice combinations to the food, with creative textures and flavors. Dinning room is beautiful and yet cozy, romantic. Every dish was better than the last but some stand outs, garlic naan, lamb curry, tuna bhel, and date cake.

My first impression of Ghee was simply: wow. Absolutely amazing, from the atmosphere, to the food and beverages. I came as part of a larger party of about 15, and despite the size of our group, our server, Jorden, handled everything flawlessly. He managed our table while also taking care of others, all without missing a beat. His service was attentive and professional, his knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his drink recommendations were spot-on. The Chicken Tandoori was my favorite — perfectly cooked in the tandoor oven, beautifully charred on the outside, and incredibly juicy inside. The Kofta was equally outstanding: creamy, slightly sweet, savory, and deeply satisfying. I also had a glass of Vinho Verde at Jorden’s recommendation, and its crisp acidity cut through the richness of the dishes perfectly. It elevated the entire meal and made for one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time.

Ghee is one of our all time favorite restaurants in Miami. The most delicious & authentic food, the flavors go crazy. The staff is AMAZING, they truly go above and beyond every single time. We had the pleasure of meeting Ivan, who deeply cares about the work he does and it shows. It's amazing to go to a restaurant where the team is so kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to making your experience noteworthy. The atmosphere is perfect for every occasion, I can't recommend Wynwood Ghee enough!! :)

I had an amazing experience at Ghee Indian Kitchen. The service was truly perfect from beginning to end. Mosen was especially very friendly, welcoming, and attentive he made us feel comfortable right away and took great care of us throughout the night. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything came out perfectly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Perfect service, amazing food, and a great vibe. Highly recommend!

Me and my friends were craving Indian food and Ghee absolutely delivered 😍 The food was insanely good, the portions were generous, and the price for how much food we got was such a win. Everything was packed with so much flavor!! Shoutout to our server Ivan !! super vibrant, friendly, and spot on with his recommendations. He made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend

We had an amazing experience at Ghee in Wynwood. The food was outstanding, creative, and full of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We were invited by Helen, who is truly the absolute best and made the whole evening feel special from the start. Huge credit as well to Armando and Erica for their hospitality and attention to detail. Their service elevated the entire experience. Great atmosphere, great people, and memorable food. Definitely a spot worth coming back to and recommending to others.

Well , let’s just start by saying wow ! I went this evening with a friend , we decided for some Indian and I’ve been wanting to visit ghee , I remember back then I’ve frequently visited their location that was near design district, let’s just say WOW ! Better the i remembered it back then . My friend and I opted for a tasting menu they have a special $50 tasting on Mondays didn’t disappoint one bit my friend is a vegetarian and they were able to give us a tasting to accommodate both of us , everything was amazing from the service to the atmosphere.. but the food overall was a 10//10 the dosa was amazing , but the sambar soup was spectacular! Also the fish another great one the sauce was amazing ! Will be back again .

What an incredible dining experience! The restaurant was fantastic, and the service truly stood out. Pedro was outstanding—his recommendations were spot on, and the way he described each dish made us even more excited to try them. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Hanger Steak was perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. The Short Rib Dossa was out of this world. And the mushroom dumplings with crispy chili oil! A must-try. Pro tip: save some of that dumpling sauce to dip your naan—it’s divine. The only part that didn’t quite live up to the rest was the dessert. While the Chai Ice Cream Sandwich was interesting, it was not as good as their Warm Sticky Date Cake which is rich, comforting, and the perfect sweet finish. Their Happy Hour deals are truly amazing!

Ghee has a great atmosphere and vibe. The staff is very friendly and explained us the dishes really well. The kofta was pretty good. The dal makhani was average. They gave an apple chutney with the ghost pepper naan which was phenomenal. The ghost pepper naan was also good, but a little too thick for my liking. But all in all not a bad experience.

This highly hype Indian restaurant on Instagram without of trying during our visit to Miami. The ambience was really good. We went during the lunch hour. It was almost empty just with guest and two or three tables. We called this place 7–8 times and no one answered and then finally after so many tries someone picked up the phone cause we wanted to make sure that this restaurant is open and and if we need to make a reservation because we were planning to eat here before heading to the airport. Anyways we went there. The lunch menu was pretty limited, but the server told us there are more options, which were obviously not on the menu, but she was telling us verbally. We ordered Dal Makhani, chana masala and palak paneer with Ghee naan and garlic naan. We also ordered one tamarin drink. The food was good, not great as it was a little different from the typical favors of all these dishes. I love the tables that had ivory design. Recommendation: I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Wynwood walls in Miami.

We go here as fam & food is amazing . Ghee does not have heat/spicy level control , so it is great for all pallets. During summer 2025 they have happy hour specials , even on weekends. Tandoori chicken was by far our fav followed closely behind by Dosa (a South Indian dish ) .

Standard Indian food. Full of flavor. Small portions. Average price for the location. Service not enthusiastic and limited knowledge.

This review maybe a little controversial, but trust the tongue of this author, while the Indian-ness of this place maybe found in its decor, but the same may not be found in its food. While the average Indian maybe disappointed due to the mildness of the spice and flavours unlike what is expected in an Indian restaurant, it is of note that the soul of the food served here is in the right place. In other words, Ghee produces food that is boldly Indian but refined and redefined in such a way that forces one to understand that Indian food isn't just about the thrilling heat or the robust spice level in another tomato, onion and nuts based gravy sauce, but the flavours and freshness of its organically farmed ingredients that stand on their own amongst a myriad of spices and aromats of the same curry that we make at home sans the popular Indian heat and spice. To truly understand what makes Ghee stand as a better Indian restaurant recommended by Michelin for many years amongst a myriad of other Indian restaurants who indulge and cater to the spice preferences of majority Indian customers, one must visit and try their food because it makes you see the true flavours and the real intent of it. It isn't about discriminating between catering to an Indian customer versus an American customer, but it's about preserving the soul of each of its ingredients it uses in making its dishes. Nesetled in the rich and nocturnal Midtown, street-art-covered streets of Wynwood, Ghee is a fine-dine restaurant headlined by Chef Niven Patel who deeply embraces the concept of farm-to-table, preserving the freshness of his ingredients and treating them with so much respect as if they were alive. And it is true, the food truly comes alive, so do its ingredients. The decor is of Rajasthani Royalty meets Buckingham Palace, glistening in golden warm lighting. Now, I do not want to comment much on the food because I haven't had much. I'll only say for what I've eaten. I visited this restaurant with my friend on a rainy Sunday evening for a dinner. The menu was very limited. Even more so for vegetarians who may not get to eat any rice dishes except for plain rice itself. While I did get a reasonable response as to why the menu was limited especially for vegetarians, It was to perfect a handful dishes and not to cause choosing/decision anxiety among the customers, it maybe hard for a few to take that answer even with a pinch of salt. Since I and my friend were nearly full, we ordered nothing more than the Paneer Jalfrezi with a complementary bowl of Basmati rice. The food couldn't be made spicier and hotter as requested by my friend since the sauce was already prepared during the prep hours for dinner service, however they were generous enough to serve the dish with a side of an enigmatic homemade hot sauce. The curry was definitely not something expected at a conventional Indian restaurant. The first impression to me was that it has been Americanised just like how Vada Pav went foreign only to become a burger. However, as I kept digging into it, the buttery yet very very fresh and zingy gravy had a balmy sunshine-like warmth to it. It wasn't piquant rather puissant with it's mellowed flavours that come together orchestrally, unctuously savourable to the palate with that freshly cooked rice. It shows that there was clear perfection and assiduous attention to detail in what is being made. Of course, it may not be loved by every Indian, but for a person who wants to understand the food they are served from an Ingredient level, in this case the Indian cuisine, Ghee certainly hits high and bold. The food portion was reasonable, the pricing too was reasonable in comparison to other fine-dine restaurants, but what makes it even more enjoyable is that Ghee loves its customers and is great at accomodating the customer's needs. On a special note, Stephanie H is one of the best waitresses I have ever come across who truly knows the restaurant's motto, intent of the dishes and the needs of her customers. Thanks to her for a more enjoyable experience. 4 stars!

It is an OK restaurant. Dishes are flavorful, but overall taste is just ok. We got the tasting menu, so we got to try a lot of items, and Dosa was the only really memorable one. Sticky toffee desert was a bit too dry even with ice cream and syrup. The design is cute.

All dishes were absolutely delicious but significant delays from the kitchen — long gaps between courses, and the main dish arrived after almost an hour.

We had very high expectations because this was a Michelin-star Indian cuisine. Kerala lamb curry was good. Tikka masala was tasty. The Samoosa chat was flavorful. Chicken biryani was not up to the mark. The dosa was okay, but it looks like they missed one of the key ingredient in dosa (missing hint of fenugreek seed). Fish curry was okay but it was missing salt and spice. My son enjoyed truffle paratta. Mango lassi was tasty but very thick. Chai lemonade was a variety drink.

What an absolute hidden gem in Wynwood! I stopped by Ghee Indian Restaurant after work last Friday to check out their daily happy hour—and I was seriously impressed. First off, every single day happy hour? That alone makes this place worth visiting. But the real surprise was the quality of the food and drinks at unbeatable prices. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between casual and trendy, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Ghee stands out by offering Indian cuisine in a neighborhood known more for art and cocktails than comfort food with depth. Wynwood is packed with places trying to be the next hot thing, but Ghee doesn’t need the hype—it just delivers. Whether you're a local or visiting Miami, this spot deserves to be on your radar. I’ll definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed the tasting menu at the original Dadeland location 3 years ago when we were living in Miami and it was probably the best Indian food I had eaten to that point in my life. Since that Dadeland experience, I tell everyone who asks me where to eat in Miami that they must go to Ghee. Last Friday night we ate at your location in Wynwood and had high expectations. We brought two friends with us for an early Valentine's dinner and all got the tasting menu. Appetizers, mains, and desserts were all delicious and fresh. Truly great quality, same as our first visit. The portions of the appetizers and desserts were also spot-on. The disappointing part of our dinner, however, was the size of the portions of our mains. I'm not sure if there was a portion mixup in the kitchen or if you're just serving smaller main portions now, compared to in Dadeland a few years ago, but the size of the mains seemed to be quite small and low on meat/protein. Each dish was only a little bit larger than the portions we got for 2 people, despite there being 4 of us this time. We still felt like the meal was delicious and unique, but we all left the meal hungry, which was a big surprise. Also, before posting publicly, I tried sending this feedback directly to Ghee via reply to marketing email (it bounced back) and website form submission (no confirmation, no acknowledgement).

I was excited to try this place as an avid Indian food eater and from an Indian family - but the dinner I had was mediocre and overrated. The happy hour appetizers (pani pouri & pakora) and drinks were great. For the main meal I ordered paneer jalfreezi. It came very soupy unlike jalfreezi should. I told the waitress and she understood what I was saying and I got a saag paneer instead. The naan looked like it was grilled and it was burnt so it did not taste good. It was hard to keep calling the waitress over. I was hoping for better given all the talk and rating about this place but I had a mediocre experience. Unless something were to change I don’t know if I would go back :(

It’s a beautiful place in wynwood. The interiors and vibes are 💯. The service was ok, but inconsistent imo. The food was average from an Indian standard. The only highlight was the tandoori chicken that melted in mouth. However wasn’t even served with some green chutney - basic tandoori condiment. There was no wow ness in the food. No condiments.. the paneer was store bought and not fresh, nothing farm to table about this place. If you are looking for aesthetic interiors with some Indian food, try it but just for the food-nope, there are way better restaurants out there.

Overall 3.5/5. Would try again but not impressed on first visit. 1. Ambiance and service were great, very happy. 2. Momo: 3/5. these aren’t momos they are more like an Indian version of ravioli. Not at all spicy, smokey, or salty like you expect. 3. Samosa: 2/5. Edible. Crust was oil heavy. Potato filling spice blend was just off..tasted a little bitter. Tamarind chutney was all sweet and no sour. Green chutney was very good. 4. Tuna Behl: 4/5. Great well balanced fish. 5. Papaya Salad: 5/5. Best dish. Great lemon flavor. Light crispy salty sour and sweet. Must try. 6. Vegetable Kofta Curry: 3/5. Your average Malai Kofta. The curry was very similar to the Momo curry. 7. Tandoori Chicken: 2/5. Edges burnt and bitter. The parts that weren’t burnt were good. 8.. Pani Puri: 3/5. Puris were good and held up well. Tamarind water was very good. Green water was bland. 9. Old Fashioned: good solid drink. Overall would say that this place is worth a second try but not as great as expected given the other reviews. It is definitely a fusion restaurant that caters to western taste.

Food was good but did not live upto the reputation of a michelin star restarant. Ordered a dal makahani and ghee roti. The roti felt thick and hard. It was not tasty. The dal makhani was just good but definitely could've been much better. Presentation could have been much better as well. Some cilantro and cream on the top is the least that they could've done The free rice alond with the curry felt dry.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service, but ate here on a night that seemed very unprepared for Valentine’s Day. Extremely disappointed that the duck biryani, lamb neck, and beef kofta were out of stock by 8PM. Literally 3/4 signature dishes were unavailable, and we were instead recommended the lamb chops (we were told this was the first night they ever served it) but they were literally $40 for 4 small pieces. Sucks when you expect to eat well and end up not being able to try what you came for, especially on an important date with someone special. Nevertheless the lamb curry and tikka masala were pretty good. Just wish we could’ve tried what we went for.

Stuffed naan with the apple pickle was excellent, Channa masala was below average in taste, lacked sauce and hard channa, can do better with it. Staff were friendly and quick service.

We’ve been to Ghee Dadeland and loved it, so we were excited to try Ghee – Wynwood, but this visit didn’t live up to the benchmark set by the original. From seating to the final check, we spent almost three hours at the restaurant. There was no dedicated server; the front desk staff handled orders and service. He was kind, but the restaurant felt understaffed. We chose the Chef’s Tasting Menu, yet the nearly hour-long gap between courses killed our appetite. Compared to Ghee Dadeland, the food was underwhelming. The ghee naan, tasted more like pita bread than traditional naan. The curries lacked depth, and even the Gulab Jamun lacked that made from scratch touch and instead felt more like store-bought. The highlight was the Sticky Date Cake with Ginger Ice Cream, which was excellent. We understand this is a newly opened location and hope it soon reaches the standard and experience of Ghee Dadeland.

First time here. I’d come back, but not to this location. Food was absolutely delicious. We had 3 apps & 2 entrees. The smoked lamb was 10/10, but they forgot our rice. The service was horrible and it’s why I am only giving 2 stars. It took about 12 minutes for us to be acknowledged & 15 for us to even get water. The server never came back to check in after we received our appetizers NOR entree. We ran out of water twice. Finished our entrees before she could come back to ask if we needed anything (which I did need my rice). Had to ask a different server for the check. Didn’t get dessert. We were there way too long for 3 people.

We had one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in Miami at Ghee Wynwood. From the moment we sat down, something felt off. We were seated in the same section as several other tables, yet the level of service we received was dramatically different. Those tables were attended to constantly — food arriving promptly, plates cleared quickly, attentive staff checking in — while we were left waiting… and waiting… and waiting. Nearly two hours went by with a series of excuses, confusion, and staff running around without any clarity. Dishes arrived incomplete, some items were cold, others never showed up at all. Every time we asked, we were given a new story. It felt completely chaotic and disorganized. At one point, we were told they were short by two staff members. However, that explanation didn’t align with what we were watching unfold around us. Other tables in our immediate area were receiving smooth, attentive, uninterrupted service while we were effectively ignored. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Eventually, the manager stepped in with the usual promises — remaking everything, complimentary drinks, fixing the situation — but none of it actually materialized. By that point, we were exhausted, frustrated, and simply walked away. The food we did receive was not reflective of what this restaurant claims to be. Cold, incomplete plates after such an extreme delay are unacceptable at any level, let alone at a restaurant with this reputation. This wasn’t just slow service. This was a complete breakdown in hospitality, accountability, and basic respect for guests. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly baffled at how poorly the situation was handled from start to finish. Would not return, and would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible Indian food - worst I have ever had. The Paneer Tikka Masala was too salty and included vegetables which is unheard of, and had minimal paneer. They do not accurately list their ingredients in the menu - disaster waiting to happen. The Nan was totally burnt. Service was horrible and not very courteous. No one ever answers their phone when you try to call.

P
Pranita Hatte

Had ordered naan, dal makhani and paneer tikka. Naan was burnt, dal makhani and paneer had some third world taste issues. Cant describe the disgusting taste. Had to throw away all the food after waiting for 2 hours to get it delivered.

R
Rama Kulkarni

Easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in the US. We had a confirmed 9:30 pm reservation and still waited over 50 minutes to be seated. This was not due to lack of tables. There were 4–5 tables sitting empty the entire time, clearly just needing to be cleaned. For nearly 40 minutes, we watched those same tables remain unused while the floor manager repeatedly claimed our table would be ready “in two minutes.” It never was. What made this experience unacceptable was the complete failure of management. Instead of managing the floor or addressing waiting guests, the manager was busy socializing with select customers. Even more troubling was the obvious difference in who received attention. Multiple Indian parties were waiting, and none of us were checked on even once, while non-Indian tables were visited repeatedly. The pattern was impossible to ignore and came across as discriminatory. What makes this even more shocking is that this is an Indian restaurant. As Indian diners, being treated this way in a space meant to represent Indian hospitality was deeply disappointing. We have dined at several fine-dining Indian restaurants across the US, and the service at those establishments has consistently been top notch. Ghee stood in stark contrast. Once we were finally seated, the service continued to feel dismissive. Our waiter, Eliezar, dropped the water bottle and glasses on the table and walked away without a word. Moments later, we watched him attentively pour water and engage with other tables. The difference in treatment was blatant. For a restaurant that positions itself as upscale and refined, this level of service and guest treatment is unacceptable. No one should feel ignored or unwelcome, especially in a restaurant of this caliber.
