We had an amazing dinner at Gaucho last night! Every dish was incredible, we started with the provoleta, burrata with caponata, beef tartare, and mollejas, all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For the main course, the Cowboy 30 was simply outstanding, juicy and cooked to perfection, served with grilled lettuce and potatoes. The atmosphere was warm, and the service made the experience even better. We also tried all three desserts on the menu, and honestly, each one was better than the other, the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Huge thanks to Chef José and our server Eury for being so kind and attentive, they made the night even better! Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Miami, highly recommended!

What a fabulous place! My friend and I took an uber from the beach to go to the citadel but it was closed on mondays so we saw this spot across the street and let me tell you! I was so happy the citadel was closed bc this place is spectacular. Hands down the best empanada of my life! Then we had the hangar steak, the “pee wee” potatoes, and the broccolini. All Top Tier. We finished it off with the dulce du leche creme brulee. Everything was delicious and not overdone. Service was very very good, attentive as can be without being overbearing. I highly recommend this place! Prices were also extremely reasonable esp considering this is Miami. Will be back!

I love this restaurant. All their meat is grass finished. They accommodate gluten-free. We had a mushroom appetizer and grilled zucchini appetizer that were amazing. Then we shared filet mignon and flank steak. Both were amazing cooked medium. Finishing off we had their grilled pineapple with honey, goat cheese, and coconut ice cream with sliced almonds. My family and I came here yesterday after going to the high mass for my wife’s confirmation and communion at St. Mary’s Cathedral, which is conveniently only about a mile away! The whole experience was great, our server very attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and of high quality, and even the drinks were great, cuz they have glass bottle Evian water, which is my wife’s absolute favorite! I will say that the portion sizes are fairly conservative for the price, but since it is miami and the ingredients are organic and grass fed/finished I can understand. All in all I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great meal in a small and welcoming setting. I had the chicken thighs with pee wee potatoes, my dad had the flap steak with pee wee potatoes, my mom had the burger with grilled salad, and my wife had the ribeye with broccolini and everything was cooked nicely with the wood fire char taste from the open grill

Perfectly cooked, …creamy texture but with a nice char. The sides were super tasty. I had the sweet potato, served in the skin with crunchy nut topping, and a perfectly seasoned avocado. — Ask for Euri as your server. Warm and friendly but crisply professional.

We stumbled in here tonight (lucky us!) because Citadel was closed. But... everything happens for a reason. I ordered the flap steak with baby potatoes and broccolini, asked for it medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection—exactly what I expected. The cut and portion were just right. I also had shrimp (didn’t make it into the photo), and it was spectacular—four pieces served with roasted eggplant and tomatoes. I can’t even explain how tasty that was. The flavor, the execution, the service—everything was flawless. This restaurant is a total gem! 100% recommended.

The rib eye was cooked medium and it was delicious and soft when u chewed it and we had the bursts with mushrooms it was a chef specialty highly reccomend! Great steak , had the best tomahawk in all of miami, and I am a steak eater that lives in Miami and have been to every steak place. They also don’t rape you on price. No seed oils, nothing but grass fed beef , amazing grilled mushrooms. Bread needs help and so do their salads, also a very good sweet potato

This place was very nice and comfortable and the food was great. But to charge for regular water. $9 for avocado slices and 2 person parrillada $120. Too expensive. I will not be back. Your food is very good. But your prices are too high for the location and size of your place.

Nice small quaint neighborhood Argentine Eatery. They have Quality meats. We had some empanadas and a steak to share.

First time here. In on a Tuesday at 5:40 for dinner. A very small place in a strip of stores. Has tables outside under large umbrellas. No customers. Looking at the menu I chose an 8oz Flap Steak cooked medium rare. $24 I thought flap steak was like skirt steak. WRONG!! All the skirt steaks I have had were thin and long. This was about 2 1/2 inches thick and 4 inches long and maby 2 inches wide. Very tough and stringy. It was soooo hard to chew by the time I was half way through the rest was cold. Also ordered a Sweet Potato $9 Whaaat??? I'm sure they have other things on the menu that are very good but this steak should be replaced with something else. Service was very good. Will go back and try something else.

I don't know what the owners of this restaurant are thinking: serving traditional Argentine dishes in minuscule quantities... as if no one would notice. The provoleta consists of a small plate with a thin layer of provolone cheese, the sweetbread plate has some sweetbreads scattered on something I don't remember (I think they were herbs), in short, everything is small here except the prices. The restaurant is pleasant, the service is attentive, but the food, while good, is very, very small (in a modern micro-cuisine style). If you're looking for traditional Argentine food served in normal portions, I'd look elsewhere.

I ordered filet mignon and asked not to have it cut or butterflied and Pittsburgh. I got an overcooked butterflied low quality piece of meat! This place is overrated mediocre by all standards and profiled with all these falsely fabricated reviews!

Terrible food, ordered a filet mignon medium well, brought me super rare, they took it way and then when it came back i tried to eat it and that beef was not tender at all, tasteless, tough, hard to cut, i don’t understand how they advertise such a terrible cut of beef as filet mignon and it was expensive, $240 for 3 people, no wine or any drinks, just water and 3 entrees, will never be back there again
