La Licuadora Miami Reviews
This place is one of the best representations of Peru. 5 starts is not even enough to give La Licuadora. We order a little bit of everything from tallarín verdes con bistec, desayuno lurin, bistec a lo pobre, papa a la huancaina, and a steak sandwich with fries; and finally for the dessert we had a small flan y arroz con leche. I cannot start what was more delicious, everything was cooked perfectly, ingredients had so much flavor to each bite. I was only in Miami for two days and had been on the search for a delicious Peruvian restaurant since I am half Peruvian myself. Getting to taste exactly what I expect and even more. The previous night at a different Peruvian restaurant was such a disappointment compared to this restaurant. I give every compliment I can to the chef and I seriously can’t wait to return just to eat here again. It was the BEST and outstanding representation of the food from Peru. Such a job well done!
My recent dining experience was significantly elevated by our server, Guisselle. From the moment we were seated, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. Guisselle exhibited a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, making sure we felt both well-taken-care-of and at ease throughout our meal. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive. She made excellent recommendations that catered to our varied tastes, and her enthusiasm for the dishes made our choices all the more enjoyable. Guisselle's timing was impeccable; she was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed at just the right moments. In sum, Guisselle's exceptional service was a highlight of our visit. She turned a simple dinner into a delightful experience with her outstanding service, making us eager to return.
A good restaurant that has a affordable food to eat. The trio ceviche was small, but given it being the price and for lunch was really good. Also the Natural Mango juice was tasty. The waitress was very friendly, she was making sure that the silverware and plates, glasses where always clean. All in all it was a good lunch at an affordable price
Amazing chicken soup delivered to my House. Really needed on a sick day!! Best I’ve had
Amazing place.... Wow the food is sooooo Good. 100% recommended!!!!
My husband and I have visited La Licuadora a couple of times in the past, it has been a hit every time! We went back tonight after many years and we cannot wait to come back soon. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. Our server Ana was so patient, friendly and helpful.
Great food! Definitely will come back for empanadas
Always order from here my orders always right, and delicious!!! My kids already know where the foods from as soon as they taste it

Great food. Prices a little bit high but they totally worth it
Nice size and delicious breakfast combos at a very affordable price. Very friendly service.
Good place for Peruvian food when in miami , not a fancy place but dishes are great and good portions Service was very good too
Excellent service, the food is delicious at a really good price.
Great food with cheap prices, recommend 100% if your looking for good Peruvian food.
Consistent. Good food. Priced well. Centrally located. Basing solely on deliveries.
I love this place I do my order and they have it ready no line no waiting and they have a good customer service
Great service, very clean, good hot fresh food.
Great food, and nice latin environment. I had the lomo saltado, top notch stuff
They have the best tostones ever, prices and food are great, friendly staff and food come quickly
Always fresh food Cheap clean and great quality!!!! Staff is friendly. Some stuff speak English, it’s important for me because I don’t speak Spanish Recommend this place
Combo #1 was my favorite! So cheap and so very tasty! Adrian was great and very helpful for our large party! Definitely will go back
Excellent food, good service. The place is unpretenscious and simple, but both of the main courses we tried tasted very good indeed.
I lived in Peru and I have been to Peruvian places all over Miami and this is one that I continue to return to. Though their portion sizes were a bit bigger before, I would still say that the portions are reasonably sized for the price (that just speaks to how great a deal they were before!). You can't automatically assume a Peruvian place has pollo ala brasa here, but this place does. And, not only that, it is actually probably the 2nd or 3rd best one that I've had . Their sauces are really good too and they also have a live singer (Ana Kohler, cumbia) on Sundays.
I have eaten here in person twice in the past week and ordered once on Uber Eats. Same great food and service every time!
OMG THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I ordered Lomo Saltado, Arroz Chaufa de Pollo, Empanadas de carne and Alfajores. Finally some real homemade food. And the service was amazing!
Great food and prices. Homemade taste! Daily specials have 5 options to choose from plus a whole A la Carte Menu.
Good and cheap place in downtown. I usually go for the choclo con queso, pollo a la plancha or ceviche norteño. Has a homemade approach to Peruvian food which I like for my regular weekday lunch.
I had the choritos a la chalaca and lomo saltado (beef) and thought it was tasty and good. Place looks clean and service was friendly. I will be coming back.
Great food everytime I come here for lunch and coffee
Great fresh food. I loved everything I ate, and we were some friends who always share between us
By far one of my favorite lunch’s in downtown miami. The chaufa and roasted chicken is the best! Great service and great food!
RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING MIAMI TO TRY! AMAZING FOOD! FAST SERVICE! NICE PEOPLE! YOU CAN EVEN ORDER ON UBER EATS OR GRUBHUB
Good Food options, great wait staff. Affordable prices, if you are Peruvian remember it is not like in Lima that you get the CANCHITA SERRANA for free.
Love this place!! We always order the Pollo Saltado & it’s so delicious. Have yet to find a place that makes it better!
Exceptional Peruvian food and they have love music which is a plus in my book. Service is good and the price is very affordable.
This is a family friendly place to enjoy Peruvian food. The food has a good taste and a good price!
I love LA Licuadora, been going there for years... it is a Peruvian restaurant and it is very affordable and the food delicious. Always take friends there when they are visiting Miami.
Best Peruvian food I’ve tried so far in Miami. The flavors just hit how they should!
Being Peruvian I’m always trying to find something that taste like home and this is it great flavor authentic food love them
That was a very delicious Peruvian fried rice. I was super hungry and came across this restaurant. Service of the food was fast and sure was tasty. I will want to come back to taste more items!
Great spot for a quick lunch. Nothing fancy here but they do everything well and at a very fair price. The service isn't 5 start but like I said, for the price, they do a very good job. I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken with a side of rice and plantains..
I absolutely love this place, on of the best and most affordable Peruvian spots in Miami! Everything always tastes so fresh and I get a very home-cooked vibe from their restaurant. I order through UberEats about once a week, their Ceviche is DELICIOUS and they give very generous portions. Their Chupe de Pescado is also amazing, filled with fresh fish and so much flavor. 100% recommend!!
This should have a higher rating. I lived off of their food almost exclusively for two years. The whole rotisserie chicken is wonderful. The parihuela seafood soup is delicious. And the chicken soup is what you need sometimes. Order or take out is best. This is one of my miami staples.
My favorite affordable Peruvian spot in all of Miami! I’m a top customer & will continue to be. Everything is fresh, flavorful, a great portion & full of love! 5/5
A great street food place Peruvian style!! It's not an elegant place but it's clean and tidy. But you feel like you're in a little place in Lima! The ceviche is par excelence and the shakes!! Really great!
Wanna hang out after work, grab a beer and some good eats? This is a good local hang after you punch out. Has a nice Latin vibe where you can enjoy good food and good music. This is well priced venue for the locals of downtown miami.
Huge portions, fresh salads. My fried calamari was the sweetest and tenderest I've had in a long time. Feels like Peru inside, including the decor, clientele, and overly loud Spanish TV stations and servers that don't speak English. I actually hesitated about drinking the water and eating the tossed salad, then I remembered I was in Miami, not Cuzco.
One of the best Peruvian food in downtown Miami! The service was very professional and friendly as well. The very interesting variety of plates makes the entire experience enjoyable. Further visits are a must!
Place is a hole in the wall but has excellent food! All it needs is HGTV to stop by and redo the interior because it definitely needs some love. I eat here a few times a month !
Great staff had a situation w Postmates I called back and they helped me very quickly and handled everything great not only is the food good but the service as well. Keep it up!
Great place to get an amazing meal at a fair price. Honest, tasty & super fresh ceviches along with invigorating, rich soups. Both amazing hangover cures, and always served with a smile. Sure the ambiance is simple, but frankly it's a refreshing contrast against all the glitz and glam around Miami. There's great food, there are tables and there are chairs. That's it. This is a neighborhood gem!

Our server, Olga gave us fantastic service and great recommendations. The food was great. Not too expensive either :) fried calamari, roasted chicken are great options!

Friendly, attentive service and good food at reasonable prices. Price - performance ratio 5 stars.
I like this place, tasty food and very affordable lunch specials, but today I was sad to discover they had been closed due to some kind of health issues according to the sign in the door.
... Good prices! The service needs to be improved a bit but I recommend the food without a doubt!
I like the food., but the only i dont like is that everytime you order a food, the restaurant charged you 0.50 cents for rocoto spice..the clients.really really miss the owner Lucy :(
It was really good , very surprised for the area its in ! Stopped for a quick grab for lunch , best ceviche too
Good food at reasonable prices. A real Peruvian food place keeping the good quality and taste not internationalizing at the level to miss the peruvian flavor
Good place to eat, afforable for lunch. Not fancy at all. Quick dive and go.
I love it even though there was one server, but then it was a holiday price range was great and food was yummy
A hidden gem in Downtown Miami. Great authentic Peruvian food at really good price. Costumer service is good, but can improve. Portions are great and generous. The best thing are the daily specials. They can end quickly at noon or early afternoon.
Although restaurant is nice and clean inside it is encircled by a huge homeless population. La Licuadora management have made a great effort to improve the service and quality of food as well as the staff's attention to customers. Today I ordered a delicious parihuela soup made up of chunks of seafood. Very tasty! Good selection of Peruvian beers. This is a kids friendly place.
This place is a hidden gem in downtown but in the last 6 months the quality has gone down somewhat. Still a great place to try for lunch, especially when they have specials going on
Aside from the lack of nearby metered-parking spots and the drab interior, this is one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants in Miami. The food is consistently spectacular and the prices are unbeatable. Service could be better but at least they're friendly.

The food is definitely 4 stars here but the place needs some work and it's a shame that this is not allowing for better reviews. I come here for the lomo saltado lunch special and the jalea for appetizer. Today I had the seafood chaufa(fried rice) and was not disappointed at all. Everything has great flavor, tastes fresh, service is great and kitchen is pretty fast. I have no complaints about the food at all but the overall feel of the place. Missing ceiling tiles that look damaged my moisture maybe and are directly over a table is not a good thing but I'll leave it at that. Also the a/c is not working at times so it’s really hot and hard to enjoy food while sweating profusely. Like I said, food is delicious and service is not bad at all.
I stumbled upon this place at 645am because of their lit up coffee sign. The restaurant wasn’t open but the window next door is one of the only places open before 7. Get some decent empanadas and espresso. I’ll come back and try the restaurant.

Ceviche lack flavor. Anticucho taste like poop. Service was OK. Place is okay.
This is an affordable place, foot was alright and service was alright. I took my tres leches (dessert) home and this tasted horrible. It looks like they had this dessert in their fridge for days and it was rotten. It looks like not all the food is fresh.
I went at lunch time good services I ordered a lomo saltado the fries were old the glass of water was dirty and the server changed the glass twice they should put more attention because all is about quality and services
I had a bad experience with these place. I placed an order for my lunch at work and they had me waiting for an 1hr. I though maybe they are busy, I was fine. What happened after was, I ordered again at night on a Sunday and they had me waiting 2hr. I couldn't believe it. I called twice they blame on the driver. The driver came and he said it was from the kitchen. It was too much and by that time it went away to be hungry.
Was once a great place. Now it's almost fraudulently bad. I was a great fan of this place for many years, having dined in and ordered delivery countless times. What it's become is appalling. The chicken soup has no actual chicken. It is noodles in a broth that tastes like it came from a packet with some slices of carrot. A parihuela is supposed to be a hearty peruvian stew of seafood in a tomato base. This is boiled frozen seafood mix with added red color and artificially thickened. You can see the transparency through the spoon and note the low grade, overcooked farmed in Asia-looking shrimp. I would not feed this even to my cat.

This place is horrible, racist staff. Discriminate against English speakers. I can’t believe this place can have business with most horrible customer service!!!
My food had a big fly inside the bag the food was delivered, manager didn’t want to help out. Said to report to delivery company.
terrible delivery service, will never order again. they canceled my last 2 order after they indicated it was on the way. trash and a waste if my time
Poor food and poor service , I order jalea and they don't give me tartar sauce and salsa criolla
They mess up my order and can let that one slide but when I called to complain they were more worried about who was at fault. When I got them to rectified my order, they serve me the same chicken by the time I finally got to eat it was cold. Thank you for spoiling my lunch!!!
Cashier was extremely rude and hang up a phone because she didn’t speak any English and didn’t want to assist me. This place discriminates against people who doesn’t speak Spanish!!! I try to call back, but she kept hanging up because she could recognize my number!!!
Ugh horrible! I placed a delivery order and I received the wrong items. I ordered chicken with sweet potato fries and salad. They gave me fries and rice instead. Not to mention that the chicken tasted like it was from yesterday. Very disappointed.
Sat there for 15 minutes while there was 4 waitress standing talking among themselves, the place was melt with only 3 tables. I left and went to another peruvian restaurant near Biscayne, better service and great food.
Horrible experience .. horrible service .. horrible wait staff .. horrible chefs and presentations. Very ghetto 3 world quality! 2 times unsatisfactory service .. will not be returning .. there are other great ones around the blocks ..
Horrible, Sándwich with out spicy…maybe they charge extra? Not include… is this a Peruvian Restaurant? And dirty.
I just got the worst arroz chaufa ever!! The food is not good at all. The waitress take for ever !!! For everything!!!
Restuarant would be better without the assistant manager. This guy was not paying any attention to me when it was my turn to take my order. Get rid of that manager and La Licuadora would get better reviews
Ordered Pescado A lo Macho through Uber Eats, fish was breaded and fried, seafood was hard maybe frozen inside (?) sauce was not very good either.
I recently this Saturday I order in this place la licuadora by Uber eat and my experience was awful ,everything that I order was tasteless , papa a la huancaina, Cviche etc look like they just took out of the freezer because of how cold it was.. first and last time that order 👎🏾
Terrible service I wait for 40 minutes and I received a cold food everything cold!!! I call the manager and no one should up. For sure I”ll never come back!
Maybe the reviews are based on a different chef. I just purchased 3 sancocho (beef soup)at a value of $11 dollars each, and besides the delivery being late it was awful. I was so embarrassed with my collogues (since I suggested the restaurant) that I order lunch from another place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.. YOU WILL REGRETE IT!!
This is a horrible restaurant. customer service is terrible, I ordered 2 Napolitan Milanessa. this food looks rediculus, poor quality of the presentation. Also i called the restaurant to complain and asked for the manager of the restaurant and the lady on the phone told me she is the manager. to be honest her response is rediculus because she never gave a solution. she just told me, the owner of the restaurant made the food. this sounds like an excuse. do not order deliveries with these people. this is not a peruvian food! This food is an insult to the peruvian food!
Terrible service! Sassy attitude! It bothers them to ask for utensils. They always have a problen with customers. They over charge on saturdays only when clearly the price on the menus states everyday prices. Even there is a girl that serves coffee Certain people differently and I feel so disrespected you should treat everyone the same regardless of who is who if she does not want to work she should never come to work if she does not know how to treat someone!
They don’t know how to do things in time. I got an Uber pick up order. I left from a store 10 mins away from this restaurant when it said it’s ready to pick up, then I wait there for additional 30mins. And my Uber eat showed my order was already picked up while I was waiting there. … And after I got home, I found that they gave me wrong items. I ordered two entrees and two appetizers. They gave me two entrees which I didn’t order…
Terrible service! Had to wait my whole lunch hour for three meals. They kept looking at each other and not assisting anyone. I ordered from the cafe outside and it took so long three people left. My friend who ordered food had to argue with the managers because she paid with Apple Pay but according to them she "didn't pay". She showed her bank account transactions and I even dug out her receipt from the garbage to show it was hers......all the proof was there for them to say, "no you didn't pay." In the end when we all got our food, SOGGY AS HECK. I never write reviews but I had to for this place.
This restaurant has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a delivery and I had to wait ONE HOUR, and when I called them asking where my order was, they told me that the driver could not find my address, and I'm not a new customer, I've always ordered from them. They told me that they we're gonna send my order again, so I have to wait another hour???? ...I told them that at least they had to give me the order free, but they were so rude and disrespectful. I was waiting, but the order NEVER CAME. So, I called them one last time, and a rude boy told me that they didn't send my order and that THEY WERE GONNA ERASE MY CONTACT INFO?? THIS IS A JOKE? These people don't care about the customers, and their food isn't even good. My family is not gonna order from them never again, we feel insulted right now. Just don't go to this awful place!
My coworker and I work in downtown Miami and she once ordered a meal from this place and it was delicious, but we made a mistake. We ordered from them again. The person on the phone ( L. Rodrigo it says on my receipt) was absolutely rude and when we got our order the chicken tasted like plastic and that delicious Peruvian sauce was watered down and just plane bad. Dissapointed
Awful experience. There were 4 tables total to be served and we had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes for our food to be put in the table. One cook and two waitresses. By the time it came I had already lost my appetite. I will definitely NOT COME BACK AGAIN, even though I live 2 blocks away. Food was not that great either. Better try the Peruvian next door, Sabor a Limon. Much better service, food, and choices.
Where is the flavor??? Everything was lacking salt I can’t believe it. Soggy fries with no salt, milanesa tasted like boiled chicken. Disappointing.
If I am completely honest the food is great. The only problem that the prices have gone up significantly, get a menu from Ceviche 105 and you will see how similar they are. 3 years ago their food quality was much better. I stopped ordering from this place because of BAD Service. A Server by the name of Johana A. is SUPER RUDE and it seems she doesn't want to work there. One time I requested her name and she gave me her co-workers name. The manager Marcelo is so disrespected by his own employees. I used to order almost daily but service for me is crucial. Overall BAD customer service and OVERPRICED Menu (For past year).
Absolutely the WORST service; no wonder as they automatically include a 18% gratuity on orders. We were one of three customers in the restaurant and one to go order was made… so waitress was simply inattentive and rude. She was too busy gossiping on her phone and on social media. Waitress did not bring us water or utensils-my husband literally went to go find them himself. What a shame because the food is delicious! But if you don’t wanna wait 30min plus for food… DONT GO
This place was horrible. The food was terrible. I ordered a chicken soap. They charged me $11. It was large gave me 4 small pieces of chicken and water. The girl at the register is not speak English so it will be challenging to order.
Don't go there if you prefer a quick lunch served with courtesy. I went to lunch with a big party so I knew the service was going to be slow. I asked the waitress once about my order. She said it was coming. But when I saw part of my table getting up because they had already finished eating and I still hadn't been served, I asked the waitress to cancel my order. She did not apologize. It even took longer for our side of the table to get the bill. The waitress did remember to charge me for the diet Coke I had. As a result of this interaction, I'm sure (1) she's exploited and (2) she doesn't have other job prospects. So why go to lunch to a place where they exploit their servers and they take it out on the customer? The real question at this point is: what's going on in the kitchen?
Completely Disappointed! We discovered this place a few months ago and the food was great. The last couple of times we ordered from here, it took 2 hrs for the food to be delivered, food was missing, and the quality was terrible. They charge $15 for the lomo Saltado and the meal only brought 4 pieces of meat. Their breaded chicken was mostly breading. What a rip off and total waste of money! Sounds like business is doing bad because they’re being very stingy and rationing their portions. Such a shame that a good place like this turned out this way. Either go out of business or start running like one!
Friend of mine recommended this place as he said food was delicious and service was excellent, which were nothing but lies. Service is terrible and the staff is extremely rude, is too hard to find any team member who speaks English and the ones who do are especially rude, like if they were mad about working there. If you are not a Spanish speaker, ordering will be a nightmare in this place. About the food, there's nothing good to say. We ordered a Combo #5 (which includes a chicken, 2 sides and a 2 liter Coke). Chicken was raw and one of the sides wasn't the one we ordered. After spending 20 mins asking the staff to change our food (and denying it several times) we decided to eat what we got, and of course it was a terrible idea. Chicken was not only bleeding in some parts but tasted like plastic and the sides weren't that good either, our camote was way too salty and the yuca they gave us (the one we didn't order) was too hard to chew and and didn't taste any good. Since we weren't able to finish our food, we decided to leave and never go back. If you happen to be in Downtown Miami and you're looking for some good place, this just isn't it. Go anywhere but here.
