Locura Marina Miami Reviews
Another little gem of Peruvian cuisine in the neighborhood. Affordable, good food, and great service. I tried the fish ceviche and my favorite dish: lomo saltado (stir-fried beef). On my next visit, I'll order a pisco sour and a dessert to recommend. The place is usually crowded, but I'll definitely be back.
Surprisingly, in a city of so many great Peruvian restaurants, not many offer Pan con Chicharrón, a classic Peruvian weekend-type breakfast. What started with cravings for this seemingly rare delicacy (at least uncommon to Miami) started strong at Locura Marina and ended with two very happy bellies, now return customers. Walking into the restaurant I was immediately transported to Paracas in my mind, a sleepy little fishing and tourist town on the southern coast of Peru. I can't put my thumb on it, but something about the decor and the relaxed yet lively vibe took me there instantly. They were very busy on a Sunday morning but seated us right away at one of the only available tables left. We ordered a “Desayuno Lurin” which is basically a “build your own” pan con chicharrón plate served with a tamal and then we ordered a standalone pan con chicharrón. We figured we’d split the tamal and both have a sandwich. The waitress very kindly suggested we start with just the desayuno Lurin as it was quite large, then order an extra baguette to make two sandwiches. I love when the wait staff are looking out for you like that. Plus, she was right - it was huge! But aside from the size it was absolutely delectable. Perfectly crispy pork that didn’t have too much fat, nice soft sweet potato, perfectly made sarsa criollo, and fresh baguette. And the tamal was absolutely perfect with succulent bits of chicken inside. Omg we were in heaven and, by the end of it, stuffed! But we still made room for a lucuma tres leches, which I had never tried before, but ever the fan of tres leches I had no choice. 12/10 highly recommended!
I had a wonderful dining experience at Locura Marina. The menu features classic Peruvian dishes prepared with care — the ceviche was fresh and zesty, the lomo saltado was well-seasoned, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were professional and friendly, helping with recommendations, and the restaurant had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Great for a casual dinner with friends or a special meal. Highly recommended for authentic Peruvian flavors.
Best Peruvian food on the beach. Great breakfast lunch and dinner specials. The place is always busy which is a testament to how good it is. Love the ceviche even have vegetarian ceviche. Menu is huge. Great papa huancaina can even get it on top of pasta. The staff never seem to change and they are always working. So they know the menu inside and out and they recognize you if you’re regular. Norma is my favorite. Good drinks menu decent amount of beer. If you like Peruvian it’s the place. It has everything.
Great food and service. The menu is so big. It was very hard to make a decision. Lots of food for the price. I would like to go back again and again to try different items on the menu but unfortunately we do not live close by.
In a city with exaggerated luxury and overpriced restaurants you find this place. Espectacular food, great pricing and great attention. I come here at least 2 times a month to enjoy their very good Peruvian food and their amazing ceviche. 100% recommended.
If you want the absolute best, most authentic Peruvian food in Miami, you come to North Beach and you go to Locura Marina. This place is the definition of a hidden gem—it’s cozy, unpretentious, and completely focused on the food. It feels like a neighborhood spot you’d find in Lima, not a tourist trap on Collins Ave. Let’s talk about the Ceviche, because that’s the test of any Peruvian restaurant. I ordered the Ceviche Mixto, and the freshness was unbelievable. The fish was firm and cold, not chewy or "fishy" at all, and the leche de tigre (the lime marinade) had that perfect acidic kick that wakes you up immediately. It was spicy, tangy, and I found myself drinking the leftover juice at the bottom of the bowl—it’s that good. We also ordered the Lomo Saltado to share. A lot of places mess this up by overcooking the meat or making the fries soggy, but Locura Marina nails it. The steak had that smoky wok flavor (that wok hei taste), the onions and tomatoes still had a bit of crunch, and the fries were perfect for soaking up the soy-based sauce. It’s pure comfort food. Another standout was the Jalea (fried seafood platter). It was massive—crispy calamari, fish, and shrimp that wasn't greasy at all, topped with the salsa criolla (lime-marinated onions) that cut through the richness perfectly. We washed everything down with a pitcher of Chicha Morada. It wasn't too sweet like the bottled stuff; it tasted homemade and refreshing, with a real hint of cinnamon and clove. The service is warm and feels like family they are genuinely happy you are there. The prices are also super reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. If you are in North Beach, skipping this place would be a crime. It is hands down my favorite Peruvian spot in the city.
First time in north beach and we went to this restaurant 2 times while visiting. It was so delicious. Had the red snapper dinner and it was amazing. Came back for lunch menu and it was so good.
I came here because I was looking for fry fish and someone recommended me this place. Since you open the door a (Olga ) and (Gabriela )are so nice and educated. The food needs 10 starts and from now… this is my favorite spot in Miami.
I really liked everything about this place. The lunch special was right on the money. For 17 dollars you get an appetizer a drink and the main course and it was delicious. You'll get your monies worth at this place. I will definitely return By the way the dessert was awesome
No parking spots. Park on street. Pay to park. You can call, text or download the app. Amazing location. Beach just 1 block away. Hotels near the area. Clean premises. Nice staff. Delicious food. Affordable prices. At restaurant, pay card or cash.
Wowww... Love, love, loved this place! Possibly the best prices, portions, etc. for Peruvian cuisine in Miami!! We were brought here by a famous local chef friend of ours and were super impressed🤩. Only regret was not taking more pics. Unbelievably! They have lunch and dinner specials that not only are extremely affordable, but very generous in the portions also. Especially for being in Miami beach. For our group of 7, service was excellent with fast and very attentive servers. Who seemed like the owner/manager👩🦰 was very sweet and elegant, she nicely went around ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I ordered one of the $17.99 lunch specials that included a healthy sized mixed ceviche as app, steak risotto and a passion fruit juice. Yess, only 17.00 for all of that! The Ceviche had great flavor and the portions were impressive for the price. Dinner specials are only about $5 more. Our friend ordered a Jalea (fried seafood mix) and woww! Huge portion that could easily feed 2 to 3 people offering an even bigger one lol🤯. Our out of town friends were on vacation from Peru and also loved it. Specials price was similar or even better than what you'd actually get if you were actually in Peru. Impressive 5 stars for us, all the way! If I recall correctly tip is included on bill but well deserved. Definitely revisiting any time we go to Miami. Current menu is in the pictures attached to this review. If your in that area going there is a must, do it😁!!
I wish I would’ve known of this place sooner . My favorite go to from now on ! The food is amazing with freshness and high quality the purple corn drink is just …wow.
My wife and I hit the Peruvian food spots every time we come to Miami. She wants to feel at home. Locura Marina was phenomenal. We came an hour after opening so 10 am. Prime seating choices were available. My wife had a fresh juice as I always choose an Inca Kola. We both had lomo saltado as a main entree. However we did also get calamari and fried plantains as well as anticuchos. Portions sizes were generous. The sauces which are a Peruvian specialty were so fresh and full of flavors. Everything down to the papas were just cooked perfectly. Will for sure add this to the rotation.
This is one of my favorite go to spots for ceviche and Peruvian food by the beach. The ceviche mixto is absolutely delicious, although any of them is so rich in flavor and so well prepared. I also order the Lo Saltado, which is a simple dish with beef, rice and fries, with tomato and onions and soy sauce. Very nicely condimented as well. My son loves the Alfredo and green pasta , chicken breast is always on point and not too dry. Pescado a lo macho has a yummy, creamy sauce that compliments the fish quite well. Also, the side of veggies we ordered included zucchini, espárragos, red onions and other delicious vegies so different from the usual Frozen veggies from usual places. LOVE THIS!! SERVICE: OUTSTANDING!! Love everyone there. They go above and beyond to keep you comfortable, seated and served right. VIBE: inside it gets a bit loud. It’s pretty but the people talking and level Of the voices is too much. I always go and sit outside in the winds current; I. Personally like it better. Check out the lunch menu!! Def. Worth it!!
Prolly the best service I’ve ever had in Miami, with the best price I’ve ever had in Miami, with the most variated, delicious and so typically representative peruvian cuisine I’ve ever tried. I’m so so so happy of going to a place like this. Hopefully I’ll be coming back twice a week as minimum ☺️. Viva Perú carajo!

We had a great dinner at Locura Marina in the North Beach area of Miami Beach. We ordered off the $22 dinner special menu which includes a choice of appetizer and entree. The ceviche mixto was super fresh and flavorful, a perfect starter. The lomo saltado was tender and savory with just the right balance of fries, rice, and sauce. We shared the tres leches lucuma dessert and it was a standout—sweet, creamy, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive, and the prices are amazing for Miami Beach given the quality and portions.
Food was amazing! Great value for the money! The Dinner specials are definitely worth it!
I just have to say I’m really amazed how good everything turned out to be, most Peruvian places don’t have “Desayuno Lurin” specially on a weekday! Great prices, and good portions, I ordered the Lomo al jugo which was pretty good, but the two that I fell most in love with were the “Sandwich de pollo con papas al hilo” it was served as big as they serve it in Peru 🇵🇪🤩, and super tasty. I also ordered the “Desayuno Lurin” which was also a really good portion that I shared with my mom and even had leftovers, I would totally recommend this place for breakfast, I have yet to try their lunch specials, for sure coming back. The service I received was super attentive and hospitable. One of my new favorite spots for breakfast! Btw their times of breakfast I believe it’s from open-12:00pm
Came here to get away from the crowd of Basel week, and I’m glad we did! The food was sooo good! My partner came here before and said nothing but great things about this place. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the drinks we had but show them the pic and they will tell you and explain what it is. That’s what we did lol. For starters we had conchitas de parmesana and causa. The conchitas were good, just a bit cheezy. If the cheese were hot then maybe it would have been better. The causa is a definite must! It’s made with potatoes, avocado, shrimp, egg, and a sauce on top. Idk about anyone else but that mixture had my mouth watering for more. For our main entrees we shared pescado locura marina and ceviche mixto. Warning that ALOT of seafood. They didn’t hold back on the serving sizes. The ceviche was made to my limey perfection. The fish was nice and chunky in every bite. The pescado locura marina where do I start. The fish was so tender and juicy. The sauce was a perfect pairing. At first I was confused about what was in the inside of the fish but found out it was just chopped up seafood (that was a nice touch). Honestly that plate alone is all you need to fill you up and hold you for the day. I will definitely be back again to try some of their other dishes. My hats off to the chef you did a great job, I loved every bite.
Wow!!! Our Uber driver Eva recommended we come here for great seafood. I am so glad that we missed the trolley and called for a ride. Everything that we we ordered from the shrimp cocktail to the seafood ceviche (hands down the best I have ever had). Even the fried fish on the kids menu was amazing! I would highly recommend this place!😎
It's one of the best peruvian restaurants I've tried. The lunch specials are amazing, with so many options to choose and at very reasonable prices. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always nice and clean. I'll recommend the ceviche, lomo saltado, papa a la huancaina... everything here is so good that you can't get it wrong. So glad to have this gem in the neighborhood. Thank you
Best place we ate in vacation. 7 of us all loved every flavor. Dishes like Ceviche, Mahi soup, kids tried out squid, octopus, my picky daughter had perfect medium steak. Waitress was so enthusiastic. Bit of a wait for 7 completely authentic dishes. Great Malbec during the small wait. Good south American beer. Highly recommend. Would come back just for this gem.
This place is delicious and excellent price. I'm Peruvian so I know my food. We found it randomly one day at the beach. We have tried almost everything because we go every time we go to the beach. My favorite is the ceviche botijero and ceviche 3 ajies.y favorite ones. Their pisco sours and very good and at a good price. They have a lunch menu for 11.99 that includes and appetizers, a main dish and a non alcoholic drinks. This is a very good deal. As for dessert. Their chocoluma is one of the best I've had. Also their passion fruit cheesecake. We are visiting for 1 month and been already 6 time because it's that good and so worth it!! Their other dishes are also very good and authentic. Happy to found this place :)
Hidden gem with creative dishes. Love that they keep a nice selection of typical plates and innovated/modified versions. The quinoa chauffeur was amazing. The price isn’t bad and the fact that there’s free parking lot at night, around the corner the corner makes it enjoyable to drive to from brickell. Their ambiance is nice and goes well with their prices.
Amazing!!! Wow wow wow!!!! 5 stars and beyond to this place. The food 5 stars and beyond: the ceviche is really good, taste as heaven! The risotto!!! OMG!! You can’t visit this place and miss the risotto!!! The drinks 5 stars and beyond: the sangria was so good!!! The service is really good and the place is modern and clean as well.
I love coming here ! The food is amazing, and also the lunch menu is cheap and they give so much, I save for two meals with one. I usually get the risotto with meat for lunch but this time I came in for dinner. They never disappoint ! Check out those plates ! I had the shrimp cocktail which was full of shrimp and avocado, my fav! I also had ceviche that’s always delicious. For my main course I had, carne asada con arroz y más camarón. I also had sopa de pollo magnific. The pisco sour is also always on point and very strong. They didn’t have maíz piras, but they found some just for me ! You’ll feel right at home every time! With great music & amazing service! Que locura Automática 😂🤣😁
There lunch special is amazing!First of all the price is soo good!$12 include one soup/starter ➕one main course➕one drink!I was quite full even after the fish cheese soup! The service is also unbelievable. I said I don't like fries then they changed that to fresh salad for me. ❤️ All fish and vegetable are fresh and they taste very very good!👍
The place is busy but surprisingly excellent service. The ceviche was so delicious and plated so beautifully. All their plates smell good, look beautiful, and taste amazing. Their drinks of juices had amazing aromas and taste delicious. The desserts made a good closing to our experience.
Came here for lunch recently at the recommendation of a relative. Wow, the food was AMAZING—portions are super generous and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend: Ceviche de pescado y langostinos (fish and shrimp), Lomo saltado con arroz y papas fritas (stir-fry tenderloin), and Chuleta a lo pobre (pork with egg)—all well flavored and delicious! They have a pretty extensive menu so lots of different dishes to try.
The food was delicious - I had the Lobster Ceviche and I swooned. The flavors were incredible and the lobster was tender. The red sangria was also good for the price. Overall, prices were reasonable (even with the added service charge which is normal for the area), and the atmosphere was lively. The only downside was the service- it took over 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink order and the service was slow throughout dinner. Maybe an off-night, but the food was worth it !
Great tasting food, amazing portion sizes, at very reasonable prices. Need I say more? The outside of the shop does such a disservice to the place as it is not eye catching at all. The inside ambiance is starkly different, well furnished and pleasing. The waiter/waitress are friendly and the food is great. We came here for a quick breakfast but ended eating too much to have lunch. I hope this place keep up the good work so I can enjoy the experience again next time I visit.
This is my first time ever in a Peruvian restaurant. The menu is rich, lots of options especially sea food. The portions are very generous. The ceviche and the rice dish (similar to paella) are the best! The servers are all nice, and owner herself was visiting tables checking on her guests. Another plus for me, is that they close early, which means their employees do not have to work late, and they are very authentic. I forgot to take enough pictures.
We had a great dinner at Locura Marina in the North Beach area of Miami Beach. We ordered off the $22 dinner special menu which includes a choice of appetizer and entree. It's a bit of a feat to find a Peruvian restaurant that delivers quality Peruvian staples such as Aji de Gallina, Anticuchos and Arroz Chaufas to name a few. Locura Marina on 73rd Street and Collins doesn't dissapoint my demanding taste for this world renowned cuisine in Miami. A very attentive service and always a warm welcome by the staff welcomes me at least twice a week for dinner during the week. I sure will miss them when I leave the country next week and I strongly recommend this Peruvian spot hands down.
A Stellar Peruvian Dining Experience in Miami Beach I frequently had the pleasure of visiting this remarkable Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Miami Beach, and I always amazed by the flavor of its good food. Today I’m delighted to share my outstanding experience with a dish I tried for first time named Sanduche de Chicharon, if you like crunching pork skin and a different breakfast this is your plate. But the really gem of this place is the Ceviche Peruano and amazing dish with great and fresh products and delicious flavors. Operated and managed by its passionate owner, the restaurant exudes an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The food surpassed all expectations, with the ceviches and other traditional Peruvian dishes being absolute culinary delights. What truly impressed me was their lunchtime deal, offering two courses for a fixed price, catering to those in a rush or working nearby. Whether dining in or opting for delivery, the staff's kindness and exceptional service added to the overall dining pleasure. If you seek an unforgettable Peruvian food experience, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.
I was invited to come visit by the owner. Pretty good guy. I ordered the ceviches mixta with a latte. The ceviches bowl had a large amount of food in it, I almost couldn't finish my meal. When I recived the bill, I was surprised to see my bill was fairly cheap. I went to another resturant earlier that week and I recieved less food with a higher bill. The wait staff provided good service as well. I will definently visit this place again next time I am in Miami.
My party of four was very impressed with all aspects of our dinner. Our server Elian did an outstanding job. Particularly with his recommendations. We enjoyed the personal able staff and the comfortable, clean, modern environment. The food was authentic and well prepared, but most importantly..... fantastic! All four of us highly recommend a meal here!
The place is an amazing affordable place to have lunch or dinner in Miami, the portions were big and very delicious, taste full, we ordered lunch for 15$ each, ceviche was really delicious and the fish in seafood sauce very tasty, also the beverages you can choose for lunch were brillian, we had maracuia and chicha. We’ll come back!
Delicious food and priced more reasonably than many restaurants in Miami Beach. Mussels appetizer and arroz con mariscos were delicious.
Fantastic food! It's a pretty busy place, a little packed but really wonderful dinner. I'd happily come back here. The dinner special was an incredible value, I had the for $22. It's the best meal I've had on this trip
amazing food. Very authentic place!
Locura Marina is hands down one of the best spots in Miami Beach! The food is absolutely incredible. The fried calamari is perfectly crispy, the ceviche is fresh and full of flavor, and the grilled octopus is tender and delicious. Pair it all with a passion fruit pisco sour, and you’re in for the perfect Peruvian experience. Debra and Dan are amazing. They always go above and beyond with their hospitality and make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Every visit feels special here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere!
Delicious and authentic food. Very tasty and fresh. Prices are very reasonable, especially the all day lunch specials. Service was excellent. We really enjoyed our experience here.
Locura Marina Peruvian Restaurant is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is truly unforgettable. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was incredible – perfectly seasoned, tender beef, fresh vegetables, and the flavors blended beautifully with the rice and fries. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The portion was generous, and the presentation made it even more appetizing. If you want a true taste of Peru, Locura Marina is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Locura Marina is a gem! Everything tastes authentic, the portions are generous, and the vibes are great. The seafood is top-notch and the service makes you feel welcomed every time. A must-try for Peruvian food lovers!
This place is always busy — and for good reason! The food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are amazing. They have a special menu for only $17 that includes a drink (their chicha morada is a must-try!) plus your choice of several appetizers like fish or mixed ceviche, chicken or tuna causa, and more. For the main course, there are many great options, but my favorite is definitely the lomo saltado risotto and my top picks entrees are the jalea de mariscos, pulpo al olivo, and anticuchos. Highly recommended!
Wow , wow, coming from NYC to taste this amazing food. I had the whole fried fish with tostones. Im very impressed about everything. Food, service and ambiance. I ll be back and highly recommend.
Visited this Saturday early afternoon for lunch; the place was packed, and with good reason. Awesome food, great service, and excellent ratio quality/price. The dishes we ordered tasted fresh and made to order; the grilled octopus was to die for and the seafood rice too. Attentive staff in spite of the place being absolutely full. Will certainly visit again when in the area. Just go!!!
We ordered the ceviche sampler and Chaufa con asada. The ceviche was excellent: well-tuned acidity (medium spicy) and tiny bit of appropriate fat. I liked their chaufa because it wasn’t as oily as typical fried rice
I love how this restaurant brings back memories of Peru just by eating their food. Out of all the Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to, this is the only one that truly makes you feel at home. From their daily specials to their seafood combos, everything is so good. The only thing that might be a little uncomfortable is that the space is small, but it’s totally worth it to go and enjoy.
The food here is absolutely delicious!! Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meal. There is a very large selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. The service was great! This will be our spot when we want to enjoy Peruvian food.
I recently visited a local seafood restaurant that features a Peruvian menu, and I wanted to share my experience. The seafood was excellent and the service was perfect. It is a wonderful spot for a neighborhood meeting, as it meets all the requirements for an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable.

We ordered the ceviche sampler and Chaufa con asada. The ceviche was excellent: well-tuned acidity (medium spicy) and tiny bit of appropriate fat. I liked their chaufa because it wasn’t as oily as typical fried rice
Recommended by an Peruvian friend. Service was great, very attentive. Food was delicious!

Best ceviche in town, it's a must go for it or many other dishes. It's worth trying to find parking.
Food was great. Portions are huge. Service is friendly. Get the anticucho de corazon! The tuna potato appetizer was an unexpected gem. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

If you’re looking for an authentic Peruvian experience, like you would find in Peru. With real Peruvian comfort food like you would make at home in Peru, this is your spot. $20 dinner and $15 lunch specials in a comfortable atmosphere. And you can get the lunch specials anytime. Lunch comes with a soft drink and dinner is upgraded to wine, if you would like. Both come with a soup or appetizer. The lunch special is an incredible deal with smaller portions on the main course. The food was good, with the only negative being cold/soggy fries. This is now my favorite Peruvian restaurant in Miami for everyday dining.

1. If you drink and never had a "Pisco Sour" you should order one. 2. If you love raw fish get a "Ceviche de Pescado". It was delicious, recommended. 3. If like meat get a " Lomo Saltado". The loin sirloin was so tender and flavorful. Really good service. I recommend this restaurant if you are in Miami Beach. Peruvian Cucine is one of the Word's Best.
I've been coming here for almost two years and I feel its about time I left a review. So I normally come and dine solo because I live nearby and the pricing on the food is reasonable compared to ordering in. The owner has red hair and she is great. Very nice and hospitable. But the team is all over the place. There's not one server designated per table, they all seem to flow and sometimes look lost or forget things. If you come by yourself or with one additional person the service won't be great. If you come in a group so 3+ people it will be a little better for you as far as the attention of the staff. You can call in advance and reserve a table for a party. I've seen that happen. You can also order to pick up too. Wait times vary depending on the time of day and day. So sometimes I've waited about 30 min to be seated and sometimes I haven't had to wait. That's not really on them it's a popular spot and the food is great. Once seated the time for ordering your food varies. Also the wait time for your meal. Sometimes I've sat and got my food in an hour sometimes 40 min wait. They normally bring me one little bread right before but asking for a second bread is a mission. You probably won't get a second bread round. The total amount of dining time can range between 1.5-2.5 hrs. Seating arrangements you can either sit outside or inside. Inside you have the option of booth or table. Gratuity is included whether you dine in or out. It's about 15.2%. I sometimes give more if the service is better that day. The taxes are 9%. Also, the tipping is pooled. So even if you want to tip your server something it'll get split even if it's cash. I think there is room to improve is just the service. For the team to be more attentive and not to wait to be called on. To anticipate the guest more. If a person goes alone or in a pair, it should be the same level of service as a group.
The food was excellent. The surface was excellent. I would definitely come back. We love the hot sauce that you can put on your dish.

The food was good however the service was lacking they seem to be very busy that night but again the food was very good I would still recommend the place.
The food is very good and the service is awesome!\nIt's a neighborhood restaurant, no frills. BTW the price is fair.\nI have been several time to Locura never disappointed. Would go back again.
My boyfriend and I just happened to walk by this restaurant and decided to dine here. The portions and price points are incredible. The full red snapper came with two sides for $25. That's unheard …

Waited 15 minutes for the server to take our order, but the food came out quickly. The fish was surprisingly good, but the rice was disappointing. The place was clean, but I was caught off guard by the automatically added gratuity—and they still asked for a tip. No parking available. Expect to spend around $25–$35 per person for dinner.
Service - Great, we asked for our fish in the risotto to be replaced and they did without problems - Friendly staff Food - Ceviche was ok, not the best. The fish was "overcook". I didn't like the flavor on the peruvian corn, they boiled it with too much anise and sugar. - Tuna in the risotto was dry, but we asked to replace it and they did :) We didn't expect less for $24 - Anticuchos were ok too. Price - To me it was a BIT overpriced since flavor is not THAT good as the reviews show, but the portions are big so maybe that's why. P.S I'm peruvian
Food was AMAZING like always! Customer service was THE WORST we have ever experienced. (We have always ordered to go) Unfortunately the server that we got had a slight attitude and was very impatient amd seemed to be in a rush the entire time. The few times we needed to request something for our table (example; water & drinks from the bar) our server would never bring it to us we would have to ask other servers passing by to do us the favor. **We were really patient but after waiting more than 20 minutes for some water, we felt we needed to ask somebody else. Sadly it was like that the entire 1hr 20min we were there. Oh and to top it all off we got additional charges of things we never ordered to our bill which thankfully we were backed up by 2 other server ( since our server never really served us and there were multiple servers adding our drinks to our tap). Almost forgot!! It was like a sauna in there. Horrible.
I come here every time i am in town, at least twice a year Food always delicious Great menu options But every time i experience the same bad customer service, waiters are just not happy with serving anymore but some in this place in particular need to change jobs, this is just mot for them. No need to exceed but a paying customer just expects normal niceness instead of annoying faces 🤷🏼♀️ then again all customer service in Miami has that problem
food and service has always been good, but tonight, we had reservations, they sat us, and a customer asked the manager for our table. The manager approached us and asked that we move to another tab…

PROS: Lively atmosphere, bright decor, spacious, clean restroom. Huge portions. Fresh tasting food. CONS: Ate Peruvian food in NYC that blew my mind with flavor. This didn't compare. Slightly undercooked grilled fish fillet. Nothing tasted like it couldn't have been thrown together in your kitchen. More attention needed to be paid to many customers waiting to pay and leave. There's an automatic 17% tip added but it can easily be missed on the receipt as it asks you if you want to give (another) tip. Essentially of you didn't read the receipt properly you'd end up tipping twice.
Great atmosphere, great workers that help out with getting extra water or anything else needed, that’s why I gave a 3 rating. Waitress took our order and went to the back to eat dinner with another staff, took forever to get our check. I asked my girlfriend to ask for the bill while i was at the restroom, worker told us to walkover the bill with payment to the cashier. I noticed earlier that the waitresses were taking the payment to the cashier. I don’t mind the 18 percent added tip charge as I’m assuming it’s a pool for all staff, the bill did show an additional option of 18 percent or more tip, sneaky! Those that are in a rush or tourist would probably not notice the extra tip!! As a resident in the area, I, my friends and family will not be eating at the restaurant ever again.
I ordered the Ceviche Mixto which was good but I also ordered Tallarin with Churrasco Medium Rare Not only was the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen in a $30 Pasta dish but it was cut up into 3 little pieces and it was hard and Dry NO WHERE NEAR Medium Rare didn't even get to eat my food I was extremely Disappointed.
My roomate and I went to have lunch on Saturday. I am a frequent costumer. The placed was packed and the food is always good however I must say the service really disappointed me. The restaurant is tight, and it was busy. The server broke both of our water glasses. The pieces of glass got into the other drinks we ordered. They were taken away and we never got a refill. We were also sharing food and I had to hunt down the server to come with extra plates, which she never did and I ended up grabbing them myself since the food was getting cold. I explained that the experience was bad and felt taken advantage of. We paid for additional drinks we couldn’t drink due to glass getting in them, no plates and no acknowledgement or compensation whatsoever. I work in the industry and I know how stressful situations like this can be, but it was very inconsiderate from their part. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. The food is great though. Service was disappointing.
