Open Sea café what can I say we’ve been here on Saturday August what’s today’s date 20 and I had a shrimp fried shrimp with french fries that were absolutely awesome what a beautiful day absolutely gorgeous wonderful place to come to got a nice umbrella my seats can go wrong. 😊😊😊😊😉😉😉🫠 rental stuff Gary is the best he’s always on time with all my stuff that I need he’s the best he’s always there when I need him.great place great service. 🏄🏼🏊‍♀️🏝🏖⛱⛱

Open sea cafe is AMAZING!! The beach side services is VIP, place your and they’ll bring it to you directly on the beach. The guys handling the umbrella rear las are awesome and super helpful.. Gary was the coolest!!

Great atmosphere! Gary has great customer service . Helped us with renting our chairs and umbrellas to make it easier. We had a great time at the beach.

After arriving at the beach I saw two chairs and an umbrella but no attendant. I scanned the QR code on the chair and was able to easily rent them for the day. When the umbrella wouldn’t stay up I text them and an attendant was there within 5 minutes to fix it and set me up. Later I ordered food for delivery and it came quickly. Not very adventurous today but a Mexican grilled cheese on a very freshly made tortilla with pico de gallo was just enough for a quick beach lunch. Don’t think I’ve ever had pico that tasted that fresh. And the strawberry daiquiri and frozen lemonade were both really good as well. Very refreshing!!! And when I asked to add a water they told me the server had already left but they would have him bring one back to me right away! Great service and reasonable prices considering it was delivered to me at my beach chair! Lily, the general manger, clearly knows what she is doing!!!

Gary is very kind and welcoming and was open to answering any of my questions. The Openseas restaurant delivers to people anywhere on the beach which is very convenient. The menu looks great and it is a great place for authentic Mexican food.

The food was hot and delicious, especially the shrimp tacos! The chicken fingers, fries and sweet potato fries were as good as if they were served to a table. Heard that the fish tacos are amazing as well so I’ll be ordering a lot more of the menu next time. Ordered over the phone and food was delivered beach side in less than 20 min. Couldn’t be easier or better!

I was with my family and friends on the beach near house # 8 and even there a cordial and cute Colombian girl appeared. We loved her attention and diligence. Very clean the beach by the way. We ordered some delicious frozen cocktails. Super recommended

We rented beach chairs and ordered food ! The guy that was helping us was so nice ! He didn’t mess up our order and even remembered the cups with ice for our sodas! If you can ask for Santiago when placing orders !!! I hate having to repeat stuff and people messing up my orders he did great first try !!! Our tacos were AMAZING! We actually ordered twice hahaha! The Shrimp one is my favorite!!!!

The beach is one of the best in Miami! Quiet, white sands. The cafe was awesome and service was speedy. The ATVs make getting good and drink very prompt without being disruptive. Gary was the best, always checking in. Recommend this place for sure.

I visited the Crandon Beach for the first time today and ate at the Open Seas Cafe. It was such a great experience and the service provided by Gary was excellent ( he is so friendly and helpful!). It is so nice to relax at the beach, have food and drink service, and be able to rent lounge chairs without any stress. I will definitely be back!!

OpenSeas cafe and the area surrounding is beautiful, the environment is very inviting and safe. One of the staff members Gary was so kind in answering questions I had about the area, gave me a menu and offered to be of service in any way. You order the food and cocktails and they bring it to you right on the beach. 10/10 would recommend and great first impression!

I had such a wonderful, relaxing time here. The frozen pina colados were delicious and on top of that the service was also exceptional! This was my first time visiting and Gary was so friendly and helpful with the menu but also for local beach recommendations. Will definitely be back.

While on a quick mini vacation to Miami, we decided to visit Crandon Beach.. 1st the beach is absolutely beautiful.. we sat under a palm tree on the beach. 2nd OpenSeas Cafe services the beach. Gary was the bestest!! That's right, the bestest!! He brought us our chairs and food in a timely manner. He was also very nice and personable. Any request we had, he was very accommodating as best as he could be. I would highly recommend going here while on vacation or just in general.

Sebastian was fantastic, if you’re ever in the area this is a must see and experience. My husband and I had an incredible time here.

Gaby is very professional at what she does. She put together a party for my niece. The whole family had a great experience. She made it where I can focus on entertaining the family and not focus on the party. She took care of the decorations and catering. Highly recommend her for your next party at the beach.

Gary at Open Seas deserves more than five stars!! He is so kind and in a speedy manner came back with my margarita that I was so happy to enjoy! He is very hospitable in the way he made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my relaxation at the beach!

Gary was great! Attentive, professional and friendly. He helped us with the chairs and the umbrella while making sure the payment process was smooth and quick. He also mentioned the cafe on the beach and suggested us a few options there. So, we decided to treat ourselves there and it was a very positive experience.

This was my first time visiting the Crandon Park beach. I loved it. Gary at OpenSeas Cafe is awesome! So attentive and kind. They drove right up to our towels on ATVs to deliver our food and drinks. Truly an awesome place that takes care of your every need so that you can really relax and enjoy the beach! We wanted to go to a quieter beach and maybe find a cafe for food, somewhere less touristy. We decided to go to Crandon park and found this gem!! They serve snacks and full meals along with drinks. Gary even delivered our drinks and food right to us at the beach right by the cafe!!

Jonas was the best server. Genuine hospitality and service. Open sea cafe has open seating and great atmosphere near the beach. Rosario’s kitchen has the best Mexican food among other options to share.

Let me tell You about this amazing place Rosario food from open sea cafe. The tacos are A1 and it’s a great atmosphere. Ocean side tacos is a must have. Ask for Jonas for great customer service.

I absolutely love coming to Crandon Park Beach since it’s so calm but today we came and were having trouble with our umbrella plenty of times and Sebastian came every single time to help. He was very helpful throughout the day and even brought us drinks at one point! Thank you Sebastian!!!

Beautiful view! This place offers some games at the tables, which is a fun addition! The server that came to the table was really nice, made sure we got everything we ordered. This is outdoor dining made fun. Great verde sauce! They do need better signs though! We weren't sure if this was the cafe or not. (Should probably update that initial picture on the listing to help)

Place is on the beach and very convenient position for a beach day. A lot of food in the portion, good tostones, the chonchas fritas were burned balls made mostly by bread and garlic with maybe a little fish. Everything is fried 😅. Very expensive!

They offer free delivery to where you are on the beach. The food was warm-cool on delivery, a bit pricey and just average, but this is what to expect for convenience. We also ordered a 'frozen' piña colada - tasty but nothing about it was frozen on delivery. I only saw 1 person delivering who was very nice and quick, but, had a bunch of orders on hand.

Good quantity for the price but the quality left a lot to be desired. Oh, and you better not be in a hurry. Sure, the beach vibes and activities are nice, but just because I'm relaxing doesn't mean I want to wait 40 minutes for my shrimp basket.

For starters this is the $16 dollar fish taco, there’s two pieces and they are about two bites each, the flavor is okay but really really not worth the cost or time (30 mins+) We also ordered two coconut and burger and fries We got two coconuts, they were luke-warm, the paper menu stated $6 each and we somehow got charged $7 each? Burger and fries we expected to be fast food but we waited more than 30 mins (for the whole order), the food in itself is meh The staff is nice but inefficient, I’m guessing they’re probably a little understaffed in the kitchen. It’s a cute place great location and have some games around to pass time

We were told there was a 30-40 min. wait … understandable since we’re on the beach and it’s a busy day. What’s NOT OK is for us to receive an incomplete order TWICE. First time, ice cream and drinks. My husband walked over and got the ice cream. He was told that the delivery would being over our drinks— we were understanding once more. 40 mins later (we’re about 10 yards from the cafe) we kept being told he was on his way, he went by us 2-3 times and he was on his way just not towards us. An hour later we got our 2 drinks that were supposed to be frozen but were watered down at this point. The only plus— Gary was amazing, we dealt with him for the chair and umbrella rental and he was amazing!

Too expensive. Ordered two cheese burgers w/sweet potato fries, an orange juice and churros… only to get regular fries and no churros. Was told the waitress is still learning Spanish. $60+ is ridiculous for two burgers and a drink. Save your money, so elsewere.

The service was honestly terrible. I ordered the chicken burrito and the presentation wasn’t bad at first. A burrito with a few pieces of salad a slice of tomato. But then I saw the hair. Honestly, I get it. Things happen, they don’t wear hairnets so I figured. I was originally going to take out the hair and eat around it, but when I pulled on it a lot more came out. It was cooked entirely into the burrito. I went back and showed it to them, and they said that’s impossible because only one person cooks and they don’t have long hair. Fair enough, but the strand was completely cooked into the burrito, there was no way for foul play on my end because it would’ve been obvious. They said they would cook another one, but I didn’t want another one since at this point I was annoyed and no longer hungry so I asked for a refund for just my burrito. They said no because I ate the other half of the burrito. I told them I wasn’t going to eat the burrito they remade so please don’t make it because I didn’t want it. The guy waved his hands at me and then finally someone said they would refund me. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I also have a video of me pulling on the strand if anyone wants to see how it was cooked all the way into the burrito.

I never wrote bad reviews. But…$69.43 with tip, for 1 order of fish tacos (2), 6 all batter conch fritters and 1 beer? Worst fish tacos I’ve ever had and it took 45 minutes to get them when I am literally the only my person here on a Thursday afternoon. Go some place else.

Better given without a star, but it isnt possible. So they get one star. All was horrible. No bike hire, because the Staff has no "time".... wow... i would like to hire not that they drive with me.

We waited an hour to get one of six meals ordered, had to tell them again what else we had ordered, received four of those five meals and had to tell them a third time what the last meal was. Received the last meal two hours after the original order.

Waited 20 min for an $8 small raw hamburger. Next time I'll bring my own food.

Worst Service I do not recommend they never came to us after calling them over several times. If it wasn’t for the other employee of the park not in charge of food that called over the radio they would have never came. Then we ordered after that the helpful employee had to come again because others started complaining about food never arriving we finally get our order and then the frozen drinks were water and the milkshakes were too. The employee left and after that we see the employees driving around with one hand in the wheel and the other with a drink which looked like liquor so drinking on the job how nice. I suggest to have better service and putting drinks in a cool place or going straight to drop it off. Also don’t hire young employees if they are not doing the job correctly.
