Love love this spot. It has replaced Carrot Express and Pura Vida for me. Mabel is amazing, knows the menu inside out and makes great recommendations. The staff is friendly and the food is great! The food orders are fresh, made to order. The honey latte is my latest addiction. Please come to Northern Jersey and NY! I can't deal with the loud, party atmosphere at Pura Vida. Carrot express the food is inconsistent throughout their locations. Please keep doing what you're doing. Treat Mabel well, she's certainly an asset to Sproutz.

I love this place so much. I eat here almost every single day. Their pesto chicken bowl is my fave with cauliflower rice and avocado. I also love their salmon bowl and salads. And their smoothies (specifically La Frida) is absolutely addicting and packed with protein. Their coffee is very rich and smooth as well. Furthermore, their staff is always so nice and accommodating. Ross always takes care of us and always has a smile on her face as do the other ladies and gentleman. Very polite and friendly.

(blonde hair woman- sorry I should have asked your name)- thank you for your kindness. More expensive than I thought. A salad with salmon+ Plus a bottled water= $41. I would go back, (it was very good)- as it was good place to grab a healthy meal- once you get past the sticker shock for a quick grab and go atmosphere I was impressed with the flavor.

The GF wrap fell apart pretty easily, but that's just the GF way. It was a really nice change of pace to find something "health" and light/refreshing, not too greasy. Tourists, beware: Miami prices are steep. 😂 This would have been like a $25 meal in IN, but cost us about $45. But, comparable in pricing compared to things in the area so that must just be how it is.

Such a little gem of a place. Not only is the food delicious, but the people are so kind. My mom was having a bit of a coughing fit and one of the employees brought her a little sauce cup of ginger, lemon and honey. It was such a kind hearted gesture. It really stands out that they care about health and wellness not just through their food, but truly in their hearts as well. Absolutely love this place.

Sproutz is my absolute favorite restaurant in Miami! Amazing food! Servers are great and always efficient, happy and polite. Leo in particular is so friendly and helpful! Sproutz is the absolute best!! My office orders from here at least 2x per week sometimes more, and I have never ordered something I didn’t love. Also the portions are very very generous. I typically get the sweet potato with chicken salad or one of the wraps. I have also had the chicken plate, zucchini pasta, and both the lentil and pumpkin soup. Also the smoothies are super fresh!! If you are looking for a healthy quick option in Brickell, this is your place!!

This place is perfect. I got Zucchini pasta with chicken, thinking it would be pretty boring. It was cooked perfectly and the tomato sauce was incredible. What I expected to be a meal that I would force myself to finish, I found myself wanting more! They do a great job of having mostly healthy dishes, with some more traditional options for those who aren’t into the healthy food. Service is order at the counter(touch screen) but everyone is super friendly. Get the food out within 5 mins. It’s very clean and the vibe is upbeat. Great spot to go on a lunch break in the middle of a work day. For a long time I’ve been wondering why there aren’t way more restaurants just like this. Please open one in Jacksonville, FL!

Great a huge poke bowl! Ordered pick up from there for the second time and definitely worth it. You can customise the final bowl, and that’s what I did, but to be honest it doesn’t require a lot of changes all flavours are perfect . Vegetables are fresh, salmon was perfectly cooked, not too salty not to fishy, if that make sense. One of the most delicious salmon bowl I’ve had so far. And again, portions here are of decent sizes.

Obsessed with this place. I could eat here every day. This probiotic frozen yogurt is one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. Wow and you can put cocao nibs and fruit. It’s perfectly tart. So delightful. Loved the salad and the poke bowls look incredible.

I was delighted to get an açai bowl from Sproutz this morning. I had their classic bowl with strawberries, bananas and pineapple and it was just delicious. It was also very pretty... sorry I didn't take a picture to share but it's exactly as advertised on their menu. I'll go back next time I'm in Miami.

The food and service here is great. What I don’t love is that even with a take out order, you have to pay a 10% “service charge.” For a fast casual lunch spot, it starts to get pretty expensive; I am not even sure that the service fee goes to the employees because it’s automatically added to your bill. For lunch you are easily spending around $20-30.

The food is good, but overpriced. 2 wraps for takeout with no extras came out to $32. They charge you a 10% service charge which makes no sense since you order at a toast kiosk and never really interact with anyone until they hand you your food. I’m assuming it’s to compensate their staff better at the burden of the customers. Not the end of the world. Order the salads or bowls as the portions are big enough to somewhat justify the price points. The wraps are not worth it in my opinion

Food was absolutely amazing, however I waited almost half an hour for 2 wraps and fries with only one other family in here before myself. I understand the the concept of the healthy food and such but how can one justify parking in a 15 min parking zone (offered by your company) having to wait much much longer.

I ordered a wrap, and while the taste was okay, the portion size was disappointing—half the wrap was barely the size of my car key, and it cost $12 (a total of $24 for my order). What really bothered me was the hidden service charge applied to a pickup order. The menu states a 5% service charge, which should have been $1, but I was charged 10%, or $2. It’s not about the dollar amount—it’s about the principle. Adding a higher, undisclosed fee for pickup feels dishonest and leaves a bad impression.

I ordered a wrap, and while the taste was okay, the portion size was disappointing—half the wrap was barely the size of my car key, and it cost $12 (a total of $24 for my order). What really bothered me was the hidden service charge applied to a pickup order. The menu states a 5% service charge, which should have been $1, but I was charged 10%, or $2. It’s not about the dollar amount—it’s about the principle. Adding a higher, undisclosed fee for pickup feels dishonest and leaves a bad impression.

Wanted to give this place a try since I frequent the area often. However , I am truly disappointed. The instructions that I included with my order that is clearly on the receipt were not followed and I didn’t open things up until I got home. So I just wasted my money. At the price point of these items they should not rush your food. I paid 19$ for a wrap and said no goat cheese and the wrap was filled with goat cheese and I paid 14$ for a juice that I asked for her pollen to be added. I didn’t see any bee pollen but it’s quite possible that it was blended (although I doubt it). However, I am truly bummed that I could not eat my salmon wrap because of the cheese.

Place is not to tasty. Overpriced and you would think it would be a healthy option but very greasy in the wrap I ordered. Fast service not the best quality food.

I ordered an Orange creamsicle smoothie and a banana bread. I could not believe how little the banana bread was for $8. I definitely do not recommend getting it. And unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Orange creamsicle as nothing like what a dreamsicle tastes. Just not worth $22 for what I got.

Food was great, second time at the location. Had small issue at first time which was resolved via support and second time I came yesterday and decided to write a review so people are careful and vigilant. When I was eating their sweet potato fries I couldn't chew something took it out and it was a metal scrape inside a sweet potato fry!Did not finish rest of the bag. Could have seriously damaged myself with that sharpy scrape. Not sure willing to trust the place as who knows what danger could I face eating there. Be careful! Update: sent all information to email no reply then tried after quite some time to get a follow up no reply as well. Guess they don't care

Now it was just a **watered-down**, barely-mango, disappointment slush. And just to top it all off? They toke so long to make a simple wrap. They made a mistake with my order and gave it to another client. Which in turn made me wait a total of 30 mins. Worse service

Misleading marketing. They have a free bowl ads and when you go to cashier she immediately says it’s buy 1 get 1 free. They know they are misleading, I hope someone sues them for ill intent. Fix it to say “buy 1 get 1 free” instead of free bowl.
