Poke305 Miami Reviews
Really good Poke place. Great food and nice environment. It is NOT closed on Saturdays. The Apple Maps location is the old location. The up to date location is the one here in google maps. Very good portion size and plenty of flavor. I got the Laki bowl and everything about it was just great. Their drink selection is very good as well with plenty of teas to choose from. Great customer service and a very clean establishment.
I ordered an acai bowl, a smoothie with protein , and joe tea and a water. The acai bowl was good after the workout and so was the smoothie. The location is in a good spot and the food is very well priced. I like the salad options on the other side where I ordered as well. But this was a fast acai bowl and smoothie that I wanted down quickly and to add some carbs. This was very good. I do recommend
Delicious poke. So many choices of toppings. They recommended a great sauce. The staff were very nice. Beautiful ambiance. Poke bowl came with miso soup which was a nice touch.
I have tried this place twice: Dine In and Take Out. Both of them during June 2022. Located in the South part of Brickell close to the Metro Mover station Financial District. This place share its location with another restaurant and there are a few tables inside and a little bit more outside. Staff overall are very polite and helpful hey explain the different options they serve and address any question you might have. The food of course is Poke and they have a huge variety of ingredients to top it off. For base you can choose salad, quinoa, brown rice, white rice. For protein I had tuna and you can tell it is fresh. The first time I tried it I told them not to add sauce but you can also have the protein marinated with some sauces. I added some “leche de Tigre” to make it a little bit spicy and it tastes really really good. I built my own Poke Bowl and the portion is pretty decent. They also offer signature bowls. About the price, I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, but considering prices eating out in Brickell I think it is fair. I paid ~$20 and you have a small Miso Soup along with your bowl. There will be a third time for sure.
Delicious bowls with lots of different toppings. The outside sitting area is nice and quiet. The staff is kind. The prices are fair. Around $15-$17 per bowl. I enjoyed eating here, I’d come back again.
Great Brickell location. Good quality poke with lots of options. First poke joint I’ve seen to offer quinoa as a base. Seems a bit pricey at first but options other places charge as upsells are included here. Also free miso soup included.
Nice poke bowl around the corner. If you are in brickell and want a light but delicious and filling meal try this place. I had the tuna with salmon and it was delish. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was very helpful in explaining the menu
I like the food it was tasty and healthy and nice staff i didn't ask her name but she was friendly and smiling person. Its nice family restaurant with affordable price and quality of healthy food
The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor and there are a ton of different options to choose from. I ordered uber eats and they got everything right including my sauce on the side and not in the bowl.
Amazing healthy bowls with fresh and abundant ingredients! I really recommend this place 😃🥬🍀🥗🍣🍤🐟🌱
10/10!! You can not leave without trying the crispy rice. I have no words for their spicy Mayo. Let’s not talk about the costumer service and details of this family restaurant.
Great healthy food... Lot of options to choose to go with your protein... I had the large bowl and was satisfied with the amount of food... It came with a flavorful miso soup ...
Very nice and healthy food. I'm very picky when it comes to food and this is now one of my favorite spots to go eat.

Amazing poke dish. Ordered several more to go.
Best POKÉ IN town! Very good! Heavily recommended!
Amazing service, amazing quality, owners are incredible
Excelent mix of flavors, like a sushi in a bowl
Best in town. Love that it is dog friendly!
Best Poke in Miami!!! I’d eat this everyday!
Best poke I’ve had!
Very tasty, good value!
Good tasting and very filling
Delicious!!! And such courteous staff!
A little pricey but so many options!! I was basically in heaven. Came during a busy busy busy time and there was only one guy working, he stayed composed and worked as fast as he could before more employees arrived. He did a great job! I wish it was closer to my house!
Great food, but better service! This location is staffed by some of the nicest, happiest, and friendliest people I’ve ever run into in all of Brickell. Highly recommend visiting!
Had the best lunch ever!!! The food was so fresh, so tasty, so clean!!! This is the way we should always eat!!! I will be going back for more every week!!!
Great service, fantastic food choices! I enjoyed the Poke Bowl and Miso soup, highly recommended
Great coffee ! Great service! Definitely have to check it out! The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious!
Amazing poke!! I love how you can put any toppings you want, and it even includes a miso soup! The best 🔥
I love this place, healthy food, good service, Diana was great with me! I’ll be back next week🔥🔥
Great Pokes to create yourself! Very friendly service! Overall a great experience. Thank you!
So delicious!!! So good taste amazing ❤️❤️❤️ Nice staff and clean . Highly recommended.
Awesome Acai Bowl and the espresso is really great!
Best poke in Miami! So fresh! Great customer service and cute spot in the heart of Brickell!!!!!
Awesome place, very fresh ingredients, and great customer service! Very pleased
This place is great 👍🏻 The people who attend are very friendly and recommend their products very well. recommended
Awesome food. Incredible portions. Fantastic customer service!!
Great service and great food!! We loved it, repeating for sure!
Love this place, its clean, the food is healthy , the people that work there are totally educated and friendly, totally recommend this place
Very friendly people that made us directly feel at home. Nice atmosphere and very good bowls (quality of the food and the taste) completed with amazing coconut lemonade (highly recommended) 👌🏻 I was there a couple days ago and for me best evening so far for an affordable price.
Great poke place with good service and delicious food. There are a few "house recipes", plus many build your own poke. They also have some other health options as rice cakes, tacos, etc. The açai bowls are also a great option and everything is delicious. In addition to the food they have some juice options and my favorite is the fresh squeeze orange juice, super fresh and delicious for a reasonable price. If you are looking for a healthy place with great service thats a great option in Brickell
I loved the place, it looks very clean, it has a very nice atmosphere. As for the food, excellent presentation, fresh ingredients and a delicious flavor. oh and the first class attention, very polite and attentive ladies. I will be back soon!
By far the best poke bowl in Miami. They have the best fresh ingredients to assemble your perfect bowl. It's a little on the pricey side, but its well worth it. If you order delivery like me, I suggest that you go once to their shop to see what's available. Also, don't order via postmastes because they limit how many ingredients you can put in.
When I went to Pokè 305, for the first time I instantly loved it. The service is amazing. Especially during the busy hour. The bowls are a little expensive but are worth it. The freshest ingredients and the best fruit. Highly recommended. The desserts are also fantastic, with the mochi. The mango one is delicious.
Great food and very well served. I order the large portion and was huge (to me at least). Very fresh food and I cloud customized for the way I wanted and love! Thanks
Really great service, even during the peak Friday lunchtime rush. I accidentally placed my online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I called and explained the error, and the very nice fellow on the line called his driver to arrange a delivery for me. He even called back a few minutes later to let me know my food was on the way and that he included a complimentary miso soup with my order! Such a kind gesture for a mistake that was entirely my own. The order arrived within just a few minutes and it was very fresh, tasty, and filling. I seldom order lunch because I keep a strict diet and things get so pricey in downtown Miami, but my first experience with Poke 305 will certainly not be the last. This level of service is far too rare in Miami.
The food is really good and very well served, they have also been really nice with us. We are trying to avoid plastic so they let us eat in steel plate instead. Really appreciate. If you are avoiding plastic just ask for the steel bowl and carry your one chopsticks.
Love this place! Freshest tuna I've found anywhere in the city. Actually, all ingredients are fresh and delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The menu options are great, but the DIY option really allows anyone to customize exactly what they are in the mood for.
Amazing staff (Guillermo in specific), tasty & healthy food, and great ambience if you want a place where you can have a conversation in the evening. Delicious dessert place in the same venue as well. Will be back often.
I love the concept of the restaurant! As someone who loves fish and healthy eating, I love the fact that I can customize my own healthy bowl with a lot of options. Super full filling. The customer service is also great and really quick!
They are already arrange bowls, but I always make my own. The people who attend are really nice, and would recommend good combinations. It is a perfect lunch for a healthy person or someone who is in a hurry.
the best bowls in my life so far! grateful for the suggestions of the employees and at a fair price. I recommend them without a doubt.
Never actually been at the location, only ordered ubereats. The food is phenomenal, every time Ive order its been beyong perfect. Miso soup arrives hot, and the bowls nice and cold, very fresh. You must try the ice creams!!! Yummyy
After a great workout, I was in the mood for a good poke bowl so I decided to try this place out. The place is real clean and the staff is amazing they are friendly and with great suggestions to what to pick etc. I chose the Alakai' Big Mao and the ingredients used are fresh and combined with the different sauces turned out delicious. It also came together with miso soup which was different from other miso soups I tried but it was good. I would be coming back to try the other poke bowl varieties for sure.
The concept is good...but a few improvements could be made to bring it up to 5-stars. One, the place is loud, so loud I could barely hear the person taking my order. Two, build your bowls in reverse...meat and vegetables, sauce, shake, and the put it in another bowl on top of rice. That would make thing easier for the customer, instead of having someone try an mix everything in that tiny bowl. Three, you need a new sign. I didn't recognize the place from the street.
I haven't been to the actual establishment but instead have used ubereats. So I can't comment on the place but the food is amazing. You can customize your bowl and most toppings are free. I've eaten the tuna and the amount is perfect. The tuna is very fresh as are the other ingredients. Always add the crab salad! Delish!!!

It's great, but a little too expensive.
Food was fresh and delicious! Service could have been better, had my order half made, sitting on counter while the maker spoke on the phone for ~10 min
Not the best I've ever eaten, but still one of the good ones. Took the small size and it was well satisfying. Service was nice.
Good poke! The fruits are not extra thank god! It comes with a miso soup included
Poke it's a trend in Miami now so lots of options. This no frill place it's very popular and the meal I had there was right on.
For a quick food stop this is a good choice. Everything is fresh.
Ok food. Not the best Poke in Miami but has good prices and it's conveniently located.
Great tasty Asian style food. Healthy. Customizable bowls (a la chipotle style). Decor is nice and chill. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many packaged drink options. Ample seating. Taking a star off because it is pretty pricey for a counter service place. Also because some items are extra charge that don't say they are extra charge on the menu. Those things aside, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
So happy there is finally a poke place not too far from south beach. Our poke bowls were great and tasty, same as the small miso soup that comes with it. Also the spicy edamame are fire!! They are very spicy which I really liked even tho they were served cold. Concerning the green tea moshi ice cream it was ok nothing too excited. Only 4 stars because the staff didn't really deserve it. Don't get me wrong they are very nice and polite but it seems like they didn't really know what they were doing. You have the choice to choose between 2 recipes: one that is on the menu or you can make our own. I choose one that was on the menu but they still asked me what I wanted on it. I ended up reading them the ingredients that were on the menu...
I got a large bowl with no extras, and it cost $25 after the service charge they tack on. I have to take a star for that. I’m more forgiving for sit down restaurants, but not so for take out. In their credit, the fish was fresh, but I’ve had better poke elsewhere. Super close to where I’m staying so I wish I liked it more :/.
I had no sauce and the vegetables tasted fresh. I also had a matcha bobba tea which tasted like just milk with ice in it but that was on because I just really wanted the beads at the bottom anyway so threw the milk away.

Delicious but way over priced. I spent 25$ without even noticing my first time there.
I went to the south beach location for my first poke experience. All the ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly. A bit pricy but as is everything in south beach. Unfortunately I found out that I do not like poke bowls- not their fault. I will stick to sushi lol
I decided to check out this spot in Brickle today as I am a huge Poke fan, the selection was great and the fish was very fresh but the rice was very hard and undercooked which made the food almost completely hard to eat, which for a 15 dollar bowl was a huge disappointment. The drinks are also very over-priced, $3.50 for an Arizona oced tea? Unheard of! I would suggest just walking to the gas station next door. One very good thing was the service, the man behind the counter was extremely helpful and had some great suggestions. Overall, an okay spot with a lot of potential.
so I went to the one in AVENTURA MALL, The staff was very friendly and helpful but I decided not to eat there because of the flies flying around the fish and crab salad. They need to come up with some type of way to cover the food from flies and nats then I will be back to order. Sucks because I really wanted to try the salmon bowl.
The first five minutes I was ignored by the staff. The prices are too high and not clearly shown. The poke bowl is not worth the price, the rice is undercooked and dry and there is too little fish for that high of a price. The service was bad overall.
Lived in Hawaii for about 6 years, poke was a staple. Compared, this poke was pretty weak. Veggie selection is great, otherwise bland and expensive for the serving
Not as fresh as it could be. Rice was kind of stale and for $20, ur paying for farmed baby shrimp.
Poke has to be FRESH!! Canned mandarin oranges, chewe kale, weak presentation! Sorry not for me
Closed at 7 tho website says 8. Menu looks great tho
I'm torn on this. Food was expensive but quality was great so I want to give it a pass on that. The service was very nice, worked with either a manager or owner and then a friendly girl. But when it came time to pay the monitor asks for tip and I hit zero but the total still seems oddly high. So I ask for a receipt and there is a mandatory service charge of 15%. The manager/owner went off somewhere so I asked the employee what this was about and she said it's mandatory and can't be voided. So guess I'm never going back here again. This place joins a small but loathesome group of fast casual places doing this now. Restaurants: just build it into your price. *DON'T CHARGE US SECRET FEES*. Especially if you're going to then have a prompt on the screen to tip additionally with no hint that there is ALREADY a service charge.
I honestly was curious about the reviews as the negative reviews were quite severe but Iwas in the area and decided to give it a try. Boy were they right. The service is lackluster, the food is bland and tasteless. After adding a tiny serving of rice and some old vegtables to my plastic plate, it was off to some poor looking seafood and way to much soy sauce , coupled with old miso soup and it was a quick $15 bad lunch. Better off going to the Wendy's on the next block up.
Became violently ill after eating at the dadeland location. That tuna was not fresh at all. Do not recommend.

A cool idea. But brown rice smelled strongly of mildew. Clearly had been sitting out since day before without refrigeration. Obviously ruined a relatively expensive quick lunch. The cheapest bowl, a small soup and a coke will set you back $17
order through DoorDash it took two hours to let me know that they didn’t have a driver so they didn’t want to hit confirm on the app because they have it listed that they deliver their own orders. i’m currently now walking up to the restaurant to go pick my food up. We will be filing a formal complaint through DoorDash
Fish is not fresh. Order at the counter and they include a 10% tip in your cost that you need to opt out of rather than opt into. Creates an awkward moment when you have to ask them to remove the tip. Pass on this one.
I was expecting great quality for this acai bowl "loco banana" when I got it the fruit were good but the base which was supposed to be fresh acai smoothie was frozen like if it was pre-made and frozen smh.... I got a refund.....
Ordered 9 bowls for my team. It took more than 1 hour to arrive ... and when arrived... only 4 bowls. They charged me for 9 and I still didn’t get the refund.
Probably the worst Poke Bowl I've ever had. I do not recommend this place.
Bad poke place, stay away!! Below average poke and predatory service charges. The fish portion is deceiving for a $20 poke bowl and they took the liberty to add a 10% service charge on top of the bowl price before tax before giving me the opportunity to add tip. At that point, i didnt know they included a service charge so I tipped again. When I ask for the receipt, that's when I realized that my bowl was priced at a 10%, premium and I couldn't see why as it is not written on the receipt which is totally unacceptable. There is an obvious lack of transparency in their pricing. Go eat else where!!
after few years of my original review regarding the quality and refrigeration of the fish, they've re-opened the location, but food still overrated. There is a lot of other places where you can eat much better. Bowl is blend, and definetly is not poke, just blend stuff taken out of cans and salad packets mixed out.
We ordered with them through Eat24 and spent $53. Our order was an hour late from the delivery time they told us. When we finally got any word from the restaurant, they told us that their delivery person was on a scooter and it was raining so she was having a hard time. If you deliver RAW FISH in SOUTH FLORIDA you better have a car with air conditioning because it is hot and it rains here. They offered us a "discount" of $4 for our trouble. *Updated: When we called the restaurant AGAIN, they told us that they gave us a discount (IT WAS $4 on a $53 order!) and assumed that this was okay. Meanwhile, our order hasn't arrived and it's an hour and twenty minutes late. AND IT CONTAINS RAW FOOD. AND I BEING DELIVERED AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE VIA SCOOTER IN THE RAIN AND 95 DEGREE HEAT. *Updated: The delivery person called us TWO HOURS late for our delivery and announced that she would be yet another 25 mins late. Needless to say we got a refund. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. No thanks, Poke 305. We were first time customers and last time customers in one day.
Their Website advertises that they deliver within 4 miles after you place the order online. But your food never arrives because they never explain that you have to place the order through UberEats for delivery. You call to get a refund and they say they'll call you back. But you'll never get that call. Very bad management. They falsely advertise, so avoid their website. Order only in person or you'll never get your money back if something goes wrong.
The raw salmon was not sashimi grade. That's probably why they dumped the sauce on it to cover up the stink even though I said I want the sauces on the side. Also they don't accept cash and their card reader asks for tip which is not customary for fastfood especially that they did not even give me a napkin unti I ask for it. The vegies did not taste all that good either that I just told them to dump the whole thing. There were no apologies nor offer to give my money back. I hope no one gets food poisoning from that dangerously low grade raw fish. This is the one on Sawgrassmills Mall in Sunrise.
