My absolute FAVORITE poke place. I refuse to go anywhere else. Prices are great compared to other places, amazing portions, very sweet staff and the flavors are great. A very wide range of unlimited toppings as well as a few premium ones for +$1. Good music and cute ambiance. Highly recommend for anyone.

I applaud management for making changes. Used to go here weekly for lunch and it became unbearable being greeted by sad faces that were rude, slow, and uniterested. Just went today and was received by fast, efficient, and HAPPY smiles. Food was on point as well. I will now return weekly again. Bravo

I got to say that I don't usually write reviews but in this case is different, this place is always clean, fast and fresh and..... I must said that the kids that works here are AMAZING, all of them- There are polite and every time that I go to this locations they are smiling and make you feel that you want to come back. Thank you and I hope owners pay them as they deserve it!! Good job

Poké + Go is absolutely delicious! I made a bowl with brown rice and salmon crunch, in addition to a ton of different toppings. It's a pretty big serving and I couldn't finish it in one sitting. My bowl had a variety of different flavors and tasted both fresh and delicious. I love this place!

This place is awesome! The servers are super friendly and generous with portions, and the ingredients are really fresh. I ordered the crunchy tuna but spicy, and it was amazing! I will eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We will be back!

Having lived in Hawaii for a bit, I'm always on the search for a good poke bowl wherever I am, and this place offers one of the best poke bowls I've ever had!!! It's also very rare to find quality customer service in a place like Miami, but everyone here was super nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!!

First time here. My wife brought me here and this place is simply amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful for newbies. The food is amazing and fresh. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The only problem I have is that is too far east for me since I live on the border of Hollywood and Pembrooke pines. This place is definitely worth the occasional trip.

Came here with my girlfriend on a whim because we were in the area, and the Pokes were amazing! Out of this world delicious and plentiful! The establishment provides so much for the cost and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend anyone looking for a great meal to try Poke + Go. You will not be disappointed. This is the best Poke place in Miami hands down. Hope they open more locations.

DUDE this is like sushi in bowl form. I loved it! I would definitely go again. You can create a bowl or pick from the menu. I'm not creative when it comes to food so I just hit the menu. That was a good call. I'm writing this after the fact so I forgot what I ordered but this is definitely worth going too again.

I love this place for its salmon portion size and delicious taste. The greens are fresh, edamame tastes excellent, and overall I think this is the best poke bowl you can find in the area.

I love this place. The salmon bowl is great, especially with the white garlic sauce. The workers are always friendly as well. It's a bit like sushi in a bowl, and the portions are large.

Only purchased food twice at this location and both experiences have been very good. You can either choose rice, zucchini or a burrito. If your trying to watch your calories, the zucchini with the cook chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki is on point. Definitely will go again when I'm in the area.

I enjoyed my food; it was very tasty and they have nice portions. I ordered the tofu and Oh so Salmon, and both were great. Everyone was very nice, specially my chef. Food is super fresh. Never had a bad fish experience. The people taking your order could act like they aren't annoyed you walked in and they have to work but who cares what they think, the food is the main attraction.

During my visit in Miami, this was the ONLY place that had beyond satisfactory hospitality, customer service, timing, freshness, and just ALL around great experience. My girls and I had been to multiple restaurants before eating at Poke + Go and when we left there we all looked at each other and said “Wow, that is an awesome place”. They have delicious and fresh food and portion sizes are ENORMOUS for the price. We went there twice and the second time all of the staff had remembered us from the day before and welcomed us back as soon as we came in! It definitely made us feel special and welcomed. If I could rate 10 stars, I would! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.

This spot had just opened the last time I was in town and my sister and I were so excited to try it out! Now, a month later, I'm so happy to see that they are seemingly doing well & bustling! They are clean, fast and the food is fresh and delicious. Simple, straightforward poké without too much extra fanfare, but still with all the ingredients I want. Staff is patient, especially with Poké first timers ahead of me in line. New favorite for when I am visiting home! 😍😍😍

If you've never had a Poke Bowl, this is the place you should definitely come which is located off Miami Gardens and just west of Biscayne Blvd. It's basically a deconstructed sushi roll that has all the delicious proteins, veggies and sauce usually with white rice or brown rice. They have parking behind the building and although there's another group of businesses next door with a separate parking lot, they seem to share the spots. 5/5 I ordered the Slamin' Salmon $12.00 and opted for zucchini noodles instead of rice, topped it off with avocado ($1.00 more) and added spicy mayo and white garlic sauce. The outcome was amazing, the fish really fresh and the complete bowl leaving me craving for another one. 5/5 Also ordered was the Salmon Teriyaki $13.00, also topped with avocado $1.00, and additional teriyaki sauce. The rice was perfectly steamed, and along with the well thought of ingredients, another winner and delicious bowl. They also offer the same concoction in burrito form at a lower price, but I prefer the bowl since it's less messy and easier to eat. Highly recommend this great place with great tasting food, and an even better tasting value.

I haven't been here in years, and the menu has changed, so it took me a bit (standing to the side) to truly figure out what I want. the resulting poke bowl was great, although I'll hold off on extra sauce next time. I felt better knowing I wasn't the only one thrown off by the menu changes, because the guy in front of me pulled up the old menu to recreate the bowl he wanted. 😂 I did the same!

Another Poke addition to SoFlo but this one is in my hood, North Miami. Yay! Parking can be tough during lunch hours as it shares the lot with Aroma Espresso Bar and Give Wink Baby Kids Store. The place is a bit small, roughly about 8 tables inside and couple of long picnic style tables outside. What makes this place a little different form other Poke is you can either opt for a burrito or bowl version of any of the Poke concoctions. Burritos are $9 - $10 and bowls are $12 - $13. On my 1st visit, I got the Baked Dynamite (seafood dynamite, avocado, wakame, tomatoes, scallions, pickled ginger drizzled with sweet teriyaki sauce). The ingredients were fresh and liked the warm seafood topping mixed with the sweetness of the teriyaki. I tried the Tuna Crunch on my 2nd visit and it was similar to the other bowl but this had tuna mixed with crunchies and drizzled with spicy mayo. I opted for zucchini noodles for base on both occasions but they do offer baby kale as well as brown or white rice. This place is definitely a good healthy option in my area and its close to my home so will be back again.

Poké + Go was my favorite spot to have lunch dates with my fiancé. However, customer service has decreased. On my last visit, I waited a good 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, and I understand the employees were busy with door dash/ Uber orders... But being the only 2 people at the restaurant, it would've been nice if my fiance and I were greeted while we wait for 10 minutes at the register. I also brought my sister to Poké + Go, and the employee taking her order seemed frustrated when my sister was asking questions about the menu. The food is great, which is why I keep coming back... If not, I wouldn't bother driving down from Miramar to grab a Poké bowl with the current customer service.

I’ve been to this place at least 30 times (Including ordering online), it was my favorite until recent time where I think something went wrong. One time I’ve ordered take out and after 1 hour when I arrived the take out wasn’t ready , one time they forgot the salad, another time I’ve got this burrito (see this picture 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼) that was poorly made. I wouldn’t have mention it cuz i assume the girl Was new and I understand it’s difficult to do smth at first if it wasn’t for her unhappy attitude she said it’s because I ordered a double protein, which we clearly see on the picture wasn’t an issue and I see what was the issue. I didn’t enjoy it. They DoorDash options horrible as well, no option to do burrito or poke without ANY sauce, add addition proteins it’s also more expensive through DoorDash it’s 12$, in the store 9$. And they constantly confuse sauces , I call specifically to get sauce out of one burrito let say and they would do it for both and later would forget to include them . So as I’m saying I believe these kids are missing a good manager , but good ingredients and quality and mostly when you come for dine in - it’s great . Delivery and take out problems. I give 4 despite that all - cuz I love quality , ingredients, price in store and taste!

First poke were they cooked proteins, and that was DOPE!🫡 try also zucchini noodles, taste like noodles but without doubt😉all ingredients looked fresh and tasted great. Nice place to visit and eat delicious poke. Just one complaint, service. People who working here acting sick of being here, they aren’t focus on work. Nice place for poke. Good selection of toppings, proteins and bases. They have the option of zucchini noodles as a base that I didnt get to try but definitely will next time. Pricing is typical Miami pricing. Good atmosphere, nice and clean.

4 out 5 times the food is perfect! I usually go with spicy tuna, tuna or their bowl “oh so salmon.” The only mishap is sometimes it’s missing some of the ingredients that do not get replaced by others if Say - they’re out of them, and at times the protein is less than others. Delish overall. Very quick delivery.

Very good place, good quality a bit pricey

Pretty good and nice staff. Food is tasty and consistent. Although the staff doesn't have any culinary training, they do pretty good. The should learn how to properly defrost their food though. Saw a stack of frozen fish and vegetables products on the floor, mentioned it to the cashier and how it's a huge health department violation. She just chuckled it off. There is one guy that does hustle, cutting up fish, taking care of customers and everything. They just need to be more conscious of the vegetable prep. Seems like they over prep so when they switch the containers, the radishes are dry and discolored or the onions are funky. When adding the left over onions to another container, just get rid of them if they're soggy, and DEFINITELY NEVER EVER pour the onion juice over the fresher ones. Just super funky and gross. But I do like going back, I stay away from what doesn't look up to standard. They're pricey too, for such a small location.

Best poke bowl spot in the area! Excellent portion sizes, and the team is always friendly and welcoming. The fish is fresh, but the beef is hit or miss in terms of tenderness. They also have a rewards program after 10 bowls, next one is free. Overall the price, value, portion size, and speed of service is excellent.

The food was very good. Food line employees were very good. Young lady at checkout could use some people skills. I admire & appreciate the cardboard food containers but then have to wonder why they are accompanied by plastic cups and plastic ware. Also, the water dispenser was broken leaving you the option of being thirsty or paying for something to drink. The young lady at the checkout counter shrugged when I told her.

The food is fresh and delicious. The eating area is clean. You order at the counter or at the kiosk, pick up at the counter. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't know the English word for all of the ingredient options, which made it difficult to order when the kiosk wasn't working. I don't expect fluent English here, just enough to understand small, brown rice, salmon, plantains.

Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon. As I walked in. They were out of Salmon when I went but the Teriyaki Chicken is delicious. The restaurant was cleaning and the bright lighting gives it a crisp feel. Would go again but for the salmon.

Healthy and great portion sized bowl. You can pick your base for example noodles or rice and then your protein and so many different sides such as carrot edamame tomatoes etc. Their garlic and cilantro sauce are my favorite.

Was disappointed in my selection of beef teriyaki the toppings and base options were fresh and delicious but the protein was a disappointment. Either the selection of cuts they use or the oven in which they prepare it gives it an unappealing initial and after taste. The oven also makes the chicken rubbery in texture my wife's tuna and salmon selection was much more appetizing, so I recommend you stick to the seafood options here for a more satisfying experience. Overall the layout and seating is adequate for a quick bite to eat establishment. I'll give it a second shot just sticking to seafood this time.

Been coming here a long time and accumulated a ton of points and free bowl. I came in today after ordering my bowls the worker said they changed the system and reset everything. I explained how that wasn't ok without notice to customers he didn't care. He gave me the managers number when I called she answered then hung up on me. 👎

I made a mistake and ordered the standard Pokie Dokie on uber eats. It was the saltiest tuna fish I have ever eaten. I couldn’t even finish the bowl. I got a lot of toppings but wow it was way too much ginger. Honestly the worst poke bowl I ever had. The flavors weren’t enjoyable and the neither was the rice. I’ll give them another try and go in person to watch them make my bowl and definitely ask for less sauce as it ruined the salt level completely. Gave 3 stars as it was a good quantity for $19.

This place used to be very good, however, they recently changed their menu and the way they serve food and it's no longer what it once was. They are now charging a LOT more and give less food. They used to give two full scoops of protein, now they do one and a half scoops (or at least maybe the few new employee's do), and they now charge more. I got two bols, one for my gf, and one for me and I was charged $45 with only avocado added on...

Food is great but service is never the same like not constant. Get served different sized portions every single time for the same order. I have earned a free bowl which hasn't been able to be redeemed the last three times I've come here so I must pay for it each time. How convenient.

I had a poke bowl with chicken and it was undercooked and not tasty :( perhaps if you go try a different protein. I also did not enjoy the sauces I got. However, the boba tea is very good here (I got the coconut one)

Definitely not a fan. The pricing is like spirit airlines they charge extra for every little thing (for me it was cilantro & seaweed salad not to mention they’re stingy)and then quality is subpar at best. The rice taste like cardboard. Idk how you can mess that up. But if you want good poke for a bang for your buck just get Poke+more. It’s down the street. They don’t charge extra for every little thing and the quality is better. I am literally forcing myself to eat this crap.

My family and I have been costumers of Poke + Go since it opened. To say my last vist was bad is an understatement. I assume the place underwent change of management and the new owners have completely changed this once amazing place. I ordered my usual bowl asking for Salmon teriyaki yet the person making my bowl didnt seem to know what anything was. The bowl tasted completely different and my supposed to be cooked salmon was given to me almost fully raw. The people making the food where struggling to serve us and when pick up orders came in, they didn’t know what or who’s food was what. The overall atmosphere of the place changed and the quality seems to have gone with it ( they now served smashed avocado thats been out all day instead of the usual fresh cut in front of you avocado). They also changed the iconic uniform and no longer offer different size bowls but rathers have an almost flat bowl only. It’s sad that such a great place has changed so much in a few months.

So incredibly upset that for a local and constant customer, twice now recently they have closed 20 minutes before their store hour closing time. I walk in at 9:11 and their words are “we’re closed all the food is packed” as I respond but you guys don’t g close for another 20 minutes..it’s disappointing when you’re rushing to make it with time and this happens. Other than that I feel like you won’t get a better poke bowl anywhere else. We’ve been coming here for years. Only recently their employees have either been very off putting or rushing to leave.

I ordered Max bowl. Rice was super sticky, can’t even eat it. Eel sauce had big sugar pieces inside🤢. I use to eat here a lot, but this time was horrible.

Menu changed and portions are less. Our last experience we felt skimped with the protein servings. Walked in today and now they only offer one bowl option. A smaller option at the same price of the prior bigger bowl option.

The new management took over poorly. I had a free bowl through my points and they did not accept it. The new point system they have does not work and the manager has a bad attitude and no customer service. The food quality is nothing like it used to be before and the staff working there isn’t even qualified for the job. I used to go to poke go at least twice a week but unfortunately I will never go there again.

Changes are made to the menu as well as the plates. Now we have smaller bowls 6 through. So if you are getting delivery be careful as I live 20 minutes away and by the time I got home the bottom of my plate was soaked and was almost torn through. And for the food same price smaller bowl and certain foods have been removed

I love the place, kids love it too. But today I stopped by to get Poke bowl for my daughter. Everything was ok until my bowl got passed to the cashier. The lady was coughing and sneezing around, covering with bacteria everything around. My bowl, cash change, everything .....She was sick. Who allowed her to the job today? She packs the food for customers!!! U guys spread the FLU now? My question to the owner or manager: If I get sick, should I pay for the disease as an extra?

This is a review of this restaurant on Uber Eats. The past 3 orders have come with missing ingredients, missing sauces or missing protein. Tonight’s order I’m sure they used pure soy sauce on the rice and fish instead of the ponzu one and, making it so salty that it was inedible. In addition to this, they miss their estimated delivery time by about 30 to 45 minutes. My whole family has to wait until my food arrives. The delivery gets to us late, not because of the driver, but because the restaurant is late. Shame, they have great portions but lately, the quality is just not there. It took 3 times to get me to stop ordering from them but they finally succeeded. I will never order from them again.

I got two brown sugar boba teas, both were warm with no ice and they don’t even use real boba they use the microwave boba that is stale and flavored less. 1/5 won’t be ordering again

It’s very disappointing how the service has depreciated here. My husband and I used to come often and honestly after this experience we don’t think we’ll come back. For starters when we were picking toppings for our bowl, the guy of Asian background working that night was just throwing the toppings in and making a mess in our bowls. When my husband asked for tomatoes he was scraping the bottle of the container and when asked to get new ones he went to the back and came back laughing saying there’s no more meanwhile as we sat and ate he refilled the container. There is also a blonde Spanish lady that works there that always gives us attitude and is extremely rude. She makes it uncomfortable to come in and she’s on her phone 24-7 while working. She makes it feel like a favor to serve us, this place has gone downhill over the last several years. The food is great but terrible service and staff

This review is directly for the owners. We've been long time customers, coming to this place for the last 2.5 years at least 1x a week. After the most recent changes in pricing, rewards, bowl sizes, we've realized it's not worth coming here anymore. The staff is always amazing but the fact that the owners took away the free bowl reward and replaced it with a 5$ voucher, made the bowl sizes smaller for the same price and make you pay more for an added topping is a very bad way to keep long time customers. I know many people who used to love coming here and have decided to stop going, I think the owners are out of touch here and have out priced there own product. Consider adding back the free bowl reward and adjusting your prices.

Every single time I get an order made by the same 2 guys that are on weekends, the order is extremely small, barely any protein, and this time not even enough RICE!!! Which is absurd!! When the store is taken care of the ladies that also work there, the portions, the quality and food overall is 10000 times better. This was my last time eating at this place, I have dealt with the same issue every single time I order and it is prepared by the guys that were today

Food is terrible- don’t get fooled by any reviews. It is not fresh not tasty. The chicken is disgusting and barely edible. From a Poke place you expect freshness and this experience was the opposite.

As mentioned below, this place has officially hit the fan. I used to go here once a week and the bowls were well rounded, fresh, and most importantly edible. I ordered a bowl today on ubereats and it was horrendous, the rice was undercooked, hard, and clumped up to the point where you can lose a tooth biting down on it. The tuna tasted like it was caught half a year ago, it just looked rotten to the point where you could get sick from it. The veggies and toppings were inedible and there was a lack of flavor. This place needs management to invoke some sort of quality control on their ingredients. Please do better.

We have been coming here for years and this last visit will be the last. They increased the price on while giving less food than before. The portions are smaller, they use cheap guacamole instead of avocoda they would cut in front of you, the Kani salad is also now a gross orange mess, and overall quality is low. We really enjoyed this place in the past but it seems like they have gotten greedy. Price increase is understandable in this economy - but when you lower the quality of your food that will ensure people don’t come back.

The food quality is definitely not what it was last year. Seems like they changed everything around in this case for the worse. Vegetable are low quality look like they are not clean. Use to love the avocado pieces they would cut now instead they serve guacamole lol. I won’t be a costumer anymore.

I don’t recommend. Overpriced and the guy absolutely has NO idea how to do poke. I said base half brown rice and half greens, which is super common in poke places. He didn’t know what’s that. I wanted a 2 scoop bowl and just said tofu and was gonna say the second protein but the guy said he already gave me two scoops of tofu, which was actually only the amount of 1 scoop! And then he said I have to do 3 scoops, $5 more to have another protein, he’s trying to scam me! Every time I mentioned a topping he didn’t know what I was saying! And he said it was my first time having Poke, I think I had more poke than he has sold! Go take some training from the authentic Hawaiian Poke people! The whole experience was super stressful, doesn’t worth the money.

I use to really like this place but has definitely gone down hill. All my order have been for pickup the food is good but there's always something with the establishment/ slash ordering system. Always ordered online through their website which was faulty and took them forever to correct. New system is a little better but charging for sauces seems a little excessive. One of my experiences in the store was a drunk shirtless man was ordering food yelling out loud and got into a verbal altercation with a customer. He kept asking the guy if he wanted to fight. At no point did the employees call the police or ask this man to leave continued taking his order. The drunk guy paid and left. Clearly there needs to be an adult presence there, or some sort of manager. I personally will never return.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered a bowl listed at $15, but when I went to pay, I was charged $19. When I asked about the price difference, I was told that prices had gone up, but the menu board hadn't been updated. I asked how customers are supposed to know, and the response was that they used to inform people but have since stopped, assuming everyone is aware. If prices change, the menu should reflect that—anything else feels misleading. On top of that, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel inclined to return.

Maybe I’m just a New Yorker but this place is literally one of the only poke places in aventura and it’s horrible . The rice is not even sushi rice and the tuna had a very fishy taste. Lastly which is more of a preference but they list this item as avocado but it’s really more like a guac…. Again preference but with the other two items throwing the whole bowl off this was a little cherry on top. Wouldn’t recommend Ps. Max bowl, guac and masago ran me like $25
